I visited Lost & Found for the first time and had a great experience. Our waitress, Patricia, was wonderful, very polite, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made excellent recommendations and made us feel welcome. The vibe was on point, the service was great, and the food did not disappoint. If you go, definitely try the lobster bites so good!

Visited with my wife Friday evening exceptional service from TJ. Greeted promptly by Tyrese and sat immediately. Sat outside on the patio, Tyrese set up the outdoor heater for us. TJ greeted the table promptly everything came out hot and fresh.TJ was very attentive checking on us multiple times. Salmon slightly overcooked but still good. Lobster bites are the best in the city but a bit overpriced. Still ordered it. Manager stopped by the table to check on us. Bunny was also great came by our table and checked on us as well, provided some laughs. Overall 9.9 out of 10. Thank you guys for providing quality service it’s really hard to find these days.

Cerena was the best waitress ever! We order food drinks shots got our tab and ordered more food! Ask for her! She is beautiful and just great person all around! No, we don’t know her! We are from Florida on vacation and she made our experience amazing. We will be back because of her. ❤️

I'm here visiting from Florida and this place was AMAZING!!!! Our waitress was also AMAZING and patient with us. She explained the menu and suggested popular dishes. Aspen G you were GREAT!!!! We flew in from Charlotte,NC to come and have lunch here. Our server Khalil was awesome. He was very friendly and answered every question we had and the food was amazing, hot and fresh and substantial portions of food. We definitely will be returning it was worth the two hour flight for the amazing food and service. I would recommend everything that we ordered. Khalil was outstanding and I truly appreciate the hospitality he delivered.

First, the service. Jamal helped us and made outstanding recommendations. He was patient with two older folks. Checked on is often without being too much. I will come back to visit with Jamal! Now the food, we ordered what was recommended. I had the fried shrimp with green beans and Mac and cheese. The shrimps were large and lightly battered with a seasoned southern coating. The Mac and cheese was obviously made here. Smooth creamy, slightly spicy cheese sauce. The green beans taste like they were prepared like grandma, but with a modern hip twist. My wife had the the fried chicken combo. So good. We’ll be back

The atmosphere & service was amazing and the fully loaded Cajun pasta & the sweet potato pancakes were so good.

This places was just okay for me. Keep in mind their dinner menu don't start until exactly at 5pm... If you get there any earlier be prepared to order from the lunch / brunch menu. Parking is $40/vip to park your car in front of the place or $20 for them to park your car down the street somewhere. The food was good but I think a bit overrate to pay a $3 for any side you want to substitute. Even if the sides contain an ingredient you don't eat( pork, beef or any spices. So my whole party ended up with a $3 extract charge for sides.😑. Our servers were extremely professional and nice. The atmosphere was beautiful, however for the price they charge for food and parking there need to be better controlled on the amount of 🪰 fly. Yes they do placed a device on the table that looks like a little windmill, but it doesn't stop the flies completely.

It was our first time at Lost and Found. It had a real cool chill vibe. Great happy hour. Our waiter Tyson was amazing! The fried lobster bites were fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Zion gave us top-tier service at Lost & Found Houston! He was professional, friendly, and on point the entire time. He made great recommendations, kept our table together, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it. You can tell he really cares about his guests having a good experience. If you’re visiting Lost & Found, ask for Zion — he definitely elevates the whole vibe. We’ll be back for sure!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality, and our waitress was an absolute gem. When we asked what was popular on the menu, she recommended exactly what we were hoping to order, which made the decision effortless. We started with the Cajun pasta (shrimp and crawfish), which was packed with creamy, rich flavor—every bite had the perfect balance of seasoning and seafood. The lemongrass pepper fried chicken was crispy, golden, and cooked to perfection. The aroma alone was enough to make our mouths water, and the taste did not disappoint. The jerk lamb came with four tender, well-seasoned pieces that had the right balance of spice and smoky jerk flavors. We also had collard greens, but maybe because of my Asian taste, I didn’t fully understand the flavor. It might be a staple in Caribbean cuisine, but I’m not entirely sure—it just didn’t click for me. Overall, the food was absolutely delicious—bold, flavorful, and satisfying. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. However, the biggest downside was the parking situation. The restaurant has very limited parking, and on weekends, they offer two valet options: basic valet for $20 and VIP valet for $40—which is ridiculous, especially since the difference between the two isn’t even clear due to the lack of space. Your best bet? Be prepared to find street parking, because chances are, you won’t find a spot at the restaurant. Aside from the parking frustration, everything else was perfect. The food and service alone make this place worth visiting, just plan ahead for parking!

