I got salmon with mashed potatoes broccoli and it was delicious. The food came out super fast and service was great. Paying was also fast and easy. Compared to the last time it was great. Food and service both great. 😎

We had Briana J as our server and she was FANTASTIC!! Kids had Mac and cheese and chicken strips… adults had NY strip and a home style burger. Everything was delicious, and our drinks were refilled without asking. Cinnamon roll dessert was SO YUMMMMM!! Great dinner and reasonable prices. Thumbs up!!👍

We were there celebrating my graduation from Grace International Seminary, where I received my Masters degree. I still had on my cap and gown. The food was great. Everyone was very satisfied. Our waitress was so funny and friendly and her customer service was out of the park she was on it.

I dined in at this restaurant a few weeks ago. The food was amazing! I had the Classic Combo — Mozzarella sticks, chicken quesadillas, spinach and artichoke dip, and garlic parmesan boneless wings. The service was amazing too; though it did take a little longer than usual to be served, my server was super positive and came to check on us periodically. The overall atmosphere was great, too; the music was good, though it was a bit chilly. Will come here again!

So, I hadn’t the grilled cheeseburger, and oh my goodness!! The meal was spectacular! I had a problem with the way the steak was cooked for my son but it was resolved immediately! The manager of this location, Dale, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. The staff were super sweet and accommodating as well. Now I wanna work there, just to be around these people!!! This is the first time I’ve dined at this specific Applebee’s and I WILL definitely be back. Alex our sever was a sweetheart, and so attentive too, she kept making sure our drinks were filled. A great option for some late-night eating. I asked our server for his opinion on 2 different dishes. He hadn't tried either of them, and he wasn't particularly attentive to our table needs, but the experience was good over all. The wings were great, my burger was mediocre.

We went because of a coupon we had and it being my first time I didn't know what to expect. I was thoroughly surprised at the quality of the food that we were served and the speed at which it arrived at our table. I had the brisket tacos and they were good maybe there could have been a bit more brisket in the tacos but overall I was satisfied. The tea was weak though but that is most places. I have tried to stay away from chains in this economy to support small family businesses but I wanted to see what it was like the other day. Solid food, decent atmosphere. Nothing special but a good meal at a low price which is all that matters at a chain.

Enjoyed the food, but it sucks that there isn’t an option to add a rack of ribs to a meal without needing to buy a full rib meal. Ended up buying the extra meal just to have ribs.

So I tried that new skillet burger. I thought it would be a cheese sauce but it was just melted cheese. Don't get me wrong, I love cheese so I wasn't that disappointed. The burger was a little over cooked... the salmon my gf ordered was dry, the cole slaw was basic and flavorless. The drinks were good though and the service was on point. I know it's Applebee's, but I work in a restaurant and I know they could put a little more effort into the food.

My sis and I went on Christmas day and we had a blast. Got seated quickly, though there were quite a few people. The food was hot and fresh. I had a burger, that I asked for well done. It wasn't so I asked the server to put the meat in the microwave for a sec. I disassembled my burger before asking and he microwave the whole plate...bread, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles...and the onion tanglers which came back soggy. I was annoyed but ate just the burger. The service was a 4 out of 5. I'd go back.

Placed a pick up order.. waited 5 mins curbside, no one came out. Called them, it rang and rang... went in to see a staff member slowly walking to the phone. I advised that I was there to pick up my order. He walked back to check, then walked back by me, providing no update on my order. Nevertheless, all of this took 10 additional minutes to the original pick-up time. Update: I had a more pleasurable experience on my last visit. My food was brought out with little wait time and I did not have to call. Sahar (I believe that's her name) was very nice and helpful. The ultimate trio was worth every penny!

The Atmosphere of this restaurant is Amazing. We ordered Ribeye steak with vegetable, onion rings and Bourbon Chicken Shrimp Steak with fried rice. The food taste was great. Their prices were reasonable compared to some of the other high end restaurants. The Oreo milkshake was great. Overall their staffs service was great. We would definitely recommend you go to this Applebee’s.

