Great sandwich! the only thing I ask is that you l guys try to see about a new recipe for the hash browns this is the second time getting it and it’s literally so bad. Not crispy, no flavor, and it’s more of a mashed potato inside rather than stringy potatoes inside. ❤️❤️

This place is always busy, but the bagels are worth it. I've grown up eating these bagels and they are always delicious- The farm house breakfast sandwich is the best one you'll ever have, so good.

My 1st visit. It's like the "First Watch" restaurant but of bagels. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. I really enjoyed my spinach and egg bagel sandwich and coffee.

Had a Spinach Florentine Bagel toasted and a small coffee. The cashier gave me my requested almond milk as creamer. Just as I asked for. Great spot to hang with friends after a short walk from Country Isles in Weston.

So many of the local bagel shops are far overpriced in Weston. Einstein's has the best value by a country mile and it's always consistent.

We love the Asiago Cheese Bagel. The place could use an upgrade however it's a great local spot.

Even with a line out the door, it moved quickly! This store location has the greatest crew working the morning shift! They are helpful and I loved the smiling cashier! Had a family member call me with her order so I handed my phone to the sweet casher, who was wonderful in getting it just right. I ordered the one egg, spinach/mushroom/Swiss cheese Slimtastic honey wheat bagel! As always, it was hot and delicious and still warm when I finally brought the order home to the family. Their coffee blend of Vanilla/Hazelnut is my favorite and can not be matched at any other Breakfast restaurants!

Been coming here for years. Great bagels and sandwiches. Consistently good quality. Yes, it gets busy. Sometimes the line is out the door but it moves. Yes, sometimes items run out but not for long. Staff gets busy but never rude about it. Nice clean place with excellent coffee.

I have been coming to this store for around 4 years now, once a week to get bagels for my office. I have a standing order with them, and it takes me 2 minutes to walk in, pick up my order, pay, and walk out. The staff is always polite and helpful, and the franchise owner is a great guy and makes it a point to know and chat with his regulars.

I come here every morning and am always greeted and taken care of. They know my name & order and I’ve never had a problem! Best bagel shop, best employees….Especially Shaun & Olena. Thank you guys!!

My husband & I love this place. Everytime we have doctor's appointments @Cleveland Clinic Weston( which is often, this is our place for breakfast. Great service and great bagels. You just can't beat them.❤️

I've always had a good meal here. Staff is friendly and quick. I do like the different drinks that they offer here.Especially the juices. Not all bagels are created equal.And they prove this today.

Einstein Bagels in the Weston location has always been a great place to eat. The eggs are made from scratch, and sometimes I can even smell the fresh bagels coming straight from the oven. I enjoy dining here because I know the food is always fresh. Lorenzo, Angie, Ashley, and the rest of the staff are always friendly and ready to answer any questions. It’s the perfect combination of delicious food and excellent customer service!

Love this Einstein’s location. Very friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Love the bagels, just wish they would offer a vegan cream cheese or vegan butter and also offer a vegan milk or creamer.

It’s a nice quieter place on local Plaza. They do good bagel sandwiches coffee another breakfast items. This place is open only till two. The place is clean and well kept. The staff is polite and caring.

Out of town visiting and needed a quick stop for breakfast. The staff immediately felt so overwhelmingly friendly and were so kind. Our order got mixed up when we sat down and they told us to keep it, asked if we’d like a muffin for our “troubles” and hurried with our actual order. Everything was hot & fresh as well. 10/10 experience.

There are outside tables and it's clean and quiet in the morning. Not too much traffic and there was a patrol car for safety. The staff friendly and inviting.

This is my favorite location. Lorenzo and the staff are always pleasant n cheerful to see all the customers. I come here at least 4 times a week and the service is consistently fantastic, from my sandwich to the coffee. Always on point. Keep up the awesome work Lorenzo and Steve, you all truly make this location the best.

Good breakfast and coffee. Seemed very busy for a Thursday morning, do the adults in Weston go to work? No holiday or anything, but place was full mid morning.

