It's Church's Chicken, what do you expect? Great tasting chicken at a reasonable price! The atmosphere leaves plenty of room for improvement, but that's more reflective of the location and customer base.

Spicy tenders were fresh, hot, and tasty. The manager was extremely welcoming to all who entered the restaurant and said, " see you tomorrow," to everyone leaving. The other ladies I was with was pleased with there food choices as well...everything was fresh.

Food is excellent but the customer service bad need work with your employees for cashier's we have 2 Spanish ladies so Rode need people friendly with customers not angry.. generally the store need new management for fixing few issues..

The maneger works so hard. But I came in tonight and know one would even look at me. I finally ask this employee that was getting her dinner. But she said she doesn't speak English and smiled. Someone finally came out. She gave me cold old chicken and took good 10 minutes. I won't come at night anymore.

Went to get chicken at 9:30 on a Saturday night they said they were out of chicken. The website says they close at 11 but they close at 10. Horrible customer service.

I order online. Went to pick up order. They told me they had no white meat. I asked for a refund. Manager told me I had to go thru the app because thats how I ordered. So I ordered online from KFC and even though they had closed they stayed cooking for a hour finishing orders. Sent messages to Church's app, emailed them sent from facebook messenger also called store no answer. I still haven't got my money but did get a message saying to contact store manager the same manger who told me to handle it online.

This was the worst chicken I have EVER tried to eat, zero seasoning, zero salt. The biscuit was flat and hard. They must have forgotten/left out the baking soda. The fried okra was good because I asked for it to be made fresh.

Not sure what kind of chicken this is, but it’s not the origin chicken I got last week!! Salty dark brown skin!! This is not the batter they typically use and it’s nasty as hell!! The macaroni is over cooked and gummy just ugh

Poor service. The cashier was all over the place, didn't get my correct order and charged me for it. I love the mac n cheese from here but it was burnt and wasn't even enough to fill the cups. It looked as if the cups had been siting under a heat lamp because they were cracking and looked smashed. The chicken tenders were small, thin and were blackish. Didn't get gravy or my fires with the meal even though the cashier said it was in the bag. Asked for spicy and they said it would be a 15 min wait it was 11:30 in the morning! They are never prepared at this location as I have given the chances time and time again and they always seem to mess up my orders. Always running around like crazy never organized.
