A very comfortable place to sit down and have a coffee. Delicious donuts great place to have lunch or a coffee for a meeting with a client co-worker or a friend.

Ordered inside and the order was quick and correct. Servers were polite and informative. The men's room was clean and we'll supplied. Whoever the franchisees are they obviously put in the time for the proper training.

Sometimes they put my expresso that I have to pay extra for in my coffee, and sometimes they don't. Lazy or just don't care. Can't be a mistake because it's marked on the lid that they put it in there.

They make the perfect tasting coffee in an extra large triple triple. I buy 5 at a time and put them in the fridge, heat them up over the next couple of days. Usually nice

We don't have any Tim Hortons around New England so whenever we are traveling we stop here instead of McDonald's, Wendy's or BurgerKing. Food is always fresh, coffee is amazing, ice tea is refreshing. There maple donuts and waffle breakfast sandwichs are a delishious staple item. Most importantly the staff has always been fast and helpful.

Favorite coffee when I come to Buffalo. Cleveland are was promised Tim Hortons a couple years ago and still have none yet I hear Columus does. Please bring TH to North Ridgeville, Ohio. We have a closed Burger King ready for you to move in. After all... don't you own Burger King?

We did a bicycle ride from Erie, PA, to Niagara Falls, Canada. We affectionately called it The Tour de Tim Hortons because we stopped at many Tim Hortons along the way. We stopped at a Tim Hortons in Fredonia, Silver Creek, Hamburg, and Niagara Falls. All of the locations were busy, but service was prompt. Restaurants were clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

I've never had a bad sandwich at Timmy's. This one is good, good coffee, friendly, fast. You normally don't find a lot of noisy kids running around.

It's Tims, this location always has a busy drive thru but they generally get it done pretty quickly. The long long line doesn't scare me away to get coffee nextdoor at McDonald's. To be dramatic, drinking McDonald's coffee would be tragic.

Very clean and complying with Covid safety. The food was delicious and quick. Kids loved the Piggy Pancakes. Went two days in a row. First day, kids received refills. Second day, we had to pay for them. Literally the same drinks as the day before. Perhaps it is at the decretion of the server!?! Only real complaint is the bathrooms were FREEZING and water to wash your hands was ICE COLD!

Idk why we're littered with DD where i live when this chain exists and is a million times better. Tourists try it and to people who get to live in the presence of tim hortons be grateful and never go to dunkins again!

They were very timely and efficient. My daily ice capp was absolutely wonderful! Thank you Tim Hortons. My only reasoning for 4 stars was that my coffee didn't taste as strong as it usually is and was like warm. Otherwise, 👍🏻. Irving, NY is my favorite out of all of them.

Pretty good baked goods. Had never had it before. This particular location seemed like the staff was a bit out of rhythm. Some who was cashiering made a mistake and another employee put him on the spot. And kept loudly telling the other workers what he had done wrong. I felt bad for the guy. But it got resolved.

My first time to a Tim Hortons. The staff was super friendly and made extra efforts to accommodate my dietary needs. Great coffee, plus they have dairy-alternative options. Prices are very reasonable, I'll definitely come back next time I'm up North🙌🏽☕️

The coffee and food is usually really good if you come at the right time and have the right people making it. Just got to keep decaf brewing more consistantly. I wish some workers could understand that you have to keep the counter area looking decent even if you are busy, check your cream amounts going into your coffee and make sure your sugar doesnt get jammed with the humidity. David is a great leader and makes sure the food is always great. I had an issue with my coffee and he solved the problem. Thank you David :)

Let’s say the attitude of the large man taking orders was not optimal. No matter how friendly, respectful, and polite I was there was nothing of the same being returned. The steak wrap was great. The Boston cream though was a little stale. The bagels seemed like they weren’t exactly fresh either.

Only thing I wish is they stirred the drinks better I got a coffee triple triple shot of espresso it wasn't mixed well so the bottom is to sweet not just once but every time

Took a while for 6 drinks, four of which were frozen, but that's likely when you have to do that many frozen ones. The iced Capps were more creamer than coffee I felt but they're still good.

