Tip: Be aware of the pricing, as it can be expensive for a burger joint. Consider sharing fries as the portions are large.

It look's like a simple burger but definitely something other than that juicey patty paired with cajun seasoned or regular if you like either or is good and I am picky of my frys.... a lil expensive but I am being honest when saying never disappointed. Very friendly environment. Oh yeah tons of drinks to choose from. My favorite is grape aid.🍔🍟🥤🍇
great taste. always tons of fries (: app is possibly bugged they missed three items i asked for. better off ordering by phone or in person. edit: manager reached out and fixed my problem. thank you
A little bit expensive but really good, they give a ton of fries no matter which size you get, the mini is good for 2. Really nice they have lots of topping/condiment options at no extra charge
Only place I'll ever admit having five guys. Worth the banter. If you like variety if toppings on your burger and drink selection, this is the place. The fries get their own mentioning since they are that great. Just be weary of the size you select, simply math would be for every size up it can feed an additional two.
First time to a 5 Guys last week. Overall the food was ok. Nothing to write home about but the cashier was super friendly and she helped guide me through their menu and helped me pick out what I wanted. The burger was fine, the fries were fine, but the shake holy heck the shake was the best part (peanut butter Oreo by the cashier's suggestion). I wish I had gotten her name bc she was really nice and patient and made the experience really worthwhile. Have been to 5 Guys at least once since. Still just ok lol. Customer service is great though. 5/5 xD
Very static and stable-tasted burgers you can find only in the West! On peak taste every single time I visit any In-N-Outs. How they fry fries are probably one of their patents. I mean they know what they are doing.
Expensive but always delicious 🤤
this is becoming my favorite burger place! I used to get In n out all the time, but even two double meats don't make me full anymore. Five guys are more expensive, but I like the taste of all toppings mixed together!
Fresh!!!! I recently visited Five Guys, and I must say, they never disappoint! The burger was perfectly juicy, cooked to perfection, and packed with flavor. I ordered mine loaded with fresh toppings, including crispy lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and a generous helping of grilled green peppers. The bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold the delicious ingredients together. Every bite was a burst of savory goodness! The environment was clean, and I loved the casual yet lively atmosphere. I also appreciated the transparency in their kitchen setup — it’s always a plus when you can see your food being made fresh. Their use of high-quality peanut oil adds a nice touch, giving their fries that extra crunch and flavor.
The burgers are always simple with good meat and cooked to order. The fries are also awesome and so hot and steamy.
It a good hamburger like a BBQ with foil it comes with 2 meats kinda pricey for a soda and a cheese burger 16$$$$$
Bomb burgers fresh 🤤... wouldn't recommend the hot dogs nothing special about them ehhh and the fries are good big enough to share ..if you want something sweet the cherry shake did me justice to top off the meal yummy 😍
The key is knowing what you get. The Hamburger is two patties. The Little Hamburger is one patty and so on.

Honestly, these burgers are hands down better than In-N-Outs! The patties are thicker, and they taste freshly cooked too, plus their Cajun fries are unbeatable!!

I Love this place. The burgers are very yummy. I like the fact you get to choose your toppings on your burger. I do feel this place is a little pricey though. Thats6the only reason for the 4 stars.
Went to Puente Hills mall location because West Covina mall location, (with contradictory signage) was not open. All the staff were friendly and enjoyable. I suppose because I was standing, the wait seemed long. I think there were 4-5 orders ahead of ours.
1st time eating at five guys. Burgers are so good !! And fresh handcut fries. You can choose all your own ingredients to add, plus they are fresh, no fillers or preservatives. Highly recommended if you are craving a good burger n fries. Single burgers start at 5.99. Double meat $7.99 Friendly staff. Definitely coming back.
Great burger but you have to eat it there. It's way too soggy by the time you get home. Only second to in n out for fast-food Burgers. Get the Cajun fries, a large feeds two. Also their standard burger is a double, order the smaller for a single patty.
