The food is delicious and they have a very varied menu. However, they need to improve their preparation time, as it takes a long time to serve the food. The service is always very slow, and that's a shame. And despite discussing it with the manager, they haven't improved in this regard.

Excellent service, very attentive at all times. Price level: moderately high. The menu is very varied; it might take you a few minutes to decide what to order. It's located next to Cinépolis and the ice rink.

The food wasn't good; we sent back some of the things we ordered. Maybe we were just unlucky. We'd eaten there before, and I don't think we'd had such a bad experience. I hope it was just a bad day, but even if it wasn't good, the service was excellent! They treated us incredibly well.

You really come here wanting delicious food, and it's the complete opposite. The tortilla soup is super thick and tasteless, the lemon water with cucumber is equally tasteless, the tuna tostadas are so-so, the only redeeming feature was the enfrijoladas. I think they should put more effort into the flavor of the food for the prices. I'm never going back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. A total disappointment.

I ordered chilaquiles for delivery and to my surprise, I found a cockroach inside the food. It wasn't in the bag or the packaging; it was inside the dish. This is not only disgusting, it's a serious health risk. I find it unacceptable that a place like Giornale would be this negligent. I won't be ordering from them again, and I recommend being very careful.

Yesterday I went with my family. My dad and I ordered coffee, and we both got really sick. This is the second time this has happened to us with your coffee. Last time it happened at the Giornale on Avenida de las Fuentes. The service is excellent as always, except for this one that happened to us again. I hope they're not using tap water to make their coffee, because this doesn't happen anywhere else but with you.

We went for lunch and it took 35 minutes to get our order, while other people who arrived later were served first. And the chicken my husband ordered was cold, and the enfrijoladas I ordered had hard, cold tortillas. Expensive for what it is, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!
