This is my new favorite place for casual, quick lunch with the family before heading out on our afternoon errands. The food is great here. I love their sandwiches. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Newk’s Eatery is a solid go-to. Great for a lunch date, bringing the family, or even a quick work meeting. Food’s always fresh, staff’s friendly, and pricing’s fair. Just a consistently good spot all around!!

Tasty food and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They had a seasonal salad called jalapeño ranch salad and unfortunately the salad was taken off the menu. I beg them to bring it back!! It's amazing!!

My wife and I always enjoy going to Newk’s Eatery as the food is freshly prepared and served in a very timely manner. Those preparing and serving the food are friendly and very accommodating! A great place to eat and whose employees make you feel welcomed and want you to return!

I had a very and I mean very last-minute order and Newk's really knocked it out of the park. The team was even picky about the items and Newk's was so considerate. They called me multiple times to confirm and make sure I was aware at what time they were delivering. Seriously 10 out of 10. I will always recommend them!!!

The food was outstanding. We ordered the veggie pizza, and it was delicious. The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly. The manager, Mariana, even came by to check on our table. We will definitely be returning!

The Newks favorite salad is something everyone should experience. It is not quite the same as any other salad I have made or tasted. The lobster bisque is also a winner!

Update: Have been coming back again and again ever since the Manager reached out to me. Service has been 5 Stars every single time. Food has been hot and fresh every single time. _------------------------------------------_------------- First time eating here with the family. Saw the sign and thought we'd give it a try but it's misleading. Ordered food and turns out kids don't eat for $0.99 during those hours as posted. If you look at the fine print it's only after 4pm. They need to move that sign from those hours posted. As we sat waiting for our food to be brought out, we saw it sitting on the counter for several minutes. Not a pleasant experience so far. When it did arrive, my sandwich ordered was very good and my wife's salad full of flavor. The kids mac and cheese was good but even for my toddler, the portion seemed extremely small. Would definitely not order again the kids mac and cheese due to extremely small portion. Maybe they were running low for a Sunday and trying to cut back and make last all day. I don't know. Again, my food was good but this was the downsize. We couldn't really enjoy it. We sat next to 2 tables that needed cleaning pretty much the whole time we were there. I am not shaming the employees that were sitting a few tables over because I don't know if they were on the clock or not. I'm all for everyone taking a break and all however they could have let someone know that the tables needed to be cleared. It wasn't till afterwards when we left that a different set of employees came out and started to clear them. Open to discuss further if management wishes to reach out.

I’ve been eating at Newk’s since I went to college in Mississippi. This is one of my favorite sandwich shops ever! I love the turkey and avocado. Everything I love it how durable their cups are, you can always reuse them. My only complaint would be that the closest location is at least a 20 minute drive from where I live in Montrose. (Near Downtown). I still love this place enough to make the drive every once in a while though!

I have always enjoyed this place but recently I had an issue. The general manager Archie Foster reached out to me and listened to my concerns. He was kind, gracious and a wonderful listener. He is a asset to the company and because of him I will continue to go to Newk's.

I love the newks q and everytime I’m by a newks I have to stop for one! (We don’t have one close). Darius, in the cater department, has been there the last two times I have and he has gone out of his way to give exceptionally kind customer service. And everyone else was very kind too, and eager to help me as I approached the register. My experience is always good at this newks location I hope they keep up the great quality!

I was impressed on my very first visit ever to this healthy style eatery. I ordered a pizza and a Mac and cheese. The pizza was full of flavors. Thin crust and I added extra sauce, mushrooms and jalapeños to my supreme pizza. It was delicious. The salads they were making looked very enticing to have. I will definitely be going back again tomorrow before I leave town.

I am not a big salad person but the salads here are a perfect meal that you will pick the bowl clean. French dip was alittle above average and was a great deal for the price.

First time to try this eatery. Very impressively nice shop. Very relaxing atmosphere whether you are with others or alone. This being 2 days after Thanksgiving the Christmas decorations are very warmly displayed. The ham & swiss was yummy❤

I ordered curbside while riding in the car and ordered my daughter entree wrong. The staff was so nice and remade her order without any problems. They did it with kindness and not an attitude even though it was my error.

Was at Ifly and decided to stop by and try out Newks while waiting for my friend's daughters trying out the indoor diving. The eatery t was clean and spacious. They have a complimentary bar with condiments and otber items like pickles, menlon, garlic, etc. All high quality and fresh. There is outdoor patio sitting, but we sat inside and have the sausage and pepperoni pizza and beers. Execellent Pizza and good portion size.

