I've ordered through Uber Eats and 80% of the time they put in the vegetables they want.
I ordered the Jamtochino and asked them to add pickled jalapeños, and they told me THE PREPARATION DOESN'T INCLUDE THEM. (Seriously, adding 5 or 6 slices of pickled jalapeño makes a difference?) And they told me that if they added the jalapeños (because I said it was important to please the customer), THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE THEM. Seriously, Subway?

They usually don't have bread. It's impossible that they didn't foresee that little detail.
Poor service, they don't have bread ready when there are promotions, the atmosphere is terrible, the vibe is awful, they spend all their time on their phones chatting instead of serving customers, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
Terrible service. You place your order through Uber Eats and the restaurant sends you incomplete and freezing cold food. Make sure you don't order from this restaurant next time.
The guy who serves gives terrible service and yells at the poor guy at the register.
I ordered through Didi, the food quality is horrendous, bland, tasteless; even the bread is of terrible quality, it is not recommended to order food from this establishment.
I went to the restaurant for a Subway, and I found the place rather dirty and neglected; the bread also tasted stale. I wouldn't go back.
I've ordered from Uber three times (wanting to give them another chance), and the same three times the entire order is wrong. They don't deliver what you ordered, they serve whatever vegetables they want, they don't give you a drink (even when you're paying for it), the Subway looks like it came from the freezer even though the delivery person takes 10 minutes to deliver it, it feels like it's never been to the toaster.
Terrible service. The girl who serves you, Camila, says, "I can't change anything about how your order is, but I don't have any white bread, so I'll change it for you!" This implies they only change the ingredients to suit their needs, and their oven doesn't toast properly, it only heats up. Shame on the owner of this place; it gives the franchise a bad image. 🙄
Today I ordered a parmesan sub with extra protein, which they didn't add to my order. I also ordered potato crunches, and they sent me a bag of chips and a Fanta, which I also didn't order. So I called the branch to ask why. They responded that they made the decision to send what looked like the product I ordered because they didn't have the product without asking the customer. I think that service is terrible! It's not possible for them to decide something that customers don't want, and that you're also paying for.
It's getting worse and worse. When you order a sandwich, you can't even ask for the ingredients you like because the recipe doesn't include them, not even the dressing! I told them to add it and charge me for it as an extra ingredient because, honestly, the sandwich would be too dry, but they refused. They told me the same thing again: because the recipe doesn't call for dressing, they weren't going to add it. They're denying you extra ingredients even if you want to pay for them! Terrible service.
The service is terrible. They're rude and slow to respond. They never have anything, but you have to ask because they don't tell you. I've had experiences where they don't accept cash, or only if you have the exact amount, and they've been rude about it. I used to go because it's very close, but I'll never go back.
Today Wednesday, April 10, 2024 around 3:30 pm my family and I had to use the restroom and stopped at this Subway. We asked the male worker and asked if we could use the restroom, his response was we must purchase. With no issues my sister was ordering food we asked for the key and the male worker refused to give use the key, he said I must charge you first (this was unusual to me and pretty funny giving we were already ordering food). My father went to the register and asked the female worker to charge us and he did comment on how it was ridiculous for not giving us the key until we paid. During that the female worker was extremely rude not as much as the male worker but the female worker was rolling her eyes… that to me is the not good customer service e. I’ve worked in customer service several years and I have never yelled or disrespected a client. At the end we paid for the food and we’re giving the key, however my uncle kindly told the female worker that she was rude and should not treat people like that… female worker did not care and continue insulting us and saying she didn’t care and for us to go back where we came.. giving that we are not from Mexico City but my parents are from Morelos. In the middle of my uncle letting the female worker know what she needs to because she should not disrespect people in that matter this random 40 mid age male got in my uncles face and screamed “do not disrespect a women like that” which we were so confused because no one was disrespecting anyone. The employees at this Subways were rude and especially the female worker because we asked first before anything and the male worker told us to buy something first which we did and at the end they didn’t want us to use the restroom since it was my sister, mum and myself. This random male started kicking my uncle and father and that was not acceptable, the guard who lets you in the parking plaza had to come and help us out. I am not sure if the male individual was under the influence of something but you were able to know he was not sober. In conclusion this was not acceptable and management should review the cameras and need to retrain their stuff and hold these individuals accountable for their misconduct. I can not believe this happened and I am still shock able and disappointed because even though some of us do not live in Mexico City I am a Mexican American proud individual and no one should be treated in that matter.
Lately, they've been hiring people who are terrible at customer service. There's only one guy who's really good; everyone else just throws things at you, doesn't even say good morning, and puts a pittance on the vegetables. There's one guy in particular who's been there a while, and it's awful. He always has a terrible attitude, he doesn't even want to wrap the Subway properly. It's completely ruined the Subway experience it used to have.
