I've ordered from Dominos a few times ever since I got a proper address while living here to attend RPI. They've always been on time and the food has always been delicious. One time, they actually called me to notify me that they didn't have any more parmesan packets! Naturally, I was sad since I love parmesan, but it wasn't a big deal since I had a little left in my kitchen, so I told them not to worry about it. When my pizza arrived, I was surprised with a little bag filled with parmesan cheese! It was so nice of them to do this and ever since then, I've never once been disappointed by them. An ex-roommate of mine did say that she once had a bad experience with them, but I don't see how. You guys at this local domino's are simply great :) thanks for being so awesome! I only wish I could tip $20 each time.

Shout out to Terry I order at 7pm and by 10 pm I hadn't gotten my order. So I drove over and at first I was pretty mad but as I walking it's just HIM and ONE DRIVER nee years day the man is hours behind. He was so friendly and apologetic shame on the boss for poor scheduling and shame on the people calling a screaming at this guy just trying to do his job. Terry and that driver deserve a raise. 🙌🏻

Terry is the manager here and he KILLS IT!! If you see him in there you can feel confident knowing you're going to get what you came for and he always will gladly fix any mistakes with no issues if you give him just the slightest patience. Best customer service I've ever received anywhere including at 5 star restaurants. This guy deserves a raise, please tip him well!!

I ordered online for pickup, my pizza was cooked promptly, and was fresh and hot when I arrived. No complaints on the pizza, it was made just as I requested and tasted great. The woman who took and made my order was doing a fantastic job keeping up with the end of night orders. I'd definitely visit this location again.

I’ve never had an issue with this location. There’s an older gentleman that works here that really makes the pizzas nicely and the managers are friendly. My God is always hot. Lowkey salty with the Alfredo sauce but delicious

This will be my third order to dominos. My first pizza was delicious. However, second time, I ordered same pizza, was not very good. The toppings were not cooked with the pizza and appeared to had been just thrown on. Some of the sausage was still cold and the toppings just fell off, like just rolled off the pizza. This time, I did not order a specialty pizza, just a regular one with 3 toppings inly. If it arrives the same as the last pizza I ordered, we're done. I am hoping it will be good. Alsi, I just noticed the delivery charges. Which I believe to be excessive in that the money does not go to delivery guy or gal. I always like to tip the delivery person but the high delivery charge cuts into the amount of tip! O.k. i hope it's a good one! Rosa

Great pizza for a great price! I don’t like the wings at all from domino’s they are average at best or fair. Would also wish the employees making the food would wear gloves! I can only hope they are keeping their hands clean. Either way though handling food you should be wearing gloves, especially during these times of Covid!

I wouldn't normally be a fan but they have definitely come in handy now that I've been working overnights the last year, very fast, pleasant & accurate. I'd recommend and they're open late and i remember i placed and online order abt 10mins before close and still received my order in the usual manner.

For anyone wondering why no one picks up the phone when they’re on hold about you asking for your order, the delivery driver told me today that their system is busted and the customer isn’t able to hear the people talking on the other side so they’re forced to hold the line for an extended period of time and then hang up. Regardless there is other methods of communication available such as using a personal cell phone that could tell the customer well ahead of time if their order could be fulfilled and not having to wait until 12-1am to get a notification on a phone saying the order was canceled. My order at the time of me writing this took 3.5 hours from start to finish and thought it would be cancelled again until I saw that it would be fulfilled through the tracker. Food quality as always is great and the delivery driver is super nice and helpful about information regarding the store. Thank you terry for making my food even through all the backlogs and thanks to the delivery driver for always being nice and fistbumping me close to midnight.

I have had two friends who've owned this particular franchise, add several who've managed it, from 1981 through 2008. I can honestly say I've never seen a more poorly run, mismanaged store in my entire life. What a nightmare! If you can't get quality employees, you might as well shut the freakin' doors because you're driving business away! They delivered to Brunswick for almost 20 years, and now they don't? It wasn't bad enough they stopped selling the 16" pie that EVERY OTHER pizza shop in Troy sells, but the service, if you can call it that, is non-existent. Price? I'd sooner buy a full size sheet pan 24-cut pizza from a local restaurant for $20 than $19 for a 2 topping 14" pizza from the Domino's chain store. Absolutely love Domino's, but there comes a point...even in BIDEN'S economy where enough is enough.