Service is a little slow, but like any Einstein bagel shop the product is just amazing. i love their french roast coffee!

Food is great! So good that the line gets so long that I took a star off. I just wish they were a little faster.

a classic breakfast spot for me. I truly truly love their bagels and i literally will just go there for their fresh squeezed orange juice even though its like $4 a glass. They do get a little flustered in the mornings some times.. but i mean there lines are crazy but once they get to you they are very polite and effective. love it

This store has had its share of changes along with their employees. I like most of girls they are very nice and helpful. I love the bagels and the new rewards program.

Nice place. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors on the plaza sidewalk. Bagel was fresh, veggie spread was good. I had a fountain drink with Free Refills. Little pricey in my opinion $7.50 for bagel with veggie spread and a drink.

Gathering place for friends and family. Since there is so much theft these days it's best to invite a friend. Outside seating is nice.

Never disappoints, sometimes they run out of the usual flavor bagels, but I guess I just have to get their earlier!🙃

The establishment serves a wide variety of breakfast and lunch bagel combinations. In addition to bakery delights. The quality of the bagels are excellent. In addition many beverages and good coffee is served. The highlight of my visit was extended to me by the excellent customer service provided by Jubal behind the counter. It was a pleasure to be served by him. His courtesy and personal attention as a salesman made my visit worthwhile. There are outdoor tables for those who still have health concerns and the food is prepared "to go" with the pandemic in mind. Masks optional. Great quick breakfast or lunch spot. Reasonably priced selections.

I was in the area and in need of a quick lunch before I headed back home and found this Einstein's. The first you notice when you pull in is how nice this plaza is. Everything is brick front and it looks very upscale, another reason I like Weston. I really like Einstein's and I am hardly ever near one so I came in at 3:30 knowing fully well that the bagel stock is almost non existent at the end of the day. Even though they were closing in half an hour I was still warmly welcomed by the girls working there. I really wanted a turkey sandwich but was having trouble finding a bagel left that work for my sandwich. The server recommended their last spinach bagel and it worked perfectly. A tasty turkey and a cup of coffee was $10. My bagel sandwich was delicious. The bagel was chewy but soft and all of the veggies topping the turkey were super fresh. It was so big that I could only finish half. I had their very tasty potato salad as my side. Even though they were closing I was assured that I was welcome to sit as long as I wanted. I ended taking my leftovers home and heading out before closing anyway since I was in a hurry too. If I found myself in the area again I would definitely pay a visit.

The only issue I had was how small the bagel was for a $10 turkey sandwich. Next time I'll order a different item off the menu that offers more for the price.

It's ok. They serve microwaved eggs and decent bagels. I think it's a little pricey , but they are consistent in service and quality.

The portion size is continually getting smaller. But I still like the salmon bagel with salmon spread, capers, tomatoes, onion, on the toasted poppy bagel, but miss the roasted red peppers they used to have. Coffee is still excellent!!!

The food is good but, this store in particular not so much, sometimes is not clean enough, staff isn't courteous. Some stores are better managed. Offerdal's in Weston Rd is a good option, better food, service, and the place is clean.

It's a nice place but it could have a little improvement infrastructure wise. I love the coffee here and the service is par with the type of business.

Not impressed. We got to the location at about 10:00 on a Sunday morning. They were out of pretty much everything. And, the wait was ridiculously long. When I commented on the fact that they didn't have any everything bagels, he said that they were very busy, and then he told my boyfriend that they run out of stock every Sunday.

Pricey for a bagel shop but I get it. Good quality but when you can buy a foot long sandwich at publix next door for the same price is hard to justify

Coffee was out quick but the food took almost 20 minutes and it was only 2 sandwiches. People that ordered after us were getting their food first. You can see the cooking station and it looked like the manager kept trying to help but I think she was just getting in the way causing the cook to fall behind making the food get completed out of order. Several people were waiting for their food long after we finished and you could see they were agitated. My Farmhouse tasted great though.