All I can say is that if someone comes in and orders what looks and tastes like a chicken fajitas, but all you have are called chicken wraps, ask them if that might be what they want. Don't send them away telling them they don't have any such item on the menu.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pumpkin muffin was very good. The coffee left a lot to be desired. I won't be drinking that again.

I would go again: All the important stuff- Very fast and very good product (fresh breakfast sandwiches, donuts, and coffee). Polite. Clean. Things to improve: (1) cold drinks that are 98% ice feel like a ripoff. I will learn & order differently next time. (2) only one one toilet & sink per bathroom here. Would be better if there were at least a stall to wall off the toilet, so another person can hand-wash while the toilet is used. (Or else an extra courtesy sink outside the bathrooms.) Annoying: the 3 of us who had breakfast sandwiches were charged the _breakfast meal_ price PLUS charged for a beverage. (I had even asked for “just the sandwich- not the meal” for 2 of the orders.) I tried to explain the error, but it was too hard. It didn’t seem like it was on purpose. I see online orders for this location only have the “sandwich alone” price as an option. Next time I will order online to avoid paying for our drinks twice. Still a very good stop for us.

First time trying this chain, I used the drive-through. I ordered the turkey club meal, but it felt like they didn't hear me very well or were otherwise distracted (there was only 1 car in front of me, though so??) The chips that came with the meal were good, warm, crisp, and lightly salted. The coffee was also excellent, very smooth compared to the strong bitter taste of Star Bucks. I ordered the turkey club, which comes on a stif toasted ciabatta, and being loaded with a lot of mayo (too much for my taste) it was hard to keep it from squishing everywhere and its flavor was nothing special.

Too much increase on price and not enough deals ..needs loyalty rewards lift for us that spend alot there.it would just help giving each other back in ways so our society in a close village type area persay.....That way we all stay decent to one another. Possibly can bring further and more business as well with word of mouth and just some new comers that pass by on 60. .thank you however workers are great and as always taste of home and sweetness...

Edit: stopped here again on my way through and this time their scanner wasn't working to scan the code on the app. The woman at the window was VERY rude about it, acted like my coffee order was an inconvenience to her. I had a free coffee reward earned, couldn't redem it abd basically got an "oh well" from her. Coffee was good but the lady at the window didn't say one word to me. No hello, no total given or a good bye.

The day of Feb 29 2020 at around 3:30pm we had an amazing experience at this location. The staff's where friendly outgoing helpful it was a great atmosphere to be around. This same location the next day at around 11am the staff members where rude the management was screaming at the employees! (Less talking more workung) as we where placing our order and the drive threw lady said to another employee.( You would think people think it's rocket science since they can place a simple order.) It was just the worse experience ever. Its odd that the same place would have just total opposite of employees in one location. From the extremely caring to the most mean and nasty crew. I would have given a 5 star if it wasn't for the crew of March 1 2020 11am.

I've never been inside but the drive-thru is quick convenient friendly I've never had a complaint except it when I want an English muffin with bacon and cheese at night I'm told that's a breakfast sandwich even though there's no egg but other than that no complaints! I only mentioned it because that's the only one that always says that! Every other I have referenced or gave my review never turns it down unless the muffins are gone for the day

Consistently, the staff isn't the friendliest. Good luck if you ask for napkins...the stink eye I recieved was of epic proportions. I guess I am giving them two stars because the location had everything I ordered (a muffin and iced coffee) in the afternoon. Yikes.

Take your parka... I was there for a business meeting and everyone had sweatshirts and we froze. How was anyone to enjoy that atmosphere or a cup of coffee. Not thinking of the comfort of your customers. Initial perception is everything. Service is always good but that's not the whole picture.

