Cozy and quaint old school Diner. Very clean with a pleasant atmosphere . Staff is welcoming and friendly. Food quality is excellent. Diner is located near 8 Tesla ev charging stations and is within a half mile of the NYS Throughway.

I am allergic to wheat and gluten free. The Gateway Diner has the best gluten-free salmon. The grilled vegetables and the salmon are delicious. The generous portion is wonderful. They have real baked potatoes at lunchtime which is amazing. I am so happy with the food and service at the Gateway Diner . Please don’t stop making this excellent gluten-free herb salmon with grilled vegetables. I appreciate that I can eat at the Gateway Diner with my allergies and feel safe. Thank you so much!

For many years we have had Milton as a server. We even specifically ask for him now. The food is always great (love the peanut butter chip pancakes, smiley fries, and the chipotle wrap), along with the ambiance and the prices. The $7 breakfast is a steal. You can’t beat the prices for the quality of food. No matter what you get, it’s always good. With the owners being away recently, Milton has done a wonderful job running the restaurant. Overall, can’t get the quality of food and service anywhere else. This is our go-to!!

Great Diner conveniently located in Highland by the Walkway! Has great service and even better food. My favorite is the hot open turkey sandwich. Its absolutely delicious! Not expensive either I would say the prices are average. Very clean and fast service. Definitely a go to restaurant after visiting the beautiful Walkway over the Hudson!

Had breakfast there with my two cousins today. Absolutely phenomenal breakfast. Quality food. World class service in a clean great diner environment. The highlight of the meal was definitely Lisa the server. She went way above and beyond to Make for a phenomenal experience or service is extremely and genuinely kind quick and full of lots of positivity. She went above and beyond and took a picture with my cousin and then took some pictures of us. She was also kind enough to take pictures with some other Guests. I have been in food service for over 35 years and she’s definitely one of the best servers I have ever seen. Frank the owner was also very genuine and kind to come over and speak to us at the table. This is a great local diner in my hometown that I highly recommend to anybody🙂

I was there by chance for a friend and I needed to eat, the storage unit mentioned this was a great diner. That was an understatement. Benny my server was on top of it all. I sat outside on their patio and enjoyed brunch. I definitely recommend the stuffed French toast and coffee was fresh. I also ordered curly fries because Benny recommend them. Perfect and for living in Ct and 2.5hrs away; I'll be returning just for the area and Gateway diner..

I came into this great diner on December 16 and it wasn’t my first time. I’ve had very good experiences before but today was especially favorable because a very kind hostess took me to my table and almost immediately my waiter Zack came over and greeted me and asked if I would like anything to drink, and because it was between breakfast and lunch I chose coffee and immediately after bringing the coffee, my breakfast was served exactly the way I ordered it with well done potatoes and a delicious vegetable omelet with cheese. During my breakfast Zack came over at least 3 times to refill my coffee and ask if everything was ok. When restaurants are busy it is rare to get that kind of service and I just want to acknowledge Zack not only for his manners but for his customer service and his desire to make my experience at Gateway Diner truly memorable. We were on our way to a special event from New Paltz and decided to give Gateway Diner a shot, swayed by its strong online reviews despite its unassuming, somewhat old-school appearance. What a fantastic decision it was! Stepping inside is like a trip back in time to a classic '50s diner. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious—my omelette with potatoes was perfectly cooked, and the coffee was excellent, especially with the flavored cream they provided. Service was friendly and efficient, too. This place might not look like much from the outside, but it's a true gem. We highly recommend Gateway Diner and would absolutely return! 👍

My 5 star ratings are getting old, I know it 🤔. I realize they're only appropriate for what's truly stellar and above-average. I'll never be the "5-star-for-all-guy", but ... I dunno ... I gotta give credit where credit's due. This place is fantastic! So traditional and homey. Prices are reasonable and the service is exceptional. There's no question here.

