Huge crowds were seen at the opening ceremony of the restaurant and jubilant customers seemed ready to purchase their favorites. Owner of the restaurant John greeted patrons with smiles and open arms. This place is going to make a big difference in this area and will add new dimension to fast food availability and convenience.

This location is the best. The food is always fresh and properly prepared. Whenever I have ordered the service is prompt. Even when ordering via Uber Eats I have always received my order in anywhere from 12 to 14 minutes.

To be honest I only go for the coffee but I must tell you the coffee is one of the best significantly better than Starbucks There's nothing more helpful than in the morning going through the drive-thru and having a friendly quick conversation with the people that work there fresh cup of coffee which is actually Seattle's best brand

It's nice and the employees are nice. Every Friday though, when the middle school gets out at around 3:00-3:30, a lot of people meet up there and it gets loud and the employees are a little stressed which is understandable. Other than Fridays it's really nice

Food- somehow tastes better than other BK's. 😄🤣 You really don't feel like you're at a typical burger King when you're here. It feels like a casual dining restaurant. We go here once a month. OH! (And they're REALLY cool about coupons!! Multiples, expired, etc... VERY accommodating!!)

First time coming here. It was late at night so I was expecting food that's been sitting around. But there was only one car ahead of me to start. Order was taking without any mistakes. Food was surprisingly hot and fresh. Fries were great, bacon King burger was excellent and everything was in my bag. I would definitely go here again knowing that they seem to be one of the best Burger Kings I've been to so far. I would recommend this location for anyone.

Pretty good restaurant,with a hollywood theme. Only problem is that sometimes,the cashiesr wouldn't pay attention to a specific order sometimes. For example,I once ordered a plain cheeseburger(just because),and I got pickles and tomatoes anyways. Plus,it's closed for good.

The drive thru was quick and the food was warm enough. My coffee wasn't as great as the latest time since someone different made it, but it was good enough.

I usually get exactly what I order but my wife has had issues on numerous occasions. If you double check before pulling away the staff is obliging. And the manager has even granted freebies when we're left before checking then called to complain. Food's good, service is okay.

Burger King is one of the fast food chains that grill their burgers. Service was fast and friendly prices were average. Food was fresh and tasted really good. Plenty of parking onsite and ......... they have a fireplace 😃

Great staff. Lately it feels like that's just as important as the food. They were very helpful and patient all my food was hot. I asked for sauces they didn't fight me about it and the manager even gave my daughter a soft serve on the house. One of the better burgerkings I've ever been to.

I visit here frequently. My daughter is a fan of their ice cream cone. Sometimes it's a hit and miss with the food. ... You can get a very sloppy sandwich one day.. And then come back the next day and your food is nice and fresh. I can't complain about breakfast though.. It's always ready and hot... Accessibility is great. .. It is lots of parking. And you definitely get your sauce here.. I guess i'm just happy That the ice cream machine is working every day l o l.

I don't think I've ever actually entered this Burger King, so there are many things I cannot rate. On the other hand, I've used the drive-through a few times. Service has always been fast and accurate and the food tasted fresh every time. My only complaint is the layout. The store's single driveway entrance is inaccessible from the north. When exiting, the only way to go is north. Dedicated parking is limited, but there is a shopping center with plenty of parking next to the restaurant. I can't help but wonder why a second entrance from the larger parking area was never built. I just seems dumb.

I ran into difficulty when attempting to place an order via the app, so I ended up going inside. The interior (and exterior) was clean and modern, and the employees were very nice. My order was prepped in a reasonable amount of time and everything tasted fresh. Other than the root beer dispenser needing a refill, my experience at this location salad a positive one.

This place is good to place to come by it's not too bad never have problem with anybody they make my order the way I want to the way I would like it if you could place it come and eat

If you are not a fan of bad service, I don't recommend going there. I went with a group of friends, and they kicked us out for laughing too loud without even a warning. Also, there were a group of people that were there before, and they were playing tag and jumping on furniture, but they didn't get kicked out.

when it first opened, it was good. then it started to get unkept dirty and the food wasn't fresh sometimes cold and workers seem like they dont want to be there. What they use to fry items that oil has an odd taste. Maybe it needs to be changed more often or could be cheap oil that smells off. I haven't gone in a few years. I might try it again to see if it improved since so many give it good reviews. I stay away because fast food has a lot of salt and fat, plus it's expensive now but it's fast and convenient once in awhile OK. It's a shame fast food used to taste a lot better, and the places were clean. I rather eat a slice of pizza.

It was good but for some reason the Burger King was full of extremely old people watching me eat. Everything else was good though.

Its usually better in the afternoon. I just bought the 2 for 4 breakfast sandwich and it was cold. My bread is cold and the cheese hasn't even changed texture to melt. Horrible! Hate coming here in the morning. Poor service. Plus no reciept to really review directly. Just came from work and too tired to turn around.

Today is the final straw! I ordered 4 Double Cheeseburgers with no pickle, no ketchup and an 8 piece Chicken Fry. The window dude wanted me to pull into Food town parking lot bc "the Chicken fries had to cook". But said I didn't have to if I didn't want to. I said no one is behind me so I'll just wait here. Announces I don't want to to someone. The Chicken fries were ready quickly. They gave me zero napkins and every burger had both ketchup & pickles ... in addition to tasting stale -- as usual. Theyre hit or miss. Most times though- they tend to mess up an order. ALWAYS check your bag before leaving their drive through and ALWAYS immediately check your bag if getting a delivery. In the past month they've forgotten 2 entree sandwiches (from small orders that only had like 3-4 items!), given iced tea in place of orange juice, forgotten sides of fries and onion rings, etc. It's always a game of roulette on if your order will be right. The food itself is fine but whoever is bagging these items needs to be moved to a different role or BK needs to add someone to double check all orders before they go out. It's frustrating when you're hungry only to find out your meal didn't make it into the bag or they've given you something completely different than what you actually ordered.