From the moment we arrived, he made us feel right at home with his warm hospitality. First time and definitely not our last time. Once seated and our waiter, Tyson, introduced himself, he made the experience quite welcoming. He seems like he enjoys what he does bcz he was such a pleasure. He could tell it was our first time and was very patient and took time to explain everything on the menu. Tyson's suggestions were spot on for both eats and drinks. He didn't make us feel rushed at any time, and instead made us feel like taking our time was preferred, which helps patrons enjoy every single detail of the work chefs and bartenders put into their crafts. Whenever I return, I'll definitely request Tyson as our waiter.

This was my first time coming here and I had such a great experience. The food was delicious and everything came out fresh and flavorful. Khalil was our bartender/server and he was amazing — super friendly, attentive, and professional. He made us feel welcome right away and really elevated the whole experience. Great service like that makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had such a great experience at Lost & Found! Our server Jamal was amazing. He was super attentive, friendly, and made the whole vibe even better. He checked on us at the perfect times, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was on point the entire night. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about giving good service, and that was definitely the case here. Will 100% be back!

Server TJ was amazing. He was very attentive and made sure we were all good multiple times within the hour range. The food was good. I had creole shrimp & grits & it was tasty & hot! The atmosphere was smooth, music could’ve been bumping a little more. But over all, it was a good chill +21 time.

BE SURE TO MAKE A RESERVATION! I took my mother in law to this place on Mother's Day. It was very good. She had the shrimp and grits and I had the fried salmon. We split the honey butter biscuit. All the food was amazing!! Our server, Jeff, was a rockstar. He knew the menu front and back and made suggestions for food and drink and was very attentive. We each had a white sangria...it was very good. Not much parking, we valeted and it cost $20. There are other parking options.

One of the most fulfilling dishes on the menu the fried chicken is fried to perfection nice and crispy well seasoned. The collard greens are season too, I believe it has turkey necks that are very moist and melt in your mouth and the mac and cheese is creamy and cheesy topped with gouda and very delicious would highly recommend. The portions are exceptional and so are the prices. The restaurant is top tier the atmosphere; the ambience especially in the cool of the day is impeccable and exceptional the drinks are various and they have a variety of them to select. If you're looking for a wonderful place to have a good time and get a bang for your buck this would be one of the top restaurants in Houston Texas to attend definitely quality over quantity. Very packed usually so get there as fast as you can, though the wait is worth it .

We hosted a large private event Saturday morning at Lost & Found, the team truly made it happen! Everything was organized, seamless, and incredibly accommodating. *Cerena, Courtney, and Tara were amazing — they even went above and beyond to make sure the kids felt included and taken care of. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I came here for a third time the other evening and had a great experience once again. Me and a buddy sat outside and the ambiance, service, food, and crowd were all amazing. About out to Terri for providing excellent service and making our night even better. Just as a side note, do consider the valet option because they do break windows when parking on the street. 😎

My only regret was not coming here with a starving appetite. After coming in from a late night flight, my pregnant self was starving for some protein and sauntered on in. As soon as we pulled up I knew we’d be eatin good. Tyrese got us a nice roomy table and Jeffrey took great care of our tired selves. Took some of his recommendations and I can tell you them fried pork ribs SLAP. Vibe was immaculate, everyone was so friendly and chill. Bookmarking this spot for the future and recommending to all my local friends. Till next time!

Saw the great reviews and decided to give it a try. So glad we did! Miles helped us by providing recommendations, and he did not lead us astray. For appetizer, we had the shrimp and crawfish dip and the wings with the lemon and jerk flavors (mixing them is the only way). For dinner we had the lemon pepper chicken and the loaded Cajun pasta. We had great experience. Thank you, Miles!

I heard a lot about this place, wanted to try it because the food and drinks looked amazing, but was a little apprehensive due to what I’d heard before. Do yourself a favor and visit if you’re in the area. First of all, this is a black owned business and majority of the crowd is as well - but even though we are a latino male couple, we felt completely welcomed and zero discrimination. Everyone was so nice from the host to our servers and bartenders. The owner (I assume) was walking around the establishment ensuring customer satisfaction and answering any questions. The sweet potato pancakes, chicken and waffles, biscuit, and brunch drinks were all stupendous. I couldn’t believe how fresh and flavorful every bite tasted. The drinks were strong yet refreshing - perfectly made. Visiting Lost & Found felt like an elevated brunch experience where the vibes are matched or even surpassed by the food and drinks. The music was good, the decor was tasteful, the customers were FLY! Looking forward to returning for happy hour, dinner, and to sit at the outdoor patio! By the way, Sunday brunch is until 5pm.