My breakfast was very good as I had pancakes, sausage and scrambled eggs. However my Wife had the eggs Benedict which she disliked, the Hollandaise sauce was orange and tasted odd(I tried it... Yuck) the ham was ok, and the English muffins were tough and tasteless.

The food is good and the prices aren't bad. I've gone here late at night coming home from concerts and it always hits the spot. The staff is good. Owned is friendly even at 3am. The place looks nice inside and out. Pretty clean and the seating is nice. They have good parking and location. I would recommend it's a good diner experience at a good price. One of the better diners in the area. Good breakfasts lunch and dinner.

This Diner is a little dated which gives it a nostalgic feel. It is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I ordered a simple Caesar salad with Crispy Chicken and it was very well prepared and tasty. This reviewer will definitely stop there again when I take this route in the future.

Food was good, service was very good. Lisa was our server, very kind, attentive and great personality. Had a great chicken Caesar salad and rice pudding were both very good. Very clean.

The food we had ( party of 6) were all different, from breakfast items to sandwiches/burgers were all done well, served hot. No complaints. Nice sized portions, restaurant was clean, staff were very friendly.

When I go to diners, I often order corned beef hash, eggs, & home fries. Gateway did not disappoint. I liked how the corned beef hash was crispy, the home fries were soft but not mushy, & the wheat toast was perfectly buttered. The coffee was also decent.

After many years of not giving business here I decided to try it again. First time back in nearly 12 years. I was very happy with the staff and food. Pricing is inexpensive and fair for the portions.i have had the patty melt and nachos since returning and no complaints thus far. I'm glad to be able to speak well of this establishment again and will be returning more frequently

We dined in as a family before departing for our respective homes after the holiday weekend. The atmosphere is laid back. The restaurant is clean. The waitstaff is nice. The food we all had for breakfast was good. Even had gluten free bread.

Stopped by this hidden jewel while making my way back home from spending the day at Woodbury Premium Outlet. This place is amazing, pulling up into the parking lot; you would think you are taking a step back into time. Going through the doors, you will find a beautiful well-kept piece of classic American dining. You are greeted by friendly smiling faces, a huge glass case of delicious cakes and pies that make you want to skip the main meal, and just dive into a big slice of YUMMY. I chose to sit at the counter top and ordered a burger, basket of fries and a coke, to which I was not disappointed. The food came quick, the burger was super-hot and juicy, and the fries were nice and crispy. It was so hot and delicious; I ended up burning the roof of my mouth and I didn't mind one but. My server was super friendly, and kept coming and checking on me, always keeping my coke full. After wolfing down the plate of Heavenly awesomeness, I was so full, but that glass case of desserts that greeted me when I came in, kept calling my name. I ordered the Strawberry Cheese cake and it was so good. It was soft, not overly sweet, and was generously loaded with strawberries. If there was anything that I could add, it would be the cleanliness of the bathroom. It might have been bad timing as I was coming at the tail end of the day and it hadn't be taken care of, but the bathroom could use a little cleaning up. There was no soap to wash my hands. It's places like this, that makes road trips so fun. All I can say to the great staff at the Getaway Dinner is, Thank you, for all that you do.

It was okay... they only had one waiter for the whole place... I know that sound unbelievable but it's true - on Mondays and Tuesdays... so I guess that explains the so-so service... the was okay... we all got breakfast for dinner - three of us got French toast and no butter was provided to the table... don't bother trying to ask - no waiter til we were ready to leave...

Great food and great service. Go for breakfast and have possibly the best pancakes you can get! Frank and George will treat you like family! Unfortunately, the prices have increased exponentially. We frequently go elsewhere now.

It's a diner, mirrored "windows" kinda confused me, these were located on side near entrance, other windows were normal. I have no complaints, food was edible and hours and service were good, prices were fair.

