Best Linguine with Garlic & Oil on the Island. You can really screw up this simple dish but Pizza Mia has it nailed. With Garlic Bread it was a real treat.

We ordered 15 minutes before closing and the food is amazing. We ordered a burger and fries. Fresh ingredients and the fries are REALLY GOOD. Came nice and hot.

Have been ordering from here since I was a child and never had much problems with this place. The food is good, the menu has a lot of options and in person as well the new design has made the place a great place to dine and eat pizza. Sometimes I feel the pricing is a bit much but it’s not overpriced or anything. I love pizza Mia and glad their still around

The pizza here is amazing, my 3yr olds favorite pizza, Antonio the pizza guy is friendly and knows how to throw it down when it comes to making the pizza, haven’t tried all the dishes here but one at a time, I’ve had the Zeppoles here, and they are amazing as well.

This is my first time coming to pizza mia. I can truly say that this was a true experience of what Amazing Pizza should taste like. I will be visiting more often. I am a connoisseur of different pizzerias and this is by far one of the best that I have had in a while

I have been coming here after Sandy hit Staten Island, on that first day afyer the storm hit, my family was going around the island to see the damage, my house had no power so we were hoping to find something to eat and keep the remaining food we had cold. They were miraculously open and we got a pizza there and the rest is history. The pizza is perfectly priced and it's fantastic. They have never let me down.

My favorite pizzeria. They make the L&B squares and they are exactly like the L&B pizza I've grown up with. The difference is their crust is thinner than L&B's but makes it even better. No more trips over the Vz bridge to 86th street. Just a phone call away. Love it. If there were 6 stars I'd give it 6 stars, that's how good it is.

Updated: Granted Pizza Mia has Great Pizza and food! However I was so disappointed by their lack of precautions they had taken last year during the covid-19 outbreaks Well,..They’ve now taken the Covid safety measurements more effectively, staff wearing masks, providing Hand Sanitizer ect..that all food services should. Hands down Pizza Mia is my fav Pizza! 💕

I don't do reviews, but I needed to review Pizza Mia after ordering a few times and finding it to be consistently fantastic.Edit: after scrolling down to see other reviews, I noticed that there were a couple of negatives. My comment about that is to remember that there is always competition that will write crappy reviews to try and persuade people not to eat at another place. I would say to keep that in mind, and I have no connection to this place, I just know that I will continue to patronize them. I live in the center of a bunch of pizzerias, and I like different places for different reasons. At Pizza Mia, I order chicken farm with spaghetti and have enough for two people/two meals. My daughter enjoys their chicken and penne vodka, same size portions. Can't speak on their slices, I order pies from Tonys BrickOven. :)

Had kids with friends over. My wife ordered pizza. The employee called us back right away and apologized for not having enough mushrooms for a half mushroom pizza. Not a problem. Still happy. We told them we'd pickup. The service was polite 😄. Got our pizza, garlic nuts and a beef patty. The food was good 😊👍. Will order again.

I have enjoyed my food and the service at Pizza Mia every time I've gone, which is pretty often having children. My children eat the cheese pizza and this time we tried the chicken alfredo and spinach pizza. We loved it. The garlic knots were soft and the (dipping) sauce was hearty and not too runny. I haven't experienced or witnessed bad customer service here at all. Keep doing what you're doing!

I order online and do the 3 for 30 deal of hero’s and you really can’t beat that. Their garlic knots are always so soft and have so much garlic. I ask for them to be covered completely with tinfoil otherwise they get too crispy for my liking. The pizza always hits and is always cooked perfectly. Nice tasty crust with a good amount of sauce under the cheese but not to much to the point of soggyness. The staff is always so friendly and the food is usually done from 10-20 minutes. If you’re looking for a pizzeria to order from I say this is a great spot. 100% recommended from a customer who has ordered well over 20 times in the past year or two and never disappointed. Also if you go at 11 AM or 12 o’clock right at opening the pizza is so fresh and delicious I love walking in right when doors open and get a fresh hot slice right out the oven.

I walked in as they were opening, and i ordered a regular slice and a Sicilian. It was nice to see the tables were clean as well as the pizza shop. As i waited for my food, i grabbed a soda, which was flat upon tasting it. I was told no worries and was even recommended a new Dr. Pepper with coconut. Associates were nice. They had overhead music playing and video on a TV. The pizza slice was good but a bit salty for my taste. The Sicilian was nice and crunchy. The parking is hit or miss. Street parking. Other than that, i would like to try more of their different alternatives and slices. Good pizza shop too visit.