Typical 5 Guys burger experience. Place is clean and staff are cordial. Food is on par with the 5Gs food chain. Dont forget the malt vinegar if you are getting fries to go. Convenient to the Starbucks just a few ships down and to the 60 freeway.
This like a messier, bigger, version of In and Out. They took the concept of fresh ingredient of In and Out and kicked up it a notch with a build your own burger concept. Of course with all extra you get here expect to pay about 30% more In and Out. The only real downside I can think about is they don't toast their buns on the grill. With the softer bun your burger tends to break down faster.
Fresh burgers and one of the best fries at 5 Guys. Shakes are great according my kids....Last two visits though, they were out of ingredients for shakes. Pricey...$$$$$
My family enjoys the 5 Guys burger experience - from the free peanuts while you wait to the wide variety of shakes and drinks, to the great tasting burgers and fries. If you have never been to a 5 Guys you should try one when you get a chance - you wont be disappointed.
Juicy "All the way". Beloved peanuts are back, golden!
Everything is still to-go. There’s X’s marked in the floor for social distancing. You can still get peanuts!! Just ask! It’s free!!

It's good burger, but for 12 dollar it's a bit pricy for me. Still good stuff none or less. Free peanut's cool, make you have something to much on and work on while waiting for you freshly made burger.

Food was good but they are over priced for a hamburger, fries and a drink. I went in with my bf and our 2 boys. We ordered and our total was over $60. We should have went to a restaurant and spent that on something other than a hamburger. We only ate there bc we were going to the movies and wanted to get a quick bite before it started. Like I said it was good but too pricey.
Friendly staff but the food was kind of bland. I don't know what it was because I got salt all over my hands.
Everything expensive Service is good Hotdog very normal not recommend Burger alright
I was Five guys fan for a long time. I bought double cheese burger, small fries and shakes. It cost me $22. It didn't taste that good and I was very disappointed.
This place is WAAAAY overpriced. It cost me $18.04 for a "regular" burger, fries and a drink (not the "little" versions)....basically a #1 at In-n-Out where it is literally half the price...or less. This place is packed though so I guess everyone is making money these days. The burgers aren't even THAT good. Always overcooked, as apparently everyone (except In-n-Out who leaves a little pink) cooks their burgers well done instead of learning, or taking the time, to cook a burger right. If you like your burgers well done and devoid of flavor then I guess you're fine. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is that their burgers aren't absolutely terrible (and you get many "free" toppings to add) but the extra star is there cause the cajun fries are genuinely good. That's the only thing I was actually craving when I came in. Also. I asked if they had a military discount and they don't. Fine, they don't have to. But then I asked if they had a senior discount (just curious). The cashier didn't know but the cook chimed in, "They do if you're over 90"! (my exclamation point) And THEN he said they're gonna change it to over 100!! Was that some kind of lame joke? Other stuff still... It got busy but was slow when I came in. When I sat down 4 out of the 5 available tables were dirty and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in quite a while. Oh, they don't even give you a tray for your $18 meal, just a bag and an opportunity to make a giant mess for the next guy....that they apparently won't clean up. In fact, when I left, a couple needed the table and I helped them wipe it down as there was no one working the floor. And lastly, both Diet Coke and Caffeine-free Diet Cokes ran out when I was there. I told the guy putting the orders together and he said, "thanks,".....but no one ever changed them. Bottom line is, when you charge $18 dollars for a regular sized meal, your stuff better be perfect, and it wasn't.....hardly. All the things I mentioned are almost never a factor at In-n-Out. In the future I MIGHT just grab some cajun fries here and get everything else....anywhere else. Heck, for 18 bucks I can get that giant, brisket, pulled pork, burger-thing at Chili's (that's great when THEY cook it right....see my other reviews about overcooked burgers there) and I get good service and can kick it in the bar and watch T.V. All that for about the same as the $18 experience that Five Guys offers. Crazy
Ok I've heard of this place thought it was gonna be great smelled good you walk in greeted immediately by a friendly guy. He explained menu to me and so I ordered bacon cheese burger single with fries and salted caramel shake the burger itself was small taste was ok but very sloppy made way too much ketchup and mustard for my taste had to wipe some off to be able to finish it. The fries were my big disappointment no flavor and not crispy. I NEED CRUNCH WITH FRIES. Shake was ok as well a little sweet for my taste.
