Yes! Yes! Yes! Delicious experience. Service and atmosphere: 6 stars all around. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not to forget very attentive. The restaurant looks really inviting and is well designed inside. Many seating options plus separate bar seats. Food and drinks: 6 stars all around again. Great selection of various starters, meats and sushi options. They have well designed menu that is easy to navigate and choose your selection. Everything we ordered was fresh, tasty once grilled and you can never run out as they offer eat as much as you can. Be informed that due to popularity your time at the table is limited to specific times. Wine, cocktails and beers are available. Our cocktails were very good. Pricing: $$/$ depends on the selected menu level.

You can definitely taste the difference in quality here compared to other AYCE BBQ spots. The premium meat selections really stand out and are well worth it. We went for weekend lunch and it wasn’t too crowded, which made the experience even better. Our server was attentive, made sure we understood the menu, and the food came out quickly. Great service and great quality.

The sashimi was super fresh, and the wagyu had great marbling and tasted amazing. Everything was delicious, and the food came out really fast. Overall, we had a great dining experience.

The wall of fire in the middle of the restaurant made the atmosphere great. We picked the ultimate package and were happy with the variety. The sashimi was top quality, especially the tuna, salmon, and octopus. The bone-in short ribs were marinated welland the garlic beed cubes are super tender if you lightly sear all sides and eat them rare to medium rare. The pork belly is soft and juicy. The cheese corn is nice but don't wait until things bowls because the bottom might be burned. The beef fried rice was nice, but you need to eat it while it's hot. It's better to open the veggies packs because it's hard to tell what they were and if they were cooked already. Eggplants and oyster mushroom were flavorful. I would have ordered pineapple, but they only use canned. Their sushi rolls are okay. They ran out of pudding and ice cream all the time. Maybe they should keep them better stocked!

I decided to take my wife to a KBBQ and sushi knowing she loves seafood 🍣 and wagyu steak. I actually had plans to go to another KBBQ and somehow last minute, I changed my mind. She was kind of disappointed at first but OMG, we got greeted and was put on a booth right away! We got the premium choice to spoil ourselves for our hard fought 9 years anniversary. The salmon tartare was amazing! The beef tongue and flank steak were so flavorful. The Wagyu slice rib was a melt in your mouth experience. Overall, an unforgettable moment for us. We would like to thank Jane, our amazing server! She educated us about the cooking method and just over the top customer service! Thank you so much Jane! An incredible moment we will never forget!

Service is very good, most places wait till your plates are empty before refilling, to minimize waste. Here they are very generous with their portions and very quick to refill. My first time at this place was amazing! Even though we came on a Friday night, the service was surprisingly fast. Our server, Jay, was absolutely wonderful and super friendly. The food was incredible—the beef was tender and juicy (just don’t overcook it, as Jay kindly advised!). The atmosphere was chill and cozy, with great lighting and a fun mix of music genres. Overall, I really enjoyed dining here and would definitely come back.

We had an excellent experience at Cowboy Japanese BBQ and Sushi. We got the Supreme dinner and it was the best deal as there were many high quality and high value Waygu items available on the menu. Our favorite items were the Boneless Waygu Short Rib and Chuck plus the lamb chops. Vy was our server and she was very hospitable and provided excellent and attentive service with a genuine smile and great personality. Overall rating 10/10. It is the premier BBQ and Sushi buffet in Houston and a must try.

There are 2 tiers to order from basic and premium, we decided on the premium as it was dinner, but honestly when we had the basic the 1st time , it was more than enough with many premium cuts even on the basic. Premium only added a few more items which not everyone will like. Prices are inline with the market with lunch being a great value for all you get. A bit far from us , but definitely worth the trip.

The Wagyu beef here was absolutely amazing. I also loved the salmon sashimi, which was super fresh and went perfectly with the wasabi.Even the fried rice was delicious every dish we tried was full of flavor and really satisfying! The service was very friendly, the place was clean, and all the food came out fresh and well-prepared. Definitely a 5/5 experience and highly recommend this spot. The ice cream and pudding were also delicious the perfect sweet ending to such a great dining experience!

It is now my favorite restaurant. The sashimi quality is top-notch and they give generous portion. The galbi is well-marinaded and melts in your mouth. They used to only serve egg fried rice, but now they add beef to it. The rolls are well-made too. Seafood on the grill is a little weak, though.

I wanted BBQ and my friend wanted sushi—Cowboy Japanese BBQ & Sushi gave us the best of both worlds! It’s all-you-can-eat, and we went with the Ultimate option—totally worth it. The sashimi tasted fresh and high quality, while the BBQ beef was tender, flavorful, and grilled to perfection at the table. The variety on the menu was impressive, and everything came out quickly. Great value, fun experience, and left full and happy. Highly recommend for anyone who can’t decide between sushi or BBQ—you can have it all here!

Fun place! No bar seating it was kinda busy so I did a lot of waiting but the wait didn’t feel long or arduous whatsoever! My server was quite busy and gave very little cooking explanation but didn’t get anything wrong and gave great recommendations. The food itself was not bad at all but I’ve definitely had better. Cocktails were great. All in all it was a solid find. Will definitely bring some friends next time.

