Top notch place. This restaurant was packed to the gills and the service was spot on. Food spot on. This was my first visit but it won't be my last. Driven by this place for years and never knew what it was until I did some research. Glad I did. Best Italian food ever.

We were stuck in traffic on the way to the hotel and decided to slip off the highway and grab some food. We decided to give this a shot in our comfy clothes (under dresses a tad). From the manager sitting us and blessing us with a wonderful appetizer to our waiter Martin taking such great care of us. He went over all the different menu options and what he thought we would like by our taste. He nailed it from the salads all the way to the dessert. When In the area this will always be a stop.

Phenomenal experience! We stopped in for lunch and only waited 10 minutes for a table. The place was very busy but the service was impeccable. Our appetizers, salad and main courses were perfectly timed. We ordered all items at the same time and were nervous everything would be delivered at once. Our entrees were hot and tasted wonderful. I’m always leery of Italian restaurants being from New Jersey/New York area where there are an abundance of authentic hole-in-the-wall Italian kitchens. However, Maggiano’s hit the spot! Obviously it’s not comparable to what we have back home, but we were thoroughly impressed with the quality taste of their food. Make sure to leave room for dessert! The triple chocolate cake and tiramisu are decadent!

This place is a MUST! Everything is beyond amazing! Save room for dessert!!! You can't miss dessert! The lemon cookies are delectable and the cheesecake is the best I have EVER had. The bread that comes with dinner is scrumptious as well. We also tried the calamari as an appetizer and it was so good! Staff is very friendly as well. An all around pleasant experience!

Went there on a Thursday afternoon. The place has very nice Christmas decorations and songs playing. We were greeted and seated quickly. Ordered the mushroom ravioli and Salmon both were delicious but the Salmon has a spice kick to it which was different from most places. Got some mini desserts and the chocolate cake too which were good but could be skipped. The chocolate cake was pretty average to be honest.

Wife and I drove some distance to make this happen, and it was well worth every mile. We wanted to try as many things as we could (create an experience) since we dont get north to often. Everything from the food to our server Virgil, made for a great experience. I had the Salmon Oscar and it was devine. Best Salmon I have had to date at a restaurant. My wife had the Rigatoni D and absolutely loved it (I tasted it, and was almost jealous). The Ricotta Garlic Bread and Calamari would be worth a return trip on their own. The Dessert Sampler is hands down the best way to go for dessert. The Butter Cake was my favorite though for sure. The only dish that seemed underwhelming compared to everything else, was the stuffed mushrooms. Cold and the stuffing tasted like boxed 'stove top'. I also absolutely enjoyed the Blackberry Bourbon Sour cocktail (though it was really sweet), next time I may request a Rye substitute to compliment my taste more. We were extremely happy and definitely stuffed. 100% goes in our Top 10 for Indy

Had a wonderful time. Probably my favorite place to get linguine and clams and wow was it good. Thanks for the experience. Recently got the Chicken Piccata and it was phenomenal. The waiter was super friendly and hugely helpful.

We were on vacation, not dressed properly for this type of restaurant, yet we still were greeted with smiles and seated within a few minutes. Our server was attentive. Food was AMAZING. 5 of us ate 3 appetizers, 5 meals, 5 drinks. Our bill was cheaper than we imagined for the quality and quantity of food we received!

Great food and great portions. Wish the meal came with soup, but I was stuffed after eating the bread and my entree, so I can't really complain. Our server was super attentive and helpful, and the restaurant was full but not really noisy. They must have good acoustics in there. Their Chicken Alfredo is the best I've ever had at a restaurant, miles ahead of olive garden. Great place for parties and groups for special occasions. Update: Try the Chicken and Spinach Manicotti and your life will be changed.

Went to Maggiano’s for my birthday with a group of friends and I’m so glad that I picked this place. The food was absolutely delicious. The servers were super nice. The photos do not do justice to how good everything looked and tasted. It felt authentic Italian and I will definitely go back.

