Great experience at this Chick-fil-A. The order taker (didn’t grab their name) recommended their usual lunch meal. I’m not a regular nor do I frequent to any of Chick-ful-A so it was very helpful to be recommended a meal. The sandwich was good but the waffle fries had a funky taste with a weird after taste and feeling left in the mouth.
Food here is usually quick, made well and served with a smile. I have an addiction to chick fil. A so I can't really speak too much without being biased. This is a good location, and the staff is great.
I love Chick-fil-A specifically this branch. We have been eating here almost every week and several times a week during school days. It is our go to Chick-fil-A branch! The staff are so nice, friendly and accommodating. They always wear a smile every time they serve you. The service is fast too! The place is so nice and well maintained.
The have the most perfect sandwich I have ever seen out of any Chick-fil-A. When I open it up it looks just like the sandwich you see in commercials- it’s perfect, flawless, and so unreal and so pretty! It tastes great too! This is the model Chick-fil-A store that every other store should look up to.
Me and my wrestling team had a great time at this chic-fil-a the staff went above and beyond to make the team feel celebrated after our competition today. Nick specifically was great and had a ton of energy that the team couldn't appreciate more.

I usually go to the Van Buren/Arlington location but occasionally visit the Central Ave store. Both have top notch employees. I highly recommend Chic fil A for a quick meal they tastes consistently great. Chocolate Chip Cookies and Brownies are the bomb also!

Solid chick fila/good food, but slowest chick fila ever. Only had two other cars in front of me and took what felt like 10 minutes. Usually can count on quick service from chick fila, but even though this one is rarely busy, it takes a while every time.

I asked for my grilled chicken to be cooked a little more and the manager refused said it could not be adjusted I've been to other chick-fill-a and I've been able to adjust but according to this manager "it's not adjustable." Otherwise the cashier was very polite.

Worst location. They keep messing up My order. The car line is a mess all the time. And I have to double check everything. No spoons. No forks. No sauces. I left without my salad dressing last time after waiting for 25 minutes in the car with my kiddos. Food was so cold. And the staff, did not even apologize. The first time the manager herself took out order and she messed it up. The next few times. Still keep getting my order messed up. There are other locations. Avoid this one.
Very bad customer service. They forgot to put part of my order and I only realized that after I drove 10 minutes home! Then I had to drive back and they were very condescending and unprofessional. Honestly they should at least have offered complimentary drink. Im very disappointed in service.
I dont or rarely ever gave a 1 start but I had to. Came to order some nuggets and the lady in morning shift just slammed the bag in my face. It was ordered and paid. Nothing much was exchanged. If you don’t like your job quit. Dont take it out on the customer.
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an unacceptable experience I had at your Chick-fil-A location on Tuesday, August 5, at approximately 8:35 PM. An employee named Leslie, who was working the drive-thru window at the time (with black hair styled in two pink ponytails), displayed highly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior that directly violated the customer service standards your brand is known for. The incident included the following: • Leslie handed my food order to another customer, allowing their bare hands to touch my items before attempting to give it to me. • When I brought this to her attention, instead of correcting the issue with basic courtesy, she responded with a rude attitude and visible disrespect. • She also mumbled slick, inappropriate remarks under her breath, clearly intended to be heard but not directly addressed to me — an immature and unacceptable way to handle any situation, especially in front of customers. I informed the on-duty manager, but it was clear the concern wasn’t taken seriously. That alone makes me question whether professionalism and customer care are a priority at this location. This kind of conduct is absolutely not in line with the values Chick-fil-A claims to uphold. Leslie’s actions were unsanitary, dismissive, and hostile — and someone like her should not be representing your brand in any capacity. If this is the type of employee being allowed to interact with the public, then whoever hired her and continues to tolerate this behavior should be held equally accountable. I expect to be contacted with a response on what corrective action will be taken. This should include a review of the security footage, retraining or removal of staff involved, and a proper apology for the unacceptable service I received. Thank you for your time and attention to this serious matter. I hope to see real accountability — not just words.
