I don't go here often but there have been times where I've pulled up to the drive thru and have been ignored. Have gone around to the window to see what looks like no one in the building. Once drove by and saw an employee sleeping. Your best bet is to go in but I'm usually in a rush so I don't bother going back.

I tried to give benefit of doubt of this location . Apparently it depends on who is taking your order or manager on duty that day. There are days where I get exceptional experience with the food order.Meaning it was fresh and juicy . Days where it wasn't to par,meaning it was tough ,stale and dry .Even when asked for fresh batch. For something I'd pay over $30 a bucket to sale event like $25.51 which was today for me. I don't like disappointment of experience. Ive usually enjoyed your kfc franchise but a let down.

Today there was a new menu. I asked if they still had the 5 piece tender box. At first he said no, then he said yes. So i ordered my usual with coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy. What i actually found out i got was french fries, no mashed potatoes and gravy and no coleslaw. My receipt had a cookie on it but i got no cookie and dipping sauces which i did not get. I had asked for ranch but that wasn't on the receipt and i got no sauce. It was like I almost got someone else's order but no one else was there. The last time i didn't order french fries but got charged for them but paid for things i didn't get. I hope these people aren't getting $15 hr because they sure as heck can't get a simple order right.

Rolled up for a 10.99 bucket of chicken, and the poster outside had it crossed off 10.99 with 21.99 on top Now cmon yall that’s some real dastardly stuff Food ain’t right but you still get plenty of us coming thru just because Now when the bucket over 2x the usual , on a Tuesday, and sides the size of a golf ball, I gotta say This is like all other places , a waste of your time , money and nostalgia if you miss this keep missing it

They did not have the F1 cups that were advertised on the window. Did not know what I was talking about.

This is horrible, I waited for MORE THAN AN HOUR and still haven’t get my order, the staff is rude specially the manager, and when I told them, they didn’t even apologized. DO NOT COME HERE!

They kept canceling my app order over and over and wouldn't pick up the phone either. Don't waste your time here go down the road to Popeyes or Compero instead.

Placed order with app and walked in a few min later. Store advised they have to see the order on the screen before they can start preparing the food. Meanwhile the cash register says Closed? Wasted 10 min and trying to ask for help they just continue chatting and having their dinner. This place is banned. The one in Jericho is the best.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had person was screaming was arrogant and definitely didn't want to be there at work when he gave me the change he thru at me I asked for a receipt to get the employee name ans he refused to give me my receipt. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful

Worst customer service ever. People on the front have no idea what they doing.Visited them for a quick bite on 12/02 2018 around 845 pm.Ordered 3 pot pies boxes to go. Got the bags with missing cookies.Called several times,phone # printed on receipt, won't answer. Upon returning to store afterwards won't believe me that cookies were missing.

Service was decent but that doesn't matter because the food they sold me was almost inedible. My biscuit was stale, my chicken was dry with hard, stale breading, and the potatoes had black mold on top and smelled gross. They are definitely serving food long after it should've been thrown away. I would give no stars if that were an option. Place needs to be shut down.

This location is the WORST KFC RESTAURANT in the USA. Its staff is lazy and not trained. My drive thru experience at this location is one of the worst. The employees are slow and never provide you any napkins. They charged me money for sauce. Chicken was oily and not properly cooked. Sides were cold and bread rolls were stale. One of the employe in the back was picking his nose - completely disgusting. It is a shame this place is still in operation - Health Department should close them down.
