The cookies are amazing and the service is exemplary! My son hates cake, so for his birthday a cookie cake is the only way to go. Michael was so accommodating even after I missed to pay my invoice in a timely manner. He reached out and my baby got his preferred cake! We will most definitely be coming back!!

This place was amazing. We got a variety of different goodies and I must say, the s’mores cookies was THE BEST out of all that I ate. It was so moist and flavorful. The staff here are beyond friendly as well. The cookies are reasonably priced which made this deal even SWEETER (see what I did there lol).

This was my first experience with Michaels Cookie Jar. My son told me last minute (literally the morning of) that he wanted a cookie cake for his bday. At 7am I googled cookie cakes and they popped up as an option. I’ve always seen the name but never knew they did cookie cakes. The website was quick and easy navigate. I was sold on the price of the cake as well as the cute white icing. Colored icings in my opinion mess with the flavor or the cookie. I ordered at 7am and it was made fresh and ready for pick up by 11:30am. Picking up the cake was just as easy. Fast attentive service and I even picked up some extra cookies with their 4 for $10 deal. It was fun to see the open bakery concept. Upon taking the cake out of the box to prep for candles I realized it came with its own plastic plate! Chefs Kiss! A small detail that has really set the experience apart! And the taste of the cake?! Absolutely delicious! Fresh and soft with chocolate chunks and icing that marry’s the cookie instead of competing. 10 out of 10!

Walking into this little bakery you are immediately greeted by both an intoxicating cookie baking aroma, but also by their incredibly friendly employees The exterior is appealing, trendy, and inviting. The only ding against them, and it’s not their fault, is the location is pretty hidden by both parallel roads on either side of it The interior is clean, and the display cases are full of colorful and delicious looking confectionary treats (mostly cookies). The staff is typically busy baking and assisting guests. The team remembers are very knowledgeable and can help you with recommendations. Again, the store smells wonderful, and the cookies look incredible… and they taste just as good. There’s classics like chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, but there’s also monthly and weekly specials like their candy corn cookie and pumpkin spiced cookies. Check their social media pages and site for new creations and bakery news/updates They are constantly baking fresh cookies, but they can sell out of your favorite cookie so I would recommend calling ahead or placing an order with them. They cater as well Again, I find these cookies delicious, and I’ve had them many times. They’re affordable, gorgeous, and they make any occasion special… also, they’re more of a mom & pop establishment, and I prefer to support local and small business Some tips: Your cookies will be placed in a lovely to-go box, but if you want them individually wrapped (sealed) this can be oranges, but there may be a small fee associated. There is another location in the Houston tunnels, so, if you find yourself down there, you should grab a cookie to-go. If you love Dubai chocolate or cookies, you must do yourself a favor and try the Dubai chocolate cookies from Michael's Cookie Jar. I’m not kidding, they’re the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life. The ballpark cookie is a close second, and they sell those on Astros home game days. It’s a peanut butter cookie with peanuts, Reese’s pieces, and caramel popcorn. All of the cookies at Michael’s Cookie Jar are delicious and worlds much better than those big cookie chains. Pictured here are 2 Dubai chocolate cookies because 1 isn’t enough, and ballpark cookie, and a toffee pecan cookie, which is perfectly chewy and not too sweet.

Good cookie spot with solid customer service. The cookies are set up on display in the front and are pretty fresh. I got the chocolate chip and cinnamon roll which was a daily special. I really enjoyed the cinnamon roll one since it had frosting on top. The chocolate chip was alright - definitely not the best in town. The lemon meringue was really good. Solid spot Came back and got the blueberry pop tart which was pretty good

Ordered a 5.99 surprise bag from Too Good To Go, received 8 delicious cookies! Pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds and they taste like they just came out the oven! Pickup was quick and easy, staff was friendly! Will definitely come back.

One word: WOW! I’ve had cookies from all over… Crumbl, Tiff’s, Insomnia, Cookie Co, tiny Boxeeod, etc. however, these cookies are hands down the best, freshest, tastiest, and nicest looking cookies I have had. They are soft, fresh and full of flavor. Not hugely thick which is PERFECT. I got the Pride Box and the two standouts were the M&M cookie (tons of mini M&Ms but not overpowering the cooking) and the Fruity Pebble cookie (the crunch from the Pebbles was very nice and delicious). Not the cheapest by any means but well worth it especially as a treat. I ordered online and set a pick up time. I thought it was a nice touch that an hour before my order was to be ready, they called to confirm it was ready for pick up. The store itself is small and tucked away in the corner of the shopping center. It’s very cute inside and the staff is super friendly. Go visit and help out a local baker in the area. You will NOT be disappointed at all.

Michael's Cookie Jar provided custom cookies for our alumni event in Houston. The logo and colors turned out beautifully, and they taste even better! They were perfectly packaged to hand out to our guests. And on top of it all, my flight was delayed several hours and I wasn't going to be able to make it to pick them up. I called and they were able to deliver them for me that afternoon - life savers!

The cookies are delicious and the staff are very nice. I love the macadamia and lemon cookies because they use an orange oil and it tastes so good. This place is hands down BETTER than their competitors. Happy hour is also the best time to come as well.

Great place for delicious fresh cookies if you're in the area. They are reasonable priced like any cookie store, though the best time to buy is during happy hour (3:30 - 4:30 pm) where you can get 2 cookies for $3. Every cookie i tried has been delicious, though my favorite item is the chocolate chip cookie, which is their best seller. Staff are very welcoming, helpful, and nice. Highly recommend.

It makes it even easier since my husband's name is Michael too lol. I love this place. They ALWAYS taste fresh! They taste homemade, not like they are mass produced on an assembly line. Love it here! I just need him to open one in Katy or Cypress. lol

The cookies were a perfect texture, but I found them to be lacking real flavor at room temp. Warmed, the cookies had a better flavor, but I found the toppings of the cookies were more flavorful than the actual base. However, not a bad cookie; I would definitely stop by for a treat again due to the pleasantry of the staff.

My second visit I wanted to purchase two cookies sandwich with icing between them. Better know as a double doozy. Well apparently they can't go out their way for 60 seconds for a customer. Henice the changing of my review. The service was great the shop was clean. I tried the toffee and pecan cookie and the cookie cake slice. I really enjoyed the toffee pecan 🍪 cookie. It had a great flavor and was not over sweet. The slice was good and basically what I expected. The icing is good. I didn't like the colored sugar balls on the icing it reminds me of sand and I don't think additional sugar on icing is needed.I would like to try all of their flavors. ⭐⭐🌟⭐