They will overcharge for their "made-to-order" burgers and they dont even season their beef. They give a lot of fries to make up for the lack of taste. The buns were a bit soggy. Rude cashier didn't help either.
WAY TOO COLD INSIDE!!! Almost unbearable. Doesn't matter how good the food is if you can't enjoy it comfortably. I love Five Guys but next time we are going somewhere else. Employees say they don't know how to control the temperature . Unfortunately, I will not be returning here.
Was really excited to come eat here with the family today 6/9. Nowhere is there a sign stating that they do not accept a bill larger than $20. After my order was taken I handed a $100 bill to the cashier and she takes it to the manager at the time & he comes close to the register and says "we cannot accept anything larger than a $20 bill" (no customer service skills at all at least say "I apologize" or "I'm sorry" I proceed to say "even if my order is $78.28, my change will only be under $12 dollars" (he's nodding with the rudest most sarcastic look to his face and with a condescending tone he says "yeah"). So I said "cancel my order" since I only had large bills didn't have more than $35 in small bills. They were there with the most dumbfounded look, what else was expected?? They didn't accept my monies, which I felt as I was discriminated. If they indeed truly don't accept bills larger than $20 why didn't the young lady who took my order say this??? She went and asked the manager "in charge" and HE decided to deny my bill for whatever reason. I would be understanding if my order was only $20 and would have the register low in smaller bills but this wasn't the case! I'm truly upset and bothered. You may have denied my bill but you ended up losing an extra $78.28 in sales today. The In & Out near by gladly accepted my bill, in case you assumed my bill was counterfeit IT WASN'T! NEVER returning to this location EVER! Rude and discriminating manager here. Also didn't appreciate the talking about me as I walked out! That is what made me really want to write this review, I didn't make a scene nor was rude! No reason to comment and say anything. It was plain and simple you didn't accept my money so I cancelled my order. What other thing would you expect when you tell me you cannot accept a large bill??? If you truly DO NOT accept bills larger than a $20 you should put up a sign.
Ugghhh!!!!! 😩😩😩😩😩 Don’t…just don’t eat here!!!!! The guy that took my order & my cash payment went directly to the grill & handled my hamburger buns & DID NOT even put on clean new gloves when he had just handled my CASH pmt! Ugghh & DOUBLE Ugghh!!!!! BOTTOM LINE BURGERS ARE TASTELESS & DOESNT HELP WHEN THEY FLIP BURGER MEAT & PROCEED TO FLATTEN OUT MEAT PATTY LIKE A PANCAKE WITH SPATULA!!!!!
Only three employees on a Saturday night means even if you order ahead of time, some items aren't even started when you get there for pickup due to sheer volume of customers. Food: Fantastic Employees: stressed and overworked due to lack of having enough employees to function properly. Mangement needs to give them more hours.
I have no problem paying for a premium burger. However when you then serve me something that looks like a sloppy joe and have a hissy fit when I tell you I'm not eating it and don't want to issue a refund..... Then you tell me "it was cooked properly. We just aren't allowed to make our own burgers anymore so now they fall apart. It still tastes right." No. No it doesn't. That's the nastiest burger I have ever had the pleasure of taking ONE bite out of. Y'all are disgusting
I ordered little fries with light Cajun and they made me throw up at night. I also got diarrhea. I will not come back to this restaurant.