TJ was an excellent server. It was a semi-busy afternoon, and we waited a few minutes for a menu and service, but once TJ came over, everything was fantastic. He gave great recommendations and even asked if it was our first time. . . which it was. When the food arrived, wow… absolutely delicious. The lemon pepper thighs were so good. Because of the food and TJ’s great service, we’ll definitely be returning.

I went for my birthday brunch with a friend of mine. We were very impressed by the ambiance, decor and cool vibe walking in. We thoroughly enjoyed our food! I had the fried salmon with cajun grits and greens-- outstanding! My friend had fried chicken thighs, also very tasty. There are other items on the menu I would like to try, so I'll definitely be back.

I had such a great experience at Lost & Found, and Jamal was a huge part of that. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, patient, and made sure we were more than okay throughout the entire meal. His service was quick, thoughtful, and he carried himself with such professionalism. Plus, he’s very handsome and has a great presence, it honestly elevated our whole experience. If you go, definitely ask for Jamal. He made our visit unforgettable!

Flew into Houston at 11pm and scrambling to find decent late night grub near the Galleria area that wasn’t Taco Bell or McD. There’s always Chinatown but the wife and I wanted to change it up a bit. Googled and found this joint with great reviews and glad we beat the post-club rush. Tyrese hooked us up with a table right away, and Jeffrey went over all the highlights from the menu. We got the Fried pork ribs with Hennessy bbq sauce which we saw a lot of other customers order, and I couldn’t say no to collared greens with turkey. Topped the order off with some sweet potato fries and we were eating good! Food came out piping hot and we got full in no time. Definitely going to come back for more next time in H-town—wanna try the crawfish and shrimp dip— this one’s a winner.

One of our favorite spots ❤️❤️ The fried Ribs are our fav appetizer, and they serve brunch and dinner foods. It’s a nice vibe and the music they play is nice. I’d recommend this place to anyone! The only thing I’d say is that when it is busy, the waiter can be really busy and can be gone for a while. Food is yummy and comes quick.

It’s my birthday! The food was very good. I ended up getting fried ribs, fried salmon, regular salmon, and shrimp. The greens and the macaroni was to die for. The macaroni was the best part honestly. Jason our server was awesome. He knew what I wanted before I even asked. He always came back to check on the table. The drinks were amazing. This place is awesome. 1000 out of 10 would recommend. The only reason I did three on the atmosphere is because I wanted to sit outside in the sun however, they do not allow people to sit in those areas before a certain time which kind of disappointed me because I wanted to take my birthday pictures but everything else was cool.

A
Alyssa Towle

Miles was a great server—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant, the drinks were top-notch, and the food was absolutely phenomenal. They offer both brunch and dinner options, and each menu is packed with delicious choices. Whether you're stopping in for a relaxed weekend brunch or a special evening out, you're in for a treat. Lost and Found is the perfect space for any event. Me and my person went here and got the loaded pasta and shrimp and crawfish pasta. I’d say the shrimp and crawfish is better because it’s large portions and extra for loaded. The atmosphere, music, service was impeccable. I loved the plant decor on all of the walls it felt very sensual and hospitable. 1000/10 WILL BE BACK FOR MORE! pricey but worth it 😁😁😁😁parking is paid (downtown) lol

This may be my new favorite place. Went here again last night with a group for a birthday party and they were very easy to coordinate with even when I needed to change the amount of people. Our server Macie remembered us from the last time we visited and made sure the food was cooked to perfection. She made amazing recommendations and her overall demeanor was just good for the atmosphere and the vibes. We also tried the hookah which was very easy to order. The cocktails were very good and not overpriced in the food was slamming. 🫶🏽 10/10

Enjoyed a nice brunch at Lost & Found in Houston. Expect to pay for parking. We found a lot just a block away that charged $10, versus the $20-$40 that the restaurant charges. We had plenty of outdoor seating options on a Sunday at 11am. The weather ended up being a bit chilly, but the restaurant had heaters everywhere. Overall, the atmosphere was fun, open, and relaxing. The service was a bit lacking. However, the very person was kind and hospitable. We were seated right away, but only initially received 3 waters for 5 of us. Our server took our drink orders right away, but it took quite awhile to get our drinks. We then had to ask for more waters, which then took awhile. Our food orders went well, other than one of the waffle orders was supposed to come with whipped cream, but did not. Wouldn’t typically be a big deal, but it was for an 8-year-old who was very much looking forward to that treat. My shrimp and grits was outstanding! Some of the best I have ever had. My daughter ordered the lemon pepper chicken and she very much enjoyed it!!

