A little loud but expected our server Manuel was great attentive service very responsive. We met the manager very nice lady bathrooms very nice and clean Love the hours will be back again Heard the food was terrible from others. In my opinion it’s amazing.

First time ever at this location highly recommend.. I got off work and had a ball. All of the servers were very friendly and made sure everything was perfect for me. If you guys ever need a good server ANA C with one N, ANDREA, and Andre. And the manager Hananah (don’t know if I’m spelling it right) but they will give you the experience you are looking for. I would definitely come back just to eat with them. Never had such a good experience until I was on the other side of the table. definitely Makes me miss serving!

Love the decor. The half Ruben with Caesar salad were delicious. The portion was big. The price is even better. Will definitely come back to try everything else. It’s open 24 hours. Everything on the menu looks delicious. My only complaint is the multiple disruptions by different people asking how everything was.

J’MAYA took care of us today and she was truly excellent.. the service was OUTSTANDING on every front. Waitstaff is highly attentive and checks up on you at every opportunity to ensure you’ve got everything. The wait to be seated may be a little bit, around the busy times but it’s completely worth it. The atmosphere is great, the food is delicious.. everyone from the hostess to the manager provides top notch customer service. What more can you ask for???? I love it here.

Heinrich took great care of me and my girls. The staff were friendly and Diego (store manager) stopped by the table to check on us. The food was fresh and delicious! We all loved the nosh basket with the gochujang sauce!!! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!!

We tried the classic Reuben sandwich with pastrami and corned beef, chicken wings with BBQ sauce, coconut shrimp served with pineapple slaw and Korean gochujang sauce, sweet potato fries, a Holy Mary (Bloody Mary), a Mimosa made with orange juice and Prosecco sparkling wine, and two beers. One Klassic-sized Reuben is sufficient for two people. Everything we ordered, both food and drinks, was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Our server checked on us at least three times, and the restaurant's assistant manager also came over to greet us. The place has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Definitely will be coming back to try other dishes.

I really like this spot. Very close to where my colleagues and I work and we appreciate not only breakfast foods available after we get off work in the morning. Thank you so much for amazing customer service and an amazing vibe! Our favorite server Naz is incredible and we always love to see him. The food here is solid and so are the drinks 😉

2nd location that I've tried & this place never disappoints. The Monte Cristo is out of this world & that chipotle raspberry jam they serve it with (chef's kiss). & Don't sleep on the key lime pie.

We tried the two egg breakfast and the brisket tacos. Both plates were cooked perfectly and big enough to share a bite or two with each other. The brisket in the tacos worked very well with the eggs, and we devoured the sourdough toast. My favorite things were the simplest. The potato pancakes were heavenly and seasoned just how I like them. And I don't know what they do to the pork sausage, but I could have eaten an entire plate of it. We took home a slice of the Lemon Italian Cream Cake, which looks divine and should be available all month. Get yourself to Katz's, you won't regret it!

I’ve been here a few times and the staff are always attentive. Never had any complaints or issues. Food is pretty good, and there is a wide selection to choose from. Big portion sizes too

A brand new Katz's location in the Town & Country area. The cool thing about this place is that it never close. I like the food here. I'm a fan. I wish the sandwiches were bigger, but it is what it is.

Beautiful facility, perfect atmosphere, welcoming staff. This was opening day so they were a bit slammed and very slow but things were still very nice. Justice was surprisingly solo at the bar but she kept her composure and chipper attitude. Carlo had an energy level that's off the charts. I hope things stay as pleasant as they continue on this journey here. No complaints at all, lovely experience.

We're happy to have a historic deli in the neighborhood. Although the food is good it's not wow! Stick with their sandwiches and breakfast. The Mac n cheese was dry and lacked flavor. Meatloaf is tasty but over sauced. The staff is friendly and attentive. We loved the limited edition cake, chocolate and peanut butter, it was super rich and full of flavor.

We ordered a to-go order for pick-up. I was surprised to see that there was a credit card surcharge of 2.85%. I saw that my total included taxes and fees, so I assumed the surcharge was included in that number. I added my tip and paid. When I looked at my online receipt, I saw that the taxes and fees already included a gratuity. I tipped on top of the added tip that was included in my bill. I'm not against tipping for to-go orders at all, but I think to be sneaky about already including a tip is very unprofessional, not to mention very misleading.

