The food was great and I’ve only been here a couple of times & I enjoy coming back 😊

Fresh fish, the marinated ones are my favorite. The toppings are amazing! I loved the seaweed and mango, with onions and horseradish, yummy! The portions are large. I got the smallest option and it was more than enough !

This place is perfect when you're in the mood for eating fish. Everything there is really good, and it perfectly mixes with each other. Last thing, small bowls are like the opposite of small, so I highly suggest to go there.

This is by far the best Poke place available in Southern California. Plenty of choices, fresh choices, and extremely tasty. They even give Hawaii a run for their money. They are extremely professional and offer discounts to military. Don't miss this this Poke!

One of my favorite restaurants in the area! Made to how you want it Poke Bowl. This poke restaurant by far has the greatest variety one of 10 I have been to in California. Most others don't have vegetables or if they do it is only cucumbers and onions which is sad, but this is were Poke 123 leads the way with a wide range vegetables along with other things. Great job guys!

The service was quick and polite, even with a little lunch rush. The food is delicious. There are plenty of topping choices too. We ate outside, and the owner, Kevin, came to check on us. He was also very friendly, and made sure we were satisfied. There's an option to order online, we will try that next time.

With lots of variety of Proteins such as Salmon, Tuna, Chicken, Shrimp, Tofu...your poke bowl choices can go on and on. Great customer service and quick preparation makes for a fast in and out if you don't order ahead. Poke123 is not currently allowing a dine-in option and requires a facemask while ordering. Kudos to the staff for taking their customers into consideration during this Covid-19 by wearing masks too 😷

I get the vegan bowl, and its usually pretty good. Once in a while there has accidentally been some fish put in, so I make sure and watch while they are making it....and then it's delicious!

The avocado had a fruit fly, or "gnat" just chilling in a (nested) position. I hate having to look at every single bite of food I eat. I'd rather just EAT. Other than that, great staff and great food. Don't eat outside though! Gnats everywhere!

Great place! The price is kinda high for a 3 scoop bowl. But, it’s a healthy meal better than burgers or burritos. But just like every thing California does, all poki bowls are not traditional Hawaiian poki. Real poki doesn’t contain rice, salad, or avacado. This isn’t just for 123 Poki, but all poki places. But this place does accommodate with a made to order bowl to make it a real Hawaiian poki bowl.

Yum! First visit and was not disappointed! It is like subway but for poke bowls. Choose your base...ie: rice, noodles or salad. Choose your protein ie: tuna or salmon or octopus. Then add in all the yummys on top. The bowl was bigger than others poke places and the price was fair. They have a poke burrito which my son loves. I will try that next time. Some seating in and outside. Lots of free parking. And if you are with non poke lovers, there are several places they can grab their food and meet you at an outside table

Price was a little expensive for only 4 scoops of fish. I know place that are less expensive and give you 5 scoops. Overall food was good with variety of protein choices and add in’s. Staff was very helpfully, This will be my second choice for poke when I’m craving.

This is our favorite Poke place! The toppings/sauces are great and many, including imitation crab! 😋 It also has chicken, tofu, or cooked shrimp if you’re new to Poké and/or not into raw fish. It is a little pricey. ~$13 for the smallest “Regular”, 2 protein size. 😕

Little pricier than other places that I'm used to but the portion I received today was good. Fish was fine and service was good.

I used to go to this Poke spot all the time until they started charging extra for avocado. Other Poke spots usually include avocado with their bowls without paying extra. I've tried their other menu items. I do like their Poke Burrito. However, it's not enough to win me back as a regular customer. They really need to have more fish selection and stop charging for avocado. You don't have too many choices of poke spots in the South Bay. If you're looking for a poke bowl and you're in the area, hit this place up. I wouldn't recommend the drive to try out their poke bowl.

I’m really big on customer service and the customer service was below my standard. I ordered online and took my time walking over from the hotel next door to give them a little extra time and my ticket was still on the printer no one had even touched it. But the food was really good so I guess I forgive them.

Just okay .. overpriced for what it is. Just not what I expected. The Poke place in Otay Ranch is twice as good and cheaper.