DONT EVER COME HERE!!!!! $50 to feed me and my two toddlers, and guess what we just spent all night at Kasier emergency room because my son wouldnt stop vomiting, the doctor confirmed it was something he ate, just for me to come home at 3AM after a long emergency visit and I start vomitting and having diarrhea. PLEASE I WARN YOU DO NOT COME HERE! Their food is absolutely disgusting 🤮 It was my first and LAST TIME ever going there!
Wasn't a big fan. First the price was insane. $17 for a burger, fries, and a drink. Also it took almost 20 minutes to get my food then when I did get my food it was cold not impressed. One good thing is the citrus ice tea was amazing..
20 dollars for a double burger and regular fries???! The burger wasn't even that great, bread felt chewy and almost doughy. Nothing special about it, and the fries!!! 7 dollars for a small little cup of fries? Didn't they used to nearly fill the bag up with fries? The owners are cheapskates, I could have bought 2 meals from in n out for under 20 dollars

this place feel very dirty and the service are terrible and the food is so small and way to expensive feel i just got scammed and the food taste bland cold and take forever to get my food and the overall experience bad i will not come back for more.
So RUDE! We went in before they closed at 9:45. There was a line so my daughter and I went to the bathroom. Walked up to order at 9:57 and this guy said he wasn't taking any more orders. Then while waiting for my daughter's friends to get their food one of the friends went to the bathroom. As we were waiting. It was 10:03 and the guy told us to wait outside. My self and 3 girls, waited for the 4th girl outside where they locked us out. It wasn't like the girls were making a mess or taking up the whole dinning area. He was rude to paying customers and turned away other paying customers.
I always thought about going to this location since its very close to my house but one day i was parked outside and all i see is some lady jumping around on top of the tables then i see a rat or mouse running all over the place and thats all i had to see to not want to eat at a restaurant or to-go
Hands down for the burgers which is very goods and tasty. Everything else is offer separately and the prices is very high for a burger joints. There is no combo meal offer. With selecting a burger, fries, and a regular drinks it could cost about $20 easy. For this amount I can go eat at a low budget buffet restaurant and enjoy a variety of foods. To be fair, this place does offer unlimited peanuts. My assessment of the peanuts are: it’s over roasted which is very dry and way too salty. Maybe it’s management’s way to limit how much their customers would eat the free peanuts. The cashiers/servers do not have customers service skills. Very monotone, no eye contact, and no addressing customers respectfully. They need training for this skills set. I would come back for the burger only and go elsewhere for the fries, drinks or shake. It’s a matter of time for this restaurant chain to go under if nothing is done about their high prices and lack of employees training. David Young Restaurants Enthusiast
4:54pm, the only customer to come in. They check my 10$ bill to see if it’s real. It’s fine. That kinda care for real tender must reflect my order right? Asked for no pickles because I’m allergic, and there’s pickles on my burger. Severely confused. No line out the door, no other orders being worked on. And they get it wrong. It’s laughable. Sad excuse for a fry topper and my shake was not made until I ask for it after my food had to be remade. A few customer comes in and these two kids become backed up. Nice going.
Paid 32 dollars for 2 single patty hamburgers, 1 hot dog, and a small fry. Which ok the fries and size/ quality of the burger usually justify the price right ? WRONG idk if they’re told to ration from their owner or what. But I got McDonald sized burger and the smallest amount of fries I’ve ever got from any five guys I’ve gone to plus didn’t even get the toppings right. Got home and had to warm up food after bc my family was still hungry. btw I never leave food reviews that’s how you know it’s bad.
Food was good and fresh but not worth the prices. Fries were over cooked and need a little more flavor in them. I spent under $20 on just a combo , I don’t think it’s worth it. Compared to in n out , it’s about the same . Presentation with the food is sloppy and greasy I don’t know why people are so hyped about this place They should change their prices if they want more people to buy their burgers. First time trying their food , not impressed. Save yourself the money.
