Casa Esteban was one of those legendary places to have a meal in Jaca that I had yet to try.... It's a popular place, without many decorations and details,. . Here you come to eat, period ‼️ The menu is tremendously extensive and the variety of dishes, salads, sandwiches and hamburgers is truly spectacular.... Truly: Spectacular. The service and attention is professional, more like a fast food place than a standard restaurant... However, it is efficient, formal, fast and attentive... Out of 10 ‼️ I ordered the Esteban burger.... Oh my goodness, what a success.... The meat was tender and on point without asking... They understand how to make, serve and treat a good hamburger to enjoy its meat. A PERFECT treatment of the raw material ‼️ The presentation is original and basic, here you come to eat... Period ‼️ the cabinet to be able to divide it (if you want) is again an absolute success because size is important. I repeat, all 10. I will have to repeat...😍 Thank you, boys and girls, for this first-class treatment and gastronomic trip ‼️

I cannot say enough good things about Casa Esteban. When I was a child 25 years ago, I would come here with my friends to have some of the best burgers in town. This summer I had the opportunity to come back, fearing they might have closed - the owners have changed at this point, but they keep the same essentials that make this a great restaurante: great ambiance, easygoing attitude, and great sandwiches and burgers with fantastic quality bread. Now, don't come here expecting dietary specificities and custom burgers: they tel you right on the menu, they serve what they serve, if you don't want it, go eat elsewhere. I'm lactose intolerant, so if I'm having something lactose based here, I bring lactase with me. You get the idea. This is not a super fancy place, it's a local-spirit business where you'll be treated friendly if you're friendly and don't come demanding alterations to everything. Quality of food is great, staff are nice, service is fast (except when it fills with people, and it will fill with people because locals know this is a good place to eat a sandwich!). I'm so glad nearly 3 decades later it's still as awesome as when I was a kid. Next time I'm back in town, I will for sure come back, and I highly recommend you try them. Just be aware that during parts of the year, given volatile tourist population, they might have weird or limited business hours, so instead of depending on google maps for their schedule, make sure you stop by a few days before to check the schedule they have posted on the door. You'll be glad you eat a burger or bocadillo here!

When we arrived, it wasn't rush hour, but it was still quite busy. Even so, the service was quite fast, and the burgers were of great quality. They don't come with fries, except for the Galician beef burgers. But for the price, they're decent. Excellent value for money!

I went after the change of ownership and they haven't changed a thing (which is great). The food is the same as always: a no-nonsense burger on a brioche bun, nothing fancy. I got a simple but amazing burger for €6.50.

Llevamos tiempo yendo y le dimos una oportunidad a los que han cogido.Cosa buenísima,que cierran a las 16:30.Las hamburguesas brutales, el trato buenísimo el postre soy muy de torrijas y ese fue un poco el bajon. Otra es que la hamburguesa de ciervo con el anterior que los llevaban hacían que era plato estrella pena que no lo hagan.

Estuvimos cenando anoche porque nos lo recomendaron. Al llegar tuvimos que esperar en la calle ya que no admiten reservas. Hacía frío y dentro no hay espacio para no molestar a los camareros. Después de un rato largo, nos sentaron en una mesa y nos dieron una carta para que nos levantáramos a hacer el pedido en barra. Nos dieron un número y tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo para volver a levantarnos y recoger nuestro pedido. Lo mejor, la calidad de las hamburguesas, eso sí que fue bueno. Y el ambiente también fue muy agradable. Supongo que volveríamos pero no en un puente. Muchas gracias.

We had burgers for dinner one weekday and didn't have to wait to be seated; everything was delicious. The only downsides were the slightly noisy atmosphere and the desserts, while tasty, were small.

This place is a Jaca classic if you want a good burger! They also have tapas and combination plates, although we haven't tried them yet. We ordered two burgers and some fries (the burgers don't come with them, at least the ones we ordered) and the burger meat was super tender and juicy. The fries were also delicious; ordering them was a great decision. As you can see in the photos, the burgers aren't small, so keep that in mind when ordering ☺️ The only downside I can mention is the bun, which was a bit hard and crumbled. I imagine it was from the day before since we went on a Sunday. Despite that, it's nice that the burgers come on "real" bread and not pre-made buns. We didn't order dessert because we were full, but we'll have to come back because they look amazing too!

We were recommended this place for its burgers, so we went to try them. The burgers are definitely worth it; they're large and there are tons of different kinds. We got the triple burger, and it was a good size and tasted great, so we were very happy with that aspect. We can't say the same about the other dishes. The patatas bravas are the typical wedges you find in any supermarket, served with a squirt of sauce, so they're just barely acceptable. And the calamari... well, the portion was tiny for a serving. In short, if you want a good, large burger, this is the place for you. If you're looking for tapas or larger portions... we weren't convinced.

Great Place for burgers. It was Sunday and quite busy we wait for a few mins waiting for a table but it was worthy. Burgers are big in size and you have lot of variety we couldn’t finish the fries.

The prices are reasonable and the quality is simple, nothing fancy. The service is fast and the staff very friendly. Overall, a recommendable option.

The food is good and the desserts are very good, but there's no table service, so you have to get it at the bar like it's McDonald's. The drinks are expensive. It's cold in the restaurant; they don't have the heating on.

La camarera aparta una cucaracha, que susto, de la barra mientras nos toma notas. La carne malísima, insípida y pálida. Parecía sacada de Autchwitz. En la cocina los tres cocinero sin gorros, algo que obligatorio según normativa. Precio 40 euros dos personas sirviéndote tú, al menos no había mucha gente. No vuelvo. Ha bajado mucho con los años.