Our Domino's order: Large (14") "hand tossed" Cheeseburger 'specialty' pizza, 8- piece boneless chicken, 1 stuffed cheesy bread and 8 dipping sauces (prepackaged - 2 marinara, 3 blue cheese, 1 ranch and 2 garlic) Just 4-small slices for leftovers Total: $63.60 including delivery and 20% tip. Although everything came hot and tasted good, the boneless chicken wings were pitifully small with no sauce, and there were not a a large amount of toppings on the pizza (meat toppings were skimpy to say the least) The stuffed cheesy bread was very good though. For the entire price we paid there, for $5 more we get twice the amount of food from Amante Pizza just a couple of blocks from Domino's... From Amante's we order: 18" Extra Large pizza with 4 added extra topping (true hand tossed crust with a *generous* amount of toppings - overall the same price as Domino's), 12 mild boneless wings (huge and well sauced) , 6 mozzarella sticks (fat and stringy), and a Sausage Stromboli (plump, handmade, stuffed and cheesy) ...included is a large amount of homemade marinara dipping sauce. Everything is delicious and filling with plenty of leftovers! Total: $68.21, including delivery and larger tip! Additionally it only takes 1/2 hour *MAX* for a piping hot delivery of all that food from Amante and it took Dominos 1 hour for a significantly smaller amount of food. We ordered from Domino's at the same time and day we normally order from Amante, so that was not the reason for the long wait... In conclusion - we wanted to try the new pizza at Dominos and we did but were not overly impressed as we hoped. The cost vs. quantity/quality for what we got was a huge disappointment. Unfortunately for Domino's it was an overall fail and we will be going back to higher quality/quantity for the same price at Amante Pizza!

Inconsistent service. When they do it right the delivery is fast and the pizzas good. However, we've had pizzas with completely the wrong toppings or toppings missing. When I've called they've sent out another pizza with still the wrong toppings. The other day their online system was down so I called in an order. When it didn't turn up I called only to find that it had been ordered as a pickup. They promised to deliver it. Long story short, after 2 hours no pizza was delivered and the last person I spoke to didn't know anything about my order. We won't be ordering from here again.

Service is getting worse and worse. 2 hours before the food got here. Over an hour from the original estimated time. No dipping sauce at all for the bread twists, and I ordered an extra one so got charged for it. This is numerous times I've been disappointed from this location. Won't be ordering from this location again.

This particular location could be doing a lot better. It still does not offer delivery despite every other chain around offering it. The regular crust and cheesy bread is still up to the good normal dominos standard, but the thin crust pizza tastes like cardboard.

Delivery is so slow. Tracker says pizza says it is out of the oven and an hur later it hasn't even left yet? This has happened numerous times. I usually get a free pizza out of it but I just assume have my food on time instead. I'm not sure if it is just because they are short staffed or what but it seems they pay drivers pretty well so I guess people are just too lazy to work these days.

We took buffalo chicken pizza. They burnt the cheese. Also, The price is really high. Only 14" pizza cost $23.12. We didn’t use any toppings. Very disappointing.

sad to hear that this store was so bad behind the scenes. Honestly i thought it was just a few bad days here and there, or some employees were trained differently on food prep. All fine and dandy but to hear they have been shut down and wont be re opening sucks because they’re the only local store near me. Had a free pizza to use and everything. Sucks but if its for the best of peoples health and safety then I cant be mad about that. I’ll eventually get my dominos fix

I ordered my food around 5:45 didn’t get it until almost 9 now when I called who I assume was the manager said they only had one driver ok fine then he said that the orders weren’t being made until they are being picked up mind you my food was still cold 😫I got two pizzas and wings I also got a email asking if I wanted 60 pts or a 20% off coupon I don’t want either because I’m not ordering from there again I was better off ordering from Rusty’s in watervliet or I love

I was shocked to see such bad reviews as the first time I ordered from here it was absolute perfection. My pizza tasted like it just came out of the oven, it was amazing for my first dinner in my new home. However my order today wasn’t nearly as good. The crust on my pizza tasted like it was a week old, I bit into it and the first few bites were falling apart, there was barely any crust on the bottom. After that it just tasted…stale I guess? It was unappetizing. I tried the new dip and it was okay, good not great. After reading reviews I realized they only have one driver which is why it took 30 minutes for them to start bringing my order after it was out of the oven, but it was still hot and I understand working in a place that’s horribly understaffed so I appreciate their hard work regardless. Overall my experience this time was just ok. Unfortunately I don’t think they’ll ever live up to my first experience with them :(

The food was good, but the staffing was disastrous. The poor guy was really nice and apologetic, but he was by himself on a Friday night and was wayyy behind on orders. Took a couple hours to get my order from the time I placed it online to when it was actually ready. Domino's: pay your people more so they'll actually want to come to work! Can't recommend this place until they get their staffing fixed!