TJ was our server for a corporate dinner and he was what you wish every server could be. Knowledgeable, great suggestions, and very friendly while still professional. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time checking out Lost and Found in the 4th Ward, and let me just say… I get it now. When you see a restaurant with a 4.8 rating and almost 16K reviews, you already know it’s gonna be something special—and this spot did not disappoint. From the jump, the vibe was right. My bartender, Ace, was super friendly, gave me recommendations, and every single one hit. Food came out in under 10 minutes too—like, how?! That’s when you know the kitchen is locked in. Highlights: $4 Wing Night – Are you kidding me? Eight wings for four bucks. That’s a steal, and they were grilled perfectly. Side Salad – Fresh, crisp, light—like it was just pulled out of the garden. Collard Greens – Straight up reminded me of my mom’s, smoked turkey and all. Just needed a splash of hot sauce and it was perfect. Hot Honey Lemon Pepper Chicken – Whew. THIS was the showstopper. That drizzle? Top tier. Sweet, tangy, sweet, and spicy—basically everything you want in a chicken dish. Between the food, service, and prices, this was one of those meals that sticks with you. Lost and Found is definitely on my “run it back” list.

First time here for brunch and everything was exceptional! Jamaul was the waiter with the most. As a first time guest he gave great recommendations for drinks as well as food. The Cajun Pasta was amazing and The Cadillac Margarita is a must have and favorite. If you are in the area or not you must come to Lost and Found and experience everything for yourself and make sure you ask for Jamaul. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating as well. Great experience and definitely will be coming back again!

My wife and I absolutely fell in love with Lost and Found. The atmosphere, the drinks, and THE FOOD. Hands down some of the best Cajun Pasta I’ve ever had. And that lemon pepper chicken will have you crying tears of joy. If you’re extra lucky, you’ll get Dylana as your waitress, she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. Don’t take my word for it though, just go experience Lost and Found for yourself 🤌

Trez was an amazing waiter and provided great service throughout our visit. Our reservation and seating were very quick, and the food also came out fast, which was appreciated. The pasta, however, had a bit too much pepper for my taste. I would rate the food a 5/10. The overall restaurant appearance felt a little dated, and the board-style tabletops were somewhat rocky. Overall, I’d give the full service experience a 6.6/10.

Lost and Found delivered a well-rounded experience. I had the BBQ salmon with garlic mashed potatoes, greens, and green beans, and it was very well done. The salmon was flavorful and cooked right, with a solid BBQ glaze that didn’t overpower the fish. The garlic mashed potatoes were smooth and comforting, and the greens and green beans were properly seasoned—no shortcuts here. The atmosphere was nice and inviting, making it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. What really stood out, though, were the bartenders—professional, attentive, and clearly good at what they do. Drinks were on point and service felt effortless. Good food, a strong vibe, and excellent bartenders make Lost and Found a place worth revisiting.

We had a wonderful experience, thanks to the great service from TJ! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. We tried the sweet potato pancakes, shrimp and grits, and the fried wings. Every dish was full of flavor. The wings were perfectly crispy, and the grits were creamy and savory. Excellent food and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!

Visited Lost & Found in Houston for the first time, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The hostess, Tyrese, was very welcoming and gave us several seating options based on our preference, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere was great, vibrant, comfortable, and inviting. Our server, Jason, was outstanding. He gave excellent recommendations for the pasta, dip, and drinks, and was attentive without being overbearing. His service truly elevated our experience. The manager, Courtney, was also wonderful and made sure everything was running smoothly. Traveling all the way from Washington, DC, we thoroughly enjoyed everything about Lost & Found. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

khalil was just the best server for me and my mom!! The food was amazing, the service was amazing, and I had the best time. He treated me and my mom well and didn’t push us.

Khalil was amazing! Service was impeccable. A definite 10/10. I had the Cajun pasta and loved it. The fried ribs were delicious, so tender! So glad we stopped by.

A great evening out in Houston. Happy hour from 5-8, $5 drinks and half price appetisers. We visited on a wed night. Food was great. Had the Shrimp and crawfish dip, gumbo, and lemon pepper fried chicken. Would definitely recommend.

Lost & Found delivered a solid meal. Trez made the experience great. The food came out hot and well-seasoned, with the lemon pepper chicken standing out as a favorite. Upgrading to the mac and cheese was the right call—creamy, flavorful, and worth it. And with 50-cent wings on the menu, it was impossible to pass them up. A great mix of good flavors, value, and atmosphere that makes it a spot I’d definitely come back to.

We enjoyed this place from start to finish. Friendly staff, good atmosphere and delicious food. Food came out quick after ordering. Mike was our waiter and he was very friendly and attentive. We had the fully loaded Cajun pasta, wings, fried ribs, shrimp & crawfish dip, Mac & Cheese and Classic Cheeseburger. All the food was delicious. I had a lemon drop martini and my husband has a purple haze, both great drinks!! My son was asking if we can go back that’s how much he enjoyed it. 10/10 highly recommended.

