Now that was a delicious burger. I got the junior burger because I wasn’t too sure what to expect since I’ve never been here but part of me regrets not getting a bigger burger now. The fries were crispy and tasty. The Coke tasted like Coke. You would get at McDonald’s so that was super awesome. The place was very clean and the bathroom floor very clean as well. Cause that’s always important. Hope to return to one of these locations someday soon. Or hopefully they bring one here to Houston Texas area.

I have no words to describe how tasty this old school ice cream is. The best thing i had a banana spilt for less than 5 dollars. In budget amazing ice cream shop.... must visit place with awesome staff..

First time here. I’ve heard it’s a local store, origin in Oklahoma. Had a good first impression on me. It’s not only a fast food chain, but also ice cream and little grocery store. Good idea. The ice cream doesn’t taste cheap, it’s kind of Italian gelato. I loved the hot spicy chicken burger with bacon.

If you’re ice cream lovers then you should try this one. I am sure you will love this version of ice cream. Not only ice cream you will enjoy other stuff too. You can go for dinner or lunchtime

Ice cream's good! Expect to wait a bit, though. Food orders take a while, and you gotta keep an eye on them since there's no tracking system. The staff announced it once, then just left the food at the billing desk without any notes. You might not even know whose food it is.

Braum’s ice cream was absolutely delightful! We tried the birthday cake flavor, a chocolate vanilla cone, and a banana split sundae. All of which were delicious. The store was clean and well staffed, with about six employees keeping things running smoothly. Despite the drive-thru being packed due to the Independence Day rush, the service and atmosphere inside were great. I took my friend’s kids for a little treat, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Braum’s truly never disappoints!

Banana split with three scoops of ice cream (butterscotch, vanilla and chocolate) is an absolute delight. It also comes with cut strawberries and dry fruits. It is very close to Indian style triple sundae ice creams.

First, they KEEP PUTTING BOTH bannanas entirely UNDER ALL the icecream! Your supposed to enjoy scooping part of each bannana with your icecream. BUT because they CONSTANTLY place BOTH bannanas UNDER ALL the ice cream. I cannot get to my bannanas until im done with all the icecream. Your supposed to put a bannana on the left and rt of all the icecream. Sorry but they GIVE NO FUX to that concept. Thats the ENTIRE sale of the bannana split. Its created with a bannana on each side to enjoy the meal. CLEARLY its offensive to even mention to create it correctly. It's like its soooo offensive "how dare you ask me to make it correcrly, just take it"😞😞😞Braums im saddened by your poor service.

The ice cream in the tubs is awesome way better than most places and still about $5 ,lots of flies in the kitchen tho so I don't recommend food from here until the colder months maybe ?

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Didn't get what I ordered. Went back to get it fixed and the kid used the same burger and just added to it. Picked up my top bun and added ingredients. I asked for a refund. They need to train their employees.

Went through the drive thru and received this mess. I should’ve checked. This is so disappointing and frustrating.

When did hand packed pints come with only 2 scoops for the price of a pint❓ I did NOT receive a pints worth for the price I paid‼️

Seems that employees dont want to help. Very busy good for business but when someone stepup to count all you see is the back of everyone white shirts. Like dang not another person ordering.stood at counter waiting for someone to take my order. Had to go through drive thru just get what i wanted. That team needs wait that manager needs to be coached again and then recoach their team member on customer service.

Come on man… this order was not that hard. Almost everything was wrong. Asked for a banana split with NO strawberry topping — got it full of strawberries. Ordered a tuxedo sundae — got two plain scoops with hot fudge. Ordered two chocolate single-scoop M&M sundaes — got vanilla with NO M&Ms. I get that young kids work here, but this was ridiculous. The entire order was wrong. Please slow down, read the ticket, and do better.

I was waiting by the counter ready to order while staff just walking back & forward talking & goofing around. Meanwhile I started to observe the kitchen how dirty of a mess it was. I observed it was nothing but teenagers working. No responsible person in sight. Clothing were messy & dirty with stains, sagging pants. I ended up getting grossed out & walk out. This establishment was a total mess even the dining area. Over run by kids that the management team at this Braum’s has hired only. Meanwhile, thanks for ignoring me & not taking my order. I know fast food places are not clean areas. But today. This braums was dirty in the kitchen, dinning hall especially there staff. It just gave a bad appearance of them representing the company.

I came here to get a quick meal and dessert through the drive thru and the service was horrible. The person at the speaker could hardly speak, stuttering before every item and getting irritated when I would correct her. Eventually, when I got my order in and paid I went to the second window only to have to pull forward, to wait for my one combo and sundae. I was waiting for almost 20 minutes before I decided to go inside to ask what was taking so long, and was then apologized to and received my order only for it to be incorrect and sloppy looking. I asked for no nuts as I am allergic and yet there were nuts, I ordered a brownie fudge sundae and got a molten lava cake and my burger was a regular cheeseburger when I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. I will never eat here again and neither should any one else who cares about their health or time.

Braum’s was honestly kind of nasty. Came today with some friends. The food was fine, but the place just felt dirty. The tables were sticky, the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped, and when I went to the restroom, there were actual dead roaches. Like, just hanging out like they worked there. The ice cream was okay, but it’s hard to enjoy when you’re wondering what’s crawling around in the back. I prefer to eat within a clean safe environment but this place was definitely not the cleanest spot. probably won’t be back.

I went in for a burger combo6 days ago and had one of the worst dining experiences. While I was sitting at a table, an employee started spraying window cleaner directly into the air at the table right next to mine. With the sunlight coming through the window, I could actually see the mist floating all over my food. She didn't spray it onto a cloth first to wipe the glass, just sprayed it into the air--so I was left breathing in chemicals while trying to eat, and my food was contaminated. I quickly packed up my meal and moved. When I brought it to the counter, they replaced my fries but not my burger, which was also ruined. I ended up throwing away more than half of my meal. The staff's response made it clear they didn't really care. This is a food safety issue. Spraying chemicals around customers and their food shows a complete lack of training and professionalism. If you work in food service, handling cleaning supplies safely should be basic standard. Unfortunately, this place doesn't take that seriously.
