First time here. Had steak and eggs here for breakfast. $17. Food was delicious, everything cooked right. Good crunchy sourdough toast. Service was excellent. Will come back for dinner sometime! Only complaint is that the ice water tasted very heavily of chemicals -- I think it was whatever they use to clean cups with hadn't gotten rinsed out well. I'd also gotten a cup of water to go, and that one tasted fine. Update: second time here. Got ribeye. It was a cheap cut, but the kitchen did a good job cooking it. Liked the cheesy polenta. Presentation was good too. No problem with the ice water this time. I did feel $27 was a bit steep for the sub-par cut, i wouldn't get the ribeye again.
What a wonderful addition to the minimal restaurant choices in our little town. The new location, out at the airport is nice and spacious with the new patio adding lots of additional seating. The food has been excellent each time and the waitresses are very personable and attentive. The variety on the menu is quite impressive. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and you can get all of the regular breakfast items plus special ones like the Banana Bourbon Pancakes or a Monte Cristo French Toast Sandwich. The lunch and dinner menu is equally as extensive with items ranging from hamburgers, wings and fish and chips to steaks, pasta and seafood. If you haven't tried them yet, I highly recommend that you do.
My daughter ordered the clam chowder in a bread bowl. She let me try a piece of the bread bowl and OMG! It was literally the best tasting bread bowl I've ever had! It was absolutely amazing! I can't wait to go back and order it myself. Delicious! Also they have friendly service and great atmosphere.
Ate here for brunch. Their menu has a lot of delicious options and healthy ones too. I ordered an eggs benedict (my usual order wherever I eat) with fruits on the side and a hot chocolate with no whip. The food was really good though the ham was kind of salty for my tastebuds. I still love it and finished everything hence the 5 stars. The ambiance is really nice and has a lot of seating places. Will be back here to try a different food.😊
All in all really great place to come and eat. Highly recommend. We went all out. Had the bruschetta, clam chowder bowl, gorgonzola walnut salad with side of blackened prawns and salmon, blackened salmon fish tacos and spicy ahi tuna tempura roll. We are stuffed with happiness and food 😀❤️. Our cat (yes they are pet friendly and no discrimination towards a good kitty) didn't have fun on trip but she was chilling at this place. Do visit if you are around.
The ambiance , food and service were great . We always stop by on our way out of Hollister to go home 🏡 ✈️
Great place with good food and reasonable prices. I eat here often!
Lovely place with good varied menu. Stopped for lunch with the family, had fried clamari, fish tacos, quesedia, and all was good. Calamari were a bit heavy on the batter, but it was a tasty batter, so worked out well. Staff was very friendly. Is a keeper! UPDATE: Been here a few more times, and even more impressed. Jambalaya was unusual (more like a stew) but very tasty, Cioppino was excellent, and Sand Dabs were amazing. They really know how to perfectly cook seafood/fish, and got consistently excellent quality and flavors.
Great food, friendly staff. The salmon Florentine is my favorite
Absolutely delighted to go here for dinner. Great service and atmosphere. 10/10
Picked up dinner tonight and the crew was super friendly, as always. Our food was terrific and we were all happy we had the idea to pick up tonight from Seabrisa!
Always the best friendly service and the food is always amazing, you can taste the fresh ingredients. Been coming here for many years
We enjoyed the delicate food and environment very much! The clam chowder came first and it tastes a little different but also delicious from other places (by some special spices perhaps). Soon after we finished the clam chowder soup, the two entrees were ready. We ordered halibut and a cheeseburger, they are both very delicious. Highly recommend this place!
UPDATE! Cherry blossom halibut is my FAVORITE dish here. I don’t go enough to get the name right which I plan to remedy! I’ve had the portobello burger and onion rings, DELISH! I confused myself and order for the Miso salmon by mistake. It is ok, you will probably like it if you like salmon. My sis had the cioppino, that was very good too. Seating inside and outside. Average entree is thirty something dollars. Definitely a place to try with many many options. Will be back soon!
I've eaten here about four times. The food is consistently very good, think mexican seafood. The service is friendly and the price is fair. couple of takeaway highlights: The outside deck is really great. They have a grated sunshade which makes sitting outside a real joy, I should note that the inside isn't very appealing so the deck is where I try to sit. (More plants inside would help) The seafood is worth the trip. Friends are often surprised as this is not a coastal location but the restaurant is known for it's seafood and earns that reputation with fresh and well (simple) prepared. We got to see a mustang p-51 pull up while we had lunch. On my most recent visit the restaurant (with advance notice) accommodated ten of us at one large table
Glad to have found this amazing family run restaurant. In a airbase which sets the tone.. Customer service was met while food was delicious 😋. Outside seating on a beautiful day is what I would prefer. Very clean simple yet had great decor. Worth the $$ & looking forward to share this place with my family, friends and my fellow Googlers 😊. Alcohol beverages & great brunch food. Try there special & the Philly! Appreciate your kindness & hospitality! You've earned my business even if it's a bit far. You'll see me again. Ty!
This was a nice gem to find. It has a diner feel, it’s very clean and well kept on the outside. It’s located in the Airport area. I had tacos and they were delicious. They were a little spicy but just the perfect amount and had a really good slaw on them. It could have been swept around the tables a little but overall it was clean. I could see into the kitchen and I was happy with how clean it looked!
What a GEM. Very unassuming but the food is PHENOMENAL. Do not skip on dessert. If you're looking for food in the area, this is the spot.
Plenty street parking...went in for a dinner on a Friday night; busy due to Graduation weekend. Servers were courteous. Ordered chips and Guac with a salad. Food was delicious. Outdoor seating patio too
Hands down the best Huevos Ranchero's I have ever had.
The food here never disappoints! Everything is always cooked perfectly and delicious! My favorite are the various eggs benedict's available. The Hollandaise sauce is always lemony and never broken. A little bit out of the way at the airport, but it seems to help with the crowds. There is definitely still a wait on the weekends though!
This is a hidden gem. We were in the area for my husband's work and found this place. The food was amazing, service was great, friendly people. Very nice place and so peaceful. We will definitely be stopping by again when we are in the area.
Love coming to this spot! I don’t know what I like better, the breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert!! Such a gem in the hollister community. They have the best cheesecake too!
One of the better dining places in Hollister serving from breakfast till dinner. Alittle out of town but surely worth the drive. The outdoor patio is perfect for those spring sunny days. The fish taco was tasty so were the onion rings.
While on my morning run today I found this restaurant and came back for lunch. The service was excellent from the very beginning and everyone had a smile. The 3 Taco Salmon Blackened Fish Tacos was delicious and veggies in it tasted fresh. It reminded of how the food in Europe tastes. While I’m in town might have to come back for dinner.
The food is fantastic! Fish was perfectly cooked and tender. Everything was fresh and delicious! Service was great and we love everything that we have tried there.