Previously had given this location 4 stars. Sadly this time around I have to down grade my rating. My spinach and feta hand tossed pizza was amazing. However the 4 buffalo chicken sandwiches that I bought for my carnivorous men were not the best. I thought that the first one was a fluke, nope. I was wrong. All 4 looked like this. Over toasted, dry and maybe a total of 6 pieces of chicken. Again, I must reiterate that the pizzas are always delicious from this location, but I will not buy the buffalo chicken sandwiches here again, nor can I recommend the sandwiches. Play it safe and stick with the pizza.

Rude. The website wasn't working to place an order. Even though the website stated that the store closes at 2am, but "don't worry as long as you place your order before 2am it will still be delivered".... I called the store to place the order verbally. My call was answered with "Thank you for calling Domino's, we're closed" and when I brought up that they didn't close for another 10 minutes the employee said "Yeah, we're not delivering anymore tonight".... Completely unprofessional and rude. No apology or explanation, simply NOPE! we're not doing anything else tonight.

Workers here don't want to work and serve customers. They will cancel the orders themselves at the store . Managment has to take proper action on these workers here. It's very disappointing service

Ordered online from the hoosick store. Ordered pizza, bread sticks, and lava cakes. The driver handed me two of the items when I asked where the lava cakes were he informed me they weren't sold anymore. I call the store they insisted I wouldn't be changed for them, but my account shows it was. I call again and get placed on hold for 20 minutes. I finally gave up, but will be calling the store manager tomorrow!

Extremely disappointing experience. Everbody understand that employee who is under training and taking orders might make mistakes. I ordered for medium chicken with bell pepper and onion. I ordered for medium chicken with bell pepper and onion. After giving my card i asked her to change it to large if payment not completed at terminal. I got medium pepperoni with onion pizza. I notified this mistake to the employee who took the order. That time, another employee came to help her who appeared to be the trainer...so rude, and smashed the computer screen. She completed her " investigation" in a minute and was staring at me and told that since i changed medium to large, fault is on my side and not on her since she is on training. I am sure, that trainer is a stupid lady. I did not say any single word at that time, since i did not want to hurt the feeling of that trainee.

I've never been treated so relentlessly rudely by staff at this location. Whether it takes them three hours to deliver a pizza because they're criminally understaffed or you never get a pizza at all because of incompetence and aggressive staff members on the phone, order your pizza from literally anywhere else other than this place. Do not recommend for any reason.

Ordered @12:21 for delivery and at 1:26 I am in the store because my order was waiting on quality check for 45 minutes. I showed up in person only to find out they had messed up and discovered the problem when I walked in the door and asked. The last time I ordered the driver forgot my 2 liter coke. As I'm sitting here they are remaking a "smashed up" pizza. Not the customer service I expect from a big chain. I could be wrong but it seems they don't have a grasp on how to honestly run their online tracker.

Every time i order from this location it is an issue, which is extremely disappointing because this location is closer to my house. I ordered pizza and was waiting around for an hour . I called and found out they were not delivering because there delivery guy got a flat . My issue is i ordered delivery because i wanted it delivered , not so i can come in and pick up . Also i waited around for a hour watching the tracker not change . When the store was notified they had no driver the least they could have did was call me to let me know they could no longer deliver. I had to call in and ask where my food was, after being hung up on the first 2 times i called. This place has horrible customer service and they need help QUICK ! UNACCEPTABLE !

Worst order experience.. waited for 2 hours.. tried calling the store for about 20 mins before actually going to restaurant where we just so happened to miss the driver. Staff wasn't very helpful. Just blamed the whole issue on not having enough drivers.. then yelled after me for opening the door too roughly. Noone ever updated us on a delay, noone even answered the phone after 20 minute hold!! Everything is app based these days.. Domino's you should make sure your system works better and don't offer delivery if you can't afford the staff.