I do not know why there aren't more Newk's. They take the prize every time. I would say competition is Panara, and they blow them out of the water. Everything I ever get from Newk's is delicious favorite is the veggie pizza 😍

Very delicious food and desserts. Foodies take note. The loaded baked potato soup is very tasty and it keeps me coming back for more. The sandwiches are great like turkey and avocado and Italian sub. The sweet iced tea is also delicious. The lobster bisque soup is yummy and so is the Philly Cheese Steak.

another champion in the memorial area food scene. always freshly prepared.its all good,salads sandwiches sweets .they also have a champion cheeese pimiento receipe that i buy whenever the have it. its not the watery variety like store bought pimiento.great on crackers or sandwiches. they also put out the freshest bread on their sandwiches!.this is critical as it shows they truly care to put out only the freshest. now i'm getting hungry again.going back there tomorrow and hope to have a salad and take out the fresh pimiento cheese. more power to you newks! tough act to follow.these guys are real restaranteurs

My husband and I saw their commercial, which inspired us to visit. It exceeded all our expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and expertly guided us through the menu since it was our first time there. The place was spotless and cozy, and our meal was divine. We both ordered the special, which included a salad, soup, and half a sandwich. It was so filling that I almost couldn't finish mine, but I did. We're already excited to return for more delicious experiences!

Newk’s is a hidden gem! Came in for a takeout dinner and it did not disappoint! I tried the Turkey Avocado sandwich and the ingredients were super fresh and the bread was delicious. The caesar salad came as a side and it was also pretty good (sandwich definitely better). The supreme pizza was fresh and everything was super filling and came quickly! I’d return if in the area again!

Amazing sandwich, pizza, soup, and salad restaurant. I was greeted as soon as I entered and for it being a little early for lunch there was no wait. The menu was readily available as you walk in so you can place your order at the front. They give you a number for your table and then later bring your food. The sandwich I had which was the newk q was delicious. The fruit bowl was massive and I couldn't finish it although I tried. The sweet tea was DELICIOUS!!! I quite enjoyed the atmosphere as they had decorated for Christmas. I wanted to try every single dessert they had because there were so many and they all looked delish! Highly recommended for any type of lunch event!

I visited on Labor Day (there weren't many patrons visiting). Darius was polite, informative, and dedicated. He did a great job at explaining what to expect from some of the menu items. He used his downtime today to tidy up around the restaurant, make sure we had an excellent experience, and decorate their cancer awareness table. He did all of this on a double shift. Wonderful to see someone demonstrate a high level of integrity (especially these days). If he's not a manager now, he's destined to be a great one! The restaurant itself was up to par with other locations I have been to in the past. The food was ALMOST as good as Darius's service!

Today was my first visit to Newk's. I never knew what they had. I think the name was unclear. Anyway, I was very impressed. I love sandwiches, so I wanted to try a new place and hoped for the best. The establishment is clean, my order taker was exceptionally friendly and even offered his suggestions based on his favorites plus the best sellers and the variety is quite impressive. NE offers several sandwich options, soups, salads and macaroni sides plus portion options. I had the pairing of 1/2 a club sandwich with a side of pimento mac n cheese. Both items were very good! They have lots of seating options, including booths. They even have "Grab n Go" items like chicken salad, breads, salads and sides. Nice little place. Well done!

I was surprised by this place. I'm not usually one to freely wander into chain eateries like this. A friend really craved their salads so I tagged along. While it has the typical appearance of a common chain restaurant, the food was extremely delicious. The establishment was very clean, the service was friendly and covid standards were being closely followed. Pizza is not something I select first on a menu. However, the spicy shrimp pizza sounded too good to not try. It was delicious! The right amount of spice and mouth watering good. I would definitely revisit for this pizza alone!

The food here is fresh and prepared quickly. I've had my order prepared incorrectly a few times, but no big deal in the end. Very nice staff. The place is always tidy.

My first visit to a Newk's.... I was very pleasantly surprised with the variety and freshness of everything. I had a half-sandwich/half-salad and it was quite good. Like every restaurant, it's loud -- I just hate that, don't you? -- but otherwise the interior was very nice.

First visit; it was good. I liked the options and that the salads were so healthy and varied. The pick-your-own-sides bar is fun but I wish those things didn't always involve single-use plastic tubs! It's not that hard to have little reusable containers. It's a new and pleasant place and everyone was friendly; I'd go back.

Good Turkey Avocado sandwich. The fruit cup seemed a bit past its prime. The lobster bisque tasted great! However the temp could have been somewhat warmer for my liking. Also would expect the bowl to be more than half full. The restaurant had only two other customers when we arrived, would have been am opportune time to make sure the tea was fresh and full.

I had the pizza and soup pairing. The potato soup I had was flavorful and was the right amount of thickness. The pepperoni and pesto pizza was good with the sauce on the pizza being a standout. I like that they have Splenda tea as an option here.

The hosts was really good. The food was so so. The atmosphere was fine. I tasted a sandwich which was alright, Mac and Cheese which was disappointing, and I got a fruit bowel which wasn't good. Three meal is perfect fort people who don't like seasoning inn good. Honestly for me, this place was forgettable.

Service and cleanliness were great. Staff was polite and took care of us. The food was..... eh? It wasn't great that's for sure. The shrimp and avocado salad was not worth getting. The shrimp was rubbery and too tough to chew. The Greek salad was HUGE, but the chicken was tough. I probably would pass on this place the next time I'm in the area. However, extra stars for great service.

