We came in 10 minutes before closing and Kariana waited on us. She was so pleasant. Not annoyed at all that we came in last minute. And the food awesome. We love bowled on Hoosick St. recommend to everyone.

Love this place, such healthy food and I was served by a man named Robert Atley who was extremely friendly and even sang a little country song as he made our bowls. Anyway, that's besides the point that the food is delicious, and the store was very clean. I had an amazing grain chicken bowl with some spicy sauce on it, oooo I love that spicy sauce. Great food, awesome prices and I will definitely be coming back for more!

My first time here. In town visiting some family & I’ll say the food was excellent. The vibe of the place is very calming and inviting. The staff was nice and really helpful with making a good selection. The bowls were delicious along with the smoothie I had. My family was telling me that these stores have been popping up throughout the capital region which I think is great bc all I remember there being was fast food. It’s nice to have healthy options. 5 stars for me! Highly recommended.

This is my favorite location. It could be a little cleaner as far as the seating goes but the customer service is always good and the fruit is always the best here. I swear the acai bowls are made better. Perfect amount of ingredients. The customer service is always top notch. Love it.

This is one of my favorite spots on Hoosick street, healthy meals great portions, the PB&J smoothie and steak bowl are amazing, all the waffles are just great love it all. The staff have always been friendly with me. I witness a staff member have a very rude customer interaction prior to taking my order, she took a second and addressed me very calmly and respectfully, I understand customer service is rough some days more than others but she did an amazing job handling the rude customer. I recommend this spot to everyone, treat the staff well because they will do the same to you.

Easily customizable, cute shop. The granola was okay, the almond butter was just kinda globbed in the middle. The fruit was delicious.

Very nice place, good bowls with a lot of customization and easy to know what you're getting and how much it is. Recommended if you want a sweet treat or if you want a meal.

I dont know why but my smoothie bowl is very watery and has hardly no flavor to it. never had this issue before with any coco smoothie bowl. usually its creamy. and this is just gross.

So I place a pickup order to avoid the long wait inside. I show up (on time) and am forced to stand there waiting while 6 other people were helped in line. Finally I tell the girl who must have been new, our name and order. She proceeds to turn around and join her coworker in making someone else’s order. What was the point of me ordering ahead? On top of that, come to find out my order was in the cooler the entire time I was just waiting which obviously resulted in it being nothing but soupy. You can’t even see the toppings on it because they have sunken in not to mention the entire base is melted. Not impressed at all.

The sauces are always delicious. I have had issues with food quality. My most recent order included avocado, which was all completely brown and rotten. Management needs to train and keep a close eye on food safety and quality. Many of the employees are young and new to food service, which just means they need adequate training, and to feel encouraged to ask questions. Its not 5 star food but a good spot for a quick bite, and inclusive to many dietary needs. Management doesn't seem to care about quality.

Took my friends children there , the cashier was the most unfriendly and impatient person. No business working as a cashier. She also forgot at least 1 item per order. The other person working may as well have not even been there. The bathroom was filthy . I won't be back.

Yikes. Ordered the La Fiesta Bowl (large) and didn’t realize it had no protein. My fault for assuming a FOURTEEN DOLLAR BOW OF LETTUCE AND TOMATO would’ve had some form of protein in it. I had to add chicken when I got home. The salad itself was bland. So disappointing. Won’t be returning.

We let her know we had an allergy so they could maybe switch the blenders or maybe wash one, instead she intentionally added pineapple to the drink, causing my partner to suffer. We have no idea why this happened, we weren’t rude, and are always well aware of how awful customer facing jobs can be. We have tried to solve this by contacting anybody in power and have heard nothing back, no matter how many emails we send or phone messages we leave. Buyer beware.

We let her know we had an allergy so they could maybe switch the blenders or maybe wash one, instead she intentionally added pineapple to the drink, causing my partner to suffer. We have no idea why this happened, we weren’t rude, and are always well aware of how awful customer facing jobs can be. We have tried to solve this by contacting anybody in power and have heard nothing back, no matter how many emails we send or phone messages we leave. Buyer beware.

Since then, the portion size seems to be cut in half, my bowl had barely anything in it, it was about one spoonful deep. The acai base is very watery and bland. I used to love eating here almost every day, and wouldve reccomended it to everyone. Very sad to say it has gone downhill. I spent $12 on this!! Complete disappointment and waste of money. The workers are pleasant but this is unacceptable and not nearly enough food for the money.
