Employees are constantly making sure food is plentiful, filling and cooking. Honestly I can't say I've seen a harder working team, great job to the ones who were working when I came! Even dealt with a "unhappy " customer ( his fault) awesome job. Great food, great service
If only they have eggplant tofu , to give the 5th star
Very nice restaurant, well kept. It was very busy when we were there but the service was good as was the food. I recommend.

Had a party order and they told me I had to wait for one of my choices. Spent 30 mins waiting went up to complain as I saw that new customers getting food that I was currently waiting on.

I don't care how fast you can serve my food. Whipping the containers back and forth. IF YOU DON'T GIVE ME WHAT I ORDER. FAST OR CORRECT. ILL GO ACROSS THE STREET WHERE I GET MY CORRECT ORDER!!
Delivered to the wrong building 2 times now!!!! 535 was where it should have been delivered but it went to 525. HOW HARD IS IT TO DELIVER TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS!!!!!
Nothing against the food, it's good, and the employees have always been polite from what I've witnessed. I'm also happy that this place is still so flipping busy. My rating is because they fail to smoothly run this store, and I witnessed a health violation. I ordered online for the first time, and I won't be doing it ever again. Food was to be ready by 7:10, so I show up at 7:12...waited over 10 minutes to talk with an associate who grabbed my order that had been sitting there since before I arrived. There were also 2 other people who ordered online waiting before me who had to wait just as long as I did. No associates asked us if we needed help, nor was there a designated online orders associate (there desperately needed to be one with a line out the door). While waiting I witnessed an associate at a cooking station drop a giant plastic bin lid on the ground. No big deal, put it in the sink, wash your hands and go back to work...NOPE. A fellow associate picked it up, placed it on a work surface, and continued to handle food...I'm just happy that my order didn't get messed up. No utensils though. I will happily never come to this location ever again.
This Hollister location always skimps out, every time I’ve ordered I always get three pieces of chicken or shrimp. I’m not one of a complainer but it’s very irritating since I pay 13 dollars expecting something but then get let down every time.
Update 10/27/21 Once again Panda Express failed to complete my order before handing it off to the Door Dash driver. I ordered the “bigger plate” but Panda Express forgot to actually provide the food for the “bigger plate” which I paid extra for. I chose Orange Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken and Super Greens. They forgot to put in the Teriyaki chicken all together! So I paid for more food than I got, bottom line they’re incompetent in providing consistent service. If you dine-in, you have more control but I highly suggest you do not order through any food delivery services. Lowering my rating to one star. First Review: Placed an order for three meals all of which came incorrect even though receipt says the correct contents for the order. Food for "bigger plate" was missing for two which means we paid for more than what we received. One meal had an order with peanuts, the customer is highly allergic to peanuts. It seems as though they paid no attention to the order and just put food in a box. Is this typical of Panda Express to do such a bad job? I’d be careful if you’re not dining in to physically watch them fill the order and not screw up.
So I ordered orange chicken and beef broccoli. Looks like they forgot the beef. This serving is pathetic, don't know why the severs do that. Unfortunately I wasn't paying attention when they made the order. This needs to stop. From now on, I'm going to cheung sheng off of San Benito rd. Maybe a little more $ but at least you get your $ worth.

This place was terrible! They were so focused on online orders there was no customer service for all of us waiting in line. Took me 15 minutes to get through three orders ahead of me and then make me wait before they ring me up. Just because people were packing bags of to go orders and no one was on the register. What ever happened to serving the customer in front of your face?!?