Today I did a mobile app order. (They finally have build your own box on the app.) I ordered four plain, six everything, and three asiago. When I got home and opened the stapled box I had three Asiago, six sesame, and four plain. (Upon trying to call three times there's no answer everyone is busy they direct you to order online.) So I drive back to Einstein's with the receipt stating six everything and a picture of my six sesame. The manager proceeded not to believe me and asked where are the six sesame bagels. I said they're at home, I showed him the picture and proved the time stamp on the picture and he said, "well, I built the box I know I put six everything in it" why would I lie about this I asked him and drive all the way back here. He rolled his eyes at me and handed me my bagels. Really crappy customer service. 😕

Rating based on the speed of service and variety of bagels available as well as during this visit there was only 2 coffee self service available with usual being at least 4 or more. Milk and creamers were not replenished and while there was a short line to order, amount of people waiting for their orders much higher...

The food‘s not bad the coffee was great just didn’t like while. I was checking out in order to move to the next screen. You have to tip ( There’s no skip button in here so it’s mandatory ) I understand waitresses make a living on this, but on To Go order seems a little ridiculous.

This location as been always my favorite when we visit Florida, but this time, was not the best, I order some toasted bagels (4) and none of them where toasted!

Beware if you buy gift cards, or their eGift cards. You can’t use them with their mobile app. This used to be the case but you cannot do that anymore. So if somebody gives me a gift card or if I give a gift card, I can’t use it unless I walk in and pay at the counter. I normally make my orders on the way so I’ve told my friends not to give me those gift cards and I go elsewhere most of the time. If they had this functionality back into the app, I will change my rating to Fivestars.

I've gone I've gone there are multiple occasions and they're supposed to open at 5 a.m. and they note that they're not going to open till 6:30 with a hand written sign on the door. And when they are open at 5am they just don't have the food made. People work at 6 in the morning and when there's very few places open to grab breakfast you expect the places that are open to have what they're supposed to have and they don't so it's a hit or miss honestly. There food is too expensive to even give them slack if your going to charge 5 dollars for a bagel make sure it's made correctly and made at 6am in the morning.

The treatment from a man who serves the public and who knows that I go shopping every day in the morning and why I don't understand why the application doesn't work, he has to scold me in front of all the customers for Every day I ask him for a favor to give me a blessed coffee since the application never works, today he made me remove the application and put it back in, he even did it himself and it didn't help, later he gave me My order was wrong and since I was so long I decided to eat what they gave me, please I beg you for better customer service

As much as I know Einstein is GOOD, I just seem to have NO LUCK with this location. I have been going to EINSTEIN for more than 12 years on MIami Beach Alton Road, - my boss moves up here and ordering extra cream cheese and paying for it seems to have some type of TRICKERY i haven't figured out. Also getting my order right "for the life of me" I do not understand. IF it is not one thing it is another and this store has undoubtedly traumatized me that I REFUSE to let them mess up my mornings EVER AGAIN. I expect lack of listening and providing what you asked for from McDonalds. NOT Einsten Bros. Bagels.

You think they'd be polite or crack a smile at a place that caters to yuppies and older, well to do residents in Weston at a premium price, but I felt like I was the employee on my best behavior smiling, being apologetic, etc while they clearly look like they are waiting for their breaks. I guess this is why Starbucks is the billion dollar corporation and why I (and essentially my coworkers and most of Weston) spend thousands there each year instead.

Very slow service and desorganized, bagels are the best, but the staff is very slowly and not to friendly and helpful. It took me 20 minutes to get 2 bagels, a lot people got frustrated with the services, a lady got the grab n' go box which you pay and go, she was told to do the line even after that she asked if it was grab and pay, she ended returning it, all this while I was waiting for my order and then when I finally I got my order it was misssing one of my bagel and I had to wait again like 5 minutes. Very frustrating to deal with this matter when is just a bagel (fast food store) and not a entire meal service.