First time at this restaurant. Love the setup. Great place for a group and for a date. Beware that parking is horrible. Also, the neighborhood is not the best, according to the waiter. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the seafood omelet and sweet potato pancake. I can't wait to go back. I enjoyed the sauce on the omelet and how the pancakes didn't need any syrup or powder sugar. But since it was included , it was the icing on the cake. The fries were fresh and seasoned as well as cooked perfectly, not too crunchy and not soggy. The only downside to the experience was the wait time for the food. It took about 30 minutes, and it truly did not appear to be busy. I'm certainly glad the food was as good as it was!

The atmosphere was wonderful and the vibes were just right! Music was bumping and the fried salmon was delicious! The service could have been better when my friend’s order came out with no Lemon Pepper on his wings as ordered and the server Khalil didn’t have the best possible solution (which is to remake his order fresh) He still deserved a tip though! ☺️ We met another wonderful server named Sara who gave us great recommendations on the local scene! All in all, 8.5 out of 10!

Went to Lost and found and let me tell you- the atmosphere was nice! Parking was ok… but I think our server, Terri, was the best!!! She has such a beautiful smile and was very knowledgeable and outgoing!! Everything she recommended, we loved and drinks were nice as well! Most def will be returning!

Aspen G was very attentive and knowledgeable of both the food/drink menu. She was very friendly, especially towards my kids. The wings were ok. The wings could've been cooked hard with more lemon pepper. The shrimp/crawfish dip was +8.5. The drinks were good with great HH prices. Atmosphere was cool just too many flies on patio but Aspen gave the table a fan that helped out.

Saw this place on Instagram & was finally able to go. Went around 2pm which was late lunch, however, it was great because there was no crowd. The day we went there was a $20 special with ribeye steak, mashed potatoes & green beans. Food was excellent! Steak cooked to perfection, potatoes & green beans seasoned just right! There isn't a lot to choose from for beverages... Cocktails that are about $15 . Our waitress was super nice & friendly. We sat outside in a seating area overlooking the PAID parking lot & there was a hookah bar. If you park in the lot it's $20. If you "valet" it's $10 and they park off-site. There may be free street parking not far away but it is very limited & we didn't take a chance. I would go back for the steak for sure!! And they do include gratuity!!!

Great experience and service. Our server was very attentive and recommended some great suggestions to the food items. Only drawback was the grilled wings.. tasted more charcoal than flavor. Drinks were Subpar for the pricing. Parking is non existent unless you are doing valet. Recommend going at a time where listed events are happening unless you are just wanting to be a part of that vibe.

The food and the service were amazing 👏🏾 The atmosphere was loud at times. There's no free parking on site. Valet parking is strongly suggested. Oh, and it's a hookah bar 🚬 I didn't know that 😁

Great atmosphere. Clean, and the food was good. The staff needs to be schooled in customer service, they aren't bad, but they need some training. The food was EXCELLENT. It's also paid on-site parking, which doesn't make sense. 20% Service charge already included in your bill.

We each had the cajun pasta. The server came to our table after we finished eating and asked how the food was. I told him, it was over seasoned and he replied, it is called, CAJUN pasta, stressing CAJUN. I advised him,I've had cajun dishes from many places and it's never that heavy on the seasoning like this was. I also had the shrimp and crawfish queso dip as an appetizer, which was more enjoyable than the pasta. Topping off my order, I had a Golden Cadillac to drink, which I liked. Finally, they automatically include the tip they've selected in the total bill, which I find tacky. I've been before and enjoyed previous visits more. Overall, I say,try it for yourself.

This place has a fun vibe and really great southern/soul style food. I loved the bbq grilled salmon. We came in on a Thursday afternoon and it was not crowded at all. Service was friendly. Hookah is available for patrons on the patio. We didn’t love the “pay to park” situation or the automatic gratuity, but I understand these business decisions are made for a reason.

Food was good, we had a great time. Server had a little tude but we kinda ignored it and kept on having a good time. Lol. Atmosphere was nice once inside. They have an inside and outside area for dining. It was about a 45 minute wait for a table. We went around 7pm on a Saturday so take that into consideration. Everything went downhill when we were leaving and multiple cars including mine and my friend's car got broken into. This happened to be on my birthday and ruined the night. So just be careful parking and dont trust valet.... they steal too here!! Because I'm honest.. I did not take away points for my car situation and only rated them on the restaurant itself.

