Amazing service and fantastic food! I got the Blarney Lamb Sliders with coleslaw and they were such a hit! Everyone at my table was asking me about them. We came during bingo night so be mindful that it can be loud at this time.

Great place to have a cold Guinness. We stopped by after the Canelo fight and they had karaoke night. Great bartender, good customer service and fun atmosphere.

We came here for the Great Gatsby New Years Eve Party and had a great time!! Our server and everyone else was so professional, efficient and kind. Even the manager walking around was super nice and funny too. We really loved all the people that came and dressed up. The music and vibe was great. The food was very tasty and delicious. We have been to this location about 30 times and it is always a great time. Great place to watch sports too. I highly recommend this business.

I met friends for the first time here for a charity trivia night for (Brooke Davis Angel Fund). It was super fun. I do live far from here but it was worth the trip. The service was very good and because of the trivia night the atmosphere was pretty active and fun.This looks like a good place to watch a football game and I loved the Smithwick’s draft and sausage rolls I had. I will be back again.

Excellent dinner! Nevada was our sever and she was fabulous! The four of us each loved our meal. From the stew, to the burgers, to the corned beef- it was wonderful! The pretzel appetizer and Reuben egg rolls were delicious. Best lemon drops , and the smoothest vodka. Great bar, fun atmosphere. We will be back!

First time there and got a scotch egg and shepherds pie. Both were amazing. Going back for bangers and mash and will have to try english breakfast

Culhane’s is one of our favorite restaurants here in Jax. Not only is the place fun and vibrant, but the food and service are impeccable! We have been here several times and have tried majority of their menu items. I would say our favorites are their shrimp and grits (one of my top 5), Bloody Mary, Dirty Slapper burger and Irish coffee. Although I would’ve loved to experience celebrating St. Patrick’s day here, sadly they are always packed! They also have big screens in every corner where you can watch popular sports events. I did notice that a lot of them were Packers fans during NFL season lol. Culhane’s is definitely the kind of place where you can kick back, enjoy a cold beer, and relax.

We ate here on 2 consecutive nights. It's run by a group of sisters and they've been on TV on Diners Drive-Ins and Dives so I wanted to enjoy the food there.Night 1- dingle fish pie. I've never heard of it so I had to try it. Great combo of shrimp, cod and salmon in a white vodka cream sauce. It was delicious!Night 2- Drunken cheesesteak was not a hit. Disappointed in the amount of meat on there, although the meat was nicely seasoned. Luckily we got jerk wings as an appetizer and those were great. A little kick that wasn't overpowering but a great piece of chicken wing!Oh and don't forget to get a Vodka drink. They make their own house Vodka- pretty cool!

We are visiting from Houston, Texas. The food is phenomenal! Friday and Saturday night karaoke was a blast! Can't wait for trivia Tuesday! If we were local, we would be frequent diners!! Update: We went 4 times this week so we could try all the things!! Everything was amazing! Adding some pictures too!

The fish and chips were spectacular. The batter was light and not too hoppy, while the fish was flaky and moist. The portion was perfect. Trivia nights and other events make for a very fun night out with friends.

I've been to Culhane's Irish Pub many times over the past few years and it is consistently excellent from the food to the service to the atmosphere. Trish, the restaurant manager, is fantastic and helped create a private event for a non- profit I work with recently. Attendees were also complimentary about the food and service. As for food recommendations, their Campfire BBQ wings are delicious and the sauce is unlike any I have ever tried! I look forward to coming back to Culhane's soon!

A real gem! This place is so cozy inside. They have a great selection of good tap beer and truly excellent Bloody Marys—a must-try! Highly recommend the delicious bangers and mash. Perfect spot for a relaxing evening with great drinks and satisfying food.

Went to Culhanes last week . There was 6 in our group. Service was outstanding . The young man was very attentive and polite. Food was on pointe, purchases included, a couple the Rueben sandwich, rueben rolls, brisket sandwich, and side salads. Everything was amazing , and very tasty, seasoned fries were very good too. All 6 of us were very satisfied either our meals.We will definitely be back.

