Coffee Mill is located inside of a Kolache Factory on Chimney Rock. The coffee bar has a separate counter but you order from the Kolache Factory counter and pick it up at the coffee bar. My uneducated mind tells me this is good business, if you order at the coffee bar you may not even see the kolaches....smart! My wife enjoyed a mocha frappe done well and I enjoyed a hot cappuccino, also done well. They use Katz's coffee beans, the good stuff. I wonder how many Kolache Factorys have a separate coffee bar.?

Very very kind and attentive employees. They had us order coffee at the food counter and then made us the coffee on the other side of the restaurant. Not my favorite coffee ever but they were super sweet

So, this is actually a chain that is associated with Kolache Factory. The two establishments actually occupy the same space and have the same cash register. Basically, it is a coffee counter inside of Kolache Factory. This is fine, except the coffee is not that great. I got an iced latte and even though the drink is very weak you can still taste the bitterness of the coffee. They advertise that they brew Katz coffee, but it really doesn't taste that way. Overall, I could see this as a good emergency stop in case you only had time to stop at one place and also wanted kolaches, but otherwise, there are better tasting coffee establishments.

Got here and they had no coffee, so I ordered a soft drink to sit down and do some work and as I sat down they told me there were closing. Kind of didn't know whether to laugh or cry!!!!!!