N

The food was really good! The sweet potato pancakes with 4 chicken wings were marvelous. They had a good deal with the shots as well! Only reason I gave a 4 star is because the valet parking was kind of rude. He kinda shrugged us off after we told him we didn’t revive a message to pick up the car. Overall , the restaurants and waitresses were very nice.

After being irritated with Peachez, my party and I went to Lost N Found instead for their Saturday brunch. A totally different experience than Peachez (Thank God). The parking attendant was so excited to do his job and set the tone. There was hardly no wait so our party of 6 was seated almost right away. Almost everything we tried was pretty good especially the Lemon Pepper Chicken Thighs and Wings. The corn is underrated but was my favorite! The fully loaded pasta was also superb. The only complaint was the lack of real or even durable silverware. The plasticware given wasn’t durable and made it difficult to eat the Pasta. God forbid if steak was an option. They were also out of the Boba pearls for the drink we really wanted. Our waitress, Bre, was a sweetheart and kept us informed. We will be back!!!

The last time I was there, they told me I couldn’t order the Cajun pasta (my usual) with the fried lobster tail added. I had been ordering this same dish for years and had it every time I came or brought someone. This time I’d brought my friend from out of town and even though they were packed I was still willing to order it to go. The young folks up front acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and me knowing I order this all the time was sitting there Lost with no hope to be Found because what you mean I can’t add the lobster tail. The Cajun pasta isn’t worth it to me if you can’t add the lobster tail. That was the best part for me. Without it, it’s just a pasta I can make at home. I’m not frying lobster tails at home which is why I was willing to pay the price to have it at Lost and Found. I ordered the fried ribs so my friend could at least try that one and then we went to RouxPour and had a blast. I am local and with them being so strict and the fact that they changed the Cajun pasta, I won’t be back. I’d already paid a ridiculous price for the meal I enjoyed but I enjoyed it so to me it was worth it. But now they switched it up and anything you ask about it is a “No.” “No.” “We can’t do that…” It’s take it or leave it. I’m leaving it. It was good while it lasted though. 🥴

Food was served warm, not hot, waited over an hour to get. Waitress wasn't rude but disappeared many times for too long. There are additional fees for simple substitutions and automatic tip applied to bill without knowledge nor receipts unless specifically asked for. It was a group of 4 of us who didn't plan on being stuck there're for over 2 hours with poor service.

ASIAN PERSUASION

Lost and found is a decent place to eat at. I have heard about through social media and I believe that there was alittle too much hype for the restaurant. The burger was adry, wings was actually really good and crunchy, pasta was creamy and savory, mash potatoes was flavorful but the mac and cheese was disappointing because it seems as if the sauce for the pasta was reused for the mac and cheese almost. I feel also that a 20% service charge already is seemed forced as it should really be up to the people paying the bill if service was outstanding or not. Price overall is alittle overpriced for what is being served. The decorations was interesting but the seats seem to be falling apart or breaking. The parking is LOST to stay the least as the only choice is either valeting or trying to find street parking. I would come back if I was in the area but I would not go out of my way to come here. As this is just my opinion, lmk what everyone else thinks!

Lost & Found could have easily received maybe 4 or 5 stars on this review, but customer service is always important We made reservations in advance, paid $250 fee for said reservation only to be told out Larry had to sit outside when it was cold as hell. While this may not seem like a big deal to some on the surface, we were under the impression that our table/area would have been ready in advance. No advance communication All in all, the food was delicious. I had the fried salmon with collard greens and Mac & cheese.

We made a same day reservation. Bria was our server. Food was alright. Peach lemonade was absolutely perfect! ✨ Definitely expected more 😕. Oh yea parking 🅿️ was $40 🤣. Park your 🚗 on a side street. I don’t see myself returning.

Food was fire. Absolutely delish. Greens, fire. Chicken, fire. Shrimp and grits, fiiiiire. So dang good. Our server was good too. He seemed to genuinely care about folks and serving them well. But the whole vibe before was weird, though. When we pulled up to park, every street surrounding the place was lined with glass shards on both sides, as though to foreshadow that there’s no safe parking other than the valet. So we valet for $20. Easy decision. Then I watched a guy pull up right after me in a bright blue convertible corvette and the valet tried to charge him $40 or $60 or something more than I was charged, so the man laughed in their face and drove off. Then when explaining to the host that I had a reservation, he seemed reluctant to seat me. He seemed to prefer telling people it was a really long wait and pointing them to the seating area or watching them leave. Just the whole vibe was gross and weird. Food was absolutely fiiiiire, and I think that plus the “being seen at a cool spot” is what keeps this place doing so well. I’d consider trying it again because of the food.

