Selena was a FANTASTIC server. Absolutely the best experience I've had with a server in a very long time. She sets the golden standard for what a server should be: attenative, kind, patient, and extremely godly. I will absolutely be returning and hoping I get her as my server again

If you're hungry get the Bacon Rancher, YUMM! I have watched my husband and son get it and finally broke down too. It's so good and their fries are great also. We love out Chili's reward and get free salsa or someone's drink for the meal. All around great place!

My husband and I have always loved Chili’s but the staff at this location have made us love it even more. We recently had a day in which I was winding down from work, we decided to order chili’s for our Friday night dinner to go, only to find out that our car wouldn’t start. I called to cancel the order, the manager sounded truly sorry for our situation and gave us a refund. About ten minutes later, we hear a knock at our door to find that she took it upon herself to hand deliver the order to us! We are so very appreciative to the staff, as they have always made our dates great and continue to do so. I did not catch the manager’s name, but we thank you so very much.

Chili's has been a long-time go-to. Any fi e I went, I was getting the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers. Simply delicious. But one time, I decided to give their burgers another Chace, as they weren't my favorite some time ago. I got the Bacon Rancher, and I gotta say it stands out among other places around here. I couldn't tell you it's my favorite burger, but it's my new go-to menu item at Chili's. Service is always on point, and the place is clean.

We were served by Nate. He was absolutely wonderful. Our drinks never got low. He was attentive and helpful. We had an e-gift card which he was willing to help us through the process with a smile on his face. Our last visit to Chili's was enough to make me Leary about returning. Nate has restored my faith in Chili's. Thanks, Nate, for a delightful lunch experience. And yes, the food was delicious. My husband and I shared the BBQ combo. Very good.

We had the wings with fries, very good, the service was great and pretty quick, felt a little confined in the area where we sat, but the other areas looked better.

When we first arrived as a party of 10 for a birthday lunch, the host at the door told us an hour wait(this was at 2pm in the afternoon) so we went outside to talk about where we were going. While discussing it a lady(I'm assuming management) came out and told us they could seat us so we went in. Our waiter, Michael or Grayson did a fantastic job serving us! He kept our drinks filled. Got our orders correct and was very nice. Brought our birthday girl a dessert and card signed by a lot of staff. We kept him running and he took care of us. Thank you! Casual dining at it's best. Special requests are no problem. No extra costs for a change in a menu item... not a challenge either. This establishment was super clean. Server was so pleasant! Will want to have her when we return. She was attentive and gracious. Food was perfect. Costs were affordable. Music was low and didn't have to talk over it. We had an impromptu sing along to one of the songs by several employees. It was very entertaining. Will be going back real soon.

We came to Chili's with a group of 25+ people. I don't typically leave reviews but I had to leave one to brag on our server, Iesha. She did a phenomenal job as our server!! Not once were our drinks empty, or chips and salsa replenished. The food was delicious and came out super quick. She was the best server out of all the places I've ate at hands down. Thankyou for taking care of us! P.s. Iesha needs some bonus money for how awesome she was as a server. Lol

I had an awesome experience at Chili's thanks to our bartender/server, Alex. The service was top-notch, and Alex made sure our food came out quickly and tasted great. The servers are friendly, and the food is great! I usually order chicken strips or quesadillas here, and my mom loves the salmon bowl!

It may be a chain restaurant but all the ones that I have been to in different cities always have the feeling of a hometown sports bar. Wichita Falls has probably too many restaurants in all honesty, but I definitely think that this is one that has succeeded because the food has always been good and so has the service. The last few times I have gone I have had the same waitress, her name is Teri, She always does a phenomenal job. I have a habit of watching how waitresses and waiters interact with other tables and not just me, because usually I'm either by myself or with my significant other and that's all. I may think that they're a great waitress, but we're pretty easy to take care of, so I see how they do with families and difficult tables and other things. I have been in there when it has been totally slammed and she has had families with small children and college kids and couples just like us and I've also been in there when it has not been very busy. Teri is consistently good with all of the tables that I have seen her wait on no matter what the circumstance. My son was a waiter for 8 years and I bartended for 6 years so I do understand the food service industry very well - well enough to know that when I go there I ask for her because I like good service to go with my good food.