I placed an order online and after 45 minutes I called and they told me the wait was 3-4 hours, so I cancelled. I ended up driving by the Domino's later that night to see that no one behind the counter and two employees on their phones at a table.

took an hour for delivery, did not get a phone call as my delivery instructions stated mark the driver didn't go to the door, he said "it's against policy to go to the door" If I wasn't looking for him who knows how long I would have waited he seemed more interested in his passenger. Why does a pizza delivery driver have a passenger that isn't in a dominos uniform? I ordered a buffalo pizza, and they didn't put hot sauce on it...

Online delivery never works. It's either turned off or my order is canceled. Not even worth having the store around or open. If I wasn't one order away (for the past MONTH) to my free pizza, I'd stop ordering from them entirely. Amantes pizza which is right near them is hands down better. I'm done with Dominoes after this.

Ordered a pizza, garlic bread and chicken. Got the notification that it was done just to find out that they forgot the chicken so they put it in when we got there and then tried to act like it didn't happen. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for something that was already supposed to be done. Also 2 of the 4 employees working were not even wearing masks which is disgusting to be honest. Regretting not going to little ceasers or anywhere else.

The troy location sucks! I live on rt 40 and they used to deliver and for some unknown reason they stopped delivering. They lost my business for good! The customer service team sucks too as they never transfer you to the store and by some miserable when they do the store never answers!

This place in hoosick St is so different than other dominos places. My order took about 2 hours to deliver and when it came the cheese was all concentrated in the middle leaving a big portion of the pizza with no cheese. Also if you call them, they will answer in a rude no educated way. Like I said so different than Rensselaer store.

Horrible restaurant to deal with. I placed a delivery order guaranteed within 35-49 minutes and 67 minutes later still shows order received with no progress. I called the store 5 times in the last 20 minutes for status update and no one picks up the phone.

Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. Without knowing, my order was canceled, and for no reason. Especially given I had well over enough money in my bank account. When I called to check on my order (prior to it being canceled) the employee I spoke with had a DISGUSTING and disrespectful attitude for no reason. Shame.

Waited over two hours for my order, then waited on hold for over 30 minutes for them to tell me they haven’t even started my order and will be at least another 45 minutes. It should not take 3 hours or more to prepare and deliver an order for a drive less than 10 minutes away. Will never order from here again!!

I love how I just called around 6:30 December the 5th 2021, just to have a lady there answer the phone and this is literally what she said; 'thank you for choosing Dominos, we're closed,' and slammed the phone as hard as she could. Great way to talk to your loyal customers. I guess its our fault they're understaffed and overworked.

I ordered my food at 9:18 tonight and it’s going on 11:40 at night I had someone go to this location to find out only one person was there her name was Tonya. When the order actually gets to me the pizza is pretty good, but I guess its just the management and poor worker's compensation that is stopping me from supporting this business. I just tried to order a pizza on Sunday night at 6pm and two hours go by with no update on the online tracker. I called the store and was on hold for ten minutes until I called the HQ line to get directed to the manager. When the manager picked up she had a lot of attitude and was rude the entire time on the phone. After I confirmed the pizza was not going to get here for another hour I said "thank you I'll wait for it" and hung up the phone, I get a text not one minute afterwards saying my order was cancelled. I call the store back and the same manager picks up the phone and says " yeah I cancelled it cause you hung up on me". I was polite and said that I in fact did not and wanted my food. She said I can't get my food because its cancelled so I said ok goodbye and will be calling corporate to get my get back. If you order from around Troy get it from anywhere else!

Submitted my order via the app, the tracker was not being updated. Waited over an hour expected delivery time, tried to call and no answer. We tried to get any contact so we pressed the option to make an order and some lady answered in Iraq to take our order. I told her I already submitted one and I have not gotten it. She told me it was not in the system. Money was already pending in my account so I’m pissed. DROVE to the store for my DELIVERY order. Asked the lady about my order, it was sitting on the counter raw. At that time I asked for a refund. I submitted my order an hour and a half ago and the pizza is still being prepped? And the lack of drivers is the problem? Are the drivers making the pizza? Will not ever go back to any Dominos after this experience.

