The Pizza is really good! The crust was perfect!! 🤩

Very professional and very polite. I don't think that they are strict enough with their allergen protocols. My wife had a gluten-free dairy free pizza, which she enjoyed eating.... But was very sick for about two days afterwards. We understand that it's always a gamble when we go out to eat due to her food allergies.

Was passing by and decided to stop by for a quick bite, and glad I did, pizza was delicious and ingredients were fresh, and service was amazing as well definitely will be back

Update: 10/7/24 - order and got home to realize hours later we didn't get our three strawberry cheesecakes. My kids were sad, they were the ones who realized. Had two people service me at the window. Food was still good. But upset my order wasn't complete. I should have known when I had to ask for the drinks. Make sure you double check your order before you leave. Haven't been here in a while so figured why not! It was such a good idea. I ordered online; the scorcher, 2 kids pizzas, cheese bread, and two cannolis one vanilla and one chocolate. They guy at the window was very nice and patient. Like I said, it was a good idea to come to Palio's because the service was amazing and the food was so hot and delicious. I will be back!

This is our first time trying out this pizza place and it did not disappoint. Hands down some of the best pizza i’ve had. All of the ingredients were super fresh and everything tasted amazing! The staff were really nice and welcoming as well.

The new owners exceeded our expectations, best Pizza we had for god knows how long. Not soggy or oily, everything is fresh and tasteful. We had 6 wing orders, all of them were crispy and delicious. Best of Luck!!

I had seen and heard of them in Dallas but never tried them out but not only were they kind and delivered great service - they made a very simple mistake on a topping I ordered and when I tasted it was totally glad they did lol they let me know immediately they’d made a mistake and were incredibly gracious and offered to correct it but I never have an issue when it comes to pizza lol highly recommend them and will be a frequent customer for life now that Howe is where we found our forever home! Thank you for the wonderful service and amazing meal during this difficult time in our country!

Just moved to Howe and was very impressed with this location. I had seen and heard of them in Dallas but never tried them out but not only were they kind and delivered great service - they made a very simple mistake on a topping I ordered and when I tasted it was totally glad they did lol they let me know immediately they’d made a mistake and were incredibly gracious and offered to correct it but I never have an issue when it comes to pizza lol highly recommend them and will be a frequent customer for life now that Howe is where we found our forever home! Food was AMAZING! Super hot and fresh. Made with the quickness and our order was exactly right, down to the piece of cheese. Cozy atmosphere. Definitely a nice place to relax and eat in peace or bring a date to. The staff is the only reason I don't award 5 stars! Rude, put-out, careless attitude. The door mat was warmer than the clerk AND the manager.

Palio's always have great food! Only drawback today was a sign on the door that said. "Sodas will be warm, out of ice". Where's the manager that goes out and buy a few 20# bags of ice to make them cold,, It just seemed like a no Brainerd! I even asked when I went in, " can I go get you some ice"?

Pizza is good, but a little too sweet. Employees are very nice, but they clean tables with some sort of Fabuloso, so the restaurant smells like the laundry soap aisle... Not appetizing. Definitely pick up or delivery.

Pizza, especially the King, is delicious and we love the chicken alfredo as well. We added a Greek salad to the order this time but were disappointed to find when we got home with the order that the the salad was missing the feta cheese. Next time we will check the order before leaving the restaurant.

Just recently opened and it's already our family favorite pizza place. Helps that it's close to home. The sizes are perfect so that everyone can have what they want at a reasonable price.

We haven't been to this location in a long time and now remember why. We have a special order that is a pizza with extra pepperoni and extra sauce with no cheese. Not only do they burn the pizza and have to ask it to be remade, but if you are paying an extra fee for "extra pepperoni and sauce", I expect to see extra pepperoni and extra sauce. It's not like you reduce the cost for removing the cheese or substitute the pepperoni for the no cheese. Tried to give it another chance, but won't be back.

The pizzas were very undercooked, and the staff (3 people) made me wait several minutes to order even though they were all available. I did not enjoy my experience.

Used to love coming here but my last 2 visits turned me off of here for good. The first one I got pizza that was barely thicker than a credit card, but I figured it was a one time thing, nope. Next visit pizza was still not same thickness as it had been the previous 5 years and my order cost me $5 more because their prices went up, so I refused it. I'm not going to pay more for less. It's ridiculous how thin the pizza was these last 2 times.

We literally used to eat here all of the time. Multiple times a week even, but this last time my husband received a burnt pizza and didn’t realize it until he got home. So we called to try to get a refund and the “manager” told us he makes the pizza himself, it wasn’t burnt and we could have a refund if we drove way back up there and brought him the pizza. Wouldn’t let us send a pic or anything we would have to DRIVE to get a refund for the inconvenience they caused to regular customers. All of the teenagers working there have great customer service, the place is always clean and everything’s always so perfect, but I am so disappointed by the manager. It’s not even about the money anymore, but the principle. Oh Well I guess.

Have absolutely no idea how they have a 4.4 star rating. Their pizza was absolutely underwhelming, with a paper-thin crust.

What kind of business owner tells an employee to run and lock the door and turn off the open sign at 9:30pm when the schedule clearly shows they close at 10pm on a Saturday night!? This’ll be my second one star review this week alone! I typically support and praise small local businesses, but recently the way my husband and I have been treated by local business owners, we’ll never do business with them again!! Sad, lazy, disrespectful and dishonest people!

Make sure you check your order! Forgot my ranch and the kid that picked up didn't seem to care that I drove 20 minutes one way to pick it up.

Went to this location one time, food was terrible compared to other locations I have been to and I got food poisoning! I will never be coming back. Stay far away if you don't want to get sick! I've never gotten sick from other locations that I've gone to off and on for years!

Everytime I order extra toppings on my pizza it doesn't have extra but I get charged for it. I say something and they try and tell me it's under the cheese.

The website says they deliver, but they dont. If you order through the phone they will take your order, but when you're ready to pay, they say they dont deliver. The woman taking the order and the owner barely speak any English.