This is our favorite place!! The food is always delicious and ALL the servers and staff are 100 % awesome!! I would like to especially recognize Jacob. He is beyond amazing! He has a wonderfully and kind young man. He never fails to say hello and almost beats us to our table with our beverages. I believe he just got promoted to a team leader and it is well deserved. He has the best customer service skills which I believe is a lost art and so important to have to be successful.. He is a very valuable employee and I hope he is treated as such. Started off a little bumpy but this restaurant went above and beyond to make this a good experience! We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. When we first came in they could not accommodate our large group. We were on our way out and who we assumed was a manager stopped us and made arrangements to accommodate us . Our waiter was great and did an amazing job making sure we had a good experience.

Food was good. Came out quick. Manager and staff were polite and helpful.

Me and girlfriend are in college and we decided to go to Chili’s for our 5 year anniversary. The food was great and the waitress was nice and godlike. Good job guys!

What an awesome place to have a family dinner. The wait staff are friendly. The food is always good (except for the country fried steak). The meat almost always has a lot of gristle, more than it should. But they have such a good batter and gravy that you just put up with the gristle. The corn on the cob is the best I've ever had...anywhere. Prices are a different story. Yes, prices are up everywhere, but, they changed the whole menu, no more lunch specials and what used to be 3 for $10, well......

We had an incredible night at Chili's thanks to Sara, our amazing bartender, and David, the super awesome manager. Sara crafted the most delicious margaritas we've ever had, each one perfectly balanced and full of flavor. Her friendly and attentive service made our evening even more enjoyable. David, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. His warm hospitality and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. We can't wait to come back for another great night with this exceptional team!

Had a great experience at the Chili’s in Wichita Falls! Our server—Boston, I think his name was—definitely made it one of the best visits I’ve had. He was incredibly kind, genuine, and quick with everything. Super attentive without being overbearing, and you could tell he really cared about making sure we were taken care of. I hope to have him as my server again next time—easily my favorite there!

We had my son and father in laws birthday dinner here on Sunday 9/2/2025. The question, chips, fajitas, and beer were all outstanding. The server was excellent. We sat in the bar area and were treated fantastically. The server helped with our birthday cakes and made our 2 birthday boys feel special. David Diaz has ran this Chili's in an outstanding fashion for years. He treats all guest and staff with dignity and respect. I will return when visiting the Falls.

Good drinks and food. I loooove the big mouth bites and queso dip. They get new drinks and their current margaritas are yummy, especially the berry one. They also participate in fundraisers often. They had a bake sale for a nonprofit when I went the last time. I got a perfectly moist lemon cupcake to round out my lunch! Their menu is varied enough and the food good enough that you will likely have multiple favorites to rotate through. Prices are very fair and affordable, considering the price increases on everything recently.

Food and cleanliness is usually great as well as the service. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Our group all ordered different meals and all were happy with their choice.

The food was good, the waiter was patient in taking our orders. Changed my drink from sweet tea to coke she was patient. The place was not crowded so it was easy to move about without blocking it to a lot of people.

I ordered the crispers and they were pretty good. The food came out really fast which is always good. Nice atmosphere. I haven't been to a Chili's in years and I think I'll be back. I also really like that you can pay at the kiosk at the table now. So much faster than waiting for the waiter to bring the check.

Went on Christmas Overmorrow, party of 9. Only waited about 6 mins for a table. Servers were pretty prompt and fast when not overwhelmed between us and the large group next to us. Food was good and a few small things were forgotten. All of it rectified quickly.

I started out with white queso, and a pico de gallo queso with cold. And I was told to get cold because I put pico de gallo in it. Normally they come out with hot skillets the skillet with me then hot and the people that sat in front of me there was not hot either. I've gotten the appetizer. Southwest egg rolls chicken wings burgers minis that is well with Luke warm. And a half a rack of ribs side order. Not even warm.