I ALWAYS ALWAYS go to: TONY’s BRICK OVEN PIZZA. This is my family’s favorite Pizzeria m. This is my second time trying Pizza Mia via delivery, that I ordered through slice which when delivered was not my complete order. I called the pizzeria(4 times) & delivery person (2)- total 6 times five minutes AFTER my food was delivered. The pizzeria was giving me a Spectrum message before I actually got someone and the delivery man never answered. Long to short. They were able to accommodate me for their mistake. However, I had to pick it up ( my choice when you have a hungry toddler) or else it would’ve been an hour wait vs waiting 20 minutes for pickup. What I did not like was the insinuation that I did not call RIGHT AWAY, meanwhile I just spent almost $80 on food. Normally you don’t expect anything to be missing, as 1-you’ve waited an hour and 2-you decided to go for delivery because you didn’t want to going out in the first place, and now your being told it’ll be the same hour wait for food that should have been delivered the first time???? Ludicrous. WHO WOULDN’T CALL RIGHT AWAY WHEN THEIR ORDER IS’NT COMPLETE ????Especially when waiting an hour for delivery ? Despite this experience: I ordered a fresh mozzarella tomato, garlic, olive oil and mushroom square-DELICIOUS please try . Everyone else enjoyed the food. Also try the cheesesteak pie... best I have ever had thus far.

This place is really good, we order almost every weekend for the kids,but for the 1st time I decide to walk in to pick up my pie yesterday and the blonde girl on the counter was handling money,debit cards touching the register touch screen after bitting her nails and to top it off she put the small white plastic pizza holder on my pie!!!! A few weeks ago there was a blonde hair strand in the marinara sauce didn’t say anything but after last night’s viewing I’m just upset.The pizza is really good the pizza guy was very fast , and efficient expedited the food quick. The heads need to show the counter girl counter manners especially when handling food. I get it she has to charge and whatnot but wash your hands please.

Order a stuffed pie here and it was basically bread wth nothing in the middle.. regular round pizza is decent but thats it.. there always forgetting my drinks and sauce

Ordered A Large Pizza + 2 Liter and was robbed of 2 Liter i paid for when delivery driver told me they had forgotten it assured me she would fix the problem & never returned or called back thats what Pizza Mia did to me as a customer during high inflation they robbed me

I ordered dinner here from slice at 8pm and like another reviewer, they forgot something from my order and i had to wait an hour for my mozzarella sticks to be redelivered by the slice guy (shrugs). The girl that answers was helpful to redeliver the food but they only have 1 delivery guy and that’s why you wait so long for your food with that place. Best bet is to pick up or order early if you want a good experience from this pizzeria.. I’ve honestly had better pizza.. but the wings are good, not fried either, so that was a plus.

Delivery driver refused to deliver food to my apartment and told me to come downstairs. Then when giving me the food said sorry we don't deliver to the "projects" I was taken aback by the statement but didn't respond. He then went on to say "you can call the cops if you want to". The food was okay but the obviously racist treatment was not. I called back and the person over the phone apologized on his behalf... but I never want a order from there again if that's the experience I'm going to have. I felt like I just got sent back to the 1960s. Even Capsule Pharmacy delivers to my apartment.

The girl that takes your order over the phone is miserable and rude and thinks that she is doing you a favor, she also charges you close to 2 dollars more than the price listed on the menu and the pizza is soggy raw and has absolutely no sauce, if you want good food order from crust pizza they're the best in the area.

Went in today at about 4:30 pm and ordered a Philly slice and a reg slice, I walk to table and turn right on time to see the worker drop my food on floor an pick it up an put it on plate. He didn't realize that I seen him so I take food and walk to table and wait for a few minutes to see if they actually let me eat that food he dropped. Sure enough 15 minutes later they say nothing so I walked over and said I saw what you did and I'm disgusted. You were gonna let me eat food that fell on floor, of course they had nothing to say. I ask for my money and the owner says how many slices did he drop as if that matters. He also says sorry I didn't see him drop it, he gave me my money back and I left. I said I was filing a complaint with city inspectors before I walked out. The kicker is my family and I always order from there, now I'm wondering how many slices my kids ate that fell on floor. They lost my business!

