Small little Salvadoran restaurant with a great typical Salvadoran breakfast. Their pupusas are top 5 in Houston so keep doing it right! This was an under $10 breakfast plate (El Desayuno Loka) so you can't go wrong.

Ahhhh this is my favorite Pupusa spot! It's a big and fat size of cheesy and chicharrón goodness. I personal order mine crispy bc I love a crunch. I usually order it to go bc once in a blue moon I'll dive in. The young ladies are very coy and funny.

I grew up eating here and had a bit of nostalgia coming back to try it. I will for sure come back, the flavors are just like back then. It is greasy, and albeit a bit salty, but still delicious. It is much cleaner then it was back then, and I appreciate that deeply. Will for sure come back :))

Delicious pupusas. We tried a few: loroco & cheese, bean & cheese, steak meat & cheese, and plain cheese. We also had the sopa de galliena, with grilled chicken, it's served with large chunks of vegetables, rice, and almost half a grilled chicken. We got Mexican coke to wash everything down. Service is on top of things, she was taking walk-in orders, handing out phone orders, taking orders from the tables.

The pupusas were good. Really enjoyed the pork one. However, they are greasy. I gave a low service score because they started charging 18% service fee on a party of 2. That wasn't disclosed to us earlier. But the service wasn't bad. Just want 38% service quality.

2022 Update: the location was closed for several months and is now remodeled. Looks really nice and the pupusas were great. Took a king time to make them, but I was told ahead of time. Not too bad and waaaaaay better than Las Hamacas behind it. However, customer service is horrible. They'll give you stares and you'd better not let your Spanish falter at all - or they'll mock you.. SMH.

Bad service . They dont give enough salsa and cabbage. Pupusas are good but I won't be coming back. No wonder why they have 3.6 star rating

The pupusas had good flavor, too bad they were swimming in grease. I mean a lot of grease. Also I wondered if there was any elote in my tamale de elote. Combine that with bad, bordering on angry service from the waitress and I think I will find else where when looking for pupusas.

The pupusas are so greasy and the plátanos were not good. This is the Hammerly location. I got cheese and beans and they barely put beans in the pupusas.

The pupusas were small and barely had anything inside. I got an order of fries and they weren’t even fully cooked. I got an agua Fresca and they charged me 5$ for it, even though their menu says 3.50. The cashier seemed to have an attitude while charging. Definitely do not recommend. There’s a food truck down the road and their pupusas are the same price but even better.

When we got there, the waiter was too busy watching the soccer game to give us a high chair. We asked her two times and she continued to watch the game. Came to the point we had to ask the cashier. Then she was very rude. The pupusas were way tooo greasy and salty. We got food poisoning from it. My husband kids been sick from it. I did not finish my food because they just did not smell right. Do not recommend at all. Their service can do alot better. When they charge you, they already put the tip which is not fair. Their waiter can do alot better. And their kitchen can do alot better.

Not what I expected!! Took for ever with my food!! Waitress seem like she didn’t want to be working there!! Had to ask another waitress for my checkout ticket!! They need to know how to manage a restaurant! They charge you a Service Charge automatically be aware!
