Staff are so kind! It's so quiet inside that everyone is working on their laptop, so I felt like I had to be quiet as well. I ordered the famous bubble tea and it was not good... sorry!

I ordered the Assam milk tea since I had never seen this at another store before, and my daughter ordered a jasmine milk tea. The tea taste was weak, and the drinks were very sweet despite asking for half sweetness level. The tapioca balls were also hard. However, the store was clean and spacious.

We went there 3 times and sure they did not disappointed us. We ordered Vietnamese coffee, house special (coffee) and Mung bean milk tea, and taro with tapioca. They are all so delicious and we love how they use fresh ingredients instead of those powders. They only reason why I only give them 3 stars because their call in togo system pretty suck. I called in order because we didn’t want to waits in that long line. They told us that they only take 5drinks and up which is fine with us. We ordered 6drinks and when we got there. They told us we have to get in that long line to pay. 😩🙄😏 really????? That’s fine and then we got our drinks they crewed up 2small drinks when we paid for all large drinks. Told the guy and he’s “like you paid for large drinks? “ duh! I just did dude.... just give me my damn large drinks so I can get out the here. I called in and still have to wasted 30mins there. Probably won’t come back ....

Was excited to try since 7 leaves was good in California, but it was a Disappointment Almost $9 per drink after topping and tips is diabolical

The drinks lately have been very very sweet and with diluted tea flavor. That’s such a bummer because I’ve been a customer for 8+ years (starting in OC) and had always been able to depend on 7 Leaves for its consistency. They also no longer make the mint sereno :(

It has been a little while since I’ve been to this location – but today, the milk tea I got did not have fresh Boba. Disappointment when you’re paying nearly $8 for a regular size Boba milk tea.

Told the cashier I wanted 2 house coffee with no ice and less sugar, cashier didn’t even repeat the order back to me and tell me the grand total price so I assumed she heard my request. When the drink came out is with ice and not less sugar 😪

I have been their customer since they first opened this location. Their house coffee is my favorite. Getting it almost everyday. The staffs are very friendly. However, i feel like they have a very dishonest business mindset. I always request “easy ice” for my drink and everytime i receive it, it’s either not fulfilling or fulfilling with more than half cup of ice (see pic). I totally understand the inflation and you do this to save your cost. HOWEVER, today i received my drink with a big word “ICED UP”, is it because i ordered from the leaves that i earned (free drink) ???? If it’s the reason, you should have a better system to reward your customer.

So I been buying Vietnamese coffe in this location and I asked for a coffe with really easy ice since they fill it up the coffe all the way with ice and they told No! I can’t get my coffe with easy ice, I will never buy this coffe here

This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've had at a 7 Leaves location. I ordered my drinks and paid using Apple Pay, explicitly saying I didn’t need a receipt. The cashier went into the back as if she were completing a drink order, even though some time passed. I knew my drinks wouldn't take that long, so I rang the bell. A gentleman came out and asked how he could assist. I explained I had ordered two drinks, but it was taking longer than expected. It turned out my Apple Pay transaction had not gone through because it was scanned incorrectly. I was surprised she didn’t inform me, as I would have quickly scanned again. I'm perfectly willing to retry the transaction. The cashier needs to communicate more clearly and maintain professionalism. Instead, she responded with attitude, which discourages customers like me from returning.

I told cashier for light ice on my beverage. She said okay and when my order came out I saw a bunch of ice, close to the brim. I was so disappointed that I just wanted to leave. I paid $6 for that drink 😭. The workers should listen to the customers and not fool around in the back.

I was looking forward to trying 7 Leaves. Unfortunately my visit was a complete let down. I ordered the Mung Bean drink but it tastes somewhat chunky, the texture of the drink was off almost as if it wasn’t blended properly. On top of that their customer service felt really rushed and dismissive. For the price, I expected better quality and customer service.