It's been years since I've been in Chili's. Some of my favorite menu items have changed a bit but still the same old experience. We came in on a Sunday afternoon and I thought they would be crazy busy however we were seated quickly and our server was attentive and nice.

Food was great, service excellent. Just a critique on the brisket quesadillas; maybe a softer cheese would work better? By the time I got to them during my meal, the cheddar had turned into a lump. On a positive note; the garlic dill pickles were amazing! Reminded me of my Aunt Betty's homemade pickles. Wonder if Chili's would sell me a jar of those? Also, the blackberry tea was great, could drink that all evening. Will be back soon I'm sure.

They changed their salsa, which was a disappointment because I used to love it. I'm not a fan anymore. The other food was good and our server was really nice and attentive.

I stopped in here with a close friend to enjoy a few happy hour drinks & a couple of appetizers. Our drinks were great and there was only one other table occupied in the bar on this day. So we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves relaxing, having some drinks & playing trivia. Our server was very hospitable as well as fast.

We stopped in while traveling and had Fajitas, chicken and shrimp, for two. We were surprised. It was good. We didn't care for the "gringo" mexican rice, but everything else was delicious. We also ordered the trio dipper with chili cheese, salsa, and guacamole. The guacamole was fresh and chunky . . . So good! The salsa could have been a little more spicier, and the chili cheese dip . . . It was alright and different, but I would have rather had two guacamoles. Shelby, our server, eh! We ordered extra lemon (to put in our water and squeeze on our fajitas), and she had to go back to get them. She was not very attentive. Everything else was fabulous. Well done Management!

Tried the 3 for me smasher burger. I got a huge plate of nachos and salsa, a drink, fries and a "Not a Big Mac" Big Mac smasher. The meat was juicy and the buns was delicious. Tasted way better than fast food for the same price. Never going fast food again if pieces stay this way. Highly recommend

Good food, I would say it's your average for Chili's it wasn't amazing but it also didn't suck. The waitress was really nice and constantly refilling our drinks.

Our waitress was great. The fries seemed like they were cooked in old grease which made them taste off. The rest of the meal was great. We had a bit of a wait but that’s usual on a Saturday evening during football season.

Took my family of five for lunch on a Sunday. It was busy but got seated right away. Server was friendly and polite. Took our orders correctly even with the special requests. The food arrived shortly and was hot and delicious. Our drinks were refilled and to go cups were given. Great food and service.

There were tons of empty tables so there was no excuse why we weren't seated. Literally 13 empty tables. I counted. When we asked why, they said it was so the kitchen didn't be overwhelmed. Ridiculous. Just seat people so they can at least get a drink. After complaining we skipped over other people and were seated next. No excuse for this either. The food was forgettable. Reminds me why I only go to this restaurant every 3 or 4 years. Always leave this restaurant underwhelmed and frustrated.

My chicken strips were not battered good and tough

We never got refills on our drinks. Server didn't seem attentive and when we tried explaining what we thought we ordered vs what we ordered our server argued with us saying they never had that item (at least on the one whole year they worked there). I know menu changes are not the servers fault so we were not upset about the change only the approach. Food was still good, drinks were fantastic.

Guest & I walked in as doors literally opened for lunch. Seated quickly & server was sociable & attentive. She was able to describe dishes & make suggestions. Food arrived quickly & had nice presentation. Enchilada soup reminded me of a Campbell's soup from long ago (Golden Cream of Chicken) with tortilla strips for garnish. Chunks of chicken were adequate & serving was large. Chicken sandwich was quite large for a half sandwich (I had leftovers) and tasty. The buns were a little greasy & avocado was tiny compared to my guest's serving (she had same). Overall the food was acceptable but not stellar & prices were reasonable. The standouts were the decor and hospitality of all workers on the floor.

We stopped by to grab a happy hour drink & an appetizer. Our server was nice yet we didn't really see much of him. The drinks and appetizer were good despite being the only people in the bar. It's still a pretty good place to stop by for a drink & fun game if trivia.