I liked my food and my friends liked their their food. Although the appetizers were kinda over priced for what you get. It went well in the beginning, our waitress introduced herself and everything. But after that she kinda never stopped by again after she took our orders. We didn't get our food for about an hour. Like my friend wanted a refill on her drink and she had to ask the manager which on took less than a minute. And the only reason we got our food was because we told 3 different employees including the manager. The manager was a really nice dude. He gave us comps for free appetizers before left. The only reason I gave them three stars and not zero.

Manger was really welcoming, happy to greet us at the door. And he had host set us. Once seated, we waited 20 minutes for the server to say anything to us. When she finally spoke, she had an attitude. She barely checked on us. When she did we told her we had another person coming and we wanted to place an order for her. She wrote it down walked away. Our joiner came and she didn't even put the order in. Didn't offer her a beverage she just walked away. She never came back or offered us a to go box. We had to figure out how to pay on the kiosk ourselves. We still tipedher 5% and that only because we work in the industry and know tips are how we get paid. But because we work in the industry we look for good service. She definitely messed up her money that night.

Been coming here a little bit more lately. I like that they're open til 2am and feels like all the Irving plebs show up. Their food is hit and miss. I usually get the burger and find it surprisingly good, considering the price. My latest visit, I decided to change up and ordered the chicken sandwich. They microwaved it so much that when I bit into it; it burnt my lip. I say microwaved because I know some food is frozen and just put to heat up. I wish I was wrong but that's just true with late night food at most restaurants. The goal is to try and mask the microwaved process as much as possible. Freshly cooked food and microwaved food give off different types of heat. Aside from that, ima just get the burger next time. They serve pretty good drinks

Great restaurant for those who enjoy people watching, particularly watching peculiar human behavior. Great place for psychology majors to sit for a few hours and study the vibe and patrons.

Waited 30 minutes for our food. Wife's order came out and it was wrong. My burger came out later and it was burnt to a crisp. Food should come at same time. It should be correct and not overcooked, especially when you have to wait so long. Waitress also disappeared. We're never going back.

The bathroom is so gross, the sewer smell is overwhelming. Sticky floors and stains. It makes it hard to want to eat or drink anything there since it seems like sewage is leaking all over. Otherwise it is a nice place to go.

First, Service: Service was subpar at best, barely saw the server without having to remind her of something or other. It wasn't exceptionally busy, but not slow; several open tables. Our wings were supposedly forgotten and got picked up by another server. I know, it happens, but her service left me questioning if that truly was the case. There was a point where she spent 5 minutes or more having a nice chat with a table of people she knew (seated right next to us after are drinks were served) before getting to their orders. There orders certainly arrived faster than ours. We had simple items compared to theirs to boot. Second, Food: Not what I expected. To start, portion size was wildly different from the last time I went to an Applebee's. I ordered a spinach dip, and both my kids ordered a pizza. The container of spinach dip was small, with only enough dor half of the chips allotted. Definitely not worth the $10.99 it cost. The kids pizzas were both half over and half under cooked. All these hot items were on the colder side of warm. That part I didn't mind to much for the kiddos, as they would need food to cool before they can eat it anyway. Our wings (forgot to take a pic) came out a few minutes before our dessert did, and only had two of the four celery sticks requested. Skinny little rubbery ones at that. The donuts tasted as expected, but they definitely didn't look as expected based off of the pictures on the menu. I was looking forward to round donut balls covered in powdered sugar to find these smooshed partially coated things. All in all, I don't feel that this was worth the money I spent. I get better service and food from fast food restaurants.

Every time I come here. I stand at the front a long time no waitress is there greeting or seating people. Then when I sit myself nobody comes and I have to get up to find a waitress. If they aren’t going to employ enough people to run this location. Close it down. Damn. The only thing running smoothly is the bar.

This is my favorite place to go and that’s never happened before. I used to work for a restaurant similar to this and we would always give customers a heads up if we were behind. We would get in trouble if we didn’t acknowledge them at least. Again, Not sure what was going on but that was very odd. Nobody was at the front of the restaurant.