It was funny the way we found out about this place, searching restaurants near me for breakfast super early everyone closed but Katz's never kloses so we went. We love the way it looks and it's for family which I loved but they should consider having some shades on the windows since the manager placed us right in front of the sun because he didn't want the stroller of our baby to be on the way(his words). I asked him if we can change table and he said he only had that one even though there was different tables available, So for at least a good 30 minutes I had the sun facing my eyes and trying to avoid my baby face. The waitress was super nice and when we told her it was the first time there she explained us the menu and gave us recommendations. Shout out for dajha. We love the food the chicken fried chicken has an original country flavor, the waffles were cooked on point not burnt not undercooked. The omelette was a built your own so my daughter was happy about it, the rice which I thought it would had a different flavor was for my taste without seasoning like if it was white rice but on yellow color. The restroom area should be considered to have a bigger space for diaper changing station but when people don't have babies they don't really worry about this type of situations, recommend just take the baby,diaper and wipes no stroller inside the restroom. The place has a nice bar area if you like to have some alcohol beverage. Overall nice place it would be best if they change those points, that's the only reason I'm giving out 4 stars otherwise they would had gotten the 5

Very cool restaursnt inside, did a good job with that. The food is quite good. The service staff is just ok, sadly. Don't know how to make change. And forget normal things like salt and pepper. Maybe will get better as they are open longer. The manager is very nice and checks often.

First time eating here!! Food was good didn't get the New York size sandwich. I should have not enough meat, but the sandwich was good. Service was great waitress took good care of us.

Been here twice now. The service is decent and the food was ok both times. It’s like an elevated iHOP

The only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star review is because the waitstaff was very kind and I know that openings can be bumpy. However, the quality of food was poor and the wait for our food was ridiculous. I ordered the smoked salmon benedict and instead of two poached eggs they plopped two hard boiled eggs on top. But after waiting over an hour outside for our food, the last thing I wanted to do was send it back. Thankfully my meal was comped, it was not the fault of the servers. Husbands food was great but there were grinds in his coffee. Hopefully they work out the kinks….

Also spent about $100 for two people, which is pricey.

We came in around 2 pm on Sunday and ordered chips & queso, one salad, one pasta, two kids’ pizzas, and a kid’s sundae. Food: The queso was extremely watery — probably the thinnest queso I’ve ever had. The pasta arrived barely warm, which made it seem like it had been sitting for a while before being served. The fries were soggy, and the sundae was already completely melted when it reached our table. I took a pic of the sundae, no editing, it was served like this. Service: No one refilled our water during the meal. When I pointed out the melted ice cream, the waitress showed no concern. I had to tell her to replace. The couple sitting next to us had been waiting over 40 minutes and still hadn’t received their food by the time we left. Overall, pretty disappointed with both the food and service. Btw, they asked for 18%, 20% and 22% tips, if I were the owner, I would change that to a lower tier, starting from 15% instead. The only positive I can mention is the decoration.

If you’re a fan of Katz Deli then probably avoid this location. Food was ok but it shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get a stack of pancakes and an omelette. Especially when they're only at 20% capacity. I specifically asked the server if the omelette came with potato pancakes because they are a staple at Katz, and she confirmed they do. When the food finally came out she said they had ran out of potato pancakes and made the executive decision to give me country potatoes instead. Would have been nice to let me know so I could decide on a substitute. I am also used to the Houston location that brings you the toppings with your omelette (guess they don’t at this location). I asked the server for some sour cream and after watching her bring 2 other tables their food it became apparent that I wasn’t getting my sour cream. I ate my omelette dry and began the waiting game for the check. Won’t be back to this location.

I went to Katz’s Deli with my friends to celebrate. The location is good and the place looked clean, which I appreciated. However, the service and the food were not good at all. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing, and I don’t think I will come back to this location again

Came in on 11/22 around 10pm ish for a late dinner. Will not return back nor recommend to my Friends and family!!! Found something huge in our ranch sauce that was 3 inches long 2inches wide!!! Brought it to our server "Jaylas" attention and NO apology period !her response was "ohhh let me get my manager to address this matter" which I felt she could have handled it in a better manner. And 20mins of sitting there waiting to see if the manager would have atleast approached our table to apologize NOTHING AT ALL!

Very skimpy portions. The Kountry Klub came with 1 slice of turkey. The $14 slice of cake was half missing. Edit: I heard back from Katz' about the experience, and was finally provided a receipt as well. There's a 5% to-go gratuity and 3% credit card fee that was added to my bill, which I wasn't informed of when I picked up the food. It seemed more expensive than expected when I picked it up, and now I know why. 8% of added fees on top of the food costs without communicating it to the customer is kinda scummy.
