Kira our server was amazing. She was so sweet and always checking up on us. She really created a good experience and was super patient. I would honestly come back every week just for her. (Im sorry if I didn't spell her name right, she has like strawberry blond hair)

I went to BJ’s again for the first time in awhile, and it once again did not disappoint. Macy was my server and she did an amazing job, and my meal was fantastic. I had the smash burger, a coke, and one of BJ’s famous pizookies, and I couldn’t have been happier about my experience. Incredible service, food came out fast, and everything tasted great. Would highly recommend this location, and Macy as your server!

Nice place. The entire crew is friendly. Alex especially very fast, attentive, helpfull. Tyler is good too, April is great, Gavin is so friendly. Theres so many more. If you go here you'll get taken care of and have some good food. I do think their apps are my favorite.

I ordered a pizookie and root beer for pickup because I was craving something sweet. When I got my order I tried the root beer and was surprised when it tasted like a cherry soda almost like Dr.Pepper. After looking at the menu again I saw there was a dark cherry soda that might have been what I got instead of my root beer but I was pleasantly surprised since that was the first time I ever liked a cherry soda. When I finally looked in the bags for my pizookie saw the triple chocolate pizokie I ordered but the ice cream was vanilla instead of chocolate. I don't recall changing the ice cream from chocolate to vanilla when I ordered but I guess I might have miss clicked it. However also the vanilla was not so bad against all the chocolate so it wasn't too bad in the end. I would like to come back and try some more items on the menu, they looked so good when I was scrolling earlier, and hopefully try the root beer again to see if I got the right drink or not.

Jacob was phenomenal. Hubby and I came in not having the best day and he was such a spark of positivity and kindness, understanding, and so friendly. We really appreciated all he did to answer our questions, fulfill special requests, and even brought our dog a tray of water

Always good, but WHAT is the problem (often!) with the restrooms?! Disaster! On a slower(I was told) late Friday evening, with a little rain, there was no toilet paper & it seemed the womans restroom was never checked at all or most of the evening?! Many staff members hanging around, with sections closed. I suspect this is not an experience BJs want people to have at any time, especially near their headquarters! I had to share this, very disappointing.

I am not always a BJ's fan but I love coming to this location because of our favorite server, Alex. She is always so personable and on top of things. I always try to sit at her station because she gives the best service with her engaging smile and positive attitude. We have many options for dining in when we visit the OC but this is our first choice because of the great customer service we receive from Alex.

We were able to walk in and get a table without much trouble. Our Server was decent and did have a few tables but seemed to manage them well. She got us our drinks then our order in a decent amount of time. When the meal arrived I thought it looked dry. Which to me ment it had been waiting a while. It was okay but for an upper tier restaurant I expected better. My guest didn't finish their dish. Would I go back? With all possible restaurants in the area I may try others before I take another try at this location. So for this visit 3.5 Stars...

I got the chicken bacon piadini and it was good but just the overall service of my meal was terrible. They gave it to me in the tray they baked it on. Fries came when I was already half way done with my meal which wasn't fun. The food was good and their lunch specials are worth it. Just won't go back to that location.

If You're Asian, Please Don't Come So, I was pretty much a frequent visitor to BJ's up and down California when I used to live there. I moved away for about 10 years but still have family in Cali so I visit from time to time. This time, it was little nephew's birthday so I brought the family there, this was 7/10 or 7/11. We walked in, the hostess was a younger lady who didn't greet or even looked at us, but yet continued to greet everyone else as they were walking in (mostly older Caucasian folks). So we helped ourselves to the little Ottoman bench they had there. Waited a very uncomfortable 2-3 minutes until I decided to ask for service, that's when she looked as us with a "Why are you people here?" type of look. My sister and niece were there too and they made eye contact with me that maybe this wasn't the place for us. But it was for the kids, and personally I love their pizooki ice cream and I'm sure the kids did as well and so I wanted to be patient and thought maybe the hostess was just having a rough day or maybe something else was on her mind. My sister, who is usually pretty calm, made a comment to me that maybe she (the hostess) must have had a fight with her husband last night or this morning or something. We wanted to sit outside because we didn't want the kids to run around bothering anybody, she asked us to wait without explaining what she needed us to wait for. There went about another 15+ minutes of uncomfortableness until she came out and told us that she was waiting for a patio waiter, which I did not know was a thing. Sure, we were the only Asians in there, but I'm old enough to read her facial expressions that we were in the wrong place. Again, all for the kids. A waiter came, a guy named Daniel (360 degree opposite of that hostess), his energy was great, contagious! He had a service attitude and was very accommodating. This restaurant is in Huntington Beach, you're literally a freeway divider from Westminster, which is pretty much all Vietnamese and this is how you conduct yourselves. Very disappointing. I have been to this very restaurant in the past with co-workers and we had birthday parties, etc. and etc. there. I get it's tough to compete for customers especially there are so many good Vietnamese restaurants on the other side of the 405 and now more and more of their customers are getting a bit more adventurous and are experimenting Vietnamese food, but this business conduct was not it. Our Vietnamese community need to call out this restaurant. This was not cool. Our people are very peaceful people and we typically just mind our own business, going to work, coming home, law-abiding citizens, we don't start or want any trouble, we don't even go protest or anything. Outside of maybe broken English, there is no need to look at us like we don't belong in your restaurant @BJ's. As for cleanliness, we asked for 6 plates for our pizza, chicken tenders and fries, and this was one of the plates. Please see attached picture. When Daniel came back around, I showed that to him, he apologized, brought us a new set of plates, I think this time like 3 if I can remember correctly, and guess what??! The last plate on the bottom was unwashed, just like the one I handed back to him. I only took a picture of the second plate. I only did it because I was like...really? again?!?! Please do better BJ's.
