Food is delicious. I had the cold pork spring roll and the steak and brisket pho. My sis had a vermicelli bowl which she said she would definitely get again. Place is clean and neat. Our server was great, he was kind and polite and offered us recommendations. Definitely going to be one of my to go's from now on.
Obsessed with this place! My wife and I come here almost 5 times a month! We’ve been coming here for years! Food is always fresh and hot! We order the same thing every single time: brisket and tendon pho with Vietnamese egg rolls and chicken spring rolls ! Love love love
While I did go to this Vietnamese restaurant, I dined on more of a Chinese style fare. It was made with a Vietnamese flair though. The food was extremely fresh and delicious. MANY patrons were devour a wide assortment of Pho and other more Vietnamese specific foods so I can say that by my observation it is a favorite local spot.
I've been coming here for years now. The food is great. The portion sizes are massive. The price has stayed reasonable even with today's inflation. I do see a tad bit of what other negative reviews are saying about miscommunication. They got my brother's order wrong multiple times. I do however recommend this place if you're not trying to break the bank.
I’ve been eating here since they opened years ago, the quality of the food has been consistent for the most part. There are lots of new employees so service can be hit or miss especially around lunch time. I usually just ask for the check after I get my food so I’m not waiting later. I’ve overheard multiple customers make comments on the carpet and tables, both need to be replaced as the carpet is pretty old and the tables finish has become gummy to the touch. The beef stew was inconsistent years ago but they’ve improved it, now it’s one of my favorites.
Food was delicious, affordable, fresh & portion was large! I had veggie pho & the V7 all veggie dish. Service was a little slow & bathroom needed attention. I'll definitely return for another round.
Really chill spot, which I was okay with . I only tried the pho, the broth was very delicious. And the coconut juice was good as well. The service was okay.
It was pretty good. I got the meatball pho with no noodles, Vietnamese eggrolls, and 2 Thai tea. All this came out to $26. Service was quick and the food came out pretty fast. They also have a reward system where you earn points and get something free or discounted. Only issue I had there was no chili oil on my table or the tables surrounding me so I had to use only sriracha
I found this restaurant via Door Dash. I ordered the vermicelli bowl and peach melon tea. Today was my third time ordering the vermicelli bowl but I believe the beef has hairs on it and in the dish. I'm so off put as I am halfway through the plate and noticing it. 😫🤢 The flavors are great but I expect better food handling. UPDATE: As you can see in the response they let me know that it was lemongrass and quickly made me a new dish of my choice. Very grateful for the clarity and customer service! Hopefully they return to the old recipe 😊
First time here. I was craving shrimp fried rice. I Was seated in a timely manner. I ordered Shrimp and broccoli with fried rice. It was good and hot. I did notice that a couple of bottles on the table hadn't been cleaned thoroughly and there was a fruit fly circling. Thank God I didn't see it until after I ate. You are seated every other table and servers are wearing masks as well.
Food is bland with no taste. Ordered a Bánh mì and bread was cold, meat looked old. Service was mediocre, server and other guy kept being loud and ignoring that they were customers eating. Atmosphere, this guy lace needs cleaning, there were tables with food all over, floor was very dirty. I don’t have good things to say about this restaurant. For the owners, a suggestion is to have your employees keep clean and welcoming the place.
I’ve lunched here several times over the years and the service has gone down. My last visit (12/31/2025) I waited for the waitress to bring the bill for over 15 minutes (I timed it). I waited because there was a group of 3 white men next to me. Their bills were brought to the table. This has happened before and I presumed they were just busy. When I went to the counter, there was no explanation & no apology. Now I feel it was racial and I won’t be back.
I used to love coming here until recently. The service has gotten so bad that I will not be returning. Plus it smells like sewage in the place which affected my appetite. My wonton was delicious though. I’ll miss it 😢 but service is always the reason for a successful business and experience for the customers. I had to check myself out after waiting for over 30 minutes for some water, my check, and not being able to add more to my order. When I went to the front, the hostess didn’t even notice me because she was on her phone. The waiter didn’t even bother to apologize or say anything. They were all in the kitchen talking and it was not a busy night during the week.
I was looking for a different spot for my pho fixing and decided to try them out. Got the shrimp pho and it didn't disappoint me at all. As for my appetizers, they were not tasty at all. My stuff crab and cream cheese puffs tasted like just cream cheese 😒. Egg rolls were so dried like they were old. Service was horrible since our waitress decided that her phone call was more important than us. I also didn't like that they allowed some youngsters to come in and go in the back with no shirt on. He looked like he just came from the gym-yuck. Will not be coming back
First time going here as I trusted the reviews. Seems legit, but unfortunately I had a poor experience. I came on a Saturday night albeit, 8:30pm a little bit prior to closing. I was hoping for some great pho, and ended up highly disappointed. The pho was cold, I’m talking room temperature and after I spoke to the server, she offered to microwave it. I lost my appetite for it at that very moment, and just asked for a to go box. Still tipped but don’t think I’ll be back 🤷🏾♀️
I ordered Hainan chicken rice, but the dish I received felt more like salad-style chicken with rice. Authentic Hainan chicken usually has tender poached chicken, fragrant rice cooked in chicken broth, and a flavorful dipping sauce. The restaurant could really improve this dish by making it closer to the traditional version. Please also don’t underestimate your customers — many of us know what Hainan chicken should taste like
Ordered fried rice with general tsos, the rice was not jasmine rice instead they used mexican rice with a yellow seasoning instead of using the traditional method jasmine rice. I did not order mezican rice, They refused to give me a refund even though all the food was there, instead tried telling me nothing was wrong with my food. The general tsos had no sauce just fried chicken, very dry. the second picture was the last time i dined in, you can tell the difference in the food. Left without a resolution so will be coming back.