Can’t thank you guys enough. They hosted our Holiday party, over 300 of us! And did it flawlessly. Trish, the bartenders, and servers, all did a perfect job coordinating, setting up, and taking care of us!! Thank you for your attention to detail and attention to detail. We had your standard Irish Fare, vegan options, and appetizers. You guys were perfect!

My best friend and I came in for her bday celebration and Lachelle was an absolute doll. Very knowledgeable of the menu and every drink we ordered. We will definitely come back for Lachelle!

I went to my Company's Holiday party at Culhane's Southside location and Trish and her team made us feel like we were family and the service was amazing... even with a large group! I enjoyed the Guinness Pot Pie and if I could give it more than 5 Stars I would!!! This was my first time to Culhane's but it definitely will not be my last. Thank you for making our party memorable and happy New Year!

Was in town visiting from out of state and tried this place as it was close to our hotel. We got there later on Friday night and everyone was very nice and friendly. Our waitress gabby was soo sweet and very helpful. She did a great job checking on our table. They had karaoke going on and it was very entertaining. We just ordered appetizers but they were very good. Would visit again when we are in town.

Culhaines is one of my favorite restaurants. Their food is so good, the Guinness stew is always top notch. My husband loves the Sheppards pie. Jordan was my server the last time I was there, and he was fantastic. Attentive and polite. He kept us updated on our food, and wasn't over bearing. 10/10

There were two couples and we each had something different for our main course. The food was well prepared and presented, it was all totally awesome. Gabby our server made sure our glasses did not go empty and was polite and knowledgeable in our dishes . A Big “thank you” to her and the chef , they truly made our visit to Jacksonville one we will cherish. This Irish ☘️ pub and restaurant really did hit the ball out of the park and we will be back soon. They are dog friendly as we had our pup with us .

I am blown away by the customer service at Culhane’s southside location!!! I am an individual with a gluten allergy and feel confident that they will take care to ensure a safe dining experience. Additionally I was so impressed when an order I placed online for delivery was messed up and DoorDash didn’t want to correct it, the manager that evening, Brea, not only corrected the order, but went so far as to deliver the corrected order to my home herself! I cannot say enough about the care the staff of this establishment takes to ensure a wonderful experience! Keep up the great work guys!!

Love the food in the service at this place. For an Irish pub this place is a barn, but there are times when you can still get that intimate feeling of a real Irish pub I know they didn’t design this place originally for them, but they could do more to wall off sections and make it feel cozier in places. Honestly, it’s more like a sports bar, which isn’t always bad. wish they had a wider selection of beer, but what they do carry is great and the food is just incredible.

The Sisters are so warm and welcoming and the Food is as advertised! Love me some Sheppards Pie and Ruebwn Egg Rolls. LaChelle and Shelby are the best bartenders and always on it. Love Culhanes!! Such a great place to meet up...oh and host special events too.

Update, it was taken care of. We are now always treated respectfully by this particular bartender or she’s not behind the bar anymore, which was so very appreciate thank you . We’re really sad to be writing this, because we genuinely love your place. The food, the atmosphere, and the TVs make it one of our favorite spots to grab a beer and watch a game. Unfortunately, we’ve had repeated uncomfortable experiences with one bartender. After an earlier incident, we spoke with a manager who handled everything wonderfully—she was receptive, professional, apologetic, and clearly understood our concerns. At that point, it truly felt like the issue had been resolved. Sadly, the behavior has returned. When this bartender is working, she sees us walk in, glares at us, and then has someone else serve us instead. It creates an uncomfortable situation that makes us feel unwelcome, and it’s reached the point where we no longer feel comfortable coming in. We’re always polite and respectful, and all we want is to enjoy a simple beer and a game in a place we really care about. We would truly appreciate this being addressed, because we would love to continue coming back.