Me and my boyfriend stopped here Tuesday Morning on our way to go down to Milton landing. I was very impressed with everything being offered on the menu, it is huge and there are many choices, even several gluten-free options. The only thing I had an issue with was that I barely saw my waiter and getting items was a problem (extra napkins, hot sauce, etc)

Nice experience. Waitress was very new but did a very nice job. Good training by her employers. Continues to be a proper good diner.

Cute little diner with good food. I had the Italian sub with french fries and my husband had the pot roast, which came with soup and salad. The Italian sub was fabulous but the fries had an old grease taste. They Probably just needed to change their cooking oil. The ranch dressing for the salad was also very good. My husband loved his pot roast and matzo ball soup. Our server was very friendly and the food came out fast and hot. We would definitely go back.

The food was ok and not over priced. However I found a very huge mosquito in my clam chowder when I called the waiter he just took and wasn't very apologetic and didn't even do anything special as a means of expressing how sorry he was. Maybe it was because I was a humble person and didn't create any fuss or excitement. They need to do better as it relates to that though.

Some days are better than others. I believe it is most likely inconsistency based on chef on duty that day. I've had the same waiter twice , both times he was slow and didn't return until we were almost finished to ask if we needed anything. For a diner , he definitely needs some training. Overall the food is good, I would suggest you try it especially for breakfast.

The hamburger seemed to be a premade patty, not fresh or handmade. The flavor of the specific one I ordered (Jack Daniels barbecue) was not what I expected, more sweet than tangy, and really ended up not being what I wanted but that's my choice and not a criticism. It was flavorful and I'm sure others would like it. The other area of concern though was the long wait for service. The server apologized for forgetting to bring out our food, which we wouldn't have noticed had she not said anything, but also the 10 minutes it took to get a drink refilled. She filled it and left it sitting there while she brought others their drinks, meals, and performed other tasks. I was right in front of the counter so it wasn't a long walk or out of the way. This was disappointing.

The food is okay, I've dined in and had good service but more recently ordered for delivery and had a not so good experience. I looked at the menu on their website and ordered based on the pricing found there. After ordering, my total was much higher than priced on the site. When I asked about it they had no clue what I was talking about then casually dismissed it saying the pricing was out of date. They did not honor their pricing as listed on their site. The food was overpriced to begin with. Upon delivery, they forgot several items in the order. They remedied this by giving me a free dessert. I understand that people make mistakes, so my rating is generous. I just can't justify the cost of food here. Won't eat here again

Not the experience I was hoping for because we love a local diner. Food was meh.

We used to really like this diner, especially for their Greek specialties. But we had an unpleasant experience tonight — both with the quality of the food and with the way we were over billed, without explanation. I’m on a low-carb diet, so I asked for some greens with my food instead of the fries it came with. They did not mention there would be an up charge, yet they billed me for a salad. They ran out of Greek dressing for Greek salad and asked us what kind of dressing we would like instead. My husband asked for tzatiki to put on his salad. They brought out this huge dish of it, (we didn’t ask for that much), and then charged us extra for it. They were the ones who ran out of the Greek dressing, so we thought this was not good business. On top of that, everything tasted processed — not the same quality it used to be. The waiters were both very, very nice, but the owner definitely gave us some attitude when we spoke to him about adjusting the bill.

We stopped by before we hit the thruway, my partner ordered peanut butter pancakes (they didn’t have peanut butter and didn’t ask but assumed it was OK to just replace the peanut butter with M&Ms). I ordered a cup of lentil soup of which I had some because it had an interesting acidity. I also ordered French toast and I got French toast - burnt though. After I paid to at the register, I suggested to the person that he should let the cook know that they should let the customer know when they don’t have something and not just replace it at their discretion without even knowing the client will like or have an allergy to what they replace it with. The waitress was sweet and polite.

