This was hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had! The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was FRESH and delicious. The lettuce was cold, meat was hot…JUST AMAZING!!!

I love Taco Bell for late night and road trips. It's our go to fast food now. Sure, it may not last the night in your fridge, but that's only because you're dreaming of it and sneak down for a midnight snack. 😋

The people who call this the worst Taco Bell in the world must have only gone to one other in their life. I travel for a living and this may be one of the best. Go to a Cincinnati location and you will realize that fast. They are fast and courteous and I never had a wrong order and the food tastes fine. Not sure who lets a review of TB decide whether they will go there or not but if you do this place is fine.

I custom order my Burrito to have extra meat. Extra Cheese and some guacamole. That takes it from average to awesome!

The people in the restaurant do not even recognize or acknowledge the customers when you arrive. You have to use the kiosks to order the food, which is fine, but knowing this upon arrival would be helpful. Even ordering "to go" you still have to grab your own napkins, straws, and sauces. I may as well have just made my own burritos and tacos while I was there. Should we just move to an open space with sneeze guards and self-service? Plus, the kiosk asked if I wanted to tip. Who? The person who made the food and then took 2 extra steps to set it on a counter? Are they using less personnel doing less work and paying them less? Are they now "tipped" employees making less per hour because of the minimum wage hike? Who actually gets the tip money? There's multiple employees in a location. Do they even know the machine is asking for a tip?

This Taco Bell has always served fresh food. The staff is friendly and the drive thru quick. I took off one star because they always forget to put the sauce in the bag, even when we ask.

Sausage breakfast Crunchwrap combo - pretty weak coffee, but not bad. I added some sugar to mine. Hash brown had a crunchy chew to it which I wasn’t a fan of, but they use the same sauce as they put on the spicy potato tacos which I love:) really nice drive thru person working

Dining tables and booth seats were dirty with food. Had to wipe one down. When my order came up they sat it on the counter and walked away.. no one called my name. I just happened to look over from where I was sitting and saw it. Had to then ask for a cup. Staff seemed to busy talking to each other than focused on their guests. Customer after me had to ask for cup too.

I pass to drive thru all the times I have gond and serval times they tell me to go around and way and the take more thing five minutes to get my food. I have also order online and pick it up from the drive thru and it has been like 2 times my order it's not read. So if you are in a rush this is not a place to go.

Considering how much I love Mexican food, it's a little surprising that this was the first time I ever set foot in a Taco Bell. The place was clean. The staff was courteous. I had a quesadilla. The portion was decent. It tasted good. I enjoyed my meal. I would definitely go there again.

Used to be one of my favorite locations, but it seems even the simplest things are forgotten on EVERY visit I have made to this location... napkins... other times sauce... the focus of their service is on speed and not accuracy. It is common sense especially with fast food that customers would need NAPKINS especially when dining room is closed. I even had to ask for a straw for my drink. Thank God I asked...

The little Mexican lady working there was very rude. You can tell she was impatient with us. It was not busy at all and she still got our order wrong. I had to go back in and ask for utensils and my receipt. I will not be going back to this establishment because of her rude behavior and sass. It almost seemed intentional that she messed it up.

I had food delivered. one of my items had what seems to be either a piece of bone or possibly a piece of a plastic cutting board that broke off. If i bit harder into that food item, i could have broken a tooth. When i tried to submit a complaint/inform the store of potential issues in their food supply / safety concern, their website refused to allow me to submit the complaint.

If you stop here be careful if your order is a flat number. I did NOT authorize them to round my total to the next dollar for donation. But the person working did it anyway. That's scammy as hell!

Clean store, quick and friendly service. I know it's Taco Bell but the food us just not good at all! Had two Gorditas and the shell was soggy. The Mexican pizza was warm at best, and all the toppings were on one side. The Fiesta potatoes were decent but for 3$ a order now it's not worth it. Not going back to ANY taco bell ever again cause I think it's the company standards overall and not just one location.

Worst Taco Bell location ever. Clearly it's a management issue because they've had a screen out for about a year now. They just screwed up my order for the third time, I'm never going here again. Instead of burrito supreme, one of my items was a bean and cheese taco that was wrapped in a burrito shell. How do you screw up this kind of food? It's about the easiest thing to make!