Terry is one of the rudest servers here Never in my life have I experienced horrible service like I have with him. Did not acknowledge us at all walked around us several times and did not get our drinks but got everyone else’s around us their drinks. I knew he was our server from the section they had sat us down on. But he completely ignored us. I had to ask the host to move me sections to get a better server. You can tell when someone doesn’t want to serve you and that is exactly what Terry did. Horrible service. I’d give 1 star if I could.

I wanted to try apple bees since it’s been quite a few years to think we came to this location with understaffed people, waited about 45 mins to grab someone’s attention. No waiters came to ask us if we been attended or not. A lady comes from the back and says no one informed me ? Huh ? You walked past by us 2 times. Aweful food, can’t believe they even serve cold food… hot drink! And all I really wanted was soup! How can you get that wrong? It had too many tortilla sticks in it and became mush in min. Cold fries! I had to grab some ketchup from another table.

*****RAW FOOD**** Im am truly blown away by this last order. We ordered four burgers from this place, three were ordered without any pink. What we get is two raw burgers, and all four with pink. Not a big deal, I understand. As hungry as I was i would have eaten my burger, but raw!? Would you eat this? The first image is raw, the kind of raw, i see coming out of the package but warm. The second image is raw, just a tad bit better, but still raw. We spent over $40 dollars for this. Watch out for when you visit this place.

My receipt was completely all wrong even after telling the waitress twice. Food took forever to get. The service was not was we expected at all.

Our server was phenomenal, I can’t give her enough praise. However the restrooms were atrocious, the smell was horrible. When we arrived we wanted to hear some R&B and Country. I paid 20.00 to play some songs on the jukebox. When the R&B songs played the bartender and manager appeared to be frustrated with the number of songs that were R&B. The next thing we know she paused the music and started playing the T.V. When I asked our server to get the manager to find out why the music was stopped she sent the server back over to tell us “she can’t do anything about it.” The manager clearly had an attitude and when she finally came to our table she tossed 3.00 on the table for the remaining credits that were left to play on the jukebox. Needles to say, I will NEVER step foot in Applebees again.

My wife and I are frequent visitors of Applebees, we typically go anywhere from 2-4 times a month for our date nights, so I say this as a customer and valued attendant of Applebees, that the customer service, host, and waitress of this location were appalling. Let this location not be a stain on the franchise as a whole, there were two employees who really seemed to be trying to provide a level of service above and beyond an older waitress and the bartender. The host had his pants almost around his ankles, with a gold chain and was doing gang signs leading us to our table, and our waitress was very rude, frequently messed up our order, and all in just very poor at providing any service whatsoever. To clarify this, the restaurant was not understaffed or overboooked 4 waiters and waitresses were attending a half empty restaurant. After we were seated we waited 25 minutes for our drink order to be taken, and then another 20 minutes for salads, and 20 minutes more for our main course. Over the course of an hour and a half the waitress asked to refill our glasses once. - and I say that to say this the food isn’t bad the food was really decent, and fairly priced same as would pay at any other branch, but after the encounter with the staff just crushing it at drawing paychecks rather than actually caring about their jobs I don’t think we will ever return to this branch. Thank you and I hope this review allows you to make informed decisions about dining at this particular branch. There’s another branch in Richardson where the service is on par with quality food and even though it’s 10 miles further away I would much rather go to that branch than ever step foot back in this one!

Our server Miracle was horrible never checked on us, had to ask for our bill then waited 15 min for her to come get our payment then she dropped our receipt off and never said thanks or bye. I have been a server for many years and the service we received tonight made sure we will not return!

Came in at 4:50 on a Tuesday and no one was there. The restaurant wasn't full, borderline empty but there wasn't a hostess or server in sight. Not even a sign saying sit yourselves. Waited 15 minutes before I realized everyone was at the bar talking to each other. It wasn't like they wouldn't known we were here because the door slammed shut behind us due to the strong winds. I get slow days mean you can relax a bit, but at least glance at the front here and then??? Id rather make the drive to the airport than come back here.