As a New Yorker I was very happy to find a near by bagel place. I truly should've listen to the reviews which I gave you guys a chance. First of all you guys charge a pretty penny (which I don't mind paying) if I'm getting great service which I was so disappointed. You guys skimp so much specially the cream cheese then I asked for two raisin bagels and look how you just through it in the bag. Truly $36.64 down the drain not happy at all. Thank you guys for such a non good breakfast. :(

I usually go to this location and never had an issue until my most recent visit. The young man that prepared my order did a less than pleasant job. First of all he made me waited for my order until he was finished preparing everybody else’s order although he had a young lady helping him and I ordered before everyone else. His buddy that he had a conversation with the entire time I was waiting to place my order got his order right away after he finished preparing it, but I had to wait for everyone else’s. Problem is, I was on my lunch break and had only a very limited amount of time. To top it off the sandwiches were terribly made because the bagels were badly burnt and the entire sandwiches tasted bitter, which I had to throw away. It almost seemed like he did this purposely as this hasn’t happened to me before when the other workers made my sandwiches. I did not have time to return them because I would be late returning to work from lunch. Horrible experience. I prefer not to mention his name at this time to not cause any embarrassment.

So I contacted corporate about the poor service received. I was called once on Monday while I was at work and I have been trying to call back ever since then and no one will answer. Poor service all the way around. I’m definitely disappointed.

Love this place and bad experience with billing they charged me twice and representative wasn’t able to fix it. I was supposed to get the Monday deals but I finally gave up, someone should have corrected by final check but they charged me wrongly even after pointing it out

Normally has limited selection of bagels by 11. Milk and half/half is usually never available. It’s usually dirty inside. Bathrooms are disgusting and women’s has been out of order for about a week now.

We live near the area and drive here to get our bagels but it seems like a trend that they run out of bagels exactly at noon. I don't get it...How are they running a bagel business and running out of bagels? Is there not any management in here? We even ask if they are making anymore and the answer is always no with some kind of attitude like it's my fault somehow. This is very disappointing and it would be nice to just go to a bagel place for once and get a bagel with no attitude or disrespect. They should change their business name to "bagels before noon"

Went in this morning, paid $6 for a Santa Fe egg sandwich with one egg, service was quick but cashier was new. Took my sandwich to-go...sitting down eating it right now and have discovered that they did not put even one egg on my egg sandwich. There is no egg on my $6 egg sandwich. Seriously?

It's took 27 min from time of order to get one pretzel bagel, toasted with schemer. That is not acceptable. Love the product hate the wait.

Horrendous customer service at the location on Weston Rd. On 2/10/18 when taking our order. Christine took our order and rolled her eyes 4 times while taking our order. Apparently when you order a bagel sandwich you’re supposed to tell them the type of bagel first, then that you want it scooped out and finally the type of sandwich. At the end I told her I did not want egg on the sandwich and that resulted in a big eye roll. She was super rude and should not be the first impression of Einstein’s Bagels.

When I went to pick up my order through curbside the lady that came give us the order which was not sliced or toasted and without the coffee we told her that there was no coffee and she went to get it Then we noticed that the bagels were not toasted or sliced so we told her that then she grabbed the bagels and showed that they were sliced screaming at us and then she threw the bagels into the car when we got home we noticed that the order was all wrong. Terrible attitude from the person named Lisa.

I've been coming here the past few months and notice it is always so disorganized. Coffee is cold, barely any sugar or milk. So disappointing.

How hard is it to keep the face of a business clean? The entrance is what kills one's hunger. The front windows, doors, sidewalk need some serious windex and bleach. Also, the couple of tables outside need paint. It's Just a nasty impression that is so easy to fix. Sad.

Sandwich made with wrong meat. Was told I had to return for credit. Placed order for tasty turkey sandwich with extra turkey. They made sandwich with ham instead.

