When you first arrive,first thought is, I hope it's good . I've had their lasagna, as good as it gets! NYC doesn't do as well. Meatball sandwiches are excellent! Tonight is pizza night. I'm looking forward to it 😁 yummy yummy yummy

We’ve only had the pizza, salad, and pasta. It’s all great, especially the pizza, and especially the dough. But even more than that, the service has always been great. We live nearby, and a few years ago we were hosting a birthday for our young child on a Sunday. The party started when Knockout opened. I called the evening before and asked when they could have a large amount of pizza ready for the party, and they told us just a few minutes after they opened, which was a lifesaver and very nice of them. They’ve taken the time to show us our pizzas to make sure they are correct, and we’ve even gotten a free “extra” for a large order. Today, I had my hands full, and they carried the pizza out for me. I highly recommend them, not just on taste, but friendliness and promptness.

Ordered a large 14” veggie specialty pizza over the phone and came in to pick it up once it was ready. I never experienced such a bland pizza before. It didn’t have much flavor at all which is surprising because it looked so colorful :( also they went wayyy to heavy on the olives. I would be willing to try this pizza again if they added more seasonings to it and less olives. It would be nice if they added some flavors to the crust too.

The pizza is pretty good, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Everything was pretty good. Only thing is that these kids are working in unbearable heat. I heard complains about the work atmosphere, hence the 2 stars. Get them some good AC or something!

The pizza and salad themselves are actually very yummy.. flavor-wise, we’ve always enjoyed the food. However, we’ve had multiple concerning experiences that can’t be ignored. A while back, my brother found a nail baked into his pizza. At the time, we didn’t think too much of it. Recently, we ordered again for my son’s birthday, and unfortunately, two separate slices had black hairs baked into them. Nobody at the party had long black hair, and those slices were not handled by anyone except me and only to be plated and served (I’m blonde). The hair was clearly cooked into the pizza, placed between the dough and the cheese in both slices and not even discovered until mid pizza. After this happened, I was informed that hairnets are not worn and hair is not pulled back in the kitchen. And clearly, if a nail has been baked into the food, it’s not common practice to wear gloves or maintain clean hands and nails of appropriate length. That is extremely concerning from a food safety standpoint. My grandma also mentioned that her friend has experienced a similar issue with their order. While the food tastes good, cleanliness and food safety are just as important. I truly hope management takes this seriously and makes necessary changes.

Feel like this is a waste of $27 on dinner tonight.Disappointed for my second time trying the place, first time I got a calzone which was pretty good so hence the 2 stars. This is my second time ordering from this pizza plus place and the first time the pizza and my sub sandwich where really good I decided to order again today and I was very disappointed the pizza had no no flavor the tomato sauce was very plain! I order habanero hot wings they where flavorless plus they burned my wings the sauce was dry I ordered a pastrami sub and that was the only thing I enjoyed! I will not order from them again I’m sad because it’s a local restaurant near my house over all the price was 55dll but I think I pay to much for food that was not good! I think they need to hire a professional and not students that just want to go home to play xbox or what ever! 👎🏼👎🏼🍕🍕

The food was decent, but the little girl working the counter did my order wrong, and then when she tried to deliver it, it had something we didn't ask for and then was rude and argued with us. After we took the pizza anyway, she walked away, and people in our group made comments about her attitude. First time here and the last. She made the mistake, and it's my fault. Do not go here if you want good service.

My buddy just got the last Modelo and your only options now are the 5 each of Coors light miller or twisted tea left. The lack of preparation and decline of service over the last 3 years has be saddening to say the least.

Wanted to try this place as it’s close to home but sadly it was very disappointing. Pizza was horrible. No flavor, extremely burnt, no sauce. We also ordered wings and the wings were horrible. They didn’t even look like chicken wings. We did not eat them at all. They were dry and looked like old rotten wings.