My daughter and I waited for over 10 minutes until a hostess came up to us. It wasn't even busy. The waitress was in such a rush that we didn't really get what we asked for. Waited close to an hour for our food and then had to ask for it to go because we had an appointment. The food was good. The service not so much. Everyone has bad days. I do understand that. This was just our experience this last time. I will go back and give them another chance.

Food was great. Lacking on customer service as far as accuracy of the order. Atmosphere was clean and good. Music over their speakers was a bit loud and made it hard for us to communicate with our wait staff. Felt like it was a bar scene and not a restaurant.

Very slow to get served to begin with but waiter was nice and polite. Did not make any suggestions and seemed to struggle with the basic questions I asked. Food came out very quickly. Chicken strips were dry but had a good taste. Fries and Mac & cheese was good. Drinks were tasty but pretty weak. I was by myself so it seemed I was treated with low priority.

I ordered a medium rare ribeye, as they are typically good at other locations. Mine came out very crispy and burned on the outside. The mashed potatoes tasted sour, but not in a good way. My tea cup had alot of residue and grease film on the inside of the cup that I could wipe off, which grossed me out. My appetizer of Southwestern egg rolls was very good though. I was disappointed in this Chili's experience. I don't know that I will visit this location again, but will go back to the one on Gainesville next time I am craving Chilis.

Went in today for Chili's and got one of my favorite plates to go. Smashburger no cheese extra pickles. I'm extremely allergic to cheese. The young lady that was taking my order wasn't sure what she was doing so she asked one of her trainers. Upon receiving my food I asked the young lady again if there was no cheese on the hamburger and extra pickles. She turned the bag around with the receipt attached showing me and assuring me that there was no cheese and extra pickles. Of course as soon as I got home and opened up my food I noticed it had not only one slice of cheese but two. I do not live close to Chili's and unfortunately I am without my lunch and just came from the hospital.

Food was good. Silverware was dirty in the sleeve...tops of chairs are sticky and so is the doors when you enter/exit. Cleanliness is lacking! Dirt in the corners of the bottoms of the cups... wouldn't eat here again. :(

Weird man with long dreads kept staring at me weirdly and making me uncomfortable while I was trying to eat

Took over 5 minutes to get a drink order placed in a minimally full bar area. Ordered sweet tea- given unsweet. Ordered bacon avocado chicken sandwich. Was never asked what sides I wanted. Asked for extra extra crispy bacon. Bacon not crispy at all, no avocado. Had to ask for the avocado. Was given 3 small pieces. Bit into French fries- cold (like just out of the fridge). Waitress never asked if there was anything wrong, or if she could change out the order. Manager was talking to his friends the whole time and showing pics on his phone.

I've been a chilis goer for years, with family that works for them it's been our go to for family outing and we really do enjoy chilis. That being said I was not going to review this one till I read about hair in the food I aswell had HAIR in my food multiple complaints and hair nets should be mandatory this is UNacceptable. My experience was dry burgers bland fajitas that the vegetables were way under cooked I had one and left the rest. The best thing we ate was the chips and salsa. The egg roll apps looked like they were sitting out for an hour before served. The only winning point was our server was good and she did bring another app due to the hair (albeit after our food arrived). Also we stood at the hostess counter for give or take 5 mins before anyone acknowledged our presence in the restaurant. Even though multiple staff walked right by. Eating out should be easy fun and with out hair... I felt stressed rushed and uncared for. I will return in the future to see if this score can be redeemed. I'd avoid this one yall.

Server was great, food was not good, did not enjoy our time there. We only go out of special occasions and was really looking forward to it but 100% could of made better ourselves at home.

I drove from okc to visit friends and we decided to eat chilis together..well I just left, the waiter was so nice but omg our food.. the ranch tasted sour, the quesadillas tasted cold and old, the honey chipotle chicken felt like rubber . When I first got my water, it had lemon, which I don’t really care for usually but it tasted very dirty so I asked the waiter if I can get another water with out lemon and it tasted the same, just dirty and gross.The floors were dirty, the cups we were drinking out of were dirty ! there was little particles floating in our drinks. The men bathroom is disgusting.I won’t come back to this location.