I feel the service here could be far better compared to the staff they have now where every question seems like a bother. On top of that i had the nerve after getting my bagel to ask if they had found any car keys cause i had misplaced them. After several moments of not finding the keys i asked again and they said no. i call a locksmith to open my car cause i believed the keys cpuld only be there and could you believe it they werent in the car. So after i went back to einstein and when i asked if tbey found keys the girl says no and then suddenly decides to ask the cashier which she says ooh yeah right here!!! This is after waiting 2 hours for a locksmith. Im sorry to say but einstein in weston has lost me as a customer. Im sure this is a recent issue with displeasure of service from this establishment

It’s 845 Am and there’s a line waiting for coffee to be made sometimes I come here and I have to remind them that there’s no milk specially, when you have to go to work waste of time 1/15/26 happy new year

Waiting for 25 mnts to for 2 bagel sandwiches, allows you to view disorganization in action, there were those employees who actually worked, and others who watch those who worked. This store is poorly managed, on this Saturday they were clearly overwelmed, the food was fine, the process not at all.

The doors and ceiling are very dirty. The sandwiches are not prepared carefully like they used to, and you always need to check the bag because they alway forget something. I will never go back to the Weston place

I love Einstein bagels, I normally go to their location in Plantation but this time I decided to try Weston as I was close to the area. I normally order the Garden Avocado sandwich without the avocado I don’t eat avocado. They had two individuals making the sandwich. I normally make sure I watch them making it just so they don’t give me avocado on it. I realize that they put the avocado on the sandwich and when they realize that it was without they use the knife to wipe it off the bagel, when they realize that the avocado was still on the bread the guy that was doing the order smear the bread face down on the dirty counter to remove the excess and then put the bread back on to the other half of the sandwich. Immediately I was like no hunny you have to remake my sandwich. You know how much germs was on that counter. Is this the way you all train your employees?

Well sadly the best part of my Uber order, bagels, with NO CREAM CHEESE! Not an “accident” understand the difference it’s “negligence”. So breakfast with my grandkids sleepover 1 out of 5.

As soon as I walked it, I already could sense the lack of customer service in this business, ordered half a dozen bagels was told my total was 17.71$ which I thought was a lot for 1/2 bagels cashier gave me change 2.29$ threw it in change jar as i returned to my car I check my receipt bag wrong bagel to start with then I realize I was over charged total was 10.71$? I go back and explain there was a mix up right away I was met with a attitude from what I assume was a “manager” had me stand there while the cashier who handled my money count the money draw as I stood there awkwardly then he comes and slams the cash out on the counter and says the draw doesn’t lie, then picks up my receipt and crumbles it and throws it away I asked for it back and was ignored I had to asked a additional two times before I was thrown another one he leaves to go ask another employee about the money in the tip jar and magically comes back with a 5$ bill no apology even for the bagel mix up be careful using cash at this location don’t expect any polite service either been going to Einstein a for quite some time and it’s gone way downhill over the years, customer service is no help offered no help in the situation expect for trying to ask to me to remove this revie

I had the worst experience ever at Einstein Bros of Weston located at 1356 Weston Rd, Weston, FL 33326. This happened yesterday, December 13, 2017. It was 3:30pm they close at 5pm. They only had egg whites, which I don’t care for so i requested my sandwich be only cheese. Once the sandwich was ready, the girl at the cash register didn’t bother to ask if i needed anything else just gave me the amount I owed. I asked if they had any coffee i ordered and paid for it. I turned to the coffee stand they only had decaf and hazelnut. I don’t drink either so I asked if that was the only flavor and the answer was yes, we stop making fresh coffee at a certain hour. I asked for my money back. This girl at the register didn’t remember that i had rendered cash only two minutes before, she asked me for my credit card, so i had to remind her that i paid cash. You have a serious problem at that location, i know what customer service relations is all about, they need additional training, too bad that is a pretty good area, lots of competition. They better live up to the challenge. Thank you.

