The store was empty. The pizza was delicious, but a little cold. We got the Brooklyn style pizza w marinara. The marinara sauce is sooo good.

2nd time I've been here for curbside pick up and no one came to my cat. Both times I had to go in and inquire about my order. Both times the pizza tracker in my app sat at prepping order and never progressed. The plus side, the pizza is good and the $5.99 special makes it affordable. The staff is very busy...but friendly once you get their attention. Since my order was late, The app sent me a coupon for a free pizza. We used to get Little Caesars but now, it's Domino's $5.99 coupon special

I was very satisfied with the food. I am all for tipping drivers and usually have cash to tip them when they get here. But The driver had to of been sitting there for at least 3-4 minutes before even knocking on my door... sitting in his car. He immediately asked me when getting out of his car for me to tip him BEFORE giving me the food. I find this very unprofessional let someone go out of there way to tip you and at least hand the customer your food first.

I had my pizza delivered looking like it was collected from the ground 😞. Went to the garbage directly. I have not heard a response on my complaint since - about 3 weeks ago.

Shoaib The Delivery Driver is your Typical scammer, I gave him a $40 and he gave me $7 in change, I trusted the change was right until I realized it was supposed to be $16. So I called to get my change back and Rodrigo was a totally useless in helping. Never buying from Domino's ago.

Absolutely GARBAGE customer service!! I tried multiple times to order in the app and it kept saying I had to call. The attempts were showing up on my bank account as pending so I called the bank to see what was going on and they said they were approving the charge but dominos was sending it back. So i called the store for assistance. The person I spoke with said I had to either order over the phone (which I wouldn’t earn points on my dominos account for) or I had to use another card. I asked to speak to the manager to see if they would be willing to assist me and the person on the phone said they were the manager. COMPLETELY unwilling to help whatsoever. I would rather order from a different location than ever give this location another dollar. Not to mention, they had me on hold for 5 minutes immediately when I called and then came back on the phone for a second and said to hold longer. 10 minutes on hold?? Ridiculous

I used the app to order one medium pizza. The order was supposed to be ready at 4:45. When I went into the store at 5:05, they hadn’t even begun to make it yet. The woman was extremely rude and yelled that it would be 10 more minutes. What is the point of using the app, if the employees here can’t even read the orders coming in on the app and make the pizzas ordered online. This location needs to get their act together.

I ordered at 9:43 p.m. and I did not get my order. I called at 10:35 p.m. they claimed I would have it in a few seconds but still did not get my order. The guy was sarcastic and rude and hung up on me. I called again at 10:50 p.m. a different guy was also rude and also hung up on me. He did not inform me when I would get my refund since I cancelled the order because it was already so late. At 11:02 p.m. I got a call from someone saying call me back they did not leave a phone number. I finally called him back I never heard back from him. I can only assume it was a driver. False advertising that the order will be received within 35 minutes of placing it and then not happened twice this week is likely against the law.

Extremely poor customer service. I received zero apology for the missing items. She acted like it was no big deal the sauces were missing, I had to explain if you charge someone for something you have to provide it to them. They also did not deliver one of our pizzas and our pasta we ordered had the wrong toppings.

I have never been as angry with any business as I am with Domino's. In fact I have never written a review, but after they lied and ripped me off this weekend I felt obligated to do so. Basically, they offered a 50% off deal last weekend. I went online to order the pizza and noticed that the 50% discount was not reflected in the total. I called them up to inquire. I was told there was nothing they could do over the phone, and to just checkout and it should subtract the discount at the end. I followed the instructions and checked out only to see that their was no discount reflected. I called customer service and was basically told I was out of luck. The lady I spoke with in Customer Service said that the system was down (even though she located my order) and that she could not do anything about it. She said there were no managers on-site and she could only provide me her first name ( no employee number). In the end they gave me a coupon to make up for it. I never complain or write reviews, but I felt like this promotion was actually a scam to get customers on their site only to pull a bait and switch. I highly doubt this was a random software glitch on a Saturday night (after this was working for a week prior). Needless to say I will never eat Dominoes again. Why would you when you can order Joey's anyway!