I’m a regular here and this bar has the prettiest bartenders and the best karaoke in town. I particularly love this bar bc there’s no wanna be tough guys or bad vibes. Nothing but good times and good people. Special shout out to Shell and Shelby. They are loyal caring and won’t allow any bs. I love this place

Everything was great! Mike was a terrific server, and the environment was...well a pub but cheery and friendly. All that you could want. Corned beef and cabbage was a bit steep in price but delicious! Only note I have is add smaller draught sizes please!

I absolutely love Culhane’s (both locations)! We have our Georgia Bulldogs Club Watch Parties there: the staff is amazing, attentive and the food is delicious. At yesterday’s Watch Party, we had an unexpected medical emergency with one of the Dawgs seated at our table. I’d like to give a huge shoutout to the wonderful manager, Trish, and our dynamite server, Jamie. They were incredibly responsive, professional and respectful. Culhane’s is fortunate to have them on the team. Go Dawgs!

Great people & Atmosphere but our meals were just average fish batter mushy, chips not quite done. My fish pie had a terrible off fish smell. Im used to mash potatoe topping but this had a slightly greasy cheese top. OK but not great. But Holy heck the staff are fab! So kind to everyone! They were playing bingo & charity games....the banter was just like back in Ireland! Sweet spirit! We will go back just for that alone! Drinks were great too! But the 'Car bomb drink' was in bad taste. We lost a loved one in Omagh bombing so perhaps the IRA naming was a bit crude & disrespectful to all the victims & our sweet little cousin! Thx

I was given a birthday code for $10 off. I has been before just not for lunch. I had their lunch special of 1/2 rueben with a crock of stew. It came with a homemade roll and real butter. The owners were around taking care of things and thanking people for coming. They have their own brand of vodka. I got a $6 ale beer that was fresh and delicious. The food was amazing.. the service was amazing.. atmosphere also inviting. There was a silent charity auction proving the three sisters are engaged in their community and giving back. I was very impressed and highly recommend you stop by for the fabulous food, spirits, and kudos to the server Lechelle for making me feel special. Great job three sisters. The stew is to die for !!!!!

I finally stopped at Callahan’s Whiskey Kitchen today after driving by it regularly and always putting it off. The interior has a cool vibe, kind of like an old factory feel, even though it's in a standard building. There are plenty of TVs playing sports and shows, a large bar, and tons of seating with lots of space between tables, which I really appreciated. The hostess mentioned the crab cake sliders as a must-try special, so that’s what I went with, and she wasn’t wrong. They were quite good. Plenty of crab meat, a flavorful remoulade with a nice little kick, and served with pub fries. Even though I was full, I couldn’t pass up trying the strawberry shortcake for dessert. I had it packed to go and tried it later, delicious! I love shortcake served on a biscuit, and this one was soft, buttery, and topped with good whipped cream. I do wish there were a few more strawberries, but no complaints on the flavor. It even came with a scoop of ice cream on the side, which I’d never seen with strawberry shortcake before, but I guess I’ve been missing out! All in all, a great experience. Very friendly staff and excellent food. I’ll definitely be back.

Really enjoyed the visit. We had the fish and chips and the Reuben, both were delicious and well-prepared. The atmosphere was very comfortable and the service was excellent. My only minor critique is that the portion sizes felt a bit small. Otherwise, a great spot and I’d definitely come back.

We hosted a baby shower in the private room (which was huge) a few weeks ago and were pleased with our overall experience. There were a few hiccups but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. The food was delicious! I had shrimp and grits and the reuben egg rolls and highly recommend both. The staff was very accommodating and attentive to our guests during all the chaos. I really wanted to give 5 stars but the floor was a bit sticky and needed a good cleaning. I still recommend this establishment for the food, atmosphere, and the private room!

10/10 experience! The best fries I’ve ever had!! The chicken wings are equally delicious! The staff is also very friendly! Got to experience St. Patrick’s day ☘️ here and it was really fun!