Visiting from out of town so ive only been here once or twice before. Burnt toast. Not sure how that gets past the kitchen. Noteworthy bathrooms but not in a good way. Very uncomfortable during checkout. I was entering my pin and the woman behind the counter kept staring down by my fingers. I would look up, she would look away but when I went to enter another number she was looking down at the keypad again. She did that several times until she said you can bypass the pin. I did that so she couldn't see my pin but I hope that wasnt a stupid move on my part. Depending on my other choices, I may or may not go back again.

Called in a simple breakfast order. Told to wait 25 mins. No prob. Went to the pick up window. Paid immediately. Then, proceeded to wait another 30 mins for pancakes eggs and sausage. So 55 mins for 1 breakfast order that was called in. I have been eating here for years but with the recent drop in quality and service, this will be my last time eating here . Take your business elsewhere.

The reason why I’m giving this place 2 stars because despite the poor quality of what I ordered.. The diner was clean, the service was fast, and the environment was nice and friendly. I was excited to order the pizza burger because it sounded delicious at the time. But when It came to the table it was just a burger drowned in a horrible marinara sauce with a half melted piece of cheese on it. The beef patty itself also tasted very bland. It was incredibly messy and I felt like I was eating a unappetizing sloppy Joe. Immediately after eating here me and my girlfriends stomaches started to hurt and have been running to the bathroom all day. Probably will not be returning here again.

food, ok, nothing to rave about. Prices high. Just about everything you order has extra changes. Almost $6 for bacon to be added. Onions, extra, tomato, extra. Menu states a 3.5% fee added for credit cards, atm on site for $1. I have no problems with that but sign at register says 5% fee for credit and no fee for ATM.

The food here was subpar at best. I ordered the Gateway which is their signature breakfast and the eggs or unseasoned, the pancakes had absolutely no flavor and the sausage was not breakfast links. And the only thing that was tasty from this whole meal was my friends potatoes

Expensive,outdated(borderline grimey)interior, and didn't really feel comfortable there as if the other guest were bothered by our presence.(I was with 10 mixed race children and 4 adults) A side of bacon cost almost $6 for 2 pieces. Staff put together 2 tables which wouldn't fit all of us so me and my brother had to grab another table to make room for everyone. Overall bad experience and the food was sub-par.

Bland food poorly presented by unengaged servers. Drive on by to other options. Also thanks for the bubble gut the whole next day. At least it wasn't Hepatitis A. Just some kind of cook-didn't-wash-hands sorta thing. Gross.

Friendly service, kitchen prep of food needs improving as the order has been wrong on numerous occasions (including our recent visit). Since this first review, I've returned here many times. On past visit the service of the server was among the worst I've experienced here. Decent portion sizes for specials make for a good value for the money. With that said, there once was a time when business owners truly appreciated their customers. It's been a few years since we've visited this establishment due to COVID-19. The waitress who took care of us was new & very friendly & attentive to our needs.

The worst diner experience ever. I ordered spanakopita—that was spoiled. It smelled like fish. I got a case of food poisoning. At the time, when I notified the server that my food was spoiled, it took forever to replace my food with two eggs and pancakes—while the rest of my table had already finished. No apology or effort to make the rotten food right. I will NEVER go there again and I don’t recommend anyone else go there either. And the bathroom is filthy.

First and foremost I must admit the service and food was very lacking. Also. I cannot begin to express how disgusting the ladies bathroom was. There was an unbearable stench in the bathroom. Smelled like death. That's how bad the ladies bathroom smelled. My family and I will not return. I've worked in restaurants and I've dined in many restaurants and the bathrooms never smelled this badly.

If I would give them zero stars If I could. The food is absolutely disgusting. I will never ever order food from there again. We ordered food for pick up and the way it was packaged, it looks like it was just thrown in the container. And don't even get me started on how bad the food tastes it was just awful.

Waiter was nice. Front desk lady was miserable. Women's bathroom was DISGUSTING. Dead flies in the overhead light, dust layers that are years old. Food is extremely overpriced and not worth it. 10/10 do not recommend.