Placed an order in the app. Was advised that my order would take 2 hours. I understand. They’re busy. I decided to wait it out. After 2.5 hours and no dinner, I called the store and was advised that it would be at least another 2 hours as they were backed up. Manager was basically useless. I never would’ve completed my order had I known the wait time would be over 4 hours. Cancelled everything and now it’s almost 9pm and places are closing for dinner. Ridiculous and undependable

If I could give negative stars I would. This is actually insane to think it’s okay- but I ordered my pizza at 8pm. After the 2hr mark I tried calling and got no answer- so I assumed my order was cancelled and ordered from somewhere else. I go to bed & check my ring doorbell camera at 4am to find they delivered my pizza at 12:32AM. It sat on my front porch until 4am because I was SLEEPING. So after FOUR AND A HALF HRS -with no warning or contacting me to let me know- they thought it was okay to deliver my pizza. But in actuality, now I have to throw it away lol. Insane.

In the last month we have had no online deliveries show up. Not even a phone call with a reason so that we could look for another dinner option. We will not order from there again. The tracking app says Terry is making your order. Doesn't say you'll be waiting 2-3hrs and no food. The girl who said she's the Manger was full of excuses and unprofessional.

Spent three hours waiting for an order, 30 minutes on a phone, told me it wouldn't be fulfilled and now all the places to get food are closed. Would not recommend at all. You're better off buying the ingredients, learning how to make the food, and cooking it yourself if you want the food in a timely manner - or at all.

Waited an hour and 40 mins for our pizza to be delivered when I ended up going to get it myself. Was never reimbursed for the addition $11 for delivery charge and tip. Extremely disappointed for the inconvenience of calling to check on my pizzas status, picking up the pizza myself while on crutches, never reimbursed for the additional delivery charge and tip, offered an insincere apology, and no complimentary items or discounts for the entire inconvenience. Please don’t waste your time and energy by ordering from this store. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but this upset me so much I couldn’t let it go.

This was my first order at Domino's. I ordered at 4:45 on a Sunday. Not a busy time. First of all, the driver was given the incorrect address substituting avenue for drive. So, the driver was 20 minutes late. Then, the order was wrong. They forgot to include my salad. The driver had to call Domino's because I used a credit card. The snippy person on the phone behaved as though she was the offended party demanding me to call her in order to recharge the card though she was already on the phone which the driver kindly reminded her. Since I had no cash at home, I was no longer able to add the decent tip the driver deserved forcing me to give him a handful of change. When I got to my apartment, I saw they forgot to add the blue cheese and condomints for my wings. I had asked for crispy extra well done but received a gooey mess because they had been sitting for so long. The pizza was barely warm. The only good thing was the unfortunate driver who tried his best to make things right. I would never recommend this place because of the mistakes and attitude of the manager.

So your new system you got domino's sucks and your not worth it ordering from..hey manager do you think your new system is working CAUSE ITS NOT! The female manager at this place is a terrible human being. I'll never go to this place again. Ordered two pizzas online, family went to pick up, the employee told them they didn't have the order, he even gave them the name. I called to address, spoke with the manager (supposedly the manager), and she confirmed they had the order, but started off by lying to me telling me my father never gave his name at the store, I immediately confirmed with him standing next to me he did, three times, and that she was lying to me, she was quiet for a second, and then hung up on me. I went down to the store in person to find out exactly what was going on. I told her I wanted her name and the district managers name (so I could obviously report her to the company) and she refused to give me any information, cancelled my order and told me to leave the store. This is how a place is run, by "management" no less??? They also routinely turn off their online ordering so you can't use any online coupons to order from here, and when you DO call, no one answers. The place is horrible. The management is atrocious

Worst pizza ordering experience in my life. You order and it never arrives. Waited for two hours and drove there. They didn't even start making it. They got an attitude when I questioned the issues. This place is a mess. Dominos in Troy is a joke.

I ordered through the app at 8:30pm and had to call the store after waiting an hour and a half. The manager says that my order is out and will be here soon, so I wait another 25 minutes and call back. The manager says that the driver claims to had knocked and called but I was waiting and got no call nor heard a knock. Never saw anyone on my porch either. She then tells me she’s sending it out again and it’s gone be another hour and a half. At this point I’m already hangry. I wait the hour and a half and call again. She says they are busy and that I’ll have my food soon. It’s now 12:04AM. Still no food. I’ll never order from here again.