I have know no idea what happen to the taste of the food but it like eating nothing no flavor it sucked for 40.00 plate. I will not come this restaurant for the fajita plate. I hope there hamburger taste better then paper I tasted. Service was ok

What I ordered vs what I received. Food was barely warm. This was a to-go order. Pretty disappointed.

Waitress took us to our table and never saw her again. They never asked for our drinks. Waited 15 minutes, then we left. Waste of time. Worst service I've had in a long time. They weren't busy at all.

I love Chili’s, and the food is great, but what I don’t love is hair in my food. A once off is an accident, it’s acceptable and I wont waste my time to complain. But twice is not acceptable, especially when said hair is not from the head and is clearly from the pubic area! After promptly vomiting and taking my child’s food away as she shares mine and praying that she won’t catch some awful disease, I am spending the time to complain as this is utterly unacceptable and quite frankly revolting! I am disgusted.

I ordered a Santa Fe Salad to go. The chicken was cold and dry, and there wasn’t any tortilla strips with it. The lettuce was browning and there was a whole chunk not cut up. I will not be ordering to go from them again.

We went here tonight for dinner and all I can say is the service was awful. We watched as our waiter Alex checked on all his other tables multiple times throughout us being there but did not once come check on our food or refill drinks . My fiancés food was not cooked right but we couldn’t even get his attention to correct it if we wanted to .I understand if it was super busy however it was not . We are regular customers that are usually here once a week.What was suppose to be a good first date night that we have had in 3 months turned into a very unpleasant experience we will not be back for awhile .

We ordered in Wichita Falls, items that included the chicken crispers and that they were. We couldn’t bite through them nor cut through them and the big mouth bites were very pink.

Went in tonight for the first time and we were greeted with the smell of rotten eggs. After sitting down and asking our waiter what the smell was, he told us about a sewer or plumbing leak from the bathroom. We got up and left and our waiter said "I don't blame you guys." Totally disgusting for a restaurant. Won't return.

Cold food ! Appetizer & dinners barely warm & the burgers were dry & overcooked & they looked to ge just thrown together. This place is old & really needs a makeover or maybe a good cleaning. Tons of people walking around, I don't like when runners bring my food, the waiters/ waitresses are working for a tip, I tell them I would like splenda for the tea when I order it, but someone else brings our drinks so then I have to ask again & wait!

Really slow service, I wanted a second drink but the bartender was distracted by her phone and her child who was sitting at the bar, which I think might actually be illegal. The food was meh, but the building is super old and kind of grimy. I don't think I would come back.

Usually pretty decent but today we waited over an hour to get our food. I ordered Fajitas which should of been sizzling to the table but instead was just warm. I could be more understanding if they was slammed but they weren't. Our waitress was horrible as well. Really disappointed. Usually the manager will walk around restaurants and ask how everything was. They too was nowhere to be seen. Maybe just an off day but enough to keep us away for awhile. Plenty of restaurants in town that serve the same type of menu items.

Took over an hour and fifteen minutes from the time we were seated, hardly seen our waitress, food was not served correctly, constantly had to ask other wait staff for assistance. Once our main meals came out my steak was completely raw, gave them an opportunity to correct it and came back still incorrect with blood still covering the plate making the sides uneatable. Worse service I have ever had from my favorite restaurant.

Seriously this is how they serve food now I’m very disappointed The ranch sauce missing and I guess they forgot half of the grilled chicken I have been to several states where chili’s place two types of sauce on side if it is delivered so doesn’t get soggy but this branch for number of times even when requested just don’t bother to do it

I’ve never had a bad waiter before, until tonight. The staff was so rude and slow my boyfriend order a drink (he’s older then 21) and showed his id to the waiter, he took two sips of it and the waiter came back and asked for everyone’s id at the table. I simply said we aren’t drinking so you don’t need to see ours, so he took the drink out of my boyfriend hand…. And tried to charging us for it. Never going back there again.