The last few weeks I've been coming in on Saturdays doing an online order for coffee or and breakfast sandwiches; my order always takes longer than expected to pick up or nobody knows that I order it and then they're rushing to get it done when it's not even organized or even looked at and I'm waiting additional 5 minutes for my order when I wore it 5 minutes prior to entering the store. Every time I come in for an online order I never get apology for my order being late address it with your employees and your employees don't seem like they actually care the day messed up.

if I could rate 0 stars I would. Every time I go into this Tim hortons and it only ever happenes at this tim hortons my order is messed up somehow some way. I do not order complicated things I get one or two drinks max! They are simple tea with 1 MILK AND 1 SUGAR. Every time they make it with cream and I have to have them fix it. My coffee is an XL DR DD. They either don't put any sugar in it or serve it room temp or do not stir it or don't even use the DR. The biggest issue I have are the workers on the over nights. They tell me that none of them have the authority to give a cash refund when they mess up my order and I don't even want it anymore because I'm annoyed. I know many people that work for the company I know all what you have to do. You don't need any special pin to open the til. WORST TIM HORTONS THAT IVE EVER BEEN TO AND DO NOT PLAN ON GOING BACK EVER AGAIN!!

Paid 5.71 for a large coffee, 4 cream and 4 French vanilla shots. Cost 2.82 for the shots. Dunkin doesn't do this and is about 1.75 cheaper.

They were rude, the menu print was WAY too small, the lady was trying to rush us through the drive through. We went inside out of frustration of nothe being able to read the menu and then we could barely read the menu inside aswell. The food was mediocre, my hash brown was old. Terrible first experience.

Ordered 2 coffees, they both were made incorrectly. I called to complain and the manager told me that I can’t put people down by complaining. They wouldn’t refund my card but instead wanted me to drive all the way back to get new ones.

Got in line, they took order from people who got there after me. Then another guy went to the other line, and asked if i was in line. I said yes, and was standing where they took the second groups order. Then they skipped me and went to this third guy. Terrible service. I left without ordering anything.

Sad that the nasty cashier RIPPED our money out of my fiancé’s hand. Even though she has a vendetta against my fiancé it was totally uncalled for since we spend a lot of money at Tim Hortons, we will just go to the Angola Tim Hortons because their service is 10x’s more professional. After being misguided to three different Tim Hortons in the area that were either nonexistent or read that they were open on Google Maps in dunkirk, ny we finally accidentally ran into one that was open 24 hours. Main st. Irving, ny. We ordered through drive thru two hot coffees and a large iced coffee with two apple fritters. They preceded to tell us they didn't have any apple fritters and offered scraps that were left from the previous evening. when we got up to the window, and they only had about 20 for apple fritters in showcase in plain sight. we ask them for them and they refused the sale saying corporate refuses to allow them to sell fresh baked goods before 3:30 am. This was 3:06 am... the server at the window copped an attitide saying shes only the order taker and new to overnights, ignored my request to speak to the supervisor and also failing to hand out a receipt telling me to call to handle it around 6am. seriously ridiculous. News to me being an experienced Tim Hortons supervisor. Never have I ever... or will I ever again.

At 9:30 in the morning this place was out of eggs and apparently there was a 7 minutes wait to make them??? And the 3 drinks we got were covered in the flavoring syrup. So we won't be going here again.

To the owner of tim hortons irving location . You are the defintion of what is wrong with american economy at the present time . Your price gouging is unreal.. the same coffee at 90 percent of the other locations across western ny is anywhere from 60cents to 80 cents cheaper .. now obviously 80 cents is " not a big deal" but in terms of your profit margin it isdef a big deal . When i asked why this is i got the responce of " we are CLOSE to the thruway" lol .... Is bith fredonua locations not close? , ridge road? Hamburg ? Every month you come in to this location yall raise the price a dime .

my family stopped by this location for breakfast and let me tell you it was bad. they lied about not having chocolate glazed timbits, yea possibly remember before literally putting them in an assorted timbits pack. and they charged my father for everything and yet still forgot a coffee. also it was very clear that everything was rushed. safe to say we aren’t coming back.

