The young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The chicken strips were very good. The toast was some of the best ever. Not a fan of their coleslaw, couldn't even eat it all.

The service was great! I believe it wS the manager who waited on me, very pleasant and suggestive. I was unsure of what to order, and she was great. The Shrimps was great, I ordered the Buffalo shrimp also I didn't like too saltly.

I want to give this place 5 stars the food is great been coming here for 2 plus years but for some reason the portions have shrunk a lot like half of what I use to get when I would get a salad and fries were also substantially less than usual. Overall made me sad but the quality was there atleast.

I would’ve given you 5 star but when an order is placed, online, all you have to do is read the monitor. I pull up to the window, I was asked what drink did I order. I told him milk shake and frozen strawberry lemonade. I get the milkshake. Then my food. I drive away and realize I didn’t get my lemonade. I go back to get my drink. Once back to work. There’s no dipping sauce and I paid for extra sauce. I only have 30 min to do all of this. I don’t expect a gourmet meal it’s fast food. I expect what I order and what I paid for.

Purchased the surf and turf. $16.49. Small dry shrimp. Smallest chicken strips ever. I’ve always loved Zaxbys, now I’ll probably not go back. To them 15 to bring the food out, went through the drive thru .

Well to start my last visit was 7/22/25. I wont go back to this location. This is why. My last 3 visits were terrible. My son and I ate in the restaurant. The last time we ordered and had to wait about 15 minutes before we got our food. It wouldn't be so bad if the food was hot. The chicken was hours old and was rubbery from the heat lamp. The fries were cold too. The only thing that we ordered that came out hot was the cheese curds. Because they had to cook the order. Also how you going to let your customers have 3cubes of Ice for drinks? The ice machine was out I guess, although they had ice behind the counter. They gave us about 8 pieces of Ice per cup. That melted and the drinks were terrible warm. More time we get food that is not fresh than fresh. Orders are accurate but quality is SUB par! The employees are nice no complaints there, store is clean too. Only the food quality is my complaint. I will not go back here and waste my money throwing old food away.

I used to really like Zaxby's, so not sure if it was this location or if the brand had gone down. Food was kind of "meh". Bread was stale and the order took about 15 minutes to come out (kids chicken strip sand a sandwich meal). Most of the options in the drink fountain were out and although everything looked clean, things were kind of sticky and greasy feeling. Staff didn't really seem very pleasant. While I was there, I just kind of thought to myself, "why would I come here, when raising cane's is better and more affordable?" It cost 15 and change for the sandwich meal and kids meal.

Waited 40 minutes for nothing. We didn’t get an update from the staff at all and had to go inside. While inside we learned that the chef was changing the grease in the fryer but no one informed the patrons that they would be waiting for the grease to be changed and for it to heat back up. When a staff member finally approached, I asked him about my order, he replied “oh, well, I don’t know what to tell you.” Poor service, poor communication skills, and poor customer service. Avoid this place.

This zaxby’s has the slowest service and employees do not move with any sense of urgency with more than 10 people/families waiting for their food. We waited almost 40 minutes to get our food and ended up having to get our food to go to make it to an appointment. Such a disappointing experience.

If a place isn’t busy, that’s the perfect time to make sure the front is clean and fully stocked. That way, when it does get busy, customers aren’t left waiting for things that should already be available. Unfortunately, this visit felt disorganized and inattentive.

Uber eats order 01/19/2026 at 1:06 am ubereats sent a driver there driver arrived.food still showed being prepared. The app showed still preparing.Driver took food and never delivered. Zaxbys still showed food be prepared at 2am. Uber assigned another driver and to pick up order and driver called me and said Zaxbys and Uber must know eat other. Driver stolen 45.00 worth of food and wasted my time and other Uber drivers time. Ever after contacted uber it still showed preparing. I attempted to call the store and didnt get no answer. I will follow up with a manager my money is stuck between transactions and I cant leave work to get anything else.

Honestly was really disappointed. I love Zaxbys but this one didn't hold up to par. 6 piece large chicken strip.... they gave me 5 kids size tenders and half order of fries. For 20$ was a joke honestly. I'll probably never go to another Zaxbys again. No wonder they are shutting down everywhere around Houston with service and orders like this.

Hadn’t been to Zaxby’s in over 5 years and now I am reminded why. Tenders were very small and super dry! Coleslaw was like a quarter of the way filled. Fries taste like they were microwaved, all for a price that’s not even better than Canes. I was also the only car in the drive thru at 7pm. Order still took over 10mins, you’d think it’s because they were making ours fresh. Nope! Horrible experience will not be going back.

July 26 12:30pm Unfortunately, I didn’t inspect the salad before I ate some and I got food poisoning after eating the Zaxbys Cobb salad. I use to love getting the salads here at this location. I had another incident happened at this location but wanted to give it another try WRONG! They do not care for food safety. Horrible food safety and waste of money! I went ahead and filed a complaint with the Houston Health Department.

This was my first time ever trying Zaxbys and I was very disappointed unfortunately. I ordered the kickin chicken sandwich and what i was given did not match the picture on the screen. It was like drenched in buffalo sauce almost like a soup. So I couldn’t really pick up the sandwich and eat it, it was a super soggy buffalo sauce sandwich. I had to pick at it to eat, but it was okay tasting. The fries were really bad, but that peach tea was gooood! I wouldn’t come back though unfortunately:(