Ordered a crunch wrap supreme, which is the number four on their menu and was missing half of my meal when I went inside to get the rest of my meal she told me she didn’t charge me for what I had asked for which is why I didn’t get the rest of my meal that I had asked for

Waited at the counter. Eventually was told we had to use the kiosk because the cashier hadn't arrived yet. I wanted to pay cash so I was told to order at kiosk and it would be sent to register. The employee ended up ringing us up at the cash register. I ordered Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes with no sour cream. I got the potatoes with NO cheese...😕

This store is consistently reducing the volume of ingredients in the items. I have contacted the corporation, Taco Bell trade company office. This past week I went there to place an order. The items were like samples. I went back through the drive thru and had them remade. - Sample size AGAIN. I have no doubt the owner is fully aware. I suggest not patroning here. And for the owner - if perhaps I come to your business again and I have to have them remade - you're losing money by not just doing it right the first time -

I ordered the beefy cheese rice burrito or whatever you call that and it upset my stomach like you wouldn't believe I got food poisoning will never ever eat at this location or any other very dirty and disgusting

I would not recommend going to this location, I was eating my food and all of a sudden I see a black hair. It was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t finish my food.

Absolutely horrible. Last 4 times I have gone drive through they have messed up my order each time. I have been overcharged 10$ and didn’t receive the food I ordered once, and the other 3 times they forget to put food in the bag. I actually had to drive back to get the food I ordered or a refund. I don’t understand how the workers could be so clueless here. They make sure the customer order is correct and then ,miraculously, somehow don’t put the correct food in the bag or not at all. This place is comedic. Go to a different Taco Bell or Wendy’s right across from them.

I really would rate them higher it's just that however I go about ordering something without cheese or dairy/mayo based condiments, there's always something wrong. I mostly order online so they should be able to follow the instructions but even when I call to double check or send someone through the drive through it's always messed up. I mean I try specifically saying what I don't want, ordering things fresco, but something is always screwy. If today's order is actually correct I'm gonna ammend this.

I NEVER put reviews online but for this experience i felt that it was necessary.. starting off the drive thru was very rude. He handed me my food very poorly and it almost fell on the floor. The young man was not paying attention when he handed me my order. When he handed the food to me he proceeded to eat infront of us and i had to tell him that he forgot my drinks. He was eating and not trying to hide it very well, he was chewing and talking at the same time. After the drinks I told him that I needed sauce (which was included in my order as well as the drinks). Again i don’t ever post reviews but i’m not happy at all with how the man proceeded with giving me my order.

UPDATE: i had to really hard discuss with them about that and i got 2$ discount🤣🤣 manager is not even better be careful with this extremly rude employee in take away point!!! employee had problem to take order, she ignore me when i asked her about sauce, gave us bag and closed window on our face when i was talking to her. then i saw she gave us taco in pieces, all crushed. so we came back and i showed her this taco, and i asked her for new one and why she was rude and kindly ask for her name. she said she is gonna make this taco but her name call "not your business" and later she throwed on me her glove. i felt disrespected and cant imagine that person like that can work and serve people, nobody cares about that situation in this local, nobody apologise. we miss one taco in order which we paid for. my stomach was hurting after so i dont know what was inside my meal. situations like that cant happend!!! who hire this people there??? thats insane and this place shouldnt even exist, so unprofessional

Awful experience, literally messed up the entire order and charged me $40 for 2 quesadillas. MAJOR SCAM… they take money for donations that you never authorize. Literally the whole staff just hangs on there cell phones and laugh while you wait 10 minutes for your order.

This Taco Bell has given the wrong order THREE times. Simple orders. Literally one burrito twice. The last two times they have refused to refund the order. The manager also refuses to become a part of the conversation as required by their job. If I was an owner, I would be appalled and embarrassed. This is not rocket science. None of the times even had multiple orders going; there were no other customers. If you want to receive food you ordered, go elsewhere.

They refused to make orders for the dining room or take out until the drive-thru is empty. So unless you have all day to wait for your lunch you're better off staying in your car. Employees attitudes suck, the only nice thing I can say about my experience at this Taco Bell was that it was relatively clean.

Come to this Taco Bell often, as its on my way back home from work. Food is always of great quality, usually nothing missing despite my larger orders. HOWEVER! The franchisee in charge of this location has decided to no longer offer the "Build your own luxe cravings box," despite previously having it as part of the menu (and it being available at all the other Taco Bells in the area). I'm unsure if this has to do with the y2k items currently being offered, but this has significantly impacted the average cost of my order despite receiving the same food. Unsure why they would take this away, and I will unfortunately have to swing by another Taco Bell or the nearby Wendy's in future instead. Disappointing, because, again, the food here is consistently good. EDIT: lowered review down to 1 star. Item prices here are far above other nearby taco bells ($7 cheesy cordita crunch? Which is in a BYO lux box for $6 at other locations???), in addition to them no longer carrying any online exclusive items. Greed at this location is crazy. Go somewhere else!
