Avocado, bacon, burger was very good. The service was excellent. We live outside of town, but will patronize this establishment. Next time we drive through.

Great food. Good servers. Wait time was a but longer than expected but i think that is due to the fact they make everything to order .. well worth the wait . I will definitely be back. Next time i will try lunch the breakfast plate was HUGE .

This has been a regular stop for my family and me on Sundays after church. The service is always great with friendly and courteous staff. The prices are very reasonable for the large portions they serve. Never disappointed!

I come here everyday morning for breakfast and Monday night's for football and its a great atmosphere! The owner Lupe gives you the small town experience you deserve. The early morning breakfast deals are amazing. 4.49 for a loaded plate. The bar is excellent with multiple flat screens. If your looking for a great place and passing by hilmar this is the spot! Im just an everyday customer that appreciates what he's done with the place.

I met someone here at lunch time to discuss a legal matter. I had a soda and a cup of soup while the other person had a cup of coffee. Our waitress was nice, happy, knowledgeable about the foods they serve and very friendly. This place made me feel at home, comfortable, like I had been eating there forever. My soup was really good. I would order it again. The soda and coffee were fine. Parking is very easy to get to from Lander Ave, which is the main road that goes through town. It's very easy to make a right coming out of the parking lot and not difficult to make a left.

I had a patty melt and both the fried onions and the sourdough bread enveloping all the goodness was done to perfection!! Staff was very polite and professional, overall 5* oh yeah and they do breakfast all day!!! So give them a try, supporting local business strong.

Good food ....took a little longer than I expected to get my food....but once the food was delivered it was excellent and coffee was on point....if you get a chance the 65 Impala omelette would make you slap your mama it's so good

Service and food was good. I sat at the counter. Place could use a good cleaning. Dec 7, 2024 Sun-Wed open 6am-3pm Thur-Sat open 6am -9pm I could have sworn it was a breakfast lunch only diner open 6am-3pm; at least last time I went.

I just went to the bar. It's just your basic bar. On Friday and Saturday nights they have a DJ that plays good tunes that you can dance to .

My family drove from Los Banos to try this place, since we liked the one in Turlock. When you first walk in it's a little dark and the service was adequate. It took a while for our drinks to get to us. I ordered the chicken fried steak dinner, and it was delicious! Definitely could've taken leftovers home. Only giving 4 stars because of ambience and service. Next time we're in the neighborhood we'll drop back by 😉

Reliable place to eat.

When I first got here I wasn't very impressed, it took about 2-3 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there (we even sat ourselves at the bar area). We then moved to a booth where the service started out not so great. Our waitress was pretty rude off the back. I decided to tip the waitress $20 right after she took our order in the Hope's that it would change the outcome. Sure enough it did! She started smiling and being very very respectful and the visit ended up turning into a good one. The food was very delicious and I loved the decorations in the place. I am willing to give this place another try as maybe it was just an off day for them because like I said it ended up being a good visit after tipping ahead of time! I'll update again when I go back!

We had 2 items - one was good (omelette breakfast), one is not recommended (pecan waffle) - it was too soft and had a fake vanilla type flavor to the batter. Servers are very sweet!

Never had i had service like today. It took 45 minutes to get our food. Then the order was wrong but when the server came by she never even bothered to ask how everything was then the manager came by and she said they would bring more water and didn't. Then she said she was sorry and that she would take the orange juice off of the bill, and then brings my card back and charged for the oj too. Crazy visit.. horrible service today.. food was good except i didn’t get my hash browns

I paid 31 for three meals of the chicken strips and fries, there was barely any fries and chicken was really disappointing when we brought it home cause usually they give us a good amount. It wasn't worth paying that much.

Whole party got burgers . Very disappointed in seeing the small sized patty that was way overdone. Considering the amount of agriculture surrounding the establishment you would expect more burger for your money from a local producer would be even better Chili's and Texas Burger are way better options when it comes to a burger At least you guys have a decent breakfast

Been living in hilmar for 2.5yrs and never eaten at this restaurant, my parents were in town so I decided to take them for breakfast. Terrible service, the server only came to check on us once. She forgot to bring silverware so that one time she came to check on us we said we need silverware so she said oh sorry I bring it right now, almost 5 min had passed and still nothing, she was grabbing other orders so we tried to get hers and other servers attention and all ignored us, my husband had to get up and grab some, later my dad wanted coffee and again we tried to get our server’s attention and she ignored us and finally we got up and asked other server if we could get a cup of coffee for my dad, she said I’ll be right up, she comes with coffee pot and we said we wanted a cup of coffee for my dad and she rolled her eyes and walked away and came back with the cup, we waited another 15-20 min after we were all done eating for check but it never came. My husband had to get up to get it and our server said oh sorry I was about to bring it up. Food was bland, no flavor, do they not use seasoning??? Never coming back

Worst service I've ever experienced. Terrible. Slow and unattentive. The entire time the waitress referred to me as "baby". For sugar, she said "ok baby", I asked for a spoon, she said "sure baby". I'm not her baby. It bothered me and Seemed disrespeful. Before leaving I asked to speak to the manager. I wanted him to know how slow his waitress was and he didn't even want to hear it. He was rude and didn't care. I do not recommend this restaurant. The foods not good enough to justify putting up with that crap.

I ordered the hot pastrami sandwich. I was really disappointed with the two slices of pastrami on the large sandwich bun with chopped lettuce, tomato, cheese with a few slivers of onion. I do not believe any business should be affiliated in politics during business hours. Especially when vulgar language can be seen read in public by minors.

I got take out and I feel like it was a reason to not give me quality food. I spent 38.00 on some greasy over cooked onion rings and chicken tenders that were over fried. Never again will I go there! People check ur takeout before leaving!

As nasty as the kitchen is I'm surprised they're allowed to still serve food. Also the new Manger is very disrespectful and distasteful she should cover up more at work. This is not vegas. Eww.
