This was my first time visiting this location of the restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. First of all, the place is very well located, and the people who work there are wonderful and very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again. The food, like at all the restaurants in this chain, has the same great flavor; the food never loses its delicious taste.
Los Tios has been a staple for our family for many, many, many years! I can even say well over a decade to be honest. We love their food, service, and atmosphere. We are just a bit sad that with more time that passes we get less and less for the price, but overall, will continue eating here for years to come!
I ordered the grilled chicken with onions and rice and it was delicious! I also love that they carry Mexican coke. the prices were fair and the service was fast. This place will replace my old favorite that sells over priced fajitas! (if you know you know) initials LT!
My server was Augustine... that man worked so hard to make our experience unforgettable despite being packed with 10+ tables next to us... the service was great, the food was amazing, and the drinks were delicious. I will definitely come back for Augustine.
The food was very good. Got the happy hour puffy taco I think the name is. One chicken one steak. The food was great they even passed out some complementary nachos on a little plate. I really enjoyed the steak and chicken so much I ordered another one. Definitely would go back just for the service. They gave out chips and salsa in fact two different types of salsa and they were both great. Again the service was top notch never had to search for a waiter they asked several times if I was good.
We are German tourists and enjoy trying different Mexican restaurants in Texas because we really love Mexican food. This Mexican restaurant stood out as one we particularly enjoyed. We felt very comfortable here, and all the dishes were excellent. We will always be happy to come back here.
I have to say I’m a big fan of this place. Foods great the chips and salsa are fresh, great green sauce! The best part as you can actually have a conversation. The musics not too loud or you can’t hear yourself think. I was recommended the spot by a bunch of Houstonians and it did not disappoint. I’d give it a 10 out of 10.
I was simply craving good food while in the Galleria area, and this Tex-Mex restaurant hit the spot perfectly. The atmosphere had a welcoming, lively vibe that made the whole experience feel special without trying too hard. The puffy queso and guacamole were absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and indulgent in the best way. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer. This place is worth seeking out, whether you're local or just passing through.
Los Tito’s – A Local Favorite That Never Disappoints Every time I visit Los Tito’s, I’m reminded why it’s one of my favorite spots for a great meal and a relaxing experience. I stopped in for lunch recently, and everything—from the food to the atmosphere to the service—was top-notch as always. Right from the start, the customer service was exceptional. The staff greeted us warmly, and they even offered to make some delicious mocktails for us, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch. It’s those little details that make the experience feel special and personal. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. One of the things I love most about Los Tito’s is how consistent they are—the flavors are always spot-on. My favorite thing on the menu is their rice. I know it might sound simple, but their rice is seriously next level: fluffy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked every time. During this visit, I ordered one of their lunch specials, and it was such a great value. For just $11, I got a full meal that included soup, salad, rice, and beans—everything was fresh, satisfying, and generously portioned. It’s so nice to find a place that offers real quality at such an affordable price. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and very clean. Whether you’re dining in for a quick bite or taking your time to enjoy a meal with friends or family, the atmosphere is cozy, tasteful, and welcoming. You can tell they really take pride in their space. Parking is super convenient as well. Los Tito’s is located in a large shopping plaza with plenty of parking, so you’ll never have to worry about circling the lot or walking far. It’s also nice to have other shops around if you want to explore a bit before or after your meal. Overall, I can’t recommend Los Tito’s enough. The food is consistently delicious, the service makes you feel like family, and the prices are more than fair. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time visitor, you’re in for a great experience. I already can’t wait to go back!
I had a wonderful experience at Los Tíos Mexican Restaurant. The place is very pleasant, with a divine atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Our server was extremely efficient and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our meal. The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great Mexican food in a lovely setting!
Had this delivered. Even after the delivery time it was still delicious! Fresh tortillas and really good charro beans! Salsa was good but my wife thought it was a bit too spicy. Normally the green sauce is her favorite but she didn’t like this as much. Everyone has a different taste for it. Will return.
If you come from a Mexican background or are use to authentic Mexican food, I wouldn't recommend eating here. It is good, but more pricey and not as authentic as I had hoped. I got the stuffed puff, which is just a puffed up tortilla. I requested to have queso fresco in it, but there was only shredded American cheese. The chicken inside was actually just grilled chicken, not very much of the Mexicana flavoring, which was disappointing. GREAT service, though!
