We are a regular family that goes now. We like to go and have some dinner after a long day from work and have time with my kids to play. We are loving the place.
Great place to have a party! 🥳 Games are super fun and the staff is extremely nice and helpful! Management is awesome! Very clean atmosphere as well 👍
We love the new place. Great news games. My grandkids had a blast. Antonio was such a great help and a wonderful employee. He was always busy, helping customers, making sure the games worked and we're up to.par, and keeping up the esthetics by cleaning up areas. We are so thankful that he was at this new location. He always makes our day extra special.
The new chuckie cheese across the street from westminister mall is a hit. Very big and spacious. Lots of new fun games!! Very friendly staff. Highly recommended it and get a pass if you go often it will save you alot of money
Celebrated my mother's 75th birthday there today! Management and service was excellent, food was very good as pizza and salad bars go, and there were plenty of games for our little kids to run around and have fun with. Highlight of the day was seeing my mom in the ticket blaster for 30 seconds. Worth every penny! Happy birthday, Jeannie!!!
I was a bit skeptical but went this past weekend to a birthday party and had so much fun! The food was surprisingly good and everything felt clean. I’m not sick which is always good after playing with a bunch of little ones. Definitely recommend this location for fun times!
Good restaurant / arcade for kids. Recently moved. New facility is much better for size and game quality. Seems to be understaffed when we go, typically a 5-10 person line, continuously, to order. Table service is scant, but typical of the franchise.
Fun place for the kids but lines to get in are always so long. We do the membership and the only part that stinks is it can take 20+ minutes to check in.
Clean new location! Very close to our home so we joined the monthly pass. We selected Silver because we have two kids and 50 points each is plenty for an hour of fun. Three visits already and we got our money’s worth. Staff is friendly and most of the games are working. I think about 3 machines weren’t working correctly. It’s definitely a place where a kid can be a kid.
This location is always busy because it’s the only one in the entire city. Despite it being packed, the staff were on top of it all. Taking orders, running birthday parties and cleaning up used tables. The food quality is on par with all other Chuck E. Cheese locations I have been to. The game selection here is a little small, but still enough to keep the little ones engaged. You no longer get your food delivered to your table. You have to go pick it up at the kitchen window. The only major problem I observed was the guy at the entrance/exit was not checking hand stamps on the way out, which is a huge safety issue. Why bother going through all the hand stamping process when coming in if you’re not going to check it on the way out?
I havent been since I was a kid, but went the other day with my 2 year old for a party. It was just okay. The kids didn't seem to care much for the games, and were mostly sitting at the tables just eating pizza and cake. I remember these giant jungle gyms that you would almost get lost in, with all these winding tunnels and obstacles. The jungle gym there was so tiny and basic, I dont think any of the kids from our party even went over to it to play on it. My kid was much more into the pizza than anything else, which i will say was pretty good. I remember the animatronics and I think part of the charm of the place is gone without them. They are creepy though lol.
My son had a blast here for a school fundraiser and the kids loved hanging out. But the place was extremely loud, they charge for everything and the food took WAY TOO LONG to come out. Littles will enjoy themselves but parents prepare yourselves 🤪
It’s Sunday afternoon and I’m taking my two grandchildren for an afternoon out of the rain. Had to wait in line 15 minutes because they only had one person helping at the check-in to order your pizza. Only had one person doing the tickets to redeem had to find a person to fill the salad bar so obviously The manager didn’t schedule enough people to cover all the stations. For a Sunday afternoon with it raining outside it’s packed to get the kids out and the parents are having to deal with waiting while the kids are running everywhere.. I’ve been going to Chuck E. Cheese for over 20 years or more. And this particular one never seems to have enough help. Very disappointing.
I like this place it has a lot of games, but just noticed some games scam you lol you win 50 points it gives you 25. (They should fix that) Also it took us 1 hour 30 minutes exactly to get are food, they really have to work on the people that are in the kitchen area. There is a white tall guy he is a 10/10 for this place. I feel horrible for him he is just running everywhere trying to help people because no other employee helps out.
One of the worst locations. Bunch of machines are broken and they won’t do anything about it. Got credits but they didn’t even bother to put a sign so other kids wouldn’t get ripped off. Long lines, staff is slow and rude
This Chuck e chesses needs a lot more attention from managers, the salad bar was almost empty, pizza average, but the fruit was very bad, just take a look at the oranges, the fountain drink bar very dirty soda all over, many games dont work. Team members are more interested in selling and charging people, at exiting the guy didnt even turn on the light to make sure kids a leaving with the right parents.
We were excited to check out the new Chuck E. Cheese after our daycare accidentally received a flyer for a “VIP ribbon cutting” with pizza, drinks, trampolines, and unlimited games. Unfortunately, when we showed up, we were told the event was for “content creators and social media influencers” only — so even though we felt invited, we were not actually included. Instead, we were given a 30-minute play card and cups and told we could purchase food and trampoline access. As community members who brought our kids expecting a celebration, it was discouraging to be excluded. If the plan was to host an exclusive event, it would have been better to hold it after hours rather than promoting it in a way that reached local families. The check-in and check-out process was also very disorganized, with kids running in and out without parents — which is concerning since Chuck E. Cheese is usually known for strong child safety. On top of that, several machines were already not working, which is surprising for a brand-new location. We wanted to celebrate this opening as a community, but instead we left disappointed. Hopefully management improves communication, safety, and maintenance moving forward.