Had the fish tacos, which was very good. Shrimp scampi, which was delicious
I had a positive experience at this restaurant for breakfast and would definitely return. However, I found the prices to be somewhat excessive for the quality of the food. It is an excellent location for a quick breakfast or lunch as a general aviation fly in location. Porterville airport
Service dogs only. Good family joint. Last minute birthday dinner. Most plates were great. Some were ok but wins with service!
Strong 4-4.5 stars because this restaurant delivers on what it promises. It’s an humble atmosphere and the food was enjoyable. My pictures don’t do it justice but I would for sure revisit this gem. It’s also convenient for pilots that are looking for an “airport restaurant”. It’s located directly across the street from CVH Hollister Municipale Airport.
Went for my birthday and I had the fish and chips which I have had many times. The F&C is the best, light and crisp and had sweet potato fries with it. My wife had the fish tacos and loved them. My dad had the calamari which he loved. The key lime pie topped it all. Good all around valve and good service.
Cute place to eat at! We had outdoor lunch dining and got crab cakes, clam chowder, and fish & chips combo. The food was good. The portions could be bigger for the price but it wasn't bad too. The service was good as well.

The food has always been great. The atmosphere, it's average for this type of place. The service has always been above average, maybe not great, but I've not been disappointed.
God shall I want a wonderful restaurant in Hollister. Someplace that cares from the moment you walk in the door into your leave. Going through the construction zone and the snarky remarks by the guys outside doesn't set a tempo. There's no signs just an illuminated "Open". If I hadn't known where the previous Cafe was located, all would be clueless. The area outside is junkie and weedy. Needs some pride outside. 2 rooms of the restaurant. One was bustling and the other had available seats. Quick response upon entry. Seemed pretty clean. My iced tea arrived fast and was right. Ordered a patty melt, because it tells whether they can do an honest real hamburger or not. Simple is not easy to do. Care shows as does rushing to get it out. It was pretty greasy. Did not reach the edges of the rye bread and the onions were skimpy but greasy. The American cheese on top contributed to more slickness. Grill lines on the patty, it was seasoned okay yet the meat wasn't browned. I ordered it medium, but it was gray on the inside. Fat steak fries and some skinny ones were just warm...not crisp or hot. Looks like somebody mixed bags out of the freezer. Requested the garlic parmesan topping, and it ended up just on a pile on the plate not at all on the potatoes. Fries weren't seasoned to be tasty. Wish I'd chosen something else for the side. Nothing impressive at all. Please work on it. Hollister isn't the isolated county it once was. Refined tastes from around the world are visiting. There's opportunity.
Not the worst food I've ever had. Seating was available when we got there and we sat right away, the got coffee, but then it took forever to get the food. My eggs were hot but my French toast and ham were cold, but also burnt? Hubby's potatoes were so over cooked they were practically chips but his eggs were cold. Once we were done they didn't ever really come back, and we had to ask for the check twice.

I ordered what I always order a monte crisco. It always has batter french toast as the bread with powdered sugar on top. I love them there they are so delicious! But today I had it with just toast no butter with just powdered sugar on top. I tied sending it back to get it fixed and I got told by TWO employees "they have been making it this way for years WE NEVER MADE THEM THAT WAY" repeatedly I'm sorry but unfortunately I've been going there to for years with my family it' a tradition and the picture linked IS A MONTE CRISCO I got from there before with the French toast batter with it. Not only after I sent it back just not wanting it as I let my family finish there meal I paid in the end and instead of the waitress, giving the tab to me the receipt for the meal I payed for she ignored me and then gave it to my aunt to write on. I feel very embarrassed and annoyed at the situation if they just told me they changed the recipe I would've been fine but I know it just didn't taste the same but the fact they kept telling me no they never made it that way just made me feel infuriated I just wanted to take my family out to a good breakfast. Where are we always have Monte Crisco's.
Updated Review: I'm revising my review to give future diners a clearer picture and to avoid misleading diners. The experience this time was disappointing. A loud radio blared on the patio—thankfully the server lowered it when asked, but it still disrupted the meal. Service felt slow and possibly short-staffed. The waffles were rubbery and syrup-soaked, the eggs and bacon arrived late and lukewarm, and the bacon was tough and dry. Even the tacos fell flat. It's a shame because we’ve enjoyed great meals here before. I still like the dog-friendly patio, although this visit felt like a waste of money. ....... Previous Review: The meals I've eaten here—except for just one average dish—have tasted great! My favorites are their fish and the breakfast I tried. Last time, I ordered their banana waffles. They were sweet, and my all-time favorite waffles. I've sat only on the patio and appreciate the pooch-friendly space.
