If you can, save them... bad attitude from the first taquero to the person in charge of the unit... if you go in the afternoon from 5 to 7:30 pm, they don't want to serve you because the employees are on their hour and a half lunch break and they tell you there is no service, you pressure them and if there is service but well they don't work anymore!!, I don't recommend it at all...

I ordered delivery through Rappi, and what I received was not worth the price. I ordered a meat alambre, and it was more poblano pepper and onion than meat. The steak tacos were supposed to come two per order, but they sent a very small portion of two mini tacos. I don't know if it's better at the restaurant, but I was very disappointed with the delivery.

They say the restaurant opens at 2 pm, but that's not true. We arrived at 2:10 and they were just opening. The manager simply said there was no service. A waitress came over and said they could serve us in half an hour. We had to eat somewhere else. I've been to many Tizoncito locations, and this one has the worst service. They need to replace the manager; he has a terrible attitude.

I ordered to go and I was very disappointed, the pastor tacos were literally more tortilla than meat, I also ordered a cheese taco with meat and they put the meat in aluminum foil and all the cheese stuck to it, I definitely do not recommend this place nor will I ever return.

Terribly slow service. The seasoning and flavor aren't bad, but the slowness IS NOT WORTH IT. It seems like a ghost kitchen that just remembered it had tables to serve. Over 10 minutes for each taco ordered... They're tacos, not cuts of meat...

Terrible service, that's why the place is completely empty. The manager is arrogant. They have zero desire to offer good service; the spit of dried pastor meat was abandoned. Obviously, they have nothing to offer. It's a shame that a taqueria with so many years of service is being allowed to die because they don't check who they hire to work there. It's expensive, and on top of everything else, the service is bad, especially with so much competition.

I ordered a kilo of pastor, and the quality was very poor. It came out as pure leftovers, with too much fat or sinew in the meat. It wasn't a clean pastor and was almost inedible. The pastor should have been from the top, and it seems like they're giving you leftovers from the day before. I don't recommend ordering it.

They need customer service training. We ordered 6 tacos al pastor and 2 sodas and it took 40 minutes to get them. The onions arrived cold, and the worst part is that there weren't many people there; all the waiters were chatting about their personal problems and the guy at the grill was on his cell phone... Very bad service, not worth it.

As always here at this branch exclusively, they are lazy, I think they prefer to turn off the lights to have the least amount of customers and I have had to see delivery men waiting for their order, maybe 5 tacos and more than half an hour, terrible service, they should close it down for good from here 😒

I was looking forward to eating here because the brand is good. But this branch was the worst experience I've had in a long time. To begin with, they didn't have electricity when we arrived. A woman came over to say they were open (she's the only positive thing about the experience). We ordered guacamole, and it was spoiled; the steak pastor was raw and barely any meat; the volcanoes were burnt; and my pastor árabe was full of oil and had no meat at all. The person bringing the food practically threw it on the table and didn't say a word. We said "Thank you" every time he came near the table (as you should), and he never responded. I preferred to finish the poorly prepared food and not leave a tip rather than make the experience even worse. If you're in the area, you're better off going to Taque Arte in Plaza Victoria or Califa in Paseo Interlomas.

It's the most disgusting thing that has ever happened to me or my guests. Two tacos for 90 pesos, incomplete, broken tortilla, no meat, and soggy. $900.00 pesos was thrown away for 3 orders (2 tacos per order) and an order of onions.

The Tizoncito brand generally has good taquerias, this branch has several areas for improvement, from the uninviting furniture, very 'x' decoration, the taste of the tacos being very bland, lacking in seasoning, the poorly prepared salsas, without seasoning, I would not recommend it, although everyone has the opportunity to change, a change of management would be good for it.
