This is my first time going to this restaurant and I would highly recommend it. The food was delicious and inexpensive. I would consider it healthy based on the other foods that are usually in inner city areas. The food comes with a small serving of salad. They had a fish dish that was $7. It was delicious.

Good simple food, reasonable prices. Hard to find healthy “fast” food. But plain rice and broccoli is great—I didn’t put sauce on. Fish was made fresh! So not that “fast”. Fish was battered and fried but obviously real unprocessed piece of fish.

Bring That Back!!! I was really looking forward to having the Ono Hawaiian Island Spicy Grilled fish plate today, only to find out that they've discontinued it. As a pescatarian, it's not easy to find good grilled fish options, and Ono had an amazing dish that I enjoyed a few weeks ago. I've been back twice for it, and now it's no longer available. I hope they reconsider and make the grilled fish a permanent menu item.

My wife and I were helped by an employee named Vicky. She was absolutely the best! Her customer service skills are top notch and her sense of humor made it easy to talk to her. My family and I will definitely be back because of the food and Vicky S. Thank you so much!

Good experience. Great food. Very polite and helpful service. Kind of expensive though. The lava shrimp was $16.99 i think and the Hawaiian mix plate (or whatever ita called) was around $12.99. Both were yummy but i should have saved money and gotten something else. They give you more with the other plates.

Food was good and hot customer service was decent food time took a bit tho and like 5 people orders was given out before ours even though they ordered after us. Even another guy was like how are we getting our food and he ordered before us. Other than it taking a bit everything else wasn't bad at all.

The Customer service was good. The Restaurant was clean with nice seating for a fast food Restaurant. The Beef Short were to fatty and Chewey.the Chicken was a a little better than average. The Fried Shrimp could of had more flavor. Ono Hawaiian BBQ is a good fast food Restaurant. The prices are a little high.

Is it me or are the food portions less now? Anyway what really upset me was my food sitting ready on the counter and no worker was there to get it. There was just 1 girl at the cashier taking orders for 15 minutes while my food sat there. There should be 2 workers minimum helping at all times!

The food is good but when they have a rush the give small portions and don’t follow instructions. I called in a phone order for two fresh mix salad with extra dressing. Upon arrival I noticed the salads weee skimpy and for $11 dollars I asked if they could add more cabbage they said they did even though they didn’t take either salad back. I got home checked the dressing which the container was half full, called the store to see how many dressing comes with an entree salad they said two. I asked for extra dressing so that was missing I had to drive back to the store just for the dressing smh if the containers of dressing were full to begin with I wouldn’t have asked for extra. Then they kept my receipt from preventing me to leave my feedback.luckily I have google & yelp

blonde chubby yea i don’t know her customer service was horrible upon entering she had a attitude it was empty only 2 people sitting eating ironically it didn’t say her name on my receipt it says sergio smh i sure wish he was working the counter cause she was extremely rude 3 minutes pass & she leaves with food to lunch I’m assuming if you break in a few minutes that’s fine but we all have a job to do it’s never that serious & no offense but she can miss a meal or 2 🤏🏻

Sergio was the worst he’s playing loud music while the place is “Somewhat full” and he’s interacting with the cooks and they messed my order up 3 times I had to wait almost an hour for a Hawaiian mix for one person wait is crazy and his JBL speaker super loud and no one wearing gloves and loud reggaeton music by Sergio he needs to be acknowledged about this and the rest of the night crew on Saturday January 17, 2026 the cook with his little beard in his chin is loud talking about his personal life and his interaction with Sergio is crazy while handling food is unbelievable never coming back

I’m a regular customer and have always enjoyed the food, but I had a very disappointing experience with the manager Tania recently. I have a documented food allergy and requested a simple substitution for an item I can’t eat. Instead of being accommodating or even understanding, this person refused, when I pushed the matter then she said she can give me more rice? I didn't mind paying extra or whatever had to be done but instead the manager flat-out refused. Mind you, the male manager has NEVER had an issue in the past. It’s frustrating that a place I support often would treat a loyal customer with so little care, especially when it comes to health-related concerns. Its basic courtesy and flexibility, especially for a legitimate allergy. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider where I spend my money.