I grew up on LT, so I have been a fan for many years. This location is new and impressive compared to the others. High ceilings, expansive decor, and beautiful lighting. They have a regular high top bar at the entrance, and on the other side, the bar extends with a seating area lower to the floor. It's unique and pretty. We had a family dinner for my birthday this past week. We went on a Thursday night around 7:30. We were seated immediately in a booth per our request. The service was good, the food was good, and the prices are decent. My only notable insight to share is the noise level. As I always state, I am a noise sensitive person, so I am not a fan of loud places. The high ceiling in this restaurant make for a loud environment, especially at prime dinner time. It was a little hard to hear the full conversation between the 4 of us, and remember, we were in a booth against the wall under the shorter ceiling area. I can't even imagine how it must sound in the high ceiling area. I always mention noise levels because dining with my family, significant other, and/or friends, means a lot to me. I enjoy that time to talk with each other and not have to shout. As pretty as the restaurant was, I probably will not return due to the noise level. At best, I would choose a different time to go. As we neared the end of our dinner, around 9:00 PM, the noise level did get better. However, it could have been the margaritas kicking in and making me not care as much. Cheers!
Visited with a group of friends for Friday night dinner. There was no wait for a table to accommodate all 6 of us. The server was really nice and attentive. He made sure all of our needs were met. The food was basic but good. There was nothing spectacular about it but it was hot and fresh. The margaritas are strong. I added strawberry syrup to my first one and felt it was a waste of money. I did not like how they didn’t mix the flavor in the actual drink instead they just poured it on the bottom. Overall, our experience was great !
Was there for a business lunch. We made the waiter wait to take our order because we were waiting on another person. She seemed a bit annoyed. Once they arrived we asked her a couple of times to give us a few more minutes. We were chatting a bit. We placed our orders and the food didn’t take long to arrive. I ordered a number 7 but I noticed it didn’t have a chalupa. It was more of a tostada with beans, no meat. I wasn’t sure if that’s what I ordered since she took the menus but I was a bit disappointed. I don’t know what I was expecting with a chalupa. Anyway, it wasn’t bad. The meal was great. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad our waitress was attentive but as soon as she picked up our plates she brought out the check. She didn’t ask if we wanted anything else. I guess it was okay. Maybe she’s used to a rushing crowd for lunch. I just felt she could have been a like more friendly. But overall the service was great. The food tasted great. Maybe I’ll have to look into what is a chalupa there because that was just a tostada.
Another Sunday brunch assessment to deliver. My friends suggested this new place in the Galleria area and we all agreed. (and excited because we had never been) The restaurant was extremely clean and tidy with a pleasing setting in a Hacienda themed surrounding. Our waiter Jose was extremely professional and knew exactly when to approach our table. He was always there to be sure our glasses were full. After we order our food was promptly brought to the table. Regrettably, the food was not at all what we anticipated, it was bland and so chain-like. I ordered the migas- and it felt like they counted every tortilla chip and every diced onion. The worst part was the lame coffee, it was extremely weak and felt like I was drinking hot water. The up scale to the bad food experience was that the prices are very reasonable… so I guess you can say we got what we paid for. Perhaps the lunch or dinner menu will prove to be better, but I don’t recommend a brunch visit.
We have been loyal customers of Los Tios for years and always considered it our "home away from home" for dining. Unfortunately, our experience at the Buffalo and Bissonnet location tonight was extremely disappointing. Our group of five adults (all 55+) was having a quiet dinner conversation when we ordered another round of drinks. At that point, Vanessa, the manager, informed us of a strict two-drink maximum per guest -- a policy that was never communicated beforehand. The manner in which this was handled felt abrupt and unnecessary, especially given that our table was calm and respectful. We understand policies exist, but they should be clearly communicated upfront and enforced professionally. This experience left a sour impression and was not reflective of the quality service we have come to expect from Adair restaurant locations. We have loved so many of the waitstaff there, especially sweet Karla whose laughter you can hear from across the room. I’m sad to lose the friendships we’ve made at Los Tios but we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. Plenty of Mexican food restaurants in the 77005/77019 area
