If you advertise hot and ready pizza, but have none readily available, It is a good idea to communicate that with the people who are ordering hot and ready pizzas BEFORE they pay. The young lady who was working the restaurant by herself, seemed very unhappy to be there. Super rude.

My word! We called and ordered a large cheese & pepperoni and a large pepperoni with no cheese (my son has a food allergy), had the gentleman read the order back and it was right. Got to the store and they made the pizza with no cheese wrong. They made a cheese & pepperoni with light sauce. Okay no problem until the manager tried to blame us for placing our order incorrectly. Wow.. I’m shocked right now. Even our receipt had the correct order. They remade it. After waiting 10mins, we got back a pizza with barely any sauce and the crust was large. Smh. I asked for a marinara sauce for our wait and how empty the pizza was. How about they tried to charge me! What! No way. The manager was rude and pushed me off to the cashier saying “she will take care of you.” I told the cashier I’m not paying for the sauce, so the cashier went to the manager who then okay me to get the sauce. I will NEVER come back to this store AGAIN!

I called before going back to tell them that the pizza was over cooked the person I talk to over the phone said they don’t usually do it but I could bring it back I said ok I drove back there when I got there the manager Sheena came from the back started arguing with me saying she was not going to replace my pizza and refused she stated u can call corporate I will not lose my job let’s not forget the one I talk to on the phone said she told me they will replace it this time like I say I work hard so I’m throwing away $14 . I left waited to speak to someone the next day which was Amber the supervisor she stated she rolled the camera back and I was told on the phone it would be up to the manager to replace the pizza which was a lie because the manager was never brought up on the call. So now who to say if that was my last to feed my kids and this the way y’all treat paying customers . Sheena and Amber mad me feel more like they don’t care about the product or customer service !!! Plus not one employee was in uniform at this point y’all need to get corporate to come in reevaluate the company that’s been represented but these people … let’s not forget we order pizza EVERY FRIDAY first complaint …. Secret shopper !!

Their website timed out and never confirmed that an order was placed, so we went to the restaurant. When we arrived back home, I found a pizza upside down and with bugs crawling all over it on my porch. I called customer service and talked to Shay. After sending her pictures of the bugs on the pizza, she said she couldn't offer any credit. I asked her how she would feel if this happened to her. She said she couldn't comment on that and hung up. The restaurant wasn't much better. We called in our order 15 minutes before we arrived and still had to wait over 40 minutes in their parking lot.

Definitely not “HOT & READY” pizza! I ordered my pizza online and still had to wait ten additional minutes! The worker didn’t even seem to read the online orders because I had to tell him what I was waiting for. What’s the point of having a portal or a “hot n ready zone,” if the pizzas won’t be hot & ready?!

Bought 4 pizzas and two crazy bread. The pizza dough was so thin and the meat and vegetables so small and scarce that was a bad joke to the customers. I know that inflation is bad. But is worse to give bad products to the customers. Stop stealing. That's what you are doing. The crazy bread was not only thin,it was burn too. My fault for not checking, but wasn't the first time I bought from this place. Is you have the need to buy here, check before you leave. Not a good place anymore. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Bought a pepperoni and cheese pizza and crazy bread. The crazy bread wasn't the usual product, but instead looked like a flattened piece of pizza dough sprinkled with the seasoning. Did not taste good, I took a picture of it before the whole thing went in the trash. The cheese pizza was marked 10. I assume that's supposed to be when it was made. I was trying to eat it at 10, after we got home, and it tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. It's going in the trash too. I just couldn't swallow it. I've worked at a franchise pizza place before, and eaten my share of old pizzas no one ever picked up hours after they'd been ordered. This is like a pizza that had been drying out under a heat lamp for 4 or 5 hours and gotten way past the point anyone should attempt to eat the thing. The pepperoni was exactly what I expected. We understand that this is a place you can get a food for $5 that feeds multiple people, but with the bar appropriately lowered to "acceptably edible" 2 out of 3 still failed.

Extremely rude. Lied, refused to help and then hung up on me. This was supposedly the manager I was speaking to. If delivery is available if I order through the app and I have used it recently don’t try to tell me you don’t deliver

One star is too generous this place is horrible we ordered a pretzel stuffed crust pizza with cheese sauce and pepperoni. The crust was flavorless (according to my daughter) then as she was continuing to eat she found a hair in the pizza. And the crazy bread had no butter or parmigiana on it! We also ordered dipping sauces and didn’t receive them!! The staff could care less!

Was in the drive thru for 15 minutes than a young lady came to the window I said to her we have been waiting for a long time she told me she was busy and shut the window will never go back there!

WOW!! The children that run this place at night make the absolute worst pizzas!! Daytime is always fine. But I'm learning the hard way to avoid night time. Half cut pizza burned and hardly any cheese. My dog got mad at me for giving him a slice...

Picked up and they gave us the wrong order called and got BS from them. So under cooked !!! Told them I was not paying the talker me into picking up the order I put in and then pickup the semi correct order not cut. Completely UNDER cooked . Pizza is raw!!!!!! We will not order from them again!!!! If I could give a ZERO I would!!! This is the worst we been too!!!! We actually throw up the pizza. NEVERwill we order from them again!!!!! O wish I could give aZERO!!!!

I hadn’t had pizza here in years. I don’t know what has happened but it’s not the same as I remember. When I got home I threw my whole order away. I don’t know what the pizza was made of but it didn’t look edible at all. The dough is different. I was scared of the pizza.
