The coffee and food is usually really good if you come at the right time and have the right people making it. Just got to keep decaf brewing more consistantly. I wish some workers could understand that you have to keep the counter area looking decent even if you are busy, check your cream amounts going into your coffee and make sure your sugar doesnt get jammed with the humidity. David is a great leader and makes sure the food is always great. I had an issue with my coffee and he solved the problem. Thank you David :)

Let’s say the attitude of the large man taking orders was not optimal. No matter how friendly, respectful, and polite I was there was nothing of the same being returned. The steak wrap was great. The Boston cream though was a little stale. The bagels seemed like they weren’t exactly fresh either.

I stood by the counter for a while as the workers finish their conversation. They looked towards me but didn't acknowledge me. It might have been close to closing time, since they said they didn't have any chicken. ☹️

I've never been inside but the drive-thru is quick convenient friendly I've never had a complaint except it when I want an English muffin with bacon and cheese at night I'm told that's a breakfast sandwich even though there's no egg but other than that no complaints! I only mentioned it because that's the only one that always says that! Every other I have referenced or gave my review never turns it down unless the muffins are gone for the day

I dont care to get my favorite at this location. I like the everyting bagle butteredwith onion and chive cream cheese .the past 5 different times ive gotten it there ( hoping they get it correct ) i get no butter and the slightest amount of onion and chive cream cheese. I go to other locations and i get what i pay for else where , never at the irving location. So let down every time.... ugh!)

The last few weeks I've been coming in on Saturdays doing an online order for coffee or and breakfast sandwiches; my order always takes longer than expected to pick up or nobody knows that I order it and then they're rushing to get it done when it's not even organized or even looked at and I'm waiting additional 5 minutes for my order when I wore it 5 minutes prior to entering the store. Every time I come in for an online order I never get apology for my order being late address it with your employees and your employees don't seem like they actually care the day messed up.

This Tim’s is awful!!! Can’t get a simple order straight two days in a row. I ordered an everything bagel TOASTED with cream cheese and both times it wasn’t toasted. They rush you through the drive thru literally aggressively handing you your food change drinks not giving you one second to put it down. Maybe you should slow down and make the order correct instead of rushing everyone through the line!

This Tim Hortons sucks! I go here every morning before work with my fiancé and the past few weeks, they always under fill our cups. I even went in the store yesterday and asked one of the men working if he would fill it to the brim and he filled half of it with foam. Would not recommend getting drinks here. (All these pics are from the past 2 weeks)

Second time ordering large hot vanilla latte, pricey drink $5, and that is not what I got. Literally 3 ingredients. One was milk and vanilla, today was large coffee. Come on people...better training and quality control.

So, I ordered 2 medium hot lattes, but I might as well have ordered them iced because they were ice cold somehow. Not friendly service and cold coffee. Won't be stopping by here again. 0 out of 10 would not recommend this location to anyone.