Like a deep paper cut. It happened yesterday and still hurts.😢 Anyways i tried to call to let them know and the only number isn't set up to receive calls. Thats it

My server took OBSCENELY long rolling one singular sushi roll - a crunchy roll. It took so long I assumed they needed to set up the fryer for the shrimp tempura. But no, once I finally got around to eating the roll - I had to run because I wasted my entire lunch break waiting, the shrimp inside was just the poke scoop-in shrimp! She was moving so unbelievably slowly - there’s no way she wasn’t high as a kite. The roll also lacked tempura topping, or whatever would identify it as a “crunchy” roll?? We also watched her try to close the to-go container for a solid 3 minutes, until she gave up and slapped a sticker on it to keep it closed. That was ridiculous.

I used to love coming to this place because the food is good and is veteran owned. I asked for my veteran discount and the lady working there said its only for in-unifome military not for veterans. You would think that being veteran owned and me being a veteran would get me that discount but nope. Great job Poke 123 for taking care of those who served 👏 I'm not coming back here again to support a veteran when they don't show support back.

It was my first time going to poke123 and the employee smirked in an offensive way when I asked him which are the bases (white rice, brown rice, etc...) instead of answering the question he just turned around and pointed at the menu behind him. Secondly, the employee seemed to be stoned out of his mind because I had to ask him to speak up 3-4 times when he was offering to add items to my order. It kinda sucks that this place got a 2 star rating from me because of this employee, because the food and prices where actually pretty good. A recommendation for the manager: tell your employees to be kind and to be fully awake when working. My visit was on 4/19/19.

When this restarant first opened it was amazing. The prices were reasonable and the food was fresh. That has changed and not for the better! When this place opened, the manager and employee prided themselves that they would NEVER upcharge for ANY of their items. The statement was that the owner hated going to places that did this...... oThey charge an additional 1.50 for Avocado, additional charge for imitation crab, when both these products used to be included. They have this itty- bitty sign in front of both and you dont find out till your at checkout I also found out after seeing my total skyrocket from $21 dollars to $31 they charge $4.00 for their teas... no boba, no refills for a medium sized cup....... Also this place used to honor ALL veterans and Disabled veterans with discounts.....now the rule is you have to be in uniform. 100% disabled veterans dont have a uniform! I also should have trusted my nose when I thought it smelled a bit funny inside. I hadn't been to this place in a while so I imagined it was just cus the seafood place. As I write this, 2 days later...I have horrible stomach pain. My wife after eating it felt bad too and she decided to induce vomiting so she wouldnt have deal with what I am now. Obviously their standards of cleanliness and food prep have been lowered. Probably didnt maintain safe food temperatures, which is paramount to prevent spoilage of meat, especially seafood! If you had asked me a year ago my opinions of this place....or would have been great value, amazing food , and 5-star......not anymore!

Disappointed that the prices have gone up. Not just on the bowl ($14.95) but also the extras! Do you want the imitation crab or the mango? It's now Extra $. Sorry Poke 123 this was my last visit. Good luck

Not good. Sushi was warm. My volcano roll has bad tuna...wont eat the rest (took one bite and knew was bad) sushi was room temp not cold. Usabi packets and ginger packets kept at room temp when packets say to keep refrigerated.. I strongly do not recommend.

Got my online order wrong 3x. Just today, my online ticket #48 and was prepared by Christopher S. three times now I've order the kupuni and ask for citrus ponzu sauce, but they keep putting the spicy mayo instead. That is not what I asked for or wanted. I am in a rush to get to work and have no time to go back and have them remake it. I tried calling to speak with them about this and their phone is not set up to take calls, like really.... Rude customer service to incorrect orders to phone that is not connected, people just skip this place.

fresh but expensive had the worst miso soup ever just water with tofu the girl with the Phoebe necklace was rude and moody. she never said thanks. didn't offer a cup of water, nor explained how poke works not offered a spoon for the soup. This used time be our number #1 Poke place. This passes weekend Jan/2023 we went for Dinner and was so disappointed. I understand economy is bad small business are suffering. I understand prices have to go up. But I will not paying extra for toppings, WHY, because I'm sure you are not going to give me $1.00 or $2 worth of the item on my bowl. I hope they rethink pricing.

About 35 min later and 4 customers later that placed orders in person I finally stopped being patient to ask if my order was ready. I then got told that they are about to work on it, in which I responded with I have been waiting for 30 min already. In which the worker responded with well everyone decided to all make their orders at the same time. I get being busy, I get being behind but if you are that behind with 3 workers you aren't working your time efficiently, also inform the customer that you are behind on orders when they walk in expecting their pick up order to be ready. A lot could have been handled better in this situation.
