Really delicious! As a fellow spice connoisseur, the extra hot and fire are delicious. Although, the “hot” level of chicken barely tastes spicy at all and the “extra hot” is a huge jump from that. To put it simply, not spicy enough when “hot” but too spicy when “extra hot”. Wish they had a middle ground for when you crave something spicy but don't wanna sweat and snot.

Ordered delivery, this place is SO good. First timers, got the blazin fries and the Mac and cheese chicken burger (both in hot). Huge chicken breast on the burger, it was a saucy, messy delight. This fed 2 people and we were full. Looking forward to trying the next heat level up!

The food was pretty good. The batter they use on the chicken was just right and allowed it to be crispy. The spice levels are accurate. I really liked the fries. Here’s my gripe: They need a better process for moving customers along. I went at lunch time and they had one girl taking phone orders and trying to take orders of the people in line. I saw at least 3 other people working in back including the owner. She was obviously overwhelmed and he just moseyed around not doing much. Luckily I had ordered ahead so I didn’t have to wait any longer. I was inline no joke 10 minutes and there was only 1 person ahead of me. They should have a separate line for online or phone orders.

Chicken is very good and they do a nice job with the heat levels while keeping good flavor. The slaw is dry and if improved, it would be better alone and lift the sandwich flavor.

First time at this location and the service was wonderful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My favorite is the chop - I would have liked for the chicken to be hot or warmer. Easy parking in front.

Let me start by saying, the food is pretty good! The chicken sandwich is big, juicy, and spicy (you can pick the heat 🔥🌡). The tenders are BIG and the macaroni and cheese 🧀 is really good. Nice location right around the corner of Main St. That being said, no adults seem to work here and the teens that are working enjoy hanging out with their friends as much as they enjoy working. Customer service was good. But I asked for a blazon fries add extra tender and extra Mac and cheese and I got no sauce, barely any Mac and cheese. It didn’t even fill the bottom of the box it comes in. it was disappointing compared to the Long Beach location.

I decided to try this place for dinner on a Saturday! I placed an online order and it took about 30 minutes for my food to be ready. Jay Bird's wasn't busy but the surrounding Huntington Beach area was packed so parking was not easy! I had to be one of those people who pulls up on the curb and runs in quickly to get my food (sorry!!). I got the Junior sandwich, spicy fries, and mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was the highlight for me, it was so creamy and flavorful. The fries were okay, I enjoyed the spices but the fries themselves were a bit hard. The chicken sandwich was okay, I've had better. The crust was falling off the chicken and the meat was a bit tough. I'm glad I tried this place but I'm not sure I'll be back.

Bland and overpriced. The tender was tender but needed sauce to survive. The chicken breast skin was almost inedible, tasted as if the oil hadn't been changed recently and had a burnt taste and smell. Ultimately it wasn't worth the price. $30 for both pictures.

Average ish chicken sandwich spot. Pretty overpriced, the Mac daddy was nothing special, ordered cole slaw and pickles as sides to put inside the burger as it was lacking the flavor. The “super sexy” is just a bland hot sauce poured over the burger. An extra ketchup cup is an extra cost, I thought that was pretty weird and first time being charged to get extra ketchup. It’s pretty similar to Dave’s chicken. Convenient location next to the beach

It was my first time at this restaurant, and after my interaction with the cashier, I would suggest a few edits to her recommendations. I ordered the dark meat chicken with a medium spice level. Instead of the recommended thousand island sauce, I really enjoyed the house-made tomato sauce. In fact, I loved it so much that I took an unopened container home. The fries were excellent, but they may be too spicy for those who aren't used to spicy flavors. I didn't enjoy the slice of Wonder Bread and the pickles; I felt that was an afterthought. I wish they could replace that with Texas toast. Additionally, I think their beverage prices are too high. I recommend getting a large drink from 7-Eleven on PCH for $2, or bringing a reusable water flask.

It used to be so I need to take the rest of it home but now when I eat it, I am barely full. The blaze-in fries do taste good but they just have been getting smaller and smaller very noticeably. I have been coming here for months, but I haven’t gone here in maybe like two months and this time I am extremely disappointed. For 10$ this is not worth it. I used to come here every weekend but this place is going down hill and I am not returning.

Blazing fries is a must have, always come here for it, had to take off stars after 2 let downs first time I ordered 2 blazing fries which did not come with Mac n cheese they remade my order another day but this time I just got my meal and before taking a bite u can clearly see a hair in the chicken

The front desk waitress with a tattoo on her arm was extremely rude and unprofessional toward customer at 7:45 PM on Sep 28. Her behavior was completely unacceptable. If she does not like this job, she is free not to do it.