Our waiter was great, was very personable. The food had great portions had plenty to eat there and take home. Crab cake has a burst of flavor in every bite, I do think the salad served with crab cake was better then the crab cake itself however lol it was simple the salad that shared the cake but good. Very clean and nice intimate atmosphere with dimmed lights. I do recommend

We enjoyed a nice birthday celebration! Sheena was our server and she was so attentive! We started with the bread that was nice and warm. Next we had the chopped salad and the Italian Tossed Salad. The salads were big portions and very fresh and well dressed. We got Marco’s meal for Two (appetizer or salad choice and choice of classic pasta dish and dessert). Also got the Chicken Parmesan (cooked right with side of spaghetti. We got Mom’s Lasagna (very flavorful). Aldo had the Baker Street Ziti (Italian sausage and mozzarella cheese. We finished with Tiramisu and New York Cheesecake. **One note: please don’t sit next to the kitchen because doors kept slamming every 30 seconds! Not ideal!

The meal starts with bread that is both soft and crusty and so good when dipped in their sauce. The steak was absolutely melt in your mouth, cooked to perfection divine. The chicken was perfect. Thin, juicy, flavorful. The thing that stole the show, though, were those crispy potatoes. Incredible. Service perfectly on point. Our waitress was kind and attentive and when she found out we were on out honeymoon, she brought us a toast. We live only an hour and a half away and we 100% will be back with our family.

Its one of my most visited Italian chain in US. The place always live upto its mark. I always have great time with some amazing food and equally awesome staff. They welcome you well and serve the best. Lot of good 🍷🍷🍷 those can be paired with some great food. Chicken Parm is my all time favorite so this time I tried something else and it was just great.

Absolutely delicious... he had moms lasagna I had the rigatoni D.... AMAZING.. the bread is so good soft with a nice crust. The fried mozzarella was good too...I give his cake a 4/5 but the dessert I had was all the way on point!!! The atmosphere was nice... a whole dining experience... and our waiter Virgil was very attentive polite and personable. Definitely recommend

Great experience and food! My drink glass was chipped, my drink wasn’t refunded. But it’s all good.

We had never been here, but came on Mother's Day. They had a Mother's Day special family style lunch for $44.95 per person, which seems like a lot then realized we got enough food to take home an entire 2nd meal! We got to choose entrees, sides and dessert is included. Guessing the normal menu is more like $20-30/person. Service was outstanding.

Not the cheapest Italian restaurant out there BUT you get what you pay for applied here. Best to go in off time hours to avoid the crowd. Loved their sangria I likes you can actually taste the fruit in it. So many out there yoy can't. The pasta was cooked correctly and the sauces had a lot of flavor to them just not simple. Now if great flavors and correctly made pasta is not your thing than skip this place totally now worth it. On the other hand if that quality is something important to you than you should definitely hit this place up.

We had a wonderful dinner at Maggiano’s yesterday. The chicken piccata was perfectly cooked—tender, flavorful, and balanced with just the right amount of lemon and capers. The four-cheese ravioli was rich and comforting, with a creamy sauce that tasted truly homemade. Portions were generous, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and everything came out fresh and well presented. A great place for a relaxed, delicious meal—we’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful place to celebrate an anniversary or a birthday or just life. Food was delicious, and in adequate amount… the dessert was scrumptious and finger licking good. The only thing that bothered us was the inability to split the bill among 6 people… but the overall ambience of the place made up for it. Would definitely recommend with friends or family.

Excellent family style thanksgiving dinner. An incredible combination of holiday classics with Italian fare created a great mix of flavors providing something for everyone. Thank you to all the staff working on making it a holiday to remember.

We love Maggiano’s…It’s our favorite restaurant. The food is good and so is the service. This evening the service from our waitress Raquel was exceptional. She kept our glasses full and her recommendation for the Pomegranate martini was excellent!!! She gets 5 stars from us!!!

