One of My kids favorite place. Taste burgers! Fast service, and clean and bright atmosphere. Only the fries are a little soggy

So, this is the first time I've been to an In-N-Out Burger. I was blown away by how fresh the burgers were and all the food was really good. It's like Whataburger was years ago. The place was super clean, the service was great and the people were very courteous and friendly. On top of that, even though it was crowded, they got your food out and nothing flat and it tasted great. I told the manager that I thought they were doing a great job and that I enjoyed my meal. If you've never been to one before, imagine if Chick-fil-A ran a burger place. I'll definitely look for In-N-Out Burger as my first choice from now on.

Went on a weekend late lunch (around 4 pm). Luckily there were empty tables. Order took probably less than 10 mins to be serviced. Had 2 veggie burgers, they were tasty and really affordable. Good and spacious restaurant with ample place to sit inside or outside.

In-N-Out Burger is my absolute favorite! Hands down the best burger around. I always look forward to stopping here. If you go, do yourself a favor and ask for animal fries—and grab some extra sauce packets. You’ll thank me later! Consistently great food, fast service, and always worth the trip. Highly recommend!

I think the Animal Style burger is super good, especially the Double-Double! The meat is so juicy, delicious, and with the lettuce and tomato, it’s just perfect. I’ve gotta say, In-N-Out is really impressive — every location feels the same, and the staff are always friendly. The only downside is that the fries are a little too salty, so I hope they can fix that next time. Overall, I really love In-N-Out!

First time at In-N-Out and we loved it! I came with my husband for the first time, and now I understand why their burgers are so popular, they were delicious! The restaurant was clean, and the customer service was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!

This place is so good! As a Texan I would usually hate on in n out and obsess over Whataburger but I’ve recently decided to try in n out. I knew they were a Christian company but I didn’t know they had Bible verses on everything!! That makes me so happy. Anyways the menu was pretty small but simple. Good thing, bc at Whataburger the menu is so big they get your food wrong 70% of the time. Anyways the workers seem so happy and friendly. In n out is so cheap! I paid $8 for a cheeseburger meal. It’s like $3-6 for just the burger depending on what kind of burger you get.

Reasonable prices for very good burgers, fries are a bit unusual though possibly because of less oil absorption but that means they are healthier!

Ordered protein style burger. Food hot and didn't have ton wait long resturant has been by the outlet mall about 1yr. Tables where dirty from being busy but someone came over right away and cleaned a table for us. Ordered shakes to go, yummy

As an In-N-Out connoisseur, this location is by far the best. Everything was immaculate and the staff kept cleaning up everything. Very quick service. Another cashier came out and helped, so we waited hardly at all. Everything was cooked perfectly - better than other locations. Very well organized. Great experience.

They make a high quality fast food burger, fresh veg, presentation is always picture worthy, service is suspiciously fast and friendly, restaurant is clean and reminds me of a movie set. Prices are very fare. Fries at this location are actually decent. My only complaint is the size of the meat is small to where I need to order extra patties, price is right though. They need to upgrade the peppers or bring in other spicy options.

Burgers are always good, double doubles with lettuce wrap is the way to go! The fries turn hard after two mins not sure why!

The employees were nice despite it being busy. The burgers were very good but the fries are horrible! Even getting the chili fries didn't help. I'd come back for a burger but never the fries. It's very clean inside but not very big. Nice outside sitting area for good weather. Prices are reasonable and it's self serve for drinks.

I was born & raised 2 blocks from the Flagship In-N-Out in Baldwin Park, CA. This location was not designed properly or is just small compared to other locations. I walked in and line 1 had an Elderly Female working the register. She was taking the order of a group of people. And there was a couple behind them. Register # 2 was not being used & Register # 3 had a couple ordering. I've never been to this location but the other locations I have been to, you have a line at each register. I got behind the couple in line # 3. Immediately the male customer waiting in line # 1 accused me of cutting in line. We each had 1 group of customers ahead of us, so I don't know why he was so offended. He was Middle Eastern of some sort (spoke broken English & he had foul breath) & he made the big mistake of jabbing a forefinger in my chest & called me a "wetback." I'm a 3rd generation Mexican-American. I told the man not to put his hands on me again cuz it would be on. Anyway, the Double Double was very good & the Neopolitan Milkshake was on point. I never order their fries. Sorry but I stopped at a nearby McDonalds to order their fries. The workers were awesome. 🙌

The food was ok. This was probably the worst In n Out that I have had compared to the locations in Houston (Willowbrook) and in Katy. The burger felt like it was cooked more than 10 minutes ago and the fries were not as good as the other locations. The real problem was the service. The Drive Thru has a multitude of issues. The workers there are either severely untrained or they will straight up be rude to you. I had a worker try to rush my order, got it wrong, and left while gossiping into her headset about some unrelated thing. The girl who took my card looked off to another coworker and gossiped right in front of me too. If you want to eat here, I would suggest going to dine in, because it seems like they will spit in your face if they don't have to deal with you face to face. Probably the most inconsistent In n Out location, and that is hard to do when there is like barely anything on the menu.

This particular In-N-Out has bad customer service. The cashiers don’t listen and always rush you in making your order. I asked for animal style fries and they gave me an animal style burger. When I told them I asked for animal style fries, the girl with black hair and an attitude said that I would need to pay extra. I recommend going to P Terrys or other In-N-Outs as this one sucks.

I havent been in years due to the extreame wait times. Decided to try again to see exactly what all the hype is as i forgot really. Waited forever in line for my meal which was wrong (asked for no pickles or tomatoes and got tomatoes) but i didnt want to wait again so i just ate it and pulled off the tomatoes. Burger was bad, but i hate tomatoes so the juices from that were all over it so mostly due to that. The fries suck. Price was average. The employees were nice but super slow. Its gonna be a long time before i try it again.

It's been open for 2 days and the fries are STALE and the meat on the burger was SUPER THIN (drive thru). The chocolate shake was ok, nothing you can't make at home. The staff was very friendly. All the signs and cones made it confusing where the drive thru was. Five Guys WAY better.