Literally sat on the phone for 45 minutes drove to the store while being on the phone and they still hadn't made our food or answered the phone It was ringing away when I got there smh Complete mess. I have ordered from this place several times and I have had terrible experiences. They continuously screw up the orders and are extremely unprofessional. I have had pizza that was doughy, burnt, dried, and even had my whole entire order wrong. The last time that I had ordered from here, I ordered two white sauce and two red sauce pizzas, a sandwich, brownies, cinnamon sticks, and a Sprite. Two pizzas had absolutely no sauce even though I asked for extra sauce, the white sauce pizza was supposed to have cheddar but it didn't, I ordered Sprite and got coke, my brownies were burnt, and the pizzas we're cold by the time they were delivered. I called about my $62 order being wrong and the manager says he will personally redo the order. Don't you know he did the order the same exact way, except that it was hot...oh and I forgot to mention how the chicken, bacon and ranch sandwich had only two small pieces of chicken on it, no sauce, and the bread was dry and burnt. Needless to say that I was extremely disappointed. This is the 5th time these people destroyed my order. This Domino's on Hoosick needs to shut down or they need to fire everyone and hire a whole new staff. They will never see another dime of my money, and I was a regular customer!

Ordered online at 403pm. Text stated estimated time was 418 to 424. At 431 I received a text stating they put it in the oven and would be done in 8 to 10 minutes. At 5pm I call and say Ive been outside for 10mins waiting for you to bring out my pizza. Was told it hasnt even came out yet. Asked to cancel my order and refund my card. Disgusted. I've gotten no call and called before the store closed. I've been waiting for my dinner since 1250 tonight and it's now 2 and I have no foo . No dinner, no update, no nothing from them. I will in fact be making a call to the store in the morning since my little pasta bowl and chicken was so hard to deliver a half an hr before the store closed. This location has to be the absolute worst location in the state. Every time there's a delivery issue. 2 plus hours so far and counting. Estimated time was 45 minutes. On top of it no one answers the phone. This place should be taken from the current owner and shut down.

Today I ordered my Pizza at 9:00pm. Didn't get my order for 3hrs and finally it was cancelled at 11:59pm. This is not done. This is not how one runs the business. And these guys purposefully do not pick up their phones when we call them to ask the whereabouts of the order. Worst experience of my life with a food delivery system. I want to sue them. They should stop delivering if they are not capable of doing this. Few days back it happened with my friend as well.

I normally get my order. last 2 orders were late but still hot and this last one experienced same with waiting over 4hrs, tracking showed it was on its way and never made it, eventually cancelling order. Tried calling no one picked up after 15min. I was relieved to see credit notification. My kids and I were extremely disappointed. A courtesy call would of sufficed.

Two hours food was never delivered. Called for refund after sitting on Hold for over a 1/2 an hour and was told. Refund can wait and they hung up on daughter. I will be calling the corporate office and the regional manager. Her account better be refunded this evening. Liberty pizza delivered in a half an hour.

Ordered from here through the app at 9:20pm. Terry instantly confirms the order and my pizza goes into "prep" in the tracker. An hour goes by and I call the restaurant because my pizza hasn't gone through prep yet. No one answers and I hang up after being on hold for 11 minutes. At midnight, having already given up on this order and gone to bed, my phone starts ringing and wakes me up. I ignore it and they cancel the order. This happened another time with several friends waiting for food and they only started making it after I called and complained 90 minutes after placing the order.

Ordered food at 9pm, tracker said Tonya was starting my order for the next three hours before my order was cancelled. No one answered any calls at all and i never received any communication. I gave them another try a few weeks later and once again the tracker never updated but this time i received a call two hours later asking if i still wanted my food. No? I wanted it when it was ordered. This place is an absolute joke, just order carryout from the Latham location if you really want Domino’s.

Do not order from here! They don't deliver...as in you place an order, but wont get your pizza. They just don't bother. They won't communicate, won't answer the phone, will charge you, and then never deliver your order. They also don't respond to the multitude of other reviews saying the same thing. I’m beyond upset. I understand being short staffed. I ordered my pizza at 6:00pm and received it at 7:30pm. Being it was a Friday night I get there’s a rush. My problem is my pizza was BURNT. My toppings were burned and inedible (along with the CRUST) !!!! I called the restaurant and was placed on hold for 45 mins with no answer while trying to convince my children and husband that we need to make the best of it. Not everybody has the funds to order food from somewhere else to satisfy a family of 5!!! They never answered my call and the fact that someone “quality checked” my order and allowed to send burnt items are enough to make me never order again!