The atmosphere was good, and the employees were nice and helpful. This was my first time eating there, and I ordered a bowl of lobster and crab bisque. It was okay, but it lacked lobster/crab. It had a heavy tomato flavor. Had I eaten something I really enjoyed, I would have easily given 4-5 stars.

I’m not sure if we went on an unusually slow day, but the dining area had only 3 other customers. I got a salad and a lobster bisque. The salad was good, but I wouldn’t say great. The lobster bisque was something I should’ve skipped. Not good at all, but I didn’t want to throw it away because I paid for it. The quality and presentation overall was good, but I feel the taste of some of the menu items could be improved. Perhaps that may bring more customers in.

Greek salad with salmon was just OK, lobster bisque was subpar (with no sign of lobster, of course). Took a while to get the food despite few other customers at the restaurant. The employees were nice, though!

We bought lunch for our office the other day and three of us that chose the sirloin had to throw it away as we could not cut it with a knife. I never did get to taste it to see if tasted good because I could never cut the first bite. My hands though did get a great work out.

Came in thinking I was going to get a bowl of tomato basil soup, it’s been over a yr since I’ve been here. The manager lady was not welcoming at all I had to ask if there was grill cheese that comes with it. Once the guy brought the food he told me there were different options of bread which she never offered. The soup was not hot at all the grill cheese was pretty good. Glad I didn’t get the bowl after all I would have been more disappointed.

I feel this eatery needs more flavor. Also, I ordered a Mediterranean pizza and it had peppers on it and the peppers were cut and the peppers still had the stems / pedicel on them (cooked on the pizza itself). Stems / pedicel are supposed to be removed before consuming a pepper. Attention to detail is crucial for a business to survive competition. I would encourage this restaurant to have higher quality control. Perhaps starting by removing stems from peppers before cooking them on pizza could be a start.

I had not frequented Newk’s for awhile but my dad had never been so I wanted to introduce him to a new place. Walking in the atmosphere is nice, kind of reminds me of a Cafe Express. My dad sounded encouraging and was already talking about what he wanted to order for the next time. We both ordered the Newk’s Q sandwich and within a few hours both my dad and I got very sick. We suspect it was an issue with the sauce but that’s where this slippery slope begins. I called the store as a curtesy to let them know what happened and they apologized and said they would refund my money if I came to the store. I was like, okay that’s fair and returned to the store a couple days later because it’s a little out of the way for me. I ended up speaking to a manager and he insisted he would not return my money and offered me a food voucher instead. I declined the offer as that’s is not what I was originally promised. The Manager then proceeded to contact the GM of the store and he offered the same solution as the manager. I said, it wasn’t an acceptable solution to which the manger promised I would receive a call from the GM in the next couple days to discuss the situation. The GM never called. I never leave one star reviews because I personally feel like it’s an ugly thing to do but I got rubbed the wrong way from every possible direction at this place. From the food to the managment this entire situation was a catastrophe. For this reason I will be avoiding the restaurant in the future and encourage others to proceed with caution.

I do not normally write reviews for places but this deserves to be seen/written. I ordered a simple half caesar salad with a small soup and ordered protein to have added to the caesar salad ($4 addition of chicken in a half-salad), turning a $10 meal into a $14 meal. Having taken it go, I returned to my work office to find that no chicken had been added. I called to see if I could get a refund for the addition but instead the manager on the line suggested I come back in and they would remake the order. I am not sure if they were bluffing but I indulged, since the conversation over the phone was nice and the prospect of a free meal was also nice. Once I returned to the store with the receipt in hand they asked me if I had the salad with me?? Which in my head I am thinking, why would they need the original salad if they said over the phone they would remake my order? On top of that, an hour had passed since I was first at the store. I told them I didn't have the salad so they gave me chicken in a small cup to add to the salad myself, instead of remaking the order. What kind of service is that? It was a waste of time and money to return back due to what I had believed was decent customer service. I have worked in the food industry as a cashier and as a server and this is not how you treat customers/patrons. I had gone to Nuke's a few times with no problem but if they make a mistake on an order, everything else seems to go out the window. Pretty disappointed.

The food is normally good, but the last two times our food has not been ready or cooked correctly. The kicker is placed an online order, paid for food and drove all the way to store. No order for your name. Very rude service, we will not be coming back to this restaurant!! Not worth what you get. Much better places to eat at.

I decided to try Newks for the first time and got it delivered to my job. I ordered the Newks Q because I saw nothing but good reviews. When I received my sandwich it looked NOTHING like what I saw. It looked like I was given chicken scraps and the chicken was extremely dry. I don’t see any cheese on my sandwich and I was giving one tiny piece of bacon. I took a couple of bites and couldn’t eat anymore it was terrible. I’m so disappointed because I had such high expectations. Definitely will not be trying again…

Ordered a full order of the five cheese mac and cheese. Was given a 16.oz cup barely filled half way. No I didn’t order the half sized order. Also ordered a chicken Caesar salad and added “fresh chicken”, it was cold deli sliced chicken. Not exactly what I call fresh. Absolutely disgusting.