The place was so packed I had to make my own parking spot lol. I had the pleasure of having Hailey as a server. She had a great personality. The kitchen got my order wrong (just croutons added to my salad that I asked to be removed) I figured she didn’t hear me when I asked to have them removed so I didn’t count it against her. She came to my table to ask how everything was and looked at my plate before I could respond and said “you asked for no croutons” .. I just laughed at the fact that she pointed out a discrepancy without me having to mention when I just thought she didn’t hear me. She never forgot a single request, we had a nice chat about how much we loved the aioli the comes with the fried zucchini (I really could eat the aioli with anything so delicious), and raved about our experience. This is not the first time I’ve rated at Maggiano’s but this was my favorite experience. I will definitely be back. Remember I said the place was pack and I was still able to get a top notch experience.

Wowsa!! We had our Christmas company party here and it was an experience I will not forget! We got to try several appetizers, several dishes, a couple of sides and a couple of desserts all of which were AMAZING! I will be back - and bring my family!

Food was amazing! And the pomegranate martini was great, I loved the flavor I got the alla vodka pasta and I even saved some for lunch next day lol. Big portions of food. And the creme brûlée was really good too!

We hosted a Christmas Party for our Company's Leadership Team and Key Partners at Maggiano's in a private room. We could not have been more pleased with the room, atmosphere, welcoming nature of the staff, service, and the quality and quantity of the food was AMAZING. Special Mention to John Hughy, Maggiano's Staff who overwhelmingly helpful and make sure a few guests with special dietary concerns were fully addressed. We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience!!!!

We opted for Maggiano’s to provide our Christmas Eve Family luncheon. We ordered online. We had a combination of the Four Course option and some additional small pans to complete our menu for 13. The staff answered all our questions before placing the order. They were very helpful, courteous and made you feel at ease. The pick up went equally well. Staff were great. The food was delicious! The boxing of the delivery made it easy to pick up and transport. The pans made great storage option for left overs. Never hesitate to select Maggiano’s for a future gathering.

Wow. We were a party of 18 and the food, service and management was top notch. Beyond remarkable to be so helpful with our multiple anaphylactic food allergies. One of the few restaurants that brought out separate meals for our kids and appetizers that would accommodate the allergies. The manager, James, was so, so kind, a problem solver and super attentive. So grateful for him making the experience perfect. Kaylynn, the hostess, was very helpful and sweet. Sierra, one of our servers (can’t remember the other name - she was great, too) was so great. Thank you for running a great restaurant and making us feel valued as a customer. 🥰

We went there with a very large group for a family celebration of bearing all the odds one year ago. Originally, we had to separate tables, but the staff was amazing to quickly put us together as a single table. It made the event so much more special. The server did an amaIng job with such a large group and even brought out a special congratulations dessert at the end. Highly recommend. We could not have asked for better service.

This restaurant has been a staple during special events in my family for years, and the food never disappoints. It’s on the pricer side, but you get a lot of good food for what you paid for. My go-to is usually their ravioli, either their cheese or mushroom one, and just the thought of it makes my stomach grumble. They also have pretty good bruschetta and their freshly made bread dipped in olive oil is so good that my sister would usually stuff herself full with it and take home her pasta for later. Additionally, if you’re not a ravioli fan, I would highly recommend their lasagna or their chicken piccata. As for dessert, their lemon cookies are a hit in my family, and it’s a scramble to divide them evenly, or as close to evenly as we can get without someone stealing extra. If lemon isn’t your thing, their chocolate cake is enormous and decadent, and should be shared by multiple people. That being said, expect to pay around 20-30 per person and I would get a reservation especially if you have a large party or are wanting to go on the weekends.

This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it. The food was great, the service was great and attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect for a date night. I can't wait to go back to try something different.

I'm just here to rain praises on Christina! Yes, food here is excellent but my experience last night was made remarkable by her kindness and professionalism. She helped me when she really wasn't required to do so but she didn't hesitate to recognize that I needed help and immediately went into action. I now see Maggianos in a totally different light, more than just a restaurant with staff who are more than just workers. Thank you , Christina! ❤️

The food was great and comfortable environment. My biggest complaint was our server. She was barely around while we were there. We asked for refills on drinks, and she never brought them. When she did finally come back, she just handed us the bill and walked off. We asked for boxes, and after a while of waiting, we just left. So, minus the server, everything else was good.

