Been here over 40 times, food is always hot, fresh and out in less than 3 minutes. I've only waited for food one time here ever. The portions are generous and prices much cheaper then other chicken joints.

I’m from Dallas and have eaten at many Chicken Express restaurants. This location is one of the best locations that I have been to. The food was excellent and it was extremely clean. The food was served in a basket as opposed to a plate or box when dining in - this was a first.

Before making this review I called back and told them the cook fried my fish the exact way I like it without me telling them. The cashier was very nice and helpful. Also the place was very clean and neat. Thanks to the shift that worked 7-14-23 Time 7:30PM

Ordered some chicken tenders and some sides. The fries were hot, crispy, and salty. The mashed potatoes were thick but not too dry, and the gravy thin but not too runny. Overall, everything was just right, and the service was excellent. They did forget a roll I ordered, and instead gave me a bisquit, but it was good as well, so I didn't mind. Will be stopping by again some time.

My husband is in a arm sling and they had no drink carriers. The server gave him a plastic bag to put 2 drinks in. My husband got 1 drink in there and was having a real hard time getting the second one in there. It is sad that the employee never offered to help and just stood there and watched a customer that was eating to come over to help him. Called the manager and he didn't seem to care at all. Poor customer service!!!!

My husband is in a arm sling and they had no drink carriers. The server gave him a plastic bag to put 2 drinks in. My husband got 1 drink in there and was having a real hard time getting the second one in there. It is sad that the employee never offered to help and just stood there and watched a customer that was eating to come over to help him. Called the manager and he didn't seem to care at all. Poor customer service!!!!

I subtracted two stars from an old review when I realized that the prices have gone up by 40% in the last three years. If you don't believe me, look at the menu pictures on Google maps that were uploaded 3 years ago. Consistently good. The food is much more likely to be fresh and warm compared to other Chicken Express locations.

The food was good and fresh, but will someone please come and teach this location customer service? I can't describe in words how badly their people need either trained or totally replaced. We have a large standing order here every Sunday and never go in person. After our last personal experience, we will be changing where we order from. Terrible.

She told us our total when she opened the window but didn't say another word. Nothing when she handed my husband his card and receipt. When we thanked her for our drinks, she just stared at us. When she handed us our food, she didn't say anything either. Didn't even look at us. I don't know what her deal was, but that's just bizarre to me. Maybe next time don't make your customers feel like they're annoying you by being there? A simple "you're welcome. Have a nice night" can go a long way.

Place is very clean, employees friendly. Food was overcooked and no flavor because of that. I ordered chicken livers, worst I have had in years. I never realized they charge extra for using a credit card. Per that reason alone I will not be going back to any chicken express. I live in the DFW area and there are plenty of other chicken places I can go and not be charge a surcharge because of using a credit card.

If I could give this place negative stars I would based off of my experience tonight. I showed up at the drive through at 8:52pm. Yes I know they close at 9, but they didn’t even acknowledge me being at the order point. There were four other cars waiting in line and I saw the kid bring items to them and receive payment from them. She looked right at me but didn’t offer to help me. I then just pulled forward and when I got to the window I was told that it was after 9 when I pulled up. I argued the fact that it was not and I just needed a bag of ice. She then said all the registers were already closed when I pulled up. That’s fine if they don’t want to work until they’re posted hours but a little customer service goes a long way. They could have said something instead of me waiting in line for 10 minutes just to get lied to.

We will never return to this location. Previous experiences have been good but I will not tolerate a rude worker getting my order wrong, asking to have it fixed and getting crap about it. Also, called the location for the manager’s boss info and was refused this information (same rude worker).

This place is unable to fill up the containers of ur sides.. find another place at least golden chic gives u what u pay for. Any one want dust and allergens in their food?