Whopper jr tasted fresh. The fries however were soggy for being warm and had a weird aftertaste. Prob using the frying oil over and over again. Same with chicken fries. I never have issues with their breakfast sandwiches. Made to order probably.

Went through the drive through and I was being super nice and all the cashier wanted was for the transaction to be over she evened sighed while i was placing my order and it’s not like I didn’t know what I wanted to be I feel like I was a superb customer. First and last visit!

The painful truth is that the kids who come here are obnoxious rude and messy. The workers are just older versions of the kids who come here. I can’t even get a decent whopper anymore.

What’s the deal with the amount of barbecue I get if I ask? They serve them in plastic see through containers and they only contain a little amount of sauce in proportion. Very bad waste of plastic.

I am vegeterian and ordered an impossible whooper with fries and coke. After i reached home and opened the bag i found a piece of chicken nugget in it. Wonderful job guys. That shows how well you are at your jobs by feeding a vegetarian guy a chicken nugget. I dont know if it was done on purpose or by mistake. It seems like employees love to have fun with their customers by doing these kind of stuffs. Worst experience ever !!!

Placed an order on the app, drive thru supposedly closes at 1am, I work till 11pm, got back into town and pulled up at 11:55pm and there was no one working the drive thru. Three cars parked out in front though, I call the store and no one picks up. Luckily the app let me refund my order

This BK doesn't even deserve a star. I've been to this location 3 times and ON ALL THREE OCCASIONS, they've forgotten to give me food that I've paid for. You'd think a brand new location would be extra careful. Quite the opposite. Would much rather go to the dingy looking BK in Valley Stream. At least they give me EVERYTHING I ordered.

Probably the most uneducated people I’ve encountered in a while. I don’t understand how you mess up an order, when somebody says no pickles, ketchup or etc what’s so hard about not adding those toppings? I do not believe your job is a walk in the park, even though all you do is ask me what I want and prepare it, but I do believe that it is not rocket science, and that the simplest mind of a person is easily capable of doing your job. If you are unable to listen to someone’s order and correctly take down what it is specifically they want just do everyone a favor and never work another job in the fast food industry. Thank you.

My two Jr whoppers where dry not well put together for 6.00 I expected better

stopped by on 3 separate occasions in the past three weeks to buy a milkshake and all 3 visits, I was told unfortunately they dont have shakes at this time .... why offer it on the menu if you never have it available? so stupid and frustrating

We asked for 3 things. One was a bacon cheese burger with lettuce. The drive-thru guy asks, "so you want a Whopper Jr?" We said "NO, we would like a bacon cheeseburger please with lettuce" because we know that the whopper JR comes with pickles and tomatoes and all this other stuff we dont want. We pull up to the window and pay and before we leave we checked our order, and behold-- a whopper jr with everything on it. We tell them that this isnt what we ordered, and then the MANAGER comes and catches an attitude out of the blue and scoffs and rolls his eyes at us when we tell him what happened with out order, and he yells to the employees in the back "911 I NEED A BACON CHEESEBURGER... THESE B*TCHES... *inaudible*..." We we appalled by this service and when we finally recieved our sandwich, it was a miserable sandwich and none of us wanted to eat anything after that fiasco. Save your time and your sanity. Don't bother to come here if Edgar is managing.

Honestly the worst Burger King I've ever dealt with. Ordered before, got bad quality food but decided to be nice, give them a long break and then come back. Bad idea. Not only do they ignore order notes and replace it with whatever they feel like, the food is tasteless. I've eaten at quite a few Burger Kings in my time and this is the absolute worst. I ordered a Root beer and got Dr. pepper. I rarely ever drink that. I know they have the ability to call the customer because I've had it happen before so why didn't they bother to call and just give me whatever they want. This is a pattern of lackluster food and service from this location. Make sure you avoid this place at all costs.

I recently visited this Burger King location 440 mill RD, Hewlett, NY and had a disappointing experience with the drive-thru service. When I pulled up to the intercom to place my order, the employee didn’t hear me the first time, which I completely understand. I repeated my order politely, but again, he didn’t hear me. The third time, instead of calmly asking me to repeat myself, he responded with a very rude “What?!” Good customer service is about patience and professionalism, and I believe the proper way to handle this situation would have been something like: “I’m sorry, I didn’t catch that. Can you please repeat your order? or Can you speak a little louder? I’m having trouble hearing you. Instead, his tone came off as dismissive and unprofessional. Then I went to the window, I attempted to discuss the communication difficulties we had encountered. Instead of acknowledging the situation professionally, the employee dismissively stated, “I have a real customer placing an order I can’t waste my time talking to you. This response was both unprofessional and disrespectful. When I pointed out his rudeness, he deflected by claiming he couldn’t hear me because my windshield wipers were too loud. This excuse was unfounded, as my windshield wipers were operating normally and did not produce any noise. I believe that effective customer service involves patience, active listening, and respectful communication. The behavior exhibited by this employee falls short of these standards. I kindly request that you address this matter appropriately to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future It’s important for employees, especially those in customer service roles, to be trained on how to handle such situations in a polite and professional manner. I hope management can address this and provide proper training to ensure a better experience for customers . This happened on February 16 2025 at ], 12:30AM

I’ve never left a bad review but I asked for an impossible whopper but was given a regular meat burger in an “impossible whopper” wrapper 🙃 my boyfriend who eats meat tested it too. It may seem silly but I could get really really sick. I went back in to get it fixed and the manager literally laughed at me and didn’t care. Awesome