Ordered at 6:11pm. Estimated delivery time said 35-40 minutes, sweet. Following the tracker it says at 7:22 my food was being quality checked. By 8:40 pm and having 3 hangry kids, not to mention we were worried about cold food seeings how it was out of the oven for over an hour at that point according to the tracker,we decided to cancel the order. We tried calling the store several times to no avail. We have since went and got Wendy's, and still haven't heard anything back from dominoes. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing

Please don’t order from here. The workers did not use any gloves but kept touching the phone, machines, and other stuff in the kitchen while handling the food. One girl with a ponytail saw me looking at her and her conscience kicked in and after already handling food without gloves she decided to put gloves on. I was appalled. My husband asked me why would you order from this location and I see what he means. And there was a piece of hair in my pizza ☹️😕

this was absolutely horrible. the workers here shouldn't even have their jobs i waited two hours for my food and they never arrived. i called the store and they told me to wait longer and then call back in 15 minutes. i called back and they hung up on me and kept ignoring my calls. i have called about 10 times and no answer. no refund either. i will definitely be talking to my lawyer about this. this is just theft.

I was told my delivery would be 30mins.. Over and hour and a half ...1.5 hours later...I called asking where my food was? I was HUNG UP on at least 5x. I will never buy anything from here again... I recommend going anywhere else... get a burger at McDonald's... make ramen... order chinese...but not domino's. Little Ceasars is right down the street. Thanks for the trash service! Common sense should tell your driver he can't park in the middle of the road on top of a hill. He should know he's blocking traffic and that's not okay especially during a snow storm with limited visibility and traction driving up hills. Just because you're a delivery driver doesn't mean you can sit in the middle of the road waiting. You're putting peoples lives at risk because you don't want to park for 5 minutes.

My order was wrong. "James" made it and said he made it correctly and if he had not made it correctly, his district manager who was there at the time would have caught the error. He refused to give me contact information for the district manager so I could make a complaint. He said he wasn't allowed to give me a name or number. He wanted us to return the two Extravagazza pizzas so he could see if there were onions on both whole pizzas. Then told me to take a picture. I should gave read the reviews first!

This is by far the worst pizza I've ever had. I ordered two cheese pizzas and one pepperoni pizza and got three cheese pizzas that were hard as bricks. The cheese was clearly overcooked, the sauce was non-existent and the pizza was flat and hard. Not only did I get the wrong order but the food we did get was cold and disgusting. Do not waste your money here because it might be more convenient. If you're in Troy, go to I Love or Defazios or drive to Pizza Hut.

Here's a draft of a bad review for Domino's Pizza based on the issues you've described: --- I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Domino's Pizza. It's clear that the workers at this location simply don't want to work. On two separate occasions, my orders were canceled by the staff themselves without any valid reason given. During a recent visit, despite the screen showing only two orders in queue, I was informed that it would take another 90 minutes for just one pizza. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. It's very disappointing to see such poor service from a well-known brand. I hope they address these issues soon, but until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered delivery at approx. 8:10 pm on a Tuesday night. Placed order but didn't see the place where it says 'estimated delivery time'. When their tracker said 170-180 minutes, I tried calling the store. I gave up after 5 minutes. Waited nearly half an hour with no update to the tracker and called the store again. This time it only took about 3 minutes for someone to answer. I asked if the delivery time listed was correct. The response was 'yeah, we are pretty busy so yeah...it will be at least 3 hours. I explained that I didn't want to wait that long and needed to cancel. The girl was friendly enough and understanding. She refunded my total (which appeared faster than any refund I've ever gotten) and canceled the order. I've ordered from this location before (for carry out) and the service and food were incredible. I guess it's just not incredible for delivery 😕

My friends and i (all of age) were looking forward to a night of drinking and pizza. We ordered our food at 9:16 in the pm, and we waited patiently for terry to make our pizza. One hour goes by. When the second goes by, we begin to call dominos with no response. At this point we are all hangry and wishing for our hand tossed pizza, to no avail. Once midnight hits, our order is cancelled and our money refunded. But at what cost? Dominos has left 6 hungry law abiding citizens with empty stomachs with no heads up. We are never ordering from terry again.

Very disappointing. Ordered pan pizza and chicken wings. We waited more than 1 hour to just pickup. But what we got it was unfair. Pizza & wings were uncooked and the pizza wasn’t even cut properly. As for order we got pizza dough and raw chickens.I wish I could give them less then one star. They are perfectly imperfect ..😒