I'd put zero stars if I could. This place is dirty, and has bugs in the kitchen. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional in most ways imaginable. The owner drinks while he is supposedly on the job and besides seeing him do it, the smell and his attitude towards customers and staff show it well enough. I also will definitely be reporting them to the BBB right after this for all the atrocities i witnessed while there and a few more that I was kind enough not to post.

I was really disappointed by this place. We had a big order, seven meals the fries were good but the rest of the food was bland, overcooked and just not great. We even got a few of the big cookies and they were just not good at all. The staff seemed nice, it was pretty clean. I'd recommend finding a better diner.

I recently visited this diner and while our waitress was very attentive to our table and food was overall good. This place had fruit flies and common house flies continuously buzzing on our table along with the rest of the diner (NOT GOOD) This should be addressed asap as flies are a serious health hazard and especially in a food establishment. Ate there for breakfast one morning in August 2023. Got eggs, toast and a side. The eggs and toast were cold and the toast was overly done. So, the nice waitress said I could order something else on the hse. I got a Cream of Broccoli Soup which was disappointing. It tasted like a bowl of lard made from leftover cooking fat, flour and broccoli. It had no taste, salt or anything else in it. Suddenly, they started doing construction outside banging on the building. Overall, we had a pretty unpleasant dining experience. When I complained to this very young guy who claimed to be management, about the unnecessary noise, and our experience on the way out, he was unfazed about it. Not recommended. Won't be going back there again.

Clicked on website "order online", ordered and paid in full. Went to pick up, diner wasn't busy at all, waited for 5 minutes for an older guy in the back ask what I wanted. Kitchen said no online order and he said it's not in the computer. Ok, these things happen. I went to get my phone and show him the receipt, he said he knows but it isn't in the computer. Same answer when I asked if I was going to get charged. That's it. No sorry, no offer to make the order, nothing. I turned around, walked out and went across the street to Burger King and I suggest you do the same.

The corn beef hash tasted old, we found an egg shell in one of the eggs and the service was poor. The waitress was training someone but it seems like they both forgot our table since we were not offered refills and had to flag them down to get our check. Not the worst place I’ve been too but I don’t think I’ll be coming back

Food was absolutely terrible I asked the waiter if the garlic parm chicken wings they served were a sauce or pan fried in garlic and and parm cheese added. he told me a sauce, so I ordered them . they were pan fired in oil and garlic with parm cheese added they we discusting and tastes like oil I got 8 wing for $ 14 dollars . I then ordered a Ruben .the Ruben was cold and terrible it was very over priced I won't be going back ever

Centimeter-wide (bit under a half inch) ball of mold in the parmesan dispenser. I sent my food back because I'd already sprinkled the parmesan across it and noticed a couple greenish bits come out, and didn't want anything to replace it.. I'd gotten a combo (so it came with soup). They didn't charge me for the main meal but charged me the full price of the soup directly from the main menu as if it wasn't a combo, so I paid nearly half of the cost of the combo (8 vs 20) but only got a couple bites into the meal. I never would have paid that much for just the soup! Also saw a mouse run by at one point.

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and have eaten here 3-4 times and after tonight, I’m confident that I will never return. Their food is horrible, and the service is mediocre. But what really did it this time was allowing a couple to allow their ‘service’ dog to sit inside the booth with them and jump on the table the entire time. The dog wouldn’t stop whining and crying for food and the couple kept yelling at their dog to get off the table. I was truly disgusted and had a hard time finishing my meal. Every time I have ordered food from this place, the order is never correct and the food is just not good.

I ordered a baked mac and cheese and it was so last minute prepared it was probably stuck under a toaster to give it a baked look it looks like kraft mac n cheese as well. i live on milton tpk and have gone to palace diner (Poughkeepsie) every time i want diner food because gateway is trash. I paid $15 for basically a side salad today and i am not happy because when i called to mention it wasn’t made right and looked like regular mac and cheese the person i spoke with told me to not give him a hard time because i ordered mac n cheese. I heard the girl asked if they made baked mac n cheese when i called to place the order. I do not recommend this food for even a toddler. Its trash.

