The service is amazing, if there is absolutely anything wrong, they manager will immediately apologize and offer you something to make up for it, But there is nothing wrong with this restaurant. The food is just amazing, sometimes I'm so full but the food is just so amazing I finish it. I recommend this place 1000%

They've got new cooks who don't really know the recipes maybe they'll improve over time but for now everything is a bit off specialy the seasoning, and the bartender must be new too

Service was good but food is pretty lame (frozen). As expected, I mean it’s an applebees.

We were loyal customers at Applebee's for years; the waitstaff always knew what we wanted, we never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes even when it was busy, and the food was always served hot and on time. We loved Applebee's. But now... what happened?! We've been there twice now. The first time, I thought, "Okay, they're busy..." The food arrived cold after a long wait... but I didn't mind that too much. This morning, we went there extra early for breakfast. After waiting 20 minutes for a waiter, I called out for someone. We finally got our drinks after 45 minutes, but they didn't bring my husband's order, and he had to wait another 10 minutes. Both of our breakfast samplers were ice cold. At least my pancakes, which came later, were warm, although they weren't very well cooked. We were there for about 1 hour and 45 minutes just to have breakfast, and that's with a 19-month-old toddler... Terrible service. The air conditioning is set way too high, the music is much too loud and awful... what happened to the good music? Instead, they're blasting terrible techno music... you go to a disco for that kind of music, not a family restaurant. Since we wanted to eat something again tonight but didn't want to spend hours waiting for cold food again, we ordered takeout this time, because what could possibly go wrong??? Almost everything!! Both appetizer samplers only had two quesadillas each, The quesadillas consisted only of tortilla and cheese, nothing else!!! That's practically fraud...the sauces were completely missing, my hamburger was a bacon burger that looked like it had been sitting around since this morning... terrible!! We specifically asked for extra sauce for the 20 boneless Korean wings, which weren't included. The boneless wings were also dried out and barely had any sauce on them. ...We were told to pick it up in 39 minutes, but my husband had to wait another 30 minutes until the order was finally ready. Of course the food was cold! For that much money, you expect something better...not tortillas with just cheese....i can do that myself cheaper at home I don't know what happened to the old team, but right now it's just pure chaos in the restaurant. Waiters have to ask you five times what you ordered, even though they're taking notes. The food is served cold after an extremely long wait, and the same goes for the drinks. The atmosphere is simply depressing, it has no charm whatsoever, and you feel like you're sitting in a McDonald's... Unfortunately, we won't be eating there again for a very long time, because it's simply not worth it.