I came to eat with my boyfriend and his family. Jay was our server and he was great. I also got the peach green tea and it was really good. Love the food and we ordered both sushi and meat. Food came out consistently and quickly. Quality was good too!

This place is incredible! The fusion concept is brilliant. The sushi is super fresh, and their BBQ rolls are a unique hit. The BBQ/Steak items are tender and perfectly cooked. Great service and fantastic flavors. Highly recommend trying this spot for something different!

It was our first time visiting this restaurant. When we arrived, a male receptionist greeted us very warmly and made a great first impression. I asked to see the menu, and after browsing for a bit, we sat down. A young male host came over to serve us, and he was very friendly and patient. He explained the menu in detail, told us there were three different set menus, and helped us choose. Although we could have picked the cheapest lunch set, we decided to go with the mid-range one, which was around $30 per person. Since it was our first visit, we were quite curious about everything. I have to say, the food itself was quite good — especially the salmon, which was thick-cut and very fresh. The young host recommended a few dishes to us, and they were all pretty decent. However, after he took our first order, his attitude noticeably changed. He became less enthusiastic and distant. No one came to bring us oil for the grill, so we just placed the meat directly on it — it burned and stuck to the pan because there was no oil. Also, our grill kept producing a lot of smoke that blew straight into my face, while other tables didn’t seem to have this problem. The staff noticed but didn’t offer to help or ask if we wanted to change tables. I was wearing a white shirt, and the male host didn’t offer us any black aprons until we went to get them ourselves after noticing other people had them. Some sauce even splashed onto my clothes. Overall, the food was fine and the dining experience wasn’t too bad, but I was quite disappointed with that male host’s attitude toward the end. When I said goodbye and thanked him, he just gave me a strange, expressionless look — almost like a look of disdain, though I’m not sure. He didn’t smile or respond. In contrast, the receptionist was still very warm and politely said goodbye, welcoming us to come again. I don’t know if the male server was unhappy about the 18% tip we left, but his attitude change was very obvious and disappointing. For me, that left a bad final impression. The food quality itself wasn’t bad, but unfortunately, I ended up having diarrhea for two days afterward, while my husband was completely fine. I might still give this place another chance next time, just to see if it was an isolated case.

My boyfriend and I are from out of town, and chose to dine here because the reviews were really good on both google and yelp—Sadly my experience and service did not reflect on that. There was nothing “High quality” about this place. When me and my party of four walked in, we were greeted by our server Ethan. He didn’t seem too happy with our presence and was quite rude off the bat. He wasn’t helpful with our questions we had, and honestly seemed quite annoyed we had any questions in the first place. We didn’t mind at first, and just ordered our food and drinks like normal. The food quality was not good at all, we ordered off the supreme menu for about $50 per person, and we weren’t impressed. The supreme meats were in very small portions and thinly cut, the only thing we really liked was the lamb chop. Dessert was also very very oily, and my boyfriend found hair in his rice at the end of our meal! After our first round, our grill was extremely black and charred, and when we asked for a grill change, Ethan seemed upset we wanted one, and he hesitantly did it for us, leaving barely any oil on there for our next round. Funny enough, when cooking our second round, none of the meat was able to come off the grill because of the lack of oil. When we brought this to our servers attention, he told us “That’s just how it always is”. Me and my boyfriend have worked in the Kbbq industry, and we knew, that’s not how it’s supposed to be, and the grill just needed more oil. When we told him this, and insisted on him changing our grill and pleaded with him for a reorder of the same steak , he did it angrily, put lots of oil on the pan, then looked at us and said “Do you want more?” In a very rude tone. At this point we had enough and we were fed up and asked him if we had a problem. He said “No.” At this we just wanted the rest of our food, and just go home with our bellies full. Funny enough, when we cooked the same steak on the new pan, it did not stick at all! Near the end of our meal, my boyfriend then found a gray hair in his rice. That’s when we just ultimately went and asked for the check. Do not come here! You will end up paying $200 to have bad food, service, and experience overall.

Went here because of the high ratings, but was very disappointed and shocked. To start off our server Ethan was very dismissive and disrespectful throughout the night. When he started us off and took our drink orders he walked away while we were still talking to him. When the food came out it was very low quality. I’m paying $50 per person and the meats look like Sysco meat. If I wanted all you can eat Sysco meat I would go to a chain. When I ordered my second round the steak sticked to the grill and I couldn’t eat it. I asked the server to change our grill and add more oil and he said that it’ll be the same. I asked him to just do it and after he put the oil on he said “is that enough” with an attitude because he was clearly annoyed that we asked him to. I worked at Korean bbq restaurants and opened 4 of them. I understand that all you can eat places can be stressful to work at, but he didn’t have a lot of tables maybe 5 at most and he didn’t change any of their grills. So I’m kind of lost on how asking him for something so that we can eat our food annoyed him. This place is very overrated and I’m sorry for the people that live here and think it’s good.

Service was good but food wasn't great. A waitress who was not my waitress was very aggressive about how much to tip and stood over me 😕 The only thing that was good was the rice and the shrimp. We will not be returning. The atmosphere was nice the waitress was very nice so hope she got my tip outside of that I wouldn't recommend spending $160 for this food.. Real honest videos in the moment rating and why.... But very beautiful place
