I am suprised at how much i like their breakfast. Especially those little cinnamon balls. Every time I go here they get my order correct and it tastes great. Not sure what else to say but if you're craving taco bell and this is the closest one to you then I recommend going to it?. Only downfall is sometimes there can be a good line in the drive through.

We often order in the app here and pick up. The employees at this location will go through the whole transaction without saying a single word to us. No hello, thank you, NOTHING. We always tell them thank you when they hand us our food and they say nothing. They're so unfriendly here it's not even funny. The food is food. It's Taco Bell. But can you treat customers with a modicum of respect and just say hi? We are human beings too. This happens every time we pickup here and it's disappointing.

Ordered a grande steak toasted burrito for breakfast through DoorDash. Asked for extra steak and add creamy jalapeño sauce. It did not have extra steak and had no jalapeño sauce on it. What is the point in ordered items if they don’t come correct? Also ordered 8 sauces and got 3.

Ordered new Quesalupa and a chipotle chicken melt. Quesalupa shell wasn’t even fried how it normally would be. Chicken melt was cold and tortilla it was wrapped in was also not crispy. This location has went down the drain! I’ll drive a extra 10 minutes to the location in Fairfield at least they have the Freezes

CRAPPY SERVICE. I understand they close at 11pm most nights but I was at the drive thru at 10:45pm and no one ever took my order. I drove around and saw someone parked at the window just chatting away with the employee and once the person drove away, the employee never even acknowledged me. It’s not the first time their service is so shitty.

Worst I have ever had at any taco bell. This is usally our go to for a quick meal, but at 330 this afternoon, the burrito tortillas were ALL hard. The suace tasted watery, the pintos and cheese were not warmed all the way and the crunch wraps soggy. We only live 2 min away.

Refused service before closing time. Don't post hours of operation if you're not going to honor them. 0 out of 0 stars. Tried them again even worse. Upcharging significantly higher than their advertised prices. Never go to this Location.

Why in Gods green earth is it taking these women at this specific Taco Bell location to make 3 tacos, that I ordered 10 mins ago, another 25 mins to make? I literally sat in the drive thru behind 2 cars for a total of 10 mins and then another 15 mins at the window waiting for my food. 3 tacos? This is not fast food, call it “Slow Food”. Since I already paid through the app I couldn’t leave or else I would have left mid way through waiting for my order because of how slow these people are. They deserve the world record for the longest time taken to make 3 tacos. Also I have come here multiple times and it’s always this slow. Other reviews agree with me. To the owner of this location, please look into this because this is just embarrassing.

Place an order online and it took me atleast 20 minutes to get to the store just to find out my order isn’t ready. Now I’m gonna have to wait another 15 minutes plus. This is ridiculous!

Change in shift people. So many wrong orders given, having to bring back and exchange. And they used to have your order ready at the window. Now it's atleast a 5 minute wait somedays. It's gotten bad. Bring back the old crew.

Not worth going to anymore. Super pricey now, topped with horrible service. Sure if you need something super fast it could be a option, but even then the service sucks. Just go sit down at a million other GOOD mexican food places.

Why is it so hard to make food without sour cream? Ordered 11 items and said with every item no sour cream. Why does every item have sour cream? Even the receipt says no sour cream... I'm asking you to do less work. Use less product. Save your location money. I wish I could put zero stars. This happens all the time. I will no longer go to this location. I will drive the extra 2.4 miles to the other one.