Last night I went in and asked for a calzone. The girl working there did not know how to make one and the "owner" was not there. So I went somewhere else and my food was fantastic . About one month a go I placed an order for a delivery, they quoted a price fir my order on the phone and when it was delivered the driver added on 4 dollars. Never again will I order from this place. Since the new owners bought it, it has gone down hill. Horrible service, and food has declined.

I have been a weekly loyal customer and have given numerous rave reviews. Today this place just lost a customer. We called ahead of time asking if they make grilled chicken fresh mozz and roasted pepper on a roll they said yes. We received the items in a baked piece of dough. When we called the response we got is we are not a deli they were rude and arrogant. Spoke to the manager Tesa who also was rude. Really a shame to treat loyal customers like garbage.

I am warning everyone please do not order from here! I ordered a pie with a side of fries and a coke, waited an hour called back and they said they forgot the fries and were making them now. Another forty minutes and nothing. I didn’t want my food at this point because it will be cold and soggy. The delivery boy answered the phone and told me my pizza was left in the car for an hour while they delivered other orders. They refused to give me my money back and told me I couldn’t speak to the owner. I had to fight tooth and nail for a refund, which is ridiculous. The few times I’ve ordered they’ve forgotten something, every single time. Never in my life will I order again. The business is horrible and the staff is extremely unprofessional.

Stopped in for lunch on my break, the Sicilian pizza was alright but in my opinion the regular slices are bland. also it wouldn't hurt for them to use a little windex on the front door it was filthy and stained with finger prints and old sauce gunk.

Only recently have my family and I started ordering from here, yet it seems every time we do things always go wrong. On numerous occasions we’ve called for an order, had the girl on the phone repeat it back to us only for us to be missing something when it finally gets delivered. Not only is something always missing, the wait that is told is usually 45 minutes but when it comes to it actually being delivered, it takes over an hour or longer. When we call the store back to let them know about missing items, we are told it would be another 45 minutes! We also had ordered a 2 liter soda expecting to have that, when the driver said it was forgotten and that they’d be back with it. When they returned I was told they didn’t have a 2 liter soda and gave me two small bottles instead but charged for the 2 liter still. Maybe the girl answering the phone needs to be retrained in taking orders because that’s costing the store valuable business. I don’t understand how her repeating the order back would cause the order to be wrong, WHEN REPEATING IT RIGHT BACK. My family and I are seriously thinking of discontinuing revisiting this restaurant which is sad when the food isn’t bad.

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I clearly explained that I have a pepper allergy and asked if they could accommodate my order without any peppers. Instead of being understanding or offering a solution, they were dismissive and made no effort to help. Food allergies aren’t preferences — they’re serious health concerns. The lack of care and customer service was shocking. It felt like my safety didn’t matter at all. A simple accommodation or even a professional response would have gone a long way. If you have any food allergies, I would think twice before ordering from here. Customer service and basic consideration were completely lacking. I won’t be returning.

No restaurant should have groups of men in dark clothing approaching cars at night, especially when it puts drivers—particularly women alone—into such a frightening position. Stop doing this to advertise your business. I’ve never been to this restaurant, so I can’t comment on it. My review is strictly about their shocking and unsafe way of advertising. The other night (Sunday around 9pm), I was driving down Woodrow Road when three or four men dressed in dark clothing were standing in the middle of the street, trying to flag me down. I could barely see them and had no idea why they would be standing in a line in the middle of the road. I had to swerve into the opposite lane just to avoid them. Unfortunately, I got stuck at a red light shortly after. That’s when they started approaching my car from behind. As a woman alone at night, I was terrified. I inched my car forward, debating if I should risk running the light, but there was too much traffic. I was screaming at them as they approached my car to get away from my car but they still kept coming closer. Their response? “We have a menu.” Even as I was yelling and clearly distressed, they didn’t stop. One of them even got close enough to stick a menu into my rear window. That means they ignored me screaming the entire time. This is an incredibly unsafe and inappropriate way to advertise. No restaurant should have groups of men in dark clothing approaching cars at night, especially when it puts drivers—particularly women alone—into such a frightening position. It is a known thing that this is how a trafficking scenario plays out. I would have to be an idiot to roll down my window for a group of men as a women in the car alone at night. Please stop doing this. Maybe do something a little safer for those guys in the middle of the road, like make a TikTok.