Disappointed in Panda Express, ordered on line, for a 5:45 pick up, didn't get our food until 6:15. Apparently they didn't have very one of the items ready, so was told to wait a few minutes, finally I got up to ask what the problem was, they did know, referred me to a manager, told her what the situation eas and she calm me down, and apologized. This was a communication problem, my point, the associate Apparently went on break and didn't tell anyone that I was waiting😏
Tried this place again after a year. Decided to do take out and see if the experience was any better. I wouldn't recommend it unless you feel like standing in line for a long time and go nowhere really fast. We waited for over 20 minutes just to put our order in, and that was with only 4 people ahead of us. This is NOT my favorite place to eat! Did a takeout order during our Corona quarantine. I tried to do a phone-in order and the automated system said all orders had to be submitted online. I went ahead and created an account, selected the time I wanted the food ready, and submitted my order. I entered my order at 5:00 for a 6:00 pickup time. I arrived about 7 minutes early because I was coming from another place in town. I decided to go in, figuring that they would simply prepare the order while I waited. Instead, the food was already in a bag, waiting for me. This doesn't necessarily have to be bad, but I discovered when I got home that the food was just tepid. I makes me think that they bagged the food as soon as the order came in and set it off to the side rather than preparing it right before a 6:00 pickup time. I have no idea how long my food sat out. This is not a good thing.
My wife and I ordered online tonight from the Panda Express in Hollister. Got the confirmation text stating that our order would be ready for pick-up at 7:10 PM. I arrived at approximately 7:05 and went up to the register area to check for our order. There were 9 other customers already waiting to pick up orders and more arrived as I waited. I could see that there were 8 employees working. It took almost 5 minutes before an employee came to the register and I was told our order was not ready and she turned and walked away. Several orders were placed on the shelves and a couple of them were picked up. I am accustomed to having to wait on our orders, however, tonight (7/21/22) I waited for 25 minutes. I tried to get the attention of an employee, however they just ignored me and many other customers still waiting for their orders to pick up. I finally decided to check the orders on the shelves myself and found it on the next to bottom shelf. Have no idea how long it had been sitting there! But wait! The bad experience continues... I did make it known to the woman I believe was the manager on duty, she was the only one wearing a black jacket, that I had waited over 20 minutes waiting, and that my order had been on the shelf! I loudly expressed that they suck! Not my best behavior I admit, but I was pretty upset at that point. I get home with our order, which was partially filled incorrectly. Again, another disappointment! I try to go to the Panda Express Feedback web page only to discover that I wasn't given the receipt, I only got the Grill Ticket. The Grill Ticket does not provide a store number or the 22 digit survey code, and does not show what we paid. This is very poor service and management. The management is responsible in every respect. The young people who are working there are trying hard, but management has failed to be aware of what is going on in the store and direct personnel as needed. Open your eyes!!! When you have 9 plus customers waiting to pick up orders and orders sitting on the shelves, you need to find out why! Perhaps the manager on duty does not possess the ability to manage properly? 🤔
So I went there today if y’all like to eat this I’m sorry if you get sick there were chemicals spray while the food was there if you get sick please hire a lawyer for food Poison also the guy was on a ladder cleaning the vent legionnaire disease please let be mindful the store manager with the red bow in her hair told them to clean she need to be fired I need to come in trained all employees Food and hazard please shut this place down asap I have footage also there camera in there record as well please people have some respect this serious condition people can die from

I spoke with the manager, who is named Kimberly Zero resolution skills. Should have never ever been place in a manager position. Kimberly would rather argue over a $.35 item then make the customer happy. Or give the customer what they had asked for. Kimberly is a poor example of any manager in any position, corporate or not. Kimberly, who I assume is a female. Go to answer, “Yes, I will talk to my staff about it” Yes, we got it. It’s a corporation, nobody cares about the customers. But it seems like Kimberly was especially trained to not care about the customers, her position, dignity, pride, resolution, skills. NON EXISTENT! This place is trash and I will never return. And I’m sure corporate will not care, we will see in the long run.

Just ordered chow mein, orange chicken and grilled chicken. Came home without the grilled chicken. Tried calling the store how many times but nobody wants to amswer the phone.
You pay a premium for the special meats and this is what they give you I could have gotten more if I asked for samples