My husband and I wanted to try this diner this morning (10/1/23) since we've driven by it a bunch of times. We were seated rather quickly after walking through the door. We waited awhile before a waitress came over to take our order. She didn't even greet us or show any kind of hospitality towards us, which I thought was very rude. Her demeanor showed we were more of an inconvenience than anything. He ordered a diet pepsi with a western omelet and I ordered a seltzer with lemon and an omelet with peppers and onions with a side of fries. His soda had absolutely no bubbles and my seltzer tasted like it had chemicals in it. There was a long wait for our food to finally come to the table. I noticed right away everything was cold and I didn't have any silverware. Not a single staff member was around at that point, so I ended up going to another table to grab a set wrapped in a napkin. My fries were cold and soggy, eggs were also cold and didn't taste good at all. I ended up spitting them out into my napkin. The only good thing on my plate was my rye toast. Our server was nowhere to be found to get the check. We went up to the register to get our total and pay. My husband told the older woman at the register that everything was terrible. She somewhat apologized and said she'd give us a discount. I was so repulsed by the awful manners and lack of attentiveness from the waitress that we didn't feel she deserved a tip. No one in this establishment has any people skills, care or manners for those who walk through their doors!!! If you work with the public, you leave your bad attitude at the door, put a smile on your face and be pleasant!!! I've worked for the public for 20+ years and I would never treat customers the way my husband and I were treated today. Disgusting place, horrible service and absolutely vomit-worthy food!!!! If you're going to pull into their lot to park, I'd make a U-turn and find somewhere else to go. This place is definitely NOT worth it and SHOULD BE shut down!!!!

I ordered the gateway combo snack platter the wings were awesome but everything else was soggy and cold in the middle, the description says it comes with buffalo wings mozzarella sticks chicken tenders fried pickles and potato skins with ranch and tomato sauce, I didn’t get chicken tenders or the ranch, the potato skins were cold as well as the mozzarella sticks in the middle, the fried pickles all the breading slid off and they were slimy, the only good thing out of this $24 app was the 3 tiny buffalo wings. 😔. I hate giving a bad review because I’ve always loved their food but it’s going downhill unfortunately.

I got a Reuben a little over a week ago and it was burnt and had a lot of fatty Parts in it. Today I ordered chicken tenders and half of the order was chicken tenders of that were made of mostly breadcrumb. The one piece that is in the picture felt like a rock. $15 dollars wasted!! Some of it was so overcooked it was petrified and solid inside the breading.

I recently went to Gateway Diner with my mom for breakfast, and unfortunately the experience was pretty disappointing. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, so we expected the food to come out well, but it really missed the mark. I ordered the Holiday Eggs Benedict on an English muffin. The poached eggs and the hollandaise sauce were okay, but the rest of the dish wasn’t good. The peppers were cut in huge chunks, the spinach wasn’t cooked at all, and it just didn’t taste balanced. My mom ordered two sunny-side-up eggs with grits and turkey sausage. The grits were extremely grainy, like they weren’t cooked properly, and the turkey sausage tasted like it had just been heated from frozen. Overall the food quality was disappointing, especially since the diner wasn’t busy. Breakfast dishes like eggs, grits, and sausage are pretty basic, so we expected better.

Both orders of pancakes were served burnt with a strange taste. Our server who was very pleasant, appeared to agree with us, (at least on the burnt part) and had them remade. Our replacements were also served burnt (burnt sides down mind you). When that was brought to her attention, she said, she would "send over Frank", we're assuming the owner. As soon as he approached the table, in a defensive, dismissive tone, he said "They are the best pancakes in town, thoroughly cooked, fluffy inside and not burnt." I then asked "why the meat I ordered was different from plate to plate as well?" His answer was, "What's the difference? They both come from the same animal." With that tone, he stated "You can leave". Before we could do so, he'd gone back to the counter, talking out loud about how we found problems with the food. "Best pancakes in town and these people find a problem with them!" It's then I took a few pictures, with the response of "Go ahead, put it on Facebook!" All the while telling us that we could leave numerous times. We did leave $11 cash on the table. While pulling it out of my wallet we were once again told we could just leave/go. I then said "It was not for him. It was for the server, because she's working for you."