K
KC McD

It was good. The appetizer came out at the same time as the entrees so that was a little odd. The waitstaff was pretty good. They asked if we wanted a to go cup because there was a full soda on the table. That person said yes but it didn't come. It wasn't a big deal to us but the kind of thing you need to remember if you are the one that offered in the first place. The chicken added to the pasta Alfredo was bland. No salt on the table but we didn't want to ask for it. The eggplant parmesan was very good . On one side the pasta was cold so I assume it was not under the heated lamp on that side while it waited for the other meals to be ready The portions were very large. We each enjoyed a second meal out of it at home. It was good the next day. The Marco's meal for two was a good deal for the price. We would do that again if 2 people wanted pasta. They picked the butter cake for their dessert and one of them had a bite while it was warm but we took the rest home bc we were full. It is better in restaurant rather than taking it home. We were greeted and sat promptly. All the staff were very friendly. The environment is nice. Good for a special occasion, business dinner, family dinner (what we were doing), casual dinner. We have been to Maggiano's all over the country and this one had the same vibe. Would recommend. Would go again.

We often go in for late night dessert and drinks. We were a little disappointed tonight. We felt a little ushered out the door when our ticket was brought just after our dessert arrived. My tiramisu martini ($13.50) didn't even have the chocolate sugar rim. My husband got the Irish cream coffee and it usually comes in a mug vs the tall skinny glass. It just cools off quicker this way. The atmosphere was good. We will go back but hopefully it's a little better the next time. This is a regular stop for us for our date nights.

First time here. At first we were told the wait would be 25-30 minutes. We walked outside and got on the 1st table app and it was 10 minutes. Then when we were seated the waitress told us they were shirt staffed. The place we sat was on an outside patio. I was very nice and relaxing. Our waitress was as attentive as she could be I guess. The food was very tasty. They brought me someone else’s order but luckily they ordered the same thing I did. I finally had leftovers so that should say something about portion sizes. They had a couple regular specials that made it economical. I would probably go back.

Went on Valentines 💝 day and we got the meals to share and you can pick two appetizers and four entres. You get a lot of food and this best option if minimum four adults.

J
Jason Gasaway

We had a company party and it was excellent. The bad part was a small group was sick and couldn’t attend. The food was great. The calamari was the best I e ever had. We had a small selection of apps and food and it was all great. The service was amazing they were attentive and on top of their game. The atmosphere was perfect for group setting. I’m not a huge fan of Italian food, but this Italian food could change your mind. The only reason I did not give a five for the food and atmosphere is because I have been to other establishments which were better. I wish you were able to give half scores.

S
Sikai Xiao

A rather disappointing experience. Great ambience, service was great but for some reason it took almost 45 minutes for the appetiser to be ready and another 15 minutes for the pasta while the restaurant was not busy. Food was ok, charcuterie board was too warm.

K
Kim Evans

Haven’t been to Maggiano’s since last Christmas so we were not aware of the changes they have made. After looking forward to the bread/oil/parmesean cheese to start we were SORELY disappointed to be served basic dinner rolls. Croutons on our salads were lightly toasted rolls, as in they were NOT crisp beyond the outer most edges. Our waiter was pleasant but not good providing refills. No grated Parmesan Cheese was offered for salad or entrees, we had to ask. Finally, the servers always boxed up leftovers for us but I guess that’s also missing after their changes. Not worth making the effort to go back again.

This was our first time eating here. We arrived about 3:00 on a Friday. The food was outstanding. Some of the best Italian dishes I have had. The issue was that our server was nearly non-existent. My husband had to get up to bring the pitcher of water to our table after waiting 20 minutes for refills. Another waitress stopped to ask if we needed refills on our lemonade and teas. Someone else brought out our food and take home boxes and took our dessert order. Then, before we recieved the dessert, our first waitress came back to deliver the bill. The dessert was comped, but she didn't bring the correct number of spoons and recommended we use one of the used spoons from our entrees instead of bringing another spoon. Loved the food, but may not return due to bad service.