Lost & Found Houston will definitely stay “lost” on my list of go-to establishments. With over 16k reviews and a 4.8 rating, I was expecting an outstanding experience—but instead, it was an expensive disappointment. The good: My granddaughter loved her burger and gave it 5 stars. The lamb chops and lobster were decent, but far too overpriced for the quality—3 stars. The bad: The fried ribs were inedible. One bite and the burst of saturated oil literally made me want to gag—0 stars. Drinks were average at best and not memorable—2 stars. Overall, this restaurant may work for some, but for me, it was not worth the hype or the price.

Really don't understand the high prices versus the quality. First off, valet only $10 regular $20 VIP to park your car in the 2-row parking lot. Went there for brunch, and ordered orange juice and coffee when we sat down. 25 minutes later, informed that the coffee was still brewing, and they had no orange juice. So ordered another coffee and asked for almond milk. No milk alternatives, so asked for sugar. One coffee came out and had to tell them to bring the 2nd one and sugar. Sugar came out and no spoons so had to ask for that. Ordered the jerk lamb chops. They were the most expensive thing on the menu at $57. Have no idea why they are priced so high. Came out with no marinade or seasoning and nothing "jerk" about it. Overdone cooked well, and had a side of straight Worcestershire sauce from the bottle. Collard greens were good. Charged $3 to sub potatoes instead of eggs. Boyfriend got a breakfast sandwich, which he said was good, and it came with fries out of a bag. Who puts fries with brunch? Anyway, this restaurant is poorly run and way overpriced. Really a disappointment. Bill was $110 for 2 people. Won't be back and do not recommend.

Not vegetarian-friendly at all. I showed up around 11:52 am, no line. Was 90F today at noon and they made me wait in line under the sun until they opened even though they let others walk up and get seated! I was pretty heated up about the valet parking for $10 but then standing outside to wait until opening got me upset. I ordered the only vegetarian-friendly items they had: sweet potato fries, green beans, mashed potatoes. My friend ordered the ribs and couldn’t eat more than 1 piece so we bagged everything to-go. Ended up paying $61 total after tip. A complete and utter rip off. Worst meal I ever had. The green beans were so salty, the sweet potato fries were dried up and no flavor, kinda tough to chew. The mashed potatoes were the only good item, but it wasn’t great.

I rarely write negative reviews, but after multiple incidents with this restaurant I feel compelled to share my experience so others are aware. The first issue happened on February 4, 2025, which was my daughter’s 22nd birthday. We had carefully planned her birthday dinner at this restaurant down to the hour. Only a few hours before our reservation, we received an email stating that our reservation was being canceled because the restaurant decided to close. Canceling a reservation within hours of the event is extremely inconsiderate, especially when people are celebrating important occasions. It caused unnecessary stress for both my daughter and me as we had to scramble to change our plans at the last minute. Despite that frustrating experience, I decided to give the restaurant another chance on February 27, when my sister wanted to try it. Unfortunately, the problems continued. When we arrived for our reservation, the staff could not find our reservation in their system. The only reason we were eventually helped was because I had the foresight to take a screenshot of the reservation confirmation. Without that screenshot, we likely would have been turned away. Customers should not have to prove their reservation with screenshots. That alone reflects poorly on the organization and professionalism of the establishment. The next issue involved our server, Tyrese. When it came time to be seated, he offered us only one table—an extremely undesirable one that was directly in the way of traffic. I declined. Immediately afterward, a group of women who had arrived after us were offered two table options, including the same undesirable table and a much better one. Naturally, they were allowed to choose the better table. That option was never offered to us. This felt incredibly unfair and dismissive. To make matters worse, we were told the wait would be 10–15 minutes, yet we waited over 45 minutes to be seated, and even longer before receiving proper service. When I politely mentioned to Tyrese that I would have gladly chosen the better table if it had been offered to us, his response and body language were extremely apathetic. My sister and I even noticed him making small snickering gestures behind our backs, which was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. After the meal, I asked to speak with the manager, Courtney. I want to be clear about one thing: Courtney was the only professional part of this experience. He listened carefully, handled the conversation respectfully, and even offered a dessert or drink as a courtesy. I declined because I wanted the restaurant to understand how inconvenient and disappointing the overall experience had been rather than simply smoothing it over with a complimentary item. At this point, I honestly have no plans to return to this restaurant. The reservation issues, seating situation, excessive wait time, and the dismissive attitude from our server created an experience that felt disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish. The only reason I would ever consider giving this place another chance would be because of the professionalism demonstrated by Manager Courtney. Without that interaction, this would have been an even more disappointing experience. Unfortunately, two visits were enough to show that the restaurant has serious issues with organization, professionalism, and customer service.