This has to be the slowest and worst Tim Hortons of all time! Never have I ever had such terrible service. We went through the drive thru around 10:30am on a Saturday and they only had 1 person working in the drive thru. The guy at the window wanted to park us when we only ordered 2 drinks! This is after waiting 10 mins in the drive thru line. I have never in my life been parked in a tim Hortons drive thru ever in Canada. The cinnamon spice latte I ordered was terrible. Cold nasty food and total disregard from employees.

I ordered a frozen hot chocolate which was not frozen at all, the grilled cheese I also order was mushy and gross. The lady at the window was very rude didn’t give us are receipt and over charged us. As I was pulling out of the drive through I decided to go inside to see if I could get another frozen hot chocolate and that one wasn’t frozen at all either.

Two days in a row the drink size was wrong. Paid for a large received a medium then when I asked what size it was the employee lied and said large and only said it was a medium when I replied this isn’t a large. They took it back with complete attitude then put it In a larger white cup full of ice so I’m sure it was the same drink. No hash browns were available for a farmers wrap and ok it happens but then no cheese was on the sandwich either? That was yesterday. I didn’t go back and complain. Second day today ordered the strawberry and coconut milk drink same thing in a white cup full of ice and no strawberry flavor added tasted like milk water. Gave me a medium hot coffee when I ordered a large ice coffee finally I just said I want a refund then was told I couldn’t have one by the manager who said we will fix your drinks we do not refund!! Honestly at that point I would rather drink puddle water than any drink they would have made. Completely awful!

Coffee was bitter...too old. Beagle butter was messy...kids there are not trained properly. I had to wait there for minutes and no-one came forward to take my order even after knowing that I was there.

Rarely can I get a halfway decent cup of coffee here and never in a timely manner. After midnight I typically wait between 8 and 12 minutes and as long as 19 minutes for 1 large coffee. Forget trying the food here they can't even make a cup of coffee without grounds or even some black flakes. Gave the black flakes back to 2 managers. With no apology or explanation.

I just went through the drive-thru...ordered an oreo ice capp...received a little dab of whipped cream...so I requested it the way it is shown in the pic...he argued with me about how much whipped cream it was supposed to get....I hope you enjoyed the last 4.49 you'll ever get from me!!!!

I wish I had an option for zero stars. My coffee is never right when I get it. I refer to it as “brown water” because that’s what it tastes like. They’re very rude at the window and throw your stuff at you as fast as they can to get you out of line. I work at McDonald’s and understand having to beat your times but being rude doesn’t make anything go faster.

Nothing but mistakes with this Tim Hortons they can never take a simple order. I ordered a PLAIN bagel like I always do along with a few other items and when I got home the PLAIN bagel was toasted with cream cheese! So I call and ask for a manager and spoke to a Samantha and explained my order and even she couldn’t comprehend it. When it finally clicked what a PLAIN bagel was she told me they must have been confused and next time I need to order a NON-PERPARED bagel. Wow just wow!

Walked in as drive through was not accessible with my vehicle. Stood at the register for 10 minutes before anyone even asked if I was helped yet. Mind you there were 6 people behind the counter. Horrible customer service.

This Tim’s is awful!!! Can’t get a simple order straight two days in a row. I ordered an everything bagel TOASTED with cream cheese and both times it wasn’t toasted. They rush you through the drive thru literally aggressively handing you your food change drinks not giving you one second to put it down. Maybe you should slow down and make the order correct instead of rushing everyone through the line!

This Tim Hortons sucks! I go here every morning before work with my fiancé and the past few weeks, they always under fill our cups. I even went in the store yesterday and asked one of the men working if he would fill it to the brim and he filled half of it with foam. Would not recommend getting drinks here. So, I ordered 2 medium hot lattes, but I might as well have ordered them iced because they were ice cold somehow. Not friendly service and cold coffee. Won't be stopping by here again. 0 out of 10 would not recommend this location to anyone.