Just dined here today on Sunday January 11th. My boyfriend and I were treating his parents to a dinner. I haven’t been to this restaurant in years because I live out of town and was really looking forward to it since I have some childhood memories here. The ambiance was great and they had a great dinner for two meal deal. Unfortunately our experience was a bit tainted by our server Andrea. She wasn’t welcoming, kind, or hospitable even though I could tell she was probably one of the veteran servers there. It felt like she was rushing us the entire time. She dropped boxes 45 minutes into our 3 course dinner while my boyfriend and his father still had an entire plate full of food. I found that very rude because I have been a server for 12 years in upscale and fine dining and I would never do something like that to a guest. The typical reservation window is an hour and a half for a three course meal. She did not refill waters until the very end when she saw me writing this review. The other servers had a much more welcoming energy. Maybe she was upset that we were a 4 top at her 6 top booth? Who knows. The food was fine as to be expected. Ambiance was wonderful. Service was lack luster.

My husband and I had them cater our wedding. We spend our anniversaries here. We went last Friday and it has completely changed. The prices are higher the food is no longer the same ? The bread is now Hawaiian rolls ? And our appetizer we always get the mozzarella sticks . They usually come out looking well-presented this time they came out regular mozzarella sticks with a cup of ranch and marinara sauce on the side ? We paid over $100 for two people and that's fine but the presentation wasn't .. also when we got our food to go now it comes in plastic containers ? But the prices went up.

B
Bradley Howard

On first entrance once we reached the host stand we were able to take in the ambience of the restaurant which was beautiful. We were quickly greeted by a server who took us to our table, and once seated we received our drinks and bread which came with hard cold slabs of butter, and unseasoned olive oil in a dish. Once we placed our order, we waited a short 30 minutes for our entrees. My partners Shrimp fettuccine Alfredo was tasteful, but the protein was hard and rubbery. My stuffed wagu shells were tasty and tender! Our server was lovely and understanding and changed the protein to chicken. However we were charged for both the shrimp and the chicken. Once we received the bill we looked at the details and it came out to be $89.12. We will not return due to the price, and not to mention we were charged 4 dollars to taste the Caesar dressing.

D
Doris Evelyn

Our server was nice and attentive. We went here for our 15th anniversary. The meatballs were good but nothing to write home about. They were a little tough. The entrees were a huge disappointment, The chicken fettuccine with parm crusted chicken was bland. The chicken breast looked like frozen chicken and had no Parmesan as the crust. The dish lacked color and flavor. It was so plain. I think the place has more excitement about the name than the food. We also ordered a spritz and it was not good either, the flavor was akin to cough syrup. Spent 88 plus tip and I will never eat here again. I make better Italian food at home. Sadly, Olive Garden definitely offers more variety and flavor options.

D
Dave Wineberg

I’m going to stop returning to this place, just when you think they can’t be worse they say “hold my beer”. Wobbly table, seating in the waiting room even with reservations. Food was ok but not worth the hassle, Olive Garden is a better experience. We had reservations for 6:45 and were sat at 7:05. If I wanted to be sat at 7 I would have picked that as my reservation time. We ordered the two for $55 and I had a smoked old fashioned (highly recommended). There really wasn’t any chicken on my meal so do not expect much. We ordered the crème brûlée for dessert and it came out coagulated. They replaced it with cheesecake which was good but not really want we wanted. I would recommend going elsewhere if you want crème brûlée. The service was ok but not great. He seemed very busy and unable to fully take care of any one table.

M
Melissa Rogers

If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would. The food was absolutely disgusting and in my personal opinion it's not real hard to mess up Italian food. The server didn't know what an Italian margarita was but I think it was $15.50 and the glass was half full. The chicken parmesan meal is served with buttered noodles without any marinara or red sauce whatsoever and the spicy shrimp and pasta meal, the shrimp was bland. Then there's the fettuccine alfredo with hardly any Alfredo sauce on it. The Caesar salads had hardly any dressing. The two itty bitty little crab cakes were $21 and for the size of those is ridiculous! I spent way too much on this crappy food. I will never ever go back. Oh And if you go there for your birthday, they give you lemon cookies. How nice is that. * BOTTOM LINE IS GO TO OLIVE GARDEN!!!!!!!!*