The service was unsatisfactory due to an overcharge on my bill. I ordered a single shot of vodka with water; however, my server charged me for a double shot without my consent or request. This raises concerns regarding billing accuracy and honesty. I retained my receipt, as well as multiple photos and videos, which clearly document what I ordered and consumed—specifically, one shot of vodka with water. My main meal consisted of a wing and thigh combination with greens and macaroni and cheese, priced at $20. Given these charges, my total bill should not have amounted to $51. I requested to speak with a manager but waited an additional 15 minutes without assistance before leaving the establishment. As the matter was not addressed on-site, I will be resolving this issue directly through my bank.

PLEASE READ AND VIEW PICTURE . ( steak was 20% bone ) . These have to be bot or paid reviews or have a lot of friends . I had a great evening going to a Christmas carol , and was hungry after and wanted to try lost and found. The menu looked great, the prices seemed high so I was expecting GREAT FOOD and GREAT DINNING atmosphere . Poor poor poor ! It’s dirty sticky tables and it’s like a club/bar?!?! Then to order me and my wife were going to share the “ two steak two lobster tails “ and were given bites !! 62$ for the smallest pieces of “ steak “ you could fathom . Then it’s just me and her and it’s a forced 20% tip on all tabs??I dont mind to tip, it’s the point of forced . Don’t even say “ don’t go out to eat if u can’t afford it “. Tipping is for GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE !! And then to swap collard greens with fries it’s a 3$ charge . I’m getting a side anyway , why charge me for a swap ? ( wife wanted fries lol ) the service was decent . Dude was chill. Horrible parking and pricing for parking . All around horrible exp.

Worst food experience in Houston... 1. They add 20% mandatory service fee to the bill. This is nowhere mentioned, not at their menus but their website. Service fee IS NOT tip. You are asked to pay tip after paying the bill. 2. They have a private parking but it is not free. They asked us for 40USD for parking. There are signs around the place that warn you of the neighbourhood and they your cat is not safe on the streets. 3. Until 5.00pm, they only serve brunch... This is nuts. The full menu is available after 5pm... This is not mentioned anywhere. 4. I went there for the lobster, and at 1.30pm, they told me they were out of lobster... And also out of waffles... 5. Drinks were terrible and overpriced. 6. They brought us plastic fork and knife to eat the pasta... Absolutely ridiculous. 7. They served Margarita in a short water glass. 8. They asked us to leave the table after one hour and a half, because they said they had other reservations. This is something they should have told us before we sit. We were there to watch the game, and they wanted us to leave in the middle of the game... We finally sat at the bar for the rest of the game, and we noticed that there were empty tables the whole time we were there... There was really no reason to take the table from us. 9. They don't accept Amex payments, not some pay etc etc... Don't know why... 10. Food was BAD. And expensive. Don't go there. Worst place ever.

Our bartender did not show us the receipt and said it was $100 for us to tap. This 100 dollars apparently already includes the 20% service for brunch and we didn’t know since there was no receipt was shown! I still paid 15% tip so eventually it was 30 dollars on 75 dollars food. Great deal! Even the food was great, this is robbery 🙂 Btw, we LOST our chance to try that looking-so-good cajun pasta and we FOUND such a famous restaurant is lacking of management to allow things like this happen.

Oh, how the might have fallen! This place used to be our favorite go-to for grrat food & immaculate vibes. Now it'd take a miracle for us to ever return again. Top 4 reasons why we are now saying "goodbye": #1. No more tap-to-pay or AMEX. Their best solution to the problem of scammers & chargeback disputes is to inconvenience the rest of us well meaning customers. Zero modern payment methods, so remember to bring cash or a debit/card. Lost & Found is stuck in 2002. If you can't afford to operate a business, then don't 🫠. #2. Staff (and the manager) all have a "What the hell do you want!?" energy for any question or request. They couldn't care LESS (but are happy to charge MORE.) #3. Food was just okay. Definitely not worth the price. Dishes came out quickly but lukewarm - like it's been sitting under a heat lamp all day. You'll be able to tell if you decide to eat here. That special "texture" dishes once had even just a few months ago is long gone. Microwaves are running the show now. #4. The atmosphere is gone & vibes are off. It feels like they know the writing is on the wall (along with the heavy wear & tear). From the air ducts to faded paint and non-working neon light fixtures... Nothing feels fresh, clean or inspired, even though they're still charging like it is. It's the end of an era. Greatness comes & goes but the true greats know how to inspire better energy from staff & customers alike. I truly hope they find a way to get back that special something they had going last year because without it, we'll be getting an announcement about L&F's doors closing within a few months, which sucks 😞. UPDATE: We just looked at the check and realized they overcharged us for 2 extra orders of wings. Insane, lol.