Only went here because a friend wanted to try it. I didn’t want to eat here as I’ve stayed away for years due to past issues. Had eggs, they were overcooked w a coffee, apparently they hv flavored cream which the server never told me of. She then asked me if I wanted something else to drink. I’m so sorry I got an Ice Tea. She gv it to me unsweetened with a lemon w out asking how I wanted it. It was tasteless and sour after while bc of the lemon inside which I never asked for. How assuming and what nerve! But, from reading the other comments they justify and argue w their customers on serving burnt Pancakes, French Toast, burnt Canadian Bacon, etc, even when you find shard in their food and charge them for a replacement order! I am reposting some customers pix from other reviews. I had something like a detergent or cleaner spilled in my food several years ago from here causing my throat to feel weird and numb for days and stopped coming here for years! The owner looked nasty and was unfriendly as we were paying. Def wont be going back this time!

PLASTIC SHARD FOUND IN MEAL AND OFFERED TO REPLACE IT BUT REFUSED TO COMP MEAL!!!! We unfortunately found a plastic shard in my husband’s breakfast. We kindly addressed it to the waitress Who was very sweet and asked if we would like to order something else instead, and took our meal away. Naturally she made it seem like we were getting another meal on the house. My husband did not want to order something else, but because it seemed like we were getting a comped meal He just chose something off the menu. Upon receiving our receipt, we were surprised to find that we were charged for the new order we put in. I told the Cashier I’m surprised to see the charge since it should be charged There is probably a misunderstanding, and I accidentally got added to the receipt. She said no, we comped your breakfast, but are charging you for your new order. I said that is ridiculous Since there was a PLASTIC SHARD found in our meal. She said well, then you should not have ordered Something else. However, we wouldn’t have ordered where we not have offered. I did not raise my voice And requested to speak to the manager instead, since obviously there’s not much the cashier can do. The owner was not present as it was Thanksgiving morning. I said unfortunately I feel the need to address this as this is wrong And she said “fine call him.” I’m sure if she was in my Position she also would’ve assumed her meal would’ve been comped. Instead, we were treated very poorly Our concerns ignored. At the end, they said “just give them 10%.” And they did not apologize. Just know if you eat here and find something in your food, do not order something else even though they suggest to do that you will be charged. I felt like I was taking advantage of and stolen from. Since it was obviously their goal to get us to order something else to replace what was comped

Not one to leave a review, but our meals were not edible and we had to throw it all away. Overpriced crap, the buffalo tenders might have been the same ones in the frozen aisle at the grocery store.

We got 3 meals today.My wife got the steak quasilldias which were 26.00$ such a rip off and wasent even that good my son get fetucchini alfredo it was blan and was about 20$ and i got french toast combo with home fries 2 eggs and sausage was about 20$ and a side homefries and side cheese fries which were about 17$ for both.Just way over priced food and wasent tasty at all today is september 4th 2025.People dont ever eat there way over priced.

Ordered a slice of apple pie and a slice of almond cake for delivery. Upon going to take a bite of the apple pie, I noticed a little bit of blue/green on the bottom of my fork. I inspected it, determined it was likely mold, and then turned the entire slice over to see how much was on it. I was greeted with the absolutely disgusting Petri dish seen in the photos. I didn’t even try the almond cake after seeing this on the pie. Straight in the trash. How long does it have to be sitting there to get THIS moldy and have none of the staff notice??? I got a refund from DoorDash luckily.