I'm an officer and have been going there for a couple of years. a new cashier there looked at me in Discussed when I walk in. when I said good morning he said,"What do I you want". very rude. and he didn't even get my order right . I won't be returning.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Today, I went in to buy a bagel and coffee and stood by the counter for a while without anyone acknowledging me or taking my order. Eventually, a tall dark skin employee called me over, but his attitude was rude and unprofessional. When I approached the counter, he just stood there and shook his head for me to speak instead of politely asking for my order. I found that very disrespectful. Unfortunately, this was not the first bad experience I’ve had here. On a previous visit, I bought a bagel that was burned. When I returned the next day to let them know, no one apologized or tried to make it right. They simply looked at me like I was crazy and did nothing to fix the situation. My husband also had a bad experience when his sandwich order was made incorrectly. Instead of trying to understand the problem and correct it, the two younger employees at the front confronted him and then said they were going to charge extra. That is not how customers should be treated. When I said that their customer service was poor, the tall dark-skinned employee laughed as if the situation was funny. Overall, the service here has been consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The staff seem unwilling to listen, accommodate customers, or correct mistakes. I tried to get the names of the employees but their name tag is nor visible. This has been a really bad experience, and I hope management takes customer service more seriously.

If you want to be disappointed in the big 26, go here!!!! This place has been the bagel spot for 10 years now living in Weston and get this, I come here Wednesday, January 7th to get my bagels and they get not 1, not 2, but somehow all 3 of my bagels wrong. If you had a shift at 9:45 you know who you are, you gave me 2.5 asaigo bagels and 0.5 of an everything somehow. You forgot to toast another one. Do better.

I’ve been coming to this Einstein Bagels in Weston for a few months now, and every single time there’s confusion about where the line is supposed to go. Usually the staff just redirects you politely and we move on. But today was something completely different. As my family and I walked in, we stood exactly where we were guided to stand during previous visits. We were next in line when Valentina looked at us and rudely said, “The line is over here next…” with such an attitude. I explained that the line is always switching every visit and that she watched us walk in without saying a word. Instead of simply redirecting us, she doubled down with more attitude, claiming “the line is always here,” which is absolutely not true based on many past experiences. The worst part? She refused to take our order. She took the next person instead like we weren’t even standing there. This location is always unorganized, but today was by far the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever dealt with here. Absolutely no customer service, no courtesy, and no consistency. Extremely disappointing, especially for a place we try to visit regularly.

Ordered a toasted bagel, it turned out just slightly warm, self-serve coffee was luke warm, at best. It was being dispensed out of something that looked like a suitcase. Entrance door, glass, and exterior windows were dirty. Something you'd expect to see at a warehouse, not in a high scale town like Weston.

Feel sorry for you people who think this place rocks the bagels presentation and coffee sucks. But I understand you never had a New York bagel before so naturally you think is is good so sad

Ordered a bagel which too extremely long to receive. More importantly after my first bite I moved a thick black hair inside the sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. Went in and advised them and asked for a refund. No apology, not anything from staff or management. Just acted as if it was nothing that mattered to them.

Normalmente, el personal nos indica amablemente dónde está la fila y seguimos adelante. Pero hoy fue completamente diferente. Cuando mi familia y yo entramos, nos pusimos exactamente donde nos habían indicado en visitas anteriores. Le expliqué que la fila siempre cambia en cada visita y que nos había visto entrar sin decir nada. En lugar de simplemente indicarnos dónde está la fila, insistió con aún más mala actitud, afirmando que «la fila siempre está aquí», lo cual es totalmente falso según mi experiencia. ¿Lo peor? Se negó a tomar nuestro pedido. Atendió a la siguiente persona como si no estuviéramos allí. Este local siempre está desorganizado, pero hoy fue, sin duda, la experiencia más poco profesional que he tenido aquí. Pésimo servicio al cliente, ninguna cortesía y ninguna coherencia. Una decepción enorme, sobre todo tratándose de un lugar que solemos visitar con frecuencia.
