Despite prices jumping up for everything, the gal today who helped me with my drink and impossible sandwich wa fantastic. She made me want to tip for the first time in a Jamba Juice. It was at 4:07p on a Tuesday 1/24 in case you want to give her credit. She deserves it. It was such a stark difference between her service and the horrible service next door at T-Mobile where I w was about to drop $1500, but the girl “Aleyda” something was an absolute horrible customer service nightmare. Definitely not buying from that store, but coming back here to Jamba Juice just for the service.

Aye Dominic killed it tonight! It was closing time and it was packed and he managed to go above and beyond for his guests and made each guest there orders while being the only one staffed. And it tastes delicious! Thank you Jamba!

Idk who I talked to on the phone in regards to an order I accidentally placed at this location but I really appreciate the help. The GM at the Pavilions plaza location was so rude and didn’t want to validate my order because it wasn’t placed at her location but the staff there felt bad so they made my drink anyways but that’s only cause the GM had just left. It was my mistake for not checking what location I was placing my order at but I appreciate the lady I spoke to over the phone who understood and went out of her way to call the store as well thank you!

Compared to the Jamba Juice down the street this one is 100x better. The workers here are ALWAYS so nice to me and are patient when I never can make up my mind. I love the indoor/outdoor seating (which is always clean) for when you don't want to take your stuff to go.

Super friendly staff, quick and great service. Love the matcha green tea blast, it's one of my favorites and the mango a go go is my husband's favorite. Its delicious and I love that I can add a boost if I need it. The app makes it easier to order ahead and they usually have it done by the time I get there.

They served me cold uncooked oatmeal last Friday around 10am. Wish I would have noticed prior to getting to work. I gave two stars because the smoothie was good and the staff polite however pretty bad fail to serve cold uncooked oatmeal...

It was mid if I’m being generous. Never been but they only had like 2/3 juice flavors? Not a fan of carrot so I got a smoothie. It tasted like ice water so I went in to get a lil agave to mix in. I got about 3 mouthfuls before CRUNCH…. realized there was a peach pit ground up in it. Took another few sips…. More rock hard little bits of peach pit. Had to toss it. The girls working were sweet but I’m not going back. Waste of mula.

Incredibly slow service! Omg, like 20-25 mins for 2 drinks. It’s borderline absurd to wait so long for smoothie drinks. — You can tell the people here hate their jobs and do not prioritize anything. They are definitely NOT trying to excel at their jobs here. Geez!

Sat down when my smoothie was done and there was a mushed dead roach on the floor. When I told the staff they made no moves to clean it and tried to convince me it came from the outside. How is that possible when the bug guts are on the floor INSIDE the Jamba and I was there when they opened

I ordered a large drink and first they all leave the biggest space at the top and second I got an impossible sandwich and it was fine but I wouldn’t order it again. I also got a cheddar twist which they didn’t put in but rather just charged me for it and but a not saying no cheddar twist. Now I work in a place like this and every single time if there’s an online order and we don’t have the item, we usually put something similar to replace it and I know they have pretzels and other options that are same that they could have replaced it with but no, they just charge me. So I would like a refund for that tomato twist that I order on Grubhub

ABSOLUTELY NOT OK. The owner needs to fix this issue IMMEDATLY. The AC is broken and these poor girls are working in unsafe heat! It's literally 99 degrees INSIDE. The owner should shut down give these employees pto. I will be willing to take down this review upon fixing of this unacceptable situation.

The owner should shut down give these employees pto. I will be willing to take down this review upon fixing of this unacceptable situation.

I ordered a large drink and first they all leave the biggest space at the top and second I got an impossible sandwich and it was fine but I wouldn’t order it again. I also got a cheddar twist which they didn’t put in but rather just charged me for it and but a not saying no cheddar twist. Now I work in a place like this and every single time if there’s an online order and we don’t have the item, we usually put something similar to replace it and I know they have pretzels and other options that are same that they could have replaced it with but no, they just charge me.