Our server was fantastic but unfortunately our fish and chips came out with the fish still raw. As a Brit, I was hoping for a new favourite place to eat but I doubt we will be back. My husband did enjoy the Guinness though.

The great reviews and close to Tinseltown movie theater brought us to this place. As we walked in the hostess asked us if we had reservations which I thought was odd for an Irish pub. Sat us at a high top which was fine. Noticed it was rather busy when we walked in, didn't think nothing odd with it other than a busy Friday night. Our server came over fairly quickly and took our drink orders. Since being here for the first time I wanted to try something different so I ordered the half order of Bangers and Mash and my wife ordered the Rueben sandwich with Cole slaw. The food took forever to arrive and the server came by and apologized and said a group of Irish Dancers were there with a large party which made the kitchen backed up. The food finally arrived, the food presentation looked great but the food was just okay. The sausage was sweeter than I expected. So it wasn't my favorite. It was just okay. If asked if I would order that again the answer would be no. I tasted my wife's Reuben sandwich and it was good nothing special. We also ordered the Bread Pudding. Not a fan at all. It was dry! Not moist at all. You had to dowse it with the ice cream to get some moisture in your mouth. I had high expectations for this place but based on what I had I can't recommend this place.

The service was great. The bartender was quick to refill, check on us, bring us food etc. the salad dressing in the house salad was super garlic-y. Like scare-vampires worthy. The shepherds pie was verryyy sweet which was a little off putting but the cinnotis pretzel with beer cheese was delicious. The corned beef and cabbage was incredible! I also really liked the layout where it’s like they have a second bar set up for overflow.

Decided to join the other First Coast Steeler fans at this bar. Knowing there would be a crowd, it was under staffed. Carissa put in a wrong order and never brought water refills. Got another employee to get us extra napkins with wings. Wings were okay, not really saucy enough but thankfully they brought extra sauce. Beer was ... well beer, cant mess that up. Chocolate martini was strong and not real great. Margarita was better but no salt or sugar on the rim. Most likely we wont return or recommend.

Cute place-great staff beer cheese was bland and the mustard was too. Both watered down and had bo distinct flavor as theu should. The pretzel to feed two was smallest I've seen in years, overpriced. Will give it a 2nd try The Sunday mimosa bottle is a fabulous deal and fun to drink. I cant rem what I ordered Scotch egg was ok It was all lackluster, next table over agreed. Not sure whats up or i just expected more from the name. Bartenders and waitstaff were wonderful Thats why we stayed.

Our group decided to meet here for the USA & Canada Olympic hockey event. We told ourselves, we wouldn't go back in here, unless it was to meet others and boy what a letdown it was again. This place was packed and they only had one (1) server. If you didn't have a seat at the bar, you were pretty much out of luck with service. No one in our group ever got to speak with the waitress and we all felt sorry for her. After waiting a while, we all got up and left, then headed over to Jerrys Bar & Grill. Way to go owners!

am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. I have been a frequent customer, often coming with friends to watch games, but the way I was treated today was unacceptable. I specifically came to watch the Barcelona match, and staff initially confirmed they would put it on for me. However, shortly after, the TV was changed to another game, and I was told it had been promised to someone else. When I addressed this with the manager, she was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of offering a solution, she stated that the other game was promised and then walked away without providing any assistance. The only TV still showing my game had no available seating, yet no effort was made to accommodate me. I was essentially left with no option but to leave. What made matters worse is that I felt discriminated against because of my accent, which left me feeling unwelcome in a place I had previously enjoyed. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope the management takes customer service and inclusivity more seriously moving forward.

I went with my wife for happy hour, sat at the bar, waited about 10 mins and never got acknowledged whatsoever by the bartender. So we left and went to the alehouse across the street and got immediate service with attentive bartenders. To the ladies that own the bar, i would highly suggest retraining your bartenders. I was looking forward to eating and drinking there. It was however very nice inside and that's all i can actually say about the place. This was Friday October 10.
