Excelente servicio. U de todos los presupuestos. De ajustan a todos los bolsillos. Puedes pedirle el papas o galleta en el combo m junto con un refresco. Hay de quince centímetros , una medida de una torta mexicana normal, o bien de treinta centímetros m es decir del doble aproximadamente un baguette. También tienen para familias. Las mesas ni estaban tan limpias. Aún así existen seis mesas con sus sillas para disfrutar tus alimentos. En este caso , en la misma plaza hay estacionamiento medianamente amplio. O está el metrobús de la estación delegación Iztacalco que también te lleva. Existe una sucursal de el globo, postres, y también una pizzería de la cadena little Caesars . Y un seven eleven en la esquina.

Excelente servicio, muy limpio de igual forma su baño, los empleados son amables, rara la vez te dicen que no tienen algo, tiene wi-fi y es un lugar muy tranquilo.

Compre unas galletas de avena muy deliciosas y tenian promoción un lugar muy limpio y su personal amable apesar de que el establecimiento es pequeño cuenta con sanitario para su clientela

En todas las mesas hay publicidad para descargar la app,pero la app no reconoce la ubicación del local, loa empleados comentan que ap ser franquicia,no participan de las promociones de la app, tampoco de algunas promociones como el 4x99. ¿Para que promueven algo donde no participan? Como consumidor me siento en desventaja de no poder consumir las promociones de la app ¿yo por que debo enterarme si son tal o cual franquicia? Si para mi solo consumo Subway, ain tener que estar al tanto del franquiciatario

Buen servicio el personal que atiende ahí es de muy buena cara al público atienden con propiedad y sirven bien, el menú siento que es más chico o menos surtido suenen otros lugares, y últimamente los precios han subido bastante aún si buen sabor.

Excelente servicio y sabor garantizado en los sandwiches, recomiendo pedir el Subway del día si tú presupuesto es apretado. Un buen lugar para comer cuando la cafetería de la upiicsa está llena.

Esta sucursal se encuentra a unos metros de la estación del metrobus Iztacalco en una pequeña plaza, esta a un costado del Globo, la atención es buena, hay baños para clientes, sillas, es pequeño pero agradable, el acceso para sillas de ruedas es un poco complicado ya que como no hay entrada directa por el estacionamiento, hay que rodear o esquivar la banqueta

No respetaron una de las promociones que tenían anunciadas en el establecimiento.

Los productos como siempre de muy buena calidad, sin embargo la atención al cliente es muy mala en esta sucursal que está frente a UPIICSA, no la recomiendo.

I ordered the Jamtochino and asked them to add pickled jalapeños, and they told me THE PREPARATION DOESN'T INCLUDE THEM. (Seriously, adding 5 or 6 slices of pickled jalapeño makes a difference?) And they told me that if they added the jalapeños (because I said it was important to please the customer), THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE THEM. Seriously, Subway?

No pidan por rappi entregan la comida horrible pedimos 2 y los mandaron con 4 pedazos de pollo y sin nada de verdura, en las galletas mandaron solo una de un sabor diferente lo único que iba correcto fueron los refrescos

No tenían pan y me dijeron que tardaban 20 minutos. Después de 20 min. Me dijeron que el horno no estaba muy caliente y que tardaein 35 min más y que una disculpa. Personal no capacitado...Nada más juegan con el tiempo de la gente. Muy mal.

Mal este establecimiento no aceptan según ellos la tarjeta de American Express que por qué su terminal no las leé. Tuve que ir a la plaza a comprar lo que quería y si aceptaron la tarjeta. Los empleados no están capacitados y/ o no tiene las herramientas necesarias para poder hacer un cobro.

Al parecer ya no existe su famoso local de Subway, la ubicación no es correcta

I've ordered from Uber three times (wanting to give them another chance), and the same three times the entire order is wrong. They don't deliver what you ordered, they serve whatever vegetables they want, they don't give you a drink (even when you're paying for it), the Subway looks like it came from the freezer even though the delivery person takes 10 minutes to deliver it, it feels like it's never been to the toaster.

Terrible service. The girl who serves you, Camila, says, "I can't change anything about how your order is, but I don't have any white bread, so I'll change it for you!" This implies they only change the ingredients to suit their needs, and their oven doesn't toast properly, it only heats up. Shame on the owner of this place; it gives the franchise a bad image. 🙄

Today I ordered a parmesan sub with extra protein, which they didn't add to my order. I also ordered potato crunches, and they sent me a bag of chips and a Fanta, which I also didn't order. So I called the branch to ask why. They responded that they made the decision to send what looked like the product I ordered because they didn't have the product without asking the customer. I think that service is terrible! It's not possible for them to decide something that customers don't want, and that you're also paying for.

It's getting worse and worse. When you order a sandwich, you can't even ask for the ingredients you like because the recipe doesn't include them, not even the dressing! I told them to add it and charge me for it as an extra ingredient because, honestly, the sandwich would be too dry, but they refused. They told me the same thing again: because the recipe doesn't call for dressing, they weren't going to add it. They're denying you extra ingredients even if you want to pay for them! Terrible service.

The service is terrible. They're rude and slow to respond. They never have anything, but you have to ask because they don't tell you. I've had experiences where they don't accept cash, or only if you have the exact amount, and they've been rude about it. I used to go because it's very close, but I'll never go back.

Today Wednesday, April 10, 2024 around 3:30 pm my family and I had to use the restroom and stopped at this Subway. We asked the male worker and asked if we could use the restroom, his response was we must purchase. With no issues my sister was ordering food we asked for the key and the male worker refused to give use the key, he said I must charge you first (this was unusual to me and pretty funny giving we were already ordering food). My father went to the register and asked the female worker to charge us and he did comment on how it was ridiculous for not giving us the key until we paid. During that the female worker was extremely rude not as much as the male worker but the female worker was rolling her eyes… that to me is the not good customer service e. I’ve worked in customer service several years and I have never yelled or disrespected a client. At the end we paid for the food and we’re giving the key, however my uncle kindly told the female worker that she was rude and should not treat people like that… female worker did not care and continue insulting us and saying she didn’t care and for us to go back where we came.. giving that we are not from Mexico City but my parents are from Morelos. In the middle of my uncle letting the female worker know what she needs to because she should not disrespect people in that matter this random 40 mid age male got in my uncles face and screamed “do not disrespect a women like that” which we were so confused because no one was disrespecting anyone. The employees at this Subways were rude and especially the female worker because we asked first before anything and the male worker told us to buy something first which we did and at the end they didn’t want us to use the restroom since it was my sister, mum and myself. This random male started kicking my uncle and father and that was not acceptable, the guard who lets you in the parking plaza had to come and help us out. I am not sure if the male individual was under the influence of something but you were able to know he was not sober. In conclusion this was not acceptable and management should review the cameras and need to retrain their stuff and hold these individuals accountable for their misconduct. I can not believe this happened and I am still shock able and disappointed because even though some of us do not live in Mexico City I am a Mexican American proud individual and no one should be treated in that matter.

Terrible service. I arrived at 7:25 pm and they told me they couldn't serve me because they closed at 6:00 pm, when their closing time isn't until 8:09 pm. I hope they fire those employees who are only paid to chase customers away because they don't want to serve them.

Lately, they've been hiring people who are terrible at customer service. There's only one guy who's really good; everyone else just throws things at you, doesn't even say good morning, and puts a pittance on the vegetables. There's one guy in particular who's been there a while, and it's awful. He always has a terrible attitude, he doesn't even want to wrap the Subway properly. It's completely ruined the Subway experience it used to have.
